The ones at 6:00 and 6:30 didn't look like fails, it looked like they both got a full pull and then some.

They all seem to be enjoying wasting tens of thousands of dollars in a flash. Who are you to stand in their way of happiness??

Oh I would never ever stand in their way in their pursuit of happiness... ;)

Hookers and blow go just as quick.

Hookers and blow go just as quick.

But usually much more bang for the buck.

All depends on the type of bang one prefers.

That is the requirement to become president, along with pledging absolute and eternal allegiance with Israel. Tractor pulling isn’t to my knowledge...

How did we go from "stupidity" to presidential requirements? Hookers and blow might be a big par of the tractor pull circuit. If it works for F1, why not on the dirt?

Based on the last presidents it seems like it’s definitely not a drawback to enjoy hookers and blow, but who was the last president who was a tractor pulling competitor? Perhaps equally expensive, but one is definitely more career friendly. But on the other hand most major religions that has a heaven idea post life on earth would more likely accept a tractor puller applicant...

I would say Jimmy Carter or Harry Truman would be the only ones. Maybe LBJ?

I'm willing to bet their are quite a few god fearing tractor pullers too.

The tractor pulling is just another microcosm akin to car, motorcycle, truck, and boat racing. It is a subset of culture. Some of these guys doing the building are actual farmers too. :o Just a hobby if the money is available. Most have sponsors too.

Do you have giant acreage farmers in Europe? I was told one large farmer in my area, about 40,000 acres across three states, had bought a used 48 row planter. That planter was too small for the previous owner.

That planter currently runs 460,000 USD. https://www.hillsboroequipment.com/2016-john-deere-db120-48row30-inventory.htm?id=23503091

Even better, I think I might know family of one of the fails in OP vid.

Mick Silver has a remote controlled tractor he runs from his house. Has it programmed to do everything and don't need to touch a thing. He spends his time fixing fucked up Harleys. You guys should talk to each other instead of post, we could have a huge congregation of self minded people here.
