Research further indicates that the HONR Network is not properly listed as a public charity in the State of Connecticut either, the state Pozner still alleges the entity to be physically situated in on his website. Indeed, alongside the Connecticut Secretary of State’s website, the Connecticut “Open Data” site has no information on Pozner’s HONR Network.

Unsurprisingly this in no way prevents Lenny Pozner from unabashedly rattling his virtual tin can–most recently with a “HONR Network Legal Fund” that similarly operates beyond the law.

Here’s how the Pozners described themselves and Lenny’s HONR Network to their (perhaps willfully) fact check-challenged “journalist” friends at South Florida Sun-Sentinel, and in turn the broader public on December 10, 2015.

Yet like the Sandy Hook event as a whole Lenny Pozner and this media outlet are presenting scheister operations as not only legitimate, but worthy of heartfelt empathy to the extent of public support with monetary donations. Of course this is much like how the American public was swindled out of tens of millions in the wake of the “shooting” itself that has been soundly investigated.



We now know that Pozner’s HONR organization is an online stalking and harassment operation with probable intelligence connections (here and here). The wrongdoing here is not only that such an organization functions fraudulently and in abeyance of the law, but that it does so under the guise of victimhood and with the full cooperation and support of law enforcement and our so-called “free press.”

legal responsibiltiies like tax and registration generally occur in the state in which you spend the most time. Same with income tax. Applied by the state in which you spend the most time. 6 months and 1 day is the usual benchmark.

Many of Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza's darkest secrets are going to stay secret.

A Connecticut judge has overturned a decision by the state's Freedom of Information Commission to release a spiral-bound notebook that the mass murderer called "The Big Book of Granny" and into which he poured his thoughts, The Hartford Courant reported Tuesday.

The judge also nixed the release of a spreadsheet of earlier mass killings that Lanza created, according to the Courant, which had requested the items.

The FOIA, Judge Carl Schuman wrote, does not apply to "documents that were private property before seizure by the police and that a court would ordinarily order returned to the rightful owner by the end of a criminal case."

Schuman agreed that if Lanza had been tried for the December 2012 massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, the items The Courant requested would likely have been made public.

But there was no trial because Lanza killed himself after gunning down 20 first graders and six staffers with a .223-caliber Bushmaster Model XM15 assault rifle at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. He also murdered his mother.

Items taken from Lanza's home through a search warrant should remain confidential, Schuman ruled.

"We are disappointed in the decision and are currently assessing our options," said Courrant editor-in-chief Andrew S. Julien.

Lanza wrote his "Granny" book at age 10 for a fifth-grade class assignment, the Connecticut State Police revealed earlier.

It included characters who killed kids, carried bags full of guns, and said they enjoyed hurting people — "especially children."

That description was part of an 11,000-plus page report on the tragedy the state police released a year after the killings. It includes investigative files, 911 call transcripts, crime scene reports and thousands of photos, including that of the mass murder weapon and the Glock 20 pistol he used to kill himself.

The report quotes an unnamed witness who says that Lanza may have targeted the nearby school because his mother Nancy had once worked there.

This is utterly outrageous. If the Florida Governor had any integrity at all he would immediately nullify this order, countermand this order, and begin an independent investigation starting with the National Guard securing the crime scene and a fresh team video-taping the entire crime scene as it stands today, releasing that to the public immediately. All past photographs and videos of the alleged crime scene should be released to the public immediately.
