this story's deeper than the dailymail article/Q-hit-piece lets on. No one I've seen has credibly suggested who the man in black outside MA's office was.

^ June 10 was also the day, allegedly per Q, a sub launched missile was fired, in a attempt to take out AF-1 en route from Canada to Singapore. JSM blacked out. Q weekend drop suggested an F-16 took out the missile via some special classified counter-weapon.

So it seems the rub is, Avenetti may have had some foreknowledge of the missile/AF-1 attempt? Where that goes, if anywhere, remains to be seen. I'd be at least as interested in seeing the mil CoCommand involved.
