These transsexuals need psychiatric help, not be listened to and have their whims acted upon, a minimum requirement should be that they at least pay for their mutilation themselves. And they need to sign a consent form that explains that the surgery has a high failure rate, and that they themselves are responsible for the result of this elective procedure.
