Why not use whole raw flax seeds if it goes in the blender anyway?

what am i missing? or doing wrong?Whether it's right or wrong depends on your goal. If your goal is to obtain healthy protein/fat/carbs calories with phytonutrients, your shake is fine. If your goal is complete balanced nutrition, your shake is unproven and almost certainly falls far short.

Water, organic half & half, banana, organic non-GMO peanut butter, L-glutamine, organic coconut oil, avocado, 20g total of collagen and whey protein powders. Can vary a bit, but this is the basic recipe.

i have the banana...and nuts in general. how much coco oil in the thing - i picked up some coco water to replace the tap water i use. never heard of collagen supplement - is that a powder? glutamine dose in liquid or powder?

Costco has what used to be Nutiva but is now Kirkland organic coconut oil for cheeeaaap compared to many other sources. I'll do 4 Tsp in a 16 oz shake, but I add C. oil to everything I can, even use as skin lotion. L-glutamine is generally sold as a powder, I use one scoop per provided in the container. The collagen is just collagen based protein powder - I've been using it in an attempt to help heal a recent tendon injury. Don't know how effective it will be for that specific purpose, but decent protein powder anyhow.

My favorite fats are coconut oil, peanut oil, and avocado oil. Oh, and bacon.

I'd avoid peanuts entirely. Other nuts, RAW only. If they aren't labeled raw, they are cooked and most nutrients gone.

Aflatoxin is the name for a group of toxins (carcinogenic compounds) that are produced by two fungi called Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. These toxins occur naturally and have been found in a wide range of commodities (including peanuts) used for animal and human consumption.

The human body undergoes a complete cell-for-cell turnover every ~18 months. We are what we eat, or more specifically what we absorb. Based on the works of many investigators in the fields of nutrition and cellular regeneration, notably Drs. Wallach, Tennant and others, I undertook a dietary regimen, using my own body as test tube, to see what would happen if I adopted a perfect diet with complete supplementation with all 90 essential nutrients coupled with elimination of all the "bad" foods and a regimen of periodic high resistance exercise. Eighteen months later, I am happy to report that the theory is sound and works in practice. I have the physique of a fit 25 year old (I am chronologically 62), a full head of hair free of all grays, no skin wrinkles or sagging and absolutely none of the physical complaints that plague my age-matched associates, such as aches and pains, stiffness, high blood pressure, excess weight, diabetes, depression etc. I am 6 feet 3 inch tall and weight 185 pounds. My weight is self maintaining. I never feel hungry and never over eat. If I don't eat for several hours, I am conscious of an empty stomach but have total control over whether to eat and what to eat (no cravings).

In the course of conducting this experiment, I designed a healthy drink mix which is consumed daily; a second drink to provide the macrominerals calcium, magnesium with trace minerals is consumed in the evening. These drinks are taken in concert with a strict diet, to wit:

No gluten (Nothing containing barley, wheat, rye or oats or their byproducts)
No sugar
No carbohydrates (except from green vegetables and nuts and seeds)
No trans fats, hydrogenated fats
No oils (no bottled vegetable oils, no salad dressings)
No fried foods

Two meals per day, morning and evening. On some days a mid day lunch of raw green juices or carrot/apple/beets juice or a vegetable smoothie is taken.

Breakfast consists of four free-range eggs, generously seasoned with garlic sea salt, soft scrambled on a low heat, with fresh ground pepper; and a handful of mixed salted nuts.

Dinner: same as breakfast when staying in. When eating out, dinner consists of sushi and shrimp with cucumber and tomato salad; or broiled salmon on a cobb salad (sans cheese) with balsamic vinegar only, and generous sea salt and pepper. Optional Pea soup.

Sometimes, I will have an entire roasted chicken, consumed over 2-3 hours, and a large glass of raw carrot/apple juice. Also, I will often have tumeric tea or green tea sweetened with blackstrap molassis.

Other nights I'll have four eggs and a large bowl of raw cut broccoli, cauliflower and red peppers with babaganoush or humus; or two large carrots with guacamole.

I try to have 8 eggs every day, as eggs are the perfect food containing digestible protein, all essential fats, cholesterol (an essential nutrient for brain and hormone health) and choline, inositol, selenium and methionine. Every day I'll have at least a hand full of raw or dry roasted seeds, usually pumpkin(pepitas).

Whenever I have a fatty meal such as eggs or babaganoush I will sometimes take a capsule of 400 IU of natural vitamin E (alpha, bet, gamma and delta tocopherols).

The human body requires 90 essential nutrients in proper balance to maintain perfect health. All deaths from natural causes are secondary to a nutritional deficiency.

Here is my elixir of immortality, consumed daily and sipped over several hours starting in the morning. To ~5-6 oz of pure filtered or steam distilled water add a garbanzo-sized ball (approx. 1-2 grams) of shilajit mineral tar (Altai mountains sourced); this is allowed to sit for 5-10 minutes wherein a portion of the tar dissolves turning the water opaque and brown. To this add two scoops of Pollen Burst powder with agitation (https://tinyurl.com/yd7vpwwf). In a separate 6 oz of water in a blender, add 1 heaping tablespoon of bee pollen (https://tinyurl.com/y99urapd ), one teaspoon of He Shou Wu herbal powder concentrate (https://tinyurl.com/y7xswvwp ) and 200 mcg of selenomethionine ( https://tinyurl.com/y74gcxos). Blend these and combine both solutions into a 32 oz container (glass, stainless steel or high density polyethylene). To this add the following:

6 drops of Vitamin D3/K2 liquid concentrate (https://tinyurl.com/y8zbcyub )
One dropper full of liquid B-complex (https://tinyurl.com/ybkfevfh )
6 drops of trace minerals concentrate (https://tinyurl.com/y8356glw )
2 droppers full of tinctures of each of Schisandra (https://tinyurl.com/yafqoyye ), Ashwagandha ( https://tinyurl.com/yd7d5eat), Astralagus (https://tinyurl.com/y8twg4w2 ) and He Shou Wu (https://tinyurl.com/ybat4f8e ).
8-12 drops of nascent iodine ( https://tinyurl.com/y7c3dqdh )

Bring the volume up to 32 ounces with pure water. Agitate gently for 5-10 minutes until the shilajit is completely dissolved. Shilajit is the most concentrated and powerful complete natural nutrient food known. In addition to containing 77 colloidal minerals in natural balance, it is a rich source of fulvic and humic acids. Fulvic acid is the literal "spark" of the life, the chemical life force. Amongst it's many properties is as a master solubilizer. Fulvic acid solution dissolves rocks, metals, organic solids and phytonutrients. Fulvic acid breaks down the cell wall of pollen granules and solubilizes the contents into absorbable colloids. Fulvic acid guarantees complete absorption of the nutrients in the elixir through the GI tract and ultimately across cell membranes throughout the body. Fulvic acid is nature's master chelator, carrying all manner of nutrients into the cell, and dissolving and carrying out waste products and inorganic deposits (i.e. calcium salts [soft tissue and valvular deposits] and heavy metals) and facilitates their excretion. Fulvic acid is a powerful poly-electrolyte that restores transmemebrane electrical potentials. Fulvic acid is non-toxic and can be consumed in any amounts with no untoward effects.

In the evening, I will drink the following to provide macrominerals and building blocks for healthy bones, ligaments, tendons and fascia:

In 8-10 oz of pure water in a blender add:
1 scoop pf OsteoFX powder (https://tinyurl.com/ybe9pyyu )
I tablespoon of Knox gelatin (https://tinyurl.com/y7gmnu6j )
200 mcg capsule of selenomethionine (https://tinyurl.com/yd3grvdk )
4 drops of nascent iodine (vide supra)
2 tablespoons of colloidal copper (home made 20 ppm)

Knox gelatin is an inexpensive rich source of natural chondroitin sulfate and glycosoamnioglycans, the building blocks of healthy cartilage, tendons and ligaments.

This regimen is designed to promote perfect health and realization of one's individual full genetic potential. The entire process requires ~18 months for completion. IMHO, adoption of this regiment will reverse and prevent virtual all degenerative diseases and aging, including heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis, rheumatism, aneurysms, skin wrinkling and drooping, graying hair and baldness (a deficiency of tin or zinc), alzheimer diseases and neurodegenerative diseases and cancer.

You hold the power to control your own health and be free of the clutches of the modern healthcare edifice. You have the power to prevent disease and aging. The Lord designed the human body to be a perfect self-regenerating machine. The body requires the 90 essential nutrients in order to maintain perfect health. The choices of diet and lifestyle to this end are yours: choose wisely.
