Gold IRA's - Any recommendations?

I'm considering adding gold and silver to my IRA but then I read this

I have found a few review sites such as Rare Metal Blog but I'm not sure these sites are actually unbiased.

Does anyone know a good gold IRA provider that doesn't overcharge like mentioned in the Bloomberg article?

re Lear Capital, name rings a bell but I don't recall the source, prolly TV ads? what I HOPE is that I DON't just know the name from them advertising/sponsoring "indy/patriot" vloggers/podcasters! :'(
