too bad for the crypto market, I'd add. DARPA owns the internet
But just like most cutting edge inventions, knowledge was used with the intent to harm. Because if money does not serve power, those in power cannot stay in power. That is as simple as that. It is power that gives money its value, hence why money has no value in a voluntary society!
CONCLUSION: the power game played in all social compartiments is what legitimizes ((them))... we must quit the game.

From ARPA to DARPA. Just look at the projects DARPA is today developing and the plan comes together.
Joseph Carl Robnett Licklider (March 11, 1915 – June 26, 1990), known simply as J. C. R. or "Lick", was an American psychologist[2] and computer scientist who is considered one of the most important figures in computer science and general computing history.... He did much to initiate this by funding research which led to much of it, including today's canonical graphical user interface, and the ARPANET, the direct predecessor to the Internet. (wiki)
ARPAnet - the team behind the internet
You may know that the Internet was, in fact, created in Arlington in the 1970s. The technology was developed by the Defense Department's Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), now known as DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).
