Recently I have heard a few alternative news commentators sort of claim victory for Trump in the news that the U S Attorney General office is demanding that the AT&T deal to buy Time Warner and CNN not be allowed unless Time Warner divests of CNN first.
On the surface that sounded like a good thing but apparently this really represents AG Sessions having caved in to the Deep State plan to make CNN be out on its own and able to be purchased by George Soros.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sources close to the AT&T negotiations with the Department of Justice over the impending Time Warner $85 billion acquisition have told Infowars.com that Deep State forces with DOJ who are loyal to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have taken control of DOJ at the highest levels and are dug in, determined to protect Jeff Zucker, the current head of CNN, in order to make sure CNN continues as an anti-Trump network.
These sources are claiming that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has capitulated control over the DOJ negotiations with AT&T, with Sessions abandoning any effort to protect the interests of President Trump, in effect abdicating to the anti-Trump Deep State coalition to dictate terms requiring AT&T to spin-off CNN, or face a threatened DOJ law-suit threatening to block the acquisition on anti-trust concerns.
As Infowars.com reported yesterday, the goal of the anti-Trump holdovers in DOJ is to set the stage for George Soros to purchase CNN, to ensure that Jeff Zucker remains at the helm, directing CNN’s to continue broadcasting with the current “Never Trump” bias.
AT&T has made clear its intention to fire Zucker from the helm of CNN once the acquisition with Time Warner is complete.
Matt Drudge tweeted earlier today that CNN has determined to fire Zucker over rating concerns and because the feud with President Trump has become “too personal and ridiculous,” whether or not the AT&T deal goes through, even though CNN has made no such public announcement.
Deep State loyalists to the Democratic Party within the DOJ controlling the negotiations with AT&T have concluded that that the ultimatum forcing AT&T to spin off CNN as a condition of DOJ approval would be a superior solution than simply blocking the acquisition because the “extortion demand” and subsequent sale of CNN to Soros may be the only strategy to make sure Zucker remains in control of CNN and that CNN continues to broadcast a steady diet of anti-Trump news spin and commentary.
Last week, Infowars.com reported a Wall Street Journal report that the Department of Justice is preparing to file anti-trust litigation “in case” the DOJ decides to block the AT&T’s $85 billion acquisition of Time Warner was widely interpreted as a salvo across the bow from Deep State leftist left-overs in the Department of Justice that want to protect Jeff Zucker, the current head of CNN, when the acquisition is completed.
As the news broke in New York and Washington, AT&T Chairman and CEO Randall Stephenson said in a statement that he has never offered to sell CNN, and he has no intention of doing so after the acquisition.
Today, AT&T dug in, making it clear to the Department of Justice that AT&T has no intention of spinning off CNN to comply with the DOJ Deep State demand, but that AT&T lawyers are prepared to fight in federal court any attempt DOJ makes to block the acquisition form going forward.
Insiders to the negotiations believe that Attorney General Sessions has lost control over the AT&T negotiations, just as his recusal from the “Russia Collusion” investigation caused Sessions to lose control over the appointment and activities of Special Counselor Mueller.
Completely disregarding Attorney General Sessions, the Deep State holdovers within DOJ are now negotiating on a purely political basis determined to damage President Trump’s future political chances after concluding that Attorney General Sessions is incapable of protecting President Trump and is powerless to block their hardball negotiations tactics.
If Soros were to acquire CNN, industry experts anticipate that Zucker and CNN would be certain to continue broadcasting the network’s non-stop criticism of the Trump presidency.
Throughout the 2016 election campaign and continuing into Donald Trump’s presidency, Zucker has been a champion of the “Never Trump” opposition movement, with CNN leading the charge to call for Trump’s impeachment.

What it could mean may relate to what is portended in my 111 post above.
Sessions caved in to the Clinton/Obama holdovers in the Justice Department so Sessions may be fired soon. If he is not fired, the waste of skin rightly thinks he and his Bush Clinton cabal has won and are back in business.
The Trump Justice Department / FBI and many judges have abandoned the rule of law and are just outright evil crooks, and it looks like the Trump Justice Department is protecting Hillary Clinton and gang as Judicial Watch keeps telling us. If there is some reason why Trump can't or won't fire Sessions and Mueller and clean out FBI and State and Justice, then indeed the waste of skin is right.

Either Trump has a grand plan which requires many pieces be in place before he pulls the lever or it simply isn't going to happen in our lifetime folks!

I really do not like the way Infowars is portraying all of this matter. I have always respected Dr. Corsi and was a bit surprised when he went to work for Infowars, especially since Alex Jones continually interrupts him every time he is on air with him and frustrates the audience in not being able to hear the fact-based important information Dr. Corsi usually has to convey. Thankfully, Dr. Corsi also writes articles to back up the information he researches and finds but it is increasingly difficult to obtain those articles on a timely basis. I was completely unable to find this article, actually two articles on Infowars very recently on this by Dr. Corsi, using DuckGoGo which is turninginto a rotten search engine. I used Yahoo search engine and it failed too, so I had to resort to google and it was the first several hits.
I only heard about this subject from a The Next News Network with Gary Franchi, which of course did not bother to provide a link to the article that was the subject of his video. I hate to go to his videos but sometimes it is the only way I can get bits of news because I do not watch TV and only find out news of the day in very round about ways.
Infowars is not presenting this subject objectively and just keeps saying how Sessions ought to be protecting Trump from being the target of CNN broadcasts. That is not the job of the Justice Department in considering whether AT&T buying Time Warner is legal and not a monopoly (anti-trust) matter. AT&T already owns CNN and they say they have no intention of selling it but the rumor is AT&T wants to fire Zuker as head of CNN.
The cryptic article by Corsi stated...

Have no documentation of that of any kind.
AT&T has owned CNN for some time and allowed CNN to do all of its Trump bashing all during the election year. I do not trust that AT&T will fire Zucker and I do not trust that CNN will stop bashing Trump.
I think Sessions has enough information to see that this sales, including ATT holding on to CNN, is probably a monopoly deal that should not be approved simply because it is against the anti-trust laws. That is what the Justice Department's job is. Follow the law.
The whole Infowars article makes it all a hearsay gossip based on "sources" and is totally based on political idea of Justice Department deciding cases for political reasons. They are making it out like Sessions is a weak sister who is caving in to extortion.
I just do not know if we will receive a complete follow-up on this deal if it does or does not go through.
ATT will file anti trust suit if sale not allowed.
Obama holdovers / Clinton loyalists will file anti-trust suit if the deal does not go through based on their extortion ultimatum.
Will anybody file an anti trust suit if the deal does not go through because Justice Department has decided it is not legal and should not go through? Infowars' Dr. Corsi does not appear to want to suggest that honest outcome to the problem as even being a possibility. It is all about Sessions being weak and bad and political protection of Trump.
In all these possible anti-trust cases that could possibly be filed, all sides are very well lawyered up and should be able to strongly defend their case.

BOTTOM LINE - AG Sessions & DOJ have done nothing and there are no active investigations into Uranium One, the Dossier or the illegal actions of the FBI regarding election interference. Sessions is going to fight assignment of Special Counsel. If he is not fired, the Swamp wins.

I was told several days ago by a retired but still well connected former DOJ'er that there's an active criminal investig into #ClintonFoundation soon U1 being managed by several DOJ bureau chiefs, making it impervious 2 any one person shutting it down. Solid source.@johncardillo

I just do not know what the truth is about Sessions, or Trump for that matter.
I only know that the Justice Department, the U.S. Attorney General is supposed to be an honest upholder of the law for the protection of the people and order in our land.
All the sites I read about what is really doing down are often hopium in tone, like Trump and Session are good guys playing 4 D chess, and many of them are sort of New Agers or atheists or agnostics and none of them are Christians.
I try to analyze everything from all angles and thereby, in my analyzing, to come to a clearer understanding of "what S___T is going down."
There is only ONE WHO controls what is or is not going down.
All we can do is try to find truth as objectively, albeit as slowly, as we can.
