This is one case the American people need to win to preserve what little of our Republic is left. The more exposure these corrupt trials going on in our country receive, maybe one more person will wake up.

Watching the video the young lady court watcher posted on her facebook page reveals what the government strategy is.

Pure corruption.

These Article IV Courts are territorial courts lacking jurisdiction within the 50 states except where authorized by the constitution, just as Dr. Trowbridge has shown in his Texas battle.

The judge in his case has not acted upon the motion by the prosecutor to foreclose on his hobby ranch for back taxes.

He believes the lack of the judge acting is because he lacks the constitutional authority to do so.

Dr. Trowbridge has sued the magistrate judge in the state court to quiet title. The Judge removed the case to federal court. It will be a jury trial per Dr. Trowbidge's request. There has been no action in this case since mid-June.


I believe the defendants in these Oregon and Nevada trials should follow,Dr. Trowbridge's example. What have they to lose? They will not win with biased judges and jurors continuing the route they are taking.

And because of the various Federal "law enforcement" agencies wielding deadly force against any American who opposes them, they are "for" everyone else, too. It doesn't matter what the words on paper or legal theories say.

The last major Federal trial that was marginally fair was the Ft. Smith "sedition" trial nearly three decades ago. The Federal regime learned its lesson, and I can't think of a single one since that has been anything more than a Soviet show trial.

If you want to know what's going to happen to the Bundy family, study the Edgar Steele "trial" and "appeals." Or the Matthew Hale "trial."

As I noted above, the judge is corrupt, the prosecuting attorneys are corrupt, the court appointed defense attorneys are incompetent, the jury pool is stacked against them, what do they have to lose by filing Dr. Trowbridges Objection to lack of due process and Demand to show Constitutional authority to take jurisdiction?

They have already lost and are mistreated under the current process.

Wow talk about a rigged process. Stacked jury, biased judge, the cards are definitely stacked against them. No way this will be a fair trial.
