I've got most Java blocked (especially from news sites) on my computer, so I didn't watch the video... this is a white person that came up with this? Usually magical thinking is exhibited by children, and non-western folks.

Not being a sour beer fan, I've worked diligently to keep lactobacillus (even the WAAAY different variety that comes from the vaginas of hot women (/sarc)), out of my beers.

Hmm...fishing for a man's secrets. Asking Brewtech for a beer recipe is the same as asking Cebu for his password to profile-them-all.gov data monitoring site. Both are money makers.

Brew may give you some tips. Cebu will throw you under the bus, if the SPLC doesn't shove a boot up your ass, some .gov agency will.
