The outfit in question, Unisyn Voting Systems, is owned by International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc., which in turn is owned by Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Ltd based in Hong Kong, which is ultimately controlled by elements in the "People's Republic."
