From a book I read last year:

There are many haplogroups of Hebrews: J1e, E1b1b, J2a1h, J2a1b. So the identity of Abraham is only one, as these have common ancestors dating back tens of thousands of years, not 4000 years as Abraham does. E1b1b is Canaanite. It is also the Samaritan priests of Baal, as Samaritan priests are E1b1b, false god Baal of a the Canaanites. J1 was the main haplogroup of the Israelite Kingdom period, meaning these are the true sons of Abraham. J2a1h are likely immigrants from the era of the Babylonians and other Middle Eastern migrants. While J2a1b are likely from Phoenicians and the Assyrian period immigrants and are not true Hebrews as the J2a1h are not true Hebrews, not true sons of Abraham. Sons of Noah, yes, not sons of Abraham. R1a is from mainly Turkic and Slavic Eastern Europeans and so R1a is Eastern European for Jews that are from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus/Eastern Europe (and thus not from the Middle East). Abraham is the father of two nations, including the Ishmaelites, the Arab Semites, these are J1 males.
