transient criminal population, many fresh arrivals from third world shitholes, organized and instructed to spend 40 hours/week building/repairing. houses.

construction manager (american) stops by occasionally to direct/check their work. they are mostly left alone in the neighborhoods.

this pack of illegals is surveying everything going on around them - casing the joint. many times they'll have weeks at same location

i've been hit with theft multiple times and stopped two thefts. they are snakes.

my downfall is living in a neighborhood with older homes that are constantly being remodeled

take heed when locating -- home construction activity = dangerous crime, esp for wives/daughters

Gringo, you should know by know that if you don't have your stuff nailed down, locked up or otherwise secured then you're showing the world that you really don't care that much for it and you don't care if someone else helps themselves to your stuff.
