Last trip in for 5 busted ribs... Broken where they were laying over each other, not just a little crack in them. What a scene. I did have a partial collapsed lung tho. Did the breathalyzer thing and was at 3500 whatevers right off the bat. It did hurt.

One of the last docs came in and demanded to know who my doctors were and what meds I was on (zero and no docs).

He didn't believe me and demanded I get on the bed, strip into garbs and take an IV. I was transferred and in the system for over 6 hours at that point. Looked this asshole right in the eye and told him I'm standing because it's more comfortable, I don't have docs and don't do any drugs. And I wont change into garbs because I was transferred because they don't have a pulmonary specialist at the other hospital. And the only reason I am here is for observation.

He counters that they couldn't observe me unless I was on a bed... I countered "I want to go home and need a ride and I want to go right now". Hahaha... Fucked him up big time. He went to talk to someone and came back, told me I couldn't leave until the morning... Umm, no thanks doc, I need to leave now, my wife has no car and my lil girl needs to have food. I need to go NOW. Away he goes and back again, says I can leave if I insist, I told him "since I was transferred my car is at the other hospital so I need a ride to my car". He counters that I will have to call someone... this is fun now but I fucking hurt real bad. I demanded exit papers and a ride, which I got but it took about half an hour. Ride was free also.

Hospitals probably good for broken shit and trauma but a regular visit for shit you got to know you are still an independent person and don't need to listen to any of their shit. I healed but I hurt bad for a while, then about 6 months later for no reason at all my ribs felt broken again, like really just rebroke. They healed up again after a bit and the thing was my belly and muscle structure were back to almost normal.

No one can explain it to me. It's like they healed all jacked up and my body wanted to fix it. I'm about 85 - 90% symmetrical again which is much better than I was. Before this I was about 65-70%, to me I looked all jacked up, acceptable for an old dude but can't be good for my internals I think.

All I know is to try to stay away from the Med Industry as much as possible. I have prevented many surgeries and illness for me and others by figuring what herbs can help. What vitamins will help. What exercise will help.

Be free, think for yourself man. You will last much longer.

You know how if you step on something that shouldn't be there you don't want to break or kill it so you don't put weight on it? You trip up and say one day I'm going to kill myself, well I almost did. Dark porch and walked out for a smoke and stepped on a kid toy. Hopped down 2 stairs and fell sideways onto the edge of the porch. It sucked.

I did a similar thing a couple of days ago at my bugout, fell on the edge of the porch on my chest, because it was pitch black and I thought I stepped on solid ground, but it wasn’t . May have broken a rib I have a bruise and certain movements I don’t want to do, like coughing and turning, but it may just be bruised.

By the sounds of it you need to get back to your chiropractor.

After they re-broke and healed I saw him. Told him the story and he said he doesn't see any evidence of anything lol.

It sounds like you have a rib fixation. If your current chiropractor can’t see it maybe you should change? No-one is perfect! On the other hand maybe you were fine when he checked you and now you are not....

After they healed the first time he saw it, said I was pretty messed up. Initial break took about 4 months and still had some pain. Now after the re-break and heal I am fine... That was back in February, took about 2 months for no pain.

You got a sex change dude?

Uh, no. The service I received was about as useful as teats on a boar.

A symptom of collapsed lung is bad judgement.

I had one when I was 18 and the hospital I was at used an old beer bong tube they found under their sink to poke my lung open and drain the fluid.

2 days later a doctor replaced it with a smaller 1/2 size diameter tube.
