The Path of the Principal
Many of us have read material written about the Federal Reserve by Ed Griffin, Eustace Mullins, Ron Paul, Sue Peters, Tom Dilorenzo and others, none of which actually describe how the Fed is structured, where the money comes from and where it goes, nor give any accounting examples. Here a guy has been putting the pieces together into a short understandable page:

He chats with AI about the subject.
Since the Fed is an entity not subject to scrutiny or transparency, one has to wonder about the process of taking principal out of circulation when it's repaid. Does anyone here have any insights?

My understanding is that the money created by the loan is destroyed as it gets paid back.
Re: The Path of the Principal
I skimmed through it. No comments... Personally, I have no desire to converse with "A.I." to prove my point.
Re: The Path of the Principal
The principle is destroyed and the money to pay back the interest is never created but predicated on the creation of new money through loans. A classic pyramid scheme of utter simplicity that insures the destruction of businesses and lives due to the fact that the business cycle contracts due to the artifice of shadow money. People’s lives are ruined and artificial scarcity is created in the land of milk and honey
Re: The Path of the Principal
If I was tasked with the duty to destroy trillions and there was no transparency, I would be thinking hmmmmm. I could use this money to buy out anyone and everyone who has any potential of scrutinizing my activities.....and pocket the rest.
How many of you think they really destroy it?
Re: The Path of the Principal
wealth isnt destroyed, it only changes hands.
