People are questioning whether they really found other bombs as they claim, and I'm just saying that they are not actually making such a claim. But yes, they can tell us anything.

That guy would be out cold with such a wound,
or at least someone else holding his leg, no way he would be able to put pressure on that by himself.

Some internet pictures indicate that he was a veteran who had his leg(s) blown off in war (see a few pages back). He may have been racing in a wheelchair, then the explosion caused more damage to his leg. Not sure.
