Los Angeles prosecutors are reviewing allegations against actor Sylvester Stallone, 71, months after a woman filed a report claiming she'd been raped by the actor in 1990
The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is reviewing sexual assault claims against the Rocky star after Santa Monica Police passed along the case
They gave no details but an unnamed woman filed a report with Santa Monica police in December
She claims the incident occurred in 1990 during a meeting at his office
He admitted knowing the woman and said they spent three days together in Israel in 1987 but said he did not rape her
Her allegations are separate to those of another woman who said Stallone raped her in Las Vegas in 1986 when she was 16 and he was 40
That woman reported her allegations to police in Las Vegas in the 1980s but chose not to press charges
Stallone denies both women's claims
