Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton does a good job in his weekly news wrap-up report covering the January 6 event.

stops on January 6 event at 19:13. I did not listen to the rest of the video.
I think Mr. Fenton said that he had "called for" the "Insurrection Act" to be enacted in regard to the January 6 event BEFORE the event was held. If they had listened to him there would have been much heavier security around the Capitol that day. It would have protected all interests that needed real protection that particular day.
Dr. James Fetzer has on his blog and his Bitchute channel several good videos about January 6th event, one in particular is exceptionally good from the perspective of those who regard the whole thing around the " shooting of Ashley Babbitt by Officer Byrd" was part of a staged false flag event. Of course, the perspective from which Judicial Watch examines the event is far different from the perspective from which followers of other "false flag" events of recent decades.

That video with Whitney Webb was so revealing. She is an amazing researcher and reporter. I see that all we have been told about our wonderful "Constitutional republic" and "the rule of law" is not at all what we were taught and told.

It still seems to me that Judicial Watch and Tom Fitton are just taking it for granted that "Ashli Babbitt" was shot. (Guess i've imbibed too many "false flag fries" over the years.)

politico.com: 'Absolute liars': Ex-D.C. Guard official says generals lied to Congress about Jan. 6
Quote:
12/06/2021
A former D.C. National Guard official is accusing two senior Army leaders of lying to Congress and participating in a secret attempt to rewrite the history of the military's response to the Capitol riot.
In a 36-page memo, Col. Earl Matthews, who held high-level National Security Council and Pentagon roles during the Trump administration, slams the Pentagon's inspector general for what he calls an error-riddled report that protects a top Army official who argued against sending the National Guard to the Capitol on Jan. 6, delaying the insurrection response for hours.
Matthews' memo, sent to the Jan. 6 select committee this month
and obtained by POLITICO, includes detailed recollections of the insurrection response as it calls two Army generals — Gen. Charles Flynn, who served as deputy chief of staff for operations on Jan. 6, and Lt. Gen. Walter Piatt, the director of Army staff — “absolute and unmitigated liars” for their characterization of the events of that day. Matthews has never publicly discussed the chaos of the Capitol siege.
On Jan. 6, Matthews was serving as the top attorney to Maj. Gen. William Walker, then commanding general of the D.C. National Guard. Matthews’ memo defends the Capitol attack response by Walker, who now serves as the House sergeant at arms, amplifying Walker's previous congressional testimony about the hourslong delay in the military’s order for the D.C. National Guard to deploy to the riot scene.
“Every leader in the D.C. Guard wanted to respond and knew they could respond to the riot at the seat of government” before they were given clearance to do so on Jan. 6, Matthews’ memo reads. Instead, he said, D.C. guard officials [sat] stunned watching in the Armory” during the first hours of the attack on Congress during its certification of the 2020 election results.
thelibertydaily.com: Roger Stone Reveals to Tucker Carlson How the Secret Service Tried to Set Him Up on January 6
Quote:

The latest bombshell comes from Roger Stone. Appearing on Tucker Carlson Today, Stone said the Secret Service tried to “escort” him to the Capitol Building. He declined, but noted how conspicuous the timing was. Had he gone when they requested, he would have arrived just in time to be attached to the moment people started entering the building.
“I think I was being set up. I mean, here’s the amazing thing, and that is I watched the President’s speech from my hotel room at the Willard Hotel, and then there was a call on the house phone and two agents from the Secret Service wanted to escort me to the Capitol. Now, I’ve been in politics for a long time. Secret Service doesn’t do political chores. They never have. I would have gotten there had I left at that moment at the exact time that these folks broke into the Capitol. Now I know that my friends, Alex Jones and Ali Alexander, are approached by the Secret Service and asked if they want an escort to the Capitol at the same time.”

Joseph McBride: Let me just call one of these people out. Someone who was tagged on the internet by “Sedition Hunters” as Red-Faced 45. This is someone who is dressed in Trump gear, in MAGA gear. He’s covered in gear from head to toe. His face is painted MAGA red. He has a Trump hat on a Make America Great Again hat. Yet, he is clearly a law enforcement officer. He interacts with uniformed personnel. He interacts with agents in the crowd. He passes out weapons, sledgehammers, poles, mace. Some of those things come in contact with some of the other protesters who have subsequently been charged with possessing dangerous weapons and are using dangerous weapons at the Capitol. That is clearly entrapment. That is clearly the government creating conditions of dangerousness and entrapping members of the crowd to possess weapons and possibly use them for reasons that we cannot comprehend.

Attorney: Law enforcement officer passed out weapons to Jan. 6 protesters who were later arrested
by: WorldTribune.com 12/07/2021 Source: WorldTribune.com
The attorney for several Jan. 6 detainees said video shows an individual who "is clearly a law enforcement officer" handing out weapons to protesters near the U.S. Capitol "tunnel."
Joseph McBride told Fox News host Tucker Carlson that the individual, identified online as "Red-faced 45" was entrapping Trump supporters.
"Let me just call one of these people out. Someone who was tagged on the Internet by 'Sedition Hunters' as Red-Faced 45," McBride said. "This is someone who is dressed in Trump gear, in MAGA gear. He’s covered in gear from head to toe. His face is painted MAGA red. He has a Trump hat on a Make America Great Again hat. Yet, he is clearly a law enforcement officer."
The individual, McBride continued, "interacts with uniformed personnel. He interacts with agents in the crowd. He passes out weapons, sledgehammers, poles, mace. Some of those things come in contact with some of the other protesters who have subsequently been charged with possessing dangerous weapons and are using dangerous weapons at the Capitol."
McBride added: "That is clearly entrapment. That is clearly the government creating conditions of dangerousness and entrapping members of the crowd to possess weapons and possibly use them for reasons that we cannot comprehend."
Meanwhile, Jessica Watkins, a Jan. 6 detainee who said she has been held for nearly a year, noted in court documents shared with The Gateway Pundit: "The reality of January 6th has yet to be fully appreciated by the American public."
Watkins, a former Army Ranger and veteran of the Afghanistan war, said Jan. 6 "was not one single protest, but three separate events. The first event is the speech given by our President at the Ellipse. The second is the rally at the Capitol Building on the East Side. The third, is the infamous scene from the West Side of the Capitol Building. The first was calm. The second, virtually entirely peaceful. The third was the infamous scene now known incorrectly as 'The Insurrection', an unfounded, improper colloquialism adopted by Left Wing media."
Watkins wrote that she has seen videos "yet unavailable to the public" and "can attest to the improper responses of Police that led to the spiral of events that culminated in a riot. Indeed, January 6th amounts to little more than a riot that was ultimately incited by Police. The media draws much attention to the 'deadly nature' of January 6th, but glosses over the reality that 4 protesters were killed as a result of the Police responses."
Watkins continued: "People were pushed off balconies, protesters shot in the face with rubber bullets, women and elderly beaten, teargas and flashbangs thrown into a peaceful crowd. Roseanne Boyland was savagely beaten to death and trampled by Police. Ashli Babbitt was murdered in cold blood by an Officer lying in ambush. I consider myself fortunate to have never witnessed these events, for I was on the East Side of the Capitol, and these tragedies transpired unbeknownst to me. My fellow inmates however were not so lucky, and the scars of PTSD are readily visible amongst them."

It should be blatantly obvious to anyone paying attention that the "Jan. 6 insurrection investigation" is a diversion to keep the steal from being exposed, THAT is why they are working so hard at perception management. The Dims are VERY concerned about the steal being exposed to the light of day.
Trumpstein sold us down the river, he called everyone to the District of Criminals and then abandoned his supporters, how much more clear can it be??
WHY did Trump so meekly walk away from the steal? Because he was just following orders.

Post #58 details the role Michael Stenger, the Senate sergeant at arms who oversaw security had on January 6 (and quit the next day) in delaying Capital Police having assistance from the National Guard as President Trump and his team requested.

The former Senate sergeant-at-arms who oversaw security during last year’s Capitol insurrection has died — one day before Tuesday’s hearing to present new evidence.
Michael Stenger, who resigned a day after pro-Trump rioters easily stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, died Monday morning, Politico reported.
The Marine Corps veteran, 71, spent 35 years in the Secret Service before joining the Senate sergeant-at-arms team in 2011. He was later appointed to the post in 2018. Former colleagues were notified of his death Monday afternoon, Politico reported.
A woman who answered the phone early Tuesday at Stenger’s home in Falls Church, Virginia, declined to comment when reached by The Post.
“The family is not here, it’s nobody’s business,” she said. “It has nothing to do with Jan. 6 at all.”...
A Senate Rules Committee report cited Sund and Stenger’s inaction in the Capitol violence, finding that Sund never submitted a formal request to Capitol Police for National Guard support ahead of Jan. 6. Instead, Sund had “informal conversations” with Stenger on the possible need for National Guard troops.

CONDOLENCES— Former Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger died Monday morning. A Marine Corps veteran, Stenger spent 35 years in the Secret Service before joining the Senate SAA team focused on protective services and continuity in 2011. He was promoted to serve as deputy under SAA Drew Willison and then served as chief of staff to SAA Frank J. Larkin. He was appointed to the top job himself in 2018. Former colleagues were notified of his death Monday afternoon.
Stenger resigned from his position days after the violent insurrection at the Capitol. House Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving and Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund also resigned in the aftermath of the attack.
About the role: The sergeant-at-arms oversees an array of Senate functions from security to information technology services. It is a Senate-elected position that is effectively appointed by the majority leader [Nancy Pelosi].
