Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
Is there a connection between U S District Judge Ann Aiken and Kierán Suckling's Center for Biological Diversity? Some research Vicky Davis at TVOI News indicates there may be.

On or about January 21, 2016, a Super Secret Squirrel contacted me about information they had on the BLM’s plans for designation of monuments and their Land Rationalization program. The Squirrel extracted a promise from me to never ever reveal the source of the information or their name. Of course I gave my sacred word of honor that I would never do that. Their secret was safe with me. https://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.net/wp-co...resize=52%2C36
The Squirrel sent the report to me. At the top, it said Internal Draft–NOT FOR RELEASE. The Squirrel advised me:
Strongly recommend making 2 or 3 separate back-ups of info
Of course the thing to do when you get a hot document (maybe pun intended) is to send it to a couple of your closest and best friends right? I didn’t send it to anybody because I do backups of my files. Most other people receiving the file might just have passed it to their closest allies.
I spent the next couple of days trying to track down the source of the document to see if it was in the public domain. It was a hard one to find because the document itself didn’t have good search criteria in it since it was a draft copy with no cover page and it was the attachments section of a larger report. I did ultimately find it though. It turned out that Representative Rob Bishop of Utah was the source who published it. It was leaked to him by a whistleblower in the Interior Department. It was also hard to find because it was a story from 2010. So I sent the email below –
Dear Super Secret Squirrel (not really),
I found several copies of it online and references to it in reports.

Vicky
On January 26, LaVoy Finicum was murdered and the Bundys, Shawna Cox and the others in the two vehicles that were headed for John Day were arrested. As a result, I forgot all about the report given to me by the Super Secret Squirrel… until today that is.
Converging Streams

After I wrote the article that included the video of Steven Grasty “McNasty”, Harney County Judge, a friend called me to ask if I’d looked into the Economic Development project that Grasty mentioned. I said no, but I intended to do that when I had some time because the organization and funding of economic development is a major source of corruption within our county and state governments. Then he said, there was a guy – a environmental protester – protesting against the Malheur Occupiers while it was going on. His name was Suckling and he was connected to a Biodiversity Center. I did a quick search and found him. As soon as I saw his face, I recognized him as the guy that Pete Santilli was arguing with concerning another man that Santilli was outing as an FBI Agent. The FBI Agent was pretending to be a protester protesting the Malheur protesters.
http://youtu.be/4W48Ki2OMpI
In a video produced by Lorri Anderson for Freedom’s Outpost, Lorri shows pictures of the FBI Agent that Pete Santilli outed when he was posing as a protester with Kiernan Sucklings group. Suckling steps up to cover for the FBI Agent in Santilli’s video.
https://i1.wp.com/tvoinews.net/wp-co...I_Agent.jpg?fi
Who is Kiernan Suckling?
Notice the location of their camp relative to the tower which is at the headquarters of the Malheur Refuge. Notice that they are in a trench. Notice the Don’t Tread on Me Flag. From time immemorial flags have been used for identification. From a distance, to media and spectators, the people at this encampment could be mistaken for the Bundy group of protesters when they were actually protesting the Bundy group. That was very, very clever of them don’t you think?
In this story on Mashable – the first paragraph says this:
Federal prosecutors building a case against the armed militiamen who occupied an Oregon wildlife reserve in January say they have discovered a “significant amounts of human feces” from the group in a trench at a campsite either on or next to a “sensitive cultural site.”
Investigators at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon, also found firearms, explosives and spoiled food at the site. The refuge they occupied contains artifacts and burial grounds sacred to the Burns Paiute Tribe.
So whose feces, firearms, explosives, spoiled food were in the trench? It’s pretty funny that Sucklings own propaganda picture puts him at the scene where those things were left.
That picture of Kiernan Suckling was found in an article titled Thank you, Bundys! Oregon anti-occupation fundraiser pulls in $78,000 published on January 25, 2016. Notice that the caption says the picture was provided courtesy of the Center for Biological Diversity. It’s the hidden part of the caption that has the interesting info however. It says:
Kiernan Suckling, Executive Director of the Center for Biological Diversity, holds a sign at a protest against the occupation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge earlier this week. A fundraiser begun by Zach and Jake Klonoski has pledged $78,000, and rising, to four organizations whose work is “antithetical” to the occupiers’ demands.
Farther down in the article it says:
Zach and Jake Klonoski, the sons of US District Court Judge Ann Aiken, who ruled that father-son ranchers Dwight Hammond Jr. and Steven Hammond had served too short a sentence for earlier arson charges. The decision to return them to jail was the occupiers’ original rallying cry, but the Hammonds have cooperated with police and distanced themselves from Citizens for Constitutional Freedom, as the armed protesters call themselves.
Zach and Jake started a webpage for donations called gohomemalheur.org to raise money for causes they believe in –
Burns Paiute, — local Indian tribe
Friends of Malheur NWR, — Friends of Malheur Facebook page
Southern Poverty Law Center — sour grapes story about Ammon on the front page
Americans for Responsible Solutions — Gabby Giffords (Tucson AZ) anti-gun group
Portland’s Koin TV did a story with video interview of Zack Klonoski
Jake Klonoski, brother of Zack is an Attorney Advisor in the Office of the Inspector General at the Department of Justice. (hmmm…. most interesting)
Here is a video of Zack Klonoski produced by the University of Oregon – at Eugene in 2012. His speciality is Environmental Law.
Just out of curiosity, I did a Whois on the website gohomemalheur.org. It’s a private registration which is not that surprising but the name of the ISP is mighty coincidental to the Malheur episode and too many other things to describe here. I don’t believe in coincidences.

Why did I start this article with the story telling you about the Super Secret Squirrel? Because the name of the person who sent the report to me was KKier Do I think it was Kiernan Suckling? No, but I don’t believe it’s a coincidence either. I do have an idea that it may have been the first attempt to set me up but to explain it would sound incredibly paranoid and far fetched so I’ll just leave it for a day. What does seem to be clear is that there is a lot more to the story that needs to be investigated and told because of the connections to the U.S. Department of Justice, a Suckling environmental mercenary and innocent people being caught up in and used as stooges in what appears to be a racketeering network.

November 11, 2016 at 12:40 pmOh… you mean the name of the Super Secret Squirrel. There was no need for that person to be so secretive and when people are that secretive, they normally don’t use their real name for email addresses anyway. What they sent to me was in the public domain and I told them that.
After my experience with another Super Secret Squirrel who tried to set me up, I no longer take information from Super Secret Squirrels. Stand up and be counted or sit down and shut up.

November 11, 2016 at 1:41 pmCenter for Biological Diversity: Keiran Suckling, shoplifter, and ‘terrorist’
“Suckling’s career as an extremist goes back many years and includes a June 6, 1993 charge in Pima County, Arizona Justice Court, Case # CR93-608994 for “Interference with the peaceful conduct of educational institutions” at the University of Arizona. “Deposition: 6 months unsupervised probation and cannot return to the university for 6 months, unless he is a UA student.”
Suckling’s resume shows he was also a USFS employee, working as an “owl surveyor.” During the beginning of his career as an Earth Firster, Suckling and the SWCBD were based in Silver City, New Mexico. Until Ted Turner’s foundation and other foundations stepped in, Suckling and his fellow Earth Firsters were without funds. It was during this time that Suckling was arrested on November 26, 1994 in Silver City, New Mexico for shoplifting a pair of hiking boots at the local Wal-Mart store for which he plead “no contest.”
While some members of Earth First continued on with terrorist activities, Suckling and his staff legitimized themselves by using huge amounts of money to manipulate a public relations campaign that they believe would uncover and highlight what they apparently are convinced is the destruction of Mother Earth. Currently, a look into the California Attorney General’s website shows the Center has “$9,999,225.00 in assets and $7,989,259.00 in Revenue.”
On Monday June 13, 2011 at a Symposium at the US Department of Agriculture Larry Elsworth, Chief Ag Councilor for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), spoke briefly with regard to the EPA’s frustration with what he called “law-suit legislation” where policy is made through legal action rather than through legislative process. He stated that environmental groups often file numerous lawsuits knowing that the EPA cannot respond to them all in the allotted period of time with the result being that there are findings favorable to those groups by default and/or settlements are made to these groups which set precedence for future cases. ”

'Anti-Militia' bill directly related to Malheur Protest in Oregon Legislature

22 hrs
On top of what I shared yesterday. These next two weeks are crucial to our 2nd amendment rights. As well as being able to form a well regulated militia
First, on Wednesday, April 12, the Senate Judiciary Committee will be hearing
SB 897
"Creates crime of militia terrorism."
This bill was introduced at the request of former anti-gun legislator, Charlie Ringo, and is clearly a reaction to the Malhuer occupation. But it serves little purpose but to stigmatize the term "militia" and open the door for prosecutions of people who have actually complied with law enforcement orders to leave a "publicly owned premises". It's one more attempt to demonize the mere possession of a firearm, serves no public benefit and deserves to be shuffled off to the garbage heap.
But the real action comes on April 17, when both the House and Senate Judiciary Committees have scheduled numerous anti-gun bills for hearings.
Just so you know, these hearings have been scheduled and designed to limit public input as much as possible.
Both committees are limiting testimony to two minutes. It appears the Senate committee is limiting testimony to two minutes for all bills being heard. That means if you testify, you get a total of two minutes to express your feelings about all three bills on the schedule. That's 40 seconds a bill and that is no accident.
Rest assured the anti-gun folks will be given a lot of leeway when they testify.
The bills being heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee at 8 AM in Hearing Room 50 are:
SB 764
This bill "Directs Department of State Police to study reasons for certain denials of concealed handgun license applications and report results to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to judiciary on or before February 1, 2019."
However, unpublished amendments will change this bill drastically . We don't know what the proposed changes will be yet but when they are made public you can see them here. Because the "relating clause" says "relating to firearms" This bill can be turned into anything.
SB 797
This is the bill we told you about in our last alert. It allows the Oregon State Police to deny a gun purchase to anyone for as long as they want. There are no safeguards for people who are delayed in error, which is 95% of people delayed. We strongly oppose this dangerous bill.
SB 868
This bill allows a family member or police officer to petition a court to remove any firearm you own with no arrest for, or conviction of, a crime. While it purports to be about removing firearms from the hands of "dangerous" people, it considers you "dangerous" if you have purchased or acquired a firearm or ammunition in the last 180 days. We strongly oppose this dangerous bill.
Over on the House side the Judiciary Committee will also be hearing gun bills. They will be heard at 1PM also in Room 50 in the Capitol basement. Those bills are:
HJR 13
This resolution "Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution providing that law authorizing police officer to ask person if person is in possession of firearm is not law violating right of people against unreasonable search or seizure." Currently, due to an Oregon Supreme Court decision, police, under most circumstances, are not allowed to ask a person if he possesses a firearm. This resolution, which would require a vote of the people, would eliminate that rule. While we support the intention, the resolution is overly broad and even with a proposed amendment that limits the police powers, goes way too far, allowing a police officer to stop anyone and ask them if they have a firearm. Without further amending we oppose this legislation.
HB 2526
This bill, the product of a Republican (Knute Buehler) and a rabidly anti-gun Democrat (Elizabeth Hayward) "Directs Department of Justice to establish firearm safety and suicide prevention education program, to create or approve educational materials and to provide educational materials to gun dealers." It also says "Multiple versions of materials must be created or approved, to reflect the different local values and cultures within this state." Once again, an attempt to demonize firearms as if they were the only means by which a person could commit suicide. The reality is, far more people are harmed by prescription drugs. The Malheur Protest is over but the battle over public lands rages on
Siege Has Ended, but Battle Over Public Lands Rages On

A year after the armed occupation of a federal wildlife refuge, new
and old players wage battle over what and whom the lands are for.
By KIRK JOHNSON APRIL 14, 2017 NYT
BURNS, Ore. — A year ago, this corner of rural Oregon became center stage in the drawn-out drama over public lands when armed militia leaders seized a national wildlife refuge, arguing that the government had too much control of land in the West.
Now that President Trump is in office, people here and in other parts of the 11 states where 47 percent of the landmass is publicly owned are watching to see what he will do on everything related to public lands, from coal mining and cattle grazing to national monuments and parks. In Burns, some ranchers and others are feeling emboldened, hopeful that regulatory rollbacks by the federal government will return lands to private use and shore up a long-struggling economy.
But the change in administration has also spawned a countermovement of conservatives and corporate executives who are speaking up alongside environmentalists in defense of public lands and now worry about losing access to hunting grounds and customers who prize national parks and wildlife.
In Idaho, for example, a deal to put thousands of acres into private ownership — exactly the sort of transaction that the militia leader brothers, Ammon and Ryan Bundy, had espoused in seizing the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge — was met with fierce opposition, by no less than a group of conservative outdoorsmen.

The deal had been in the works for years and was backed by Republican elected officials, who said that adding new taxable private land would generate business activity and property tax revenue.
But the proposal, to the surprise of many people on both sides, hit a wall with people like Ray Anderson, a machine shop owner in the tiny community of Grangeville, Idaho, who raised money and helped a group of fellow outdoor enthusiasts kill the plan and boot out of office a county commissioner and state senator who had supported it. Mr. Anderson said he feared that Idaho County, rural and in need of cash, would encourage private owners to develop the lands, or put up fences to keep out hunters and fishermen like him.
“I’m a businessman and I’m a conservative, but nothing about the plan seemed to make sense,” Mr. Anderson said. “Where I grew up I was told that public lands will be public lands forever.”
In Montana, access to public lands for recreation shaped last fall’s governor’s race, with the incumbent, Gov. Steve Bullock, a Democrat, staking out a position in defense of public lands and portraying his Republican opponent as captive to private interests that would put up gates and fences. Mr. Bullock won.
In Utah a new fight over lands has energized the outdoor recreation industry.
Earlier this year, organizers behind a big outdoors trade show — held in Salt Lake City for the last 20 years — announced they would move the show’s location in 2019 because of the opposition by the state and its congressional delegation to the creation of the 1.35 million-acre Bears Ears National Monument, endorsed by President Barack Obama in his final months in office. The convention’s organizer, Outdoor Retailer, said in a joint statement with two trade groups representing hundreds of companies that they would seek a new location “that upholds our industry’s core values around the importance of America’s public lands.

The outdoor outfitter Patagonia has made Bears Ears, about 300 miles southeast of Salt Lake City, part of a national advertising campaign, linking its brand to land rights with a series of videos and sponsorship messages on public television.
“We intend to keep the pressure on until we are confident public lands are protected,” said Rose Marcario, the president and chief executive of Patagonia. “Patagonia and many other companies in the outdoor industry are not going to stand by and watch as elected officials denigrate our public lands. These lands are the backbone of our business,” she said in an email.
A conservative group in Utah called the Sutherland Institute has fired back with its own television ad, urging President Trump and Congress to revoke or at least reduce the size of the new monument.
The ad features a series of children talking about what they want to be when they grow up — ranchers, doctors, teachers — underscoring a message that public land designations can bring economic harm, too. “When somebody takes away your land and livelihood, can you really be anything you want to be?” a little girl says into the camera.
Battles continue in court as well. Although Ammon Bundy, his brother Ryan and four of their followers were acquittedof all charges related to the occupation last October by a federal jury in Portland, they still face trial in Nevada this spring, along with their father, Cliven, on charges related to a standoff in 2014 at the Bundy Ranch.

Some scholars who study public lands said the new debates echoed the recent dynamic in Washington over health care reform. The long-held Republican promise by members of Congress from Utah and other Western states to reverse decades of federal lands ownership and restore control to states and counties — like the repeal of Obamacare — becomes harder to keep when the bills that would achieve that end are more than just symbolic statements.
And the possibility of a land reform victory for conservatives has in turn galvanized people who oppose the idea and had not taken it seriously before, said John Freemuth, a professor of public policy at Boise State University who specializes in Western land issues.
“There’s just more and more alarm from people ranging the gamut from sportsmen to environmentalists and just ordinary folks who aren’t that political but like their access, thinking that they could lose a lot if the states gained ownership,” he said.
But supporters of Mr. Bundy and his ideas have also felt energized in the last year as the election of President Trump brought much of the anti-government rhetoric militia leaders preached into the mainstream.
Here in Harney County, where about three-fourths of the land is federally owned, jobs and economic growth have always been tied to industries like logging and cattle grazing, rather than the tourism that some public lands supporters hold out as an alternative pathway for struggling rural communities. The Bundys, their supporters said, made those connections clear — that getting back onto the land for older Western uses creates jobs — even if the legal means to getting there was murky.

The Trump administration has sent mixed signals about where its public lands policies might go, with expressions of support at times for recreational access, but also moves to open up more lands to industry, especially for coal exploration and production, and proposed budget cuts for federal agencies that manage those lands.
In Burns, the county seat with 2,800 people, a decline in timber cutting in the national forests hurt the economy and forest health too, said Brenda Smith, the executive director of the High Desert Partnership, a nonprofit group that tries to bring together government agencies and local people over land disputes. Since the events at the Malheur Refuge and last fall’s election, she said it was a much tougher conversation.
People suspicious of government have stiffened in their resolve to say no, Ms. Smith said, even when they agree that an outcome could be positive for the community. “There are people who see collaboration as a threat,” she said.
Butch Eaton, a retired carpenter here in Burns who stood with the occupiers at Malheur, said he felt more optimistic now, especially since the election, that the federal lands presence in Oregon and across the West was waning. “People are just tired of being told what to do all the time, and they’re saying, ‘These are our lands.’ I’m feeling more hopeful for my grandkids,” Mr. Eaton said.
The land itself here, meanwhile, is undergoing a kind of healing. At Dan Nichols’s ranch, about 20 miles from the refuge, rains pelted down on a recent afternoon as 500 pregnant cows prepared to give birth in the pastures outside his century-old farmhouse. The drought that has parched the area for years, said Mr. Nichols, a former Harney County commissioner, is abating.
The Nichols place depends on public lands, with about 95 percent of the grass that the cattle eat grown on federal rangeland, for which Mr. Nichols said he happily paid the grazing fees. But even he draws the line at talk of expanded protections to the land, through wilderness or national monument designations that would restrict agriculture.
“Public land is supposed to be for multiple use,” he said. “That is all too often forgotten.”

In my previous article, “Freedom of the Press #13 – Sojourn to Sacramento“, I mentioned the telephonic hearing held on Thursday, April 6, leading to my release, just a few hours later. Prior to the hearing, it was set in stone, by Magistrate Brennan, in Sacramento, that I would not arrive in Portland until April 25. This fits the schedule for “diesel therapy” (where the run you all over the country, in a sense, punishing you for being accused of a criminal act), which would take me to Oklahoma, then to Pahrump, Nevada, and then on to Portland over a period of twenty-five days. The hearing, however, forestalled that tour of the West. What led up to that hearing is the subject of this article.
I was self-arrested at my home and transported to Sacramento, California, on Thursday, March 30. Judge Anna Brown was apprised of the arrest on Thursday, shortly after I was arrested. I will describe the events as I lived them and provide pertinent entries from the Ammon Bundy, et al case in Oregon, Docket reports.03/30/2017 [ECF#] 2051
ORDER
On March 10, 2017, the Court entered a Sealed Order # 2017 Granting Government’s Request for Arrest Warrant as to Gary Hunt. On March 30, 2017, the government advised the Court that Gary Hunt has been taken into custody pursuant to this Court’s arrest warrant. Accordingly, because there is no longer any need to maintain under seal the Court’s Order # 2017 , the Court directs the Clerk to unseal Order # 2017 Granting Government’s Request for Arrest Warrant as to Gary Hunt. Ordered by Judge Anna J. Brown. (pvh) (Entered: 03/30/2017)
On March 30, Judge Brown knew that the Warrant had been served. Now, as I understand from my Federal Public Defender, Douglas Beevers, on Tuesday, April 4, Judge Brown had been waiting to be notified that I had arrived in Portland. Apparently, she expected me to be in Portland on Monday. When she contacted the US Marshal Service, they told her that I was being held in Sacramento. Apparently, she had been advised that I would be arriving on April 25, via the diesel route..
On 7:00 am, Friday, March 31, I was five-pointed (waist chain, handcuffs, and leg irons) and transported from the Sacramento County Jail, by US Marshal van. They drove about four blocks to get me to the Federal District Courthouse, directly across the street from the Sacramento County Jail.
I met my California Federal Public Defender, Douglas Beevers about an hour before my scheduled bail hearing. In about 15 minutes, I had to explain the circumstances leading up to my arrest. Magistrate Brennan refused me bail, and I was to be held, as stated, to be available in Portland on April 25. It was a done deal in Brennan’s mind when I went into his courtroom. The reason behind his set mind will be the subject of another article.
After the 2:00 pm hearing, I was returned to jail by the same means, though the driver stopped and started, quickly, a couple of times. There is no way to keep from sliding around when you are all trussed up. I can see how injuries can occur with this form of shackled transport. Fortunately, this was my last official government ride.
When I returned to jail, I found my new quarters already reserved for me.
Tuesday, April 4, one of my contacts advised me that, via email, that my attorney (Beevers) would be in that morning. When afternoon arrived, I was rather upset that he did not show up. I had no way to contact him.
Wednesday, April 5, afternoon, Beevers visited me and said that Thursday we would have a telephonic hearing with Judge Brown. I advised him that the Sheriffs Jail had no facilities for inmates to have secure communications with attorneys or any such hearing.
This started a series of communications that resulted in the determination to hold a telephonic hearing on Thursday, April 6, as described, above. However, I had already found that the Sacramento Jail has no provision for secure communication between my lawyer, and me except in a face-to-face visitor area. He passed that information up to Oregon. Judge Brown then arranged for the hearing. The guard that was in the room with me during the hearing informed me that what was happening by my being able to have such communication was “quite rare”. I must applaud Judge Brown for expediting the hearing by forcing the Sheriff’s Jail to accommodate that aspect of justice.04/06/2017 [ECF#] 2054

In accordance with my and my counsel’s request, the following stipulations were made a part of the record.04/06/2017 [ECF#] 2060
SCHEDULING ORDER: For all purposes related to proceedings against Gary Hunt in this matter, the parties and the Court will refer to him as “Respondent Gary Hunt” or “Respondent” or “Hunt,” but not as “Defendant Gary Hunt.”
As the parties agreed during the Release Hearing on April 6, 2017, the Court will adjudicate Respondent Gary Hunt’s response to the Court’s Order # 1901 in two stages. The Court will first hear the parties’ arguments as to the jurisdictional issues Respondent seeks to make. Respondent’s memorandum regarding jurisdictional issues is due no later than Noon on April 21, 2017. The government’s response is due no later than Noon on May 1, 2017. No reply will be permitted, and, accordingly, the Court encourages counsel to confer about the merits of these jurisdictional issues before Respondent files his memorandum.
The Court SETS a hearing regarding the jurisdictional issues on May 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 14A of the Mark O. Hatfield U. S. Courthouse, 1000 SW Third Avenue, Portland, OR. Pursuant to its orders authorizing Hunt’s release, Hunt is required to appear in person at this hearing. In the event that the Court determines it has jurisdiction to continue to consider the merits of the government’s arguments in support of finding Hunt in contempt for allegedly violating certain ProtectiveOrders in this matter, the Court will set an additional briefing schedule and another hearing date and time at which Hunt must appear to in order adjudicate Hunt’s response to the Court’s previous Orders to Show Cause. The Court directs Hunt’s counsel, Michael Rose, to ensure Hunt receives a copy of this Order. Ordered by Judge Anna J. Brown. (pvh) (Entered: 04/06/2017)
Now, a behemoth system like the jail/prison system in this country is a difficult beast to cause to change direction. As it was, after the first hearing, I was caught up in a government paid tour of the Western States, by land and by air, all meals, and lodging paid with your tax dollars.
However, when Judge Anna Brown found that she would have either to set that system straight, or delay any hearings regarding the publication of my articles, for quite some time. Judge Brown asserted her authority to overcome that behemoth, arranging for the Sacramento Jail to establish communications for my participation. She also arranged for my counsel, Michael Rose, in Oregon, and my counsel, Douglas Beevers, in California, as well as other Federal Public Defenders in Oregon, to participate in a release hearing, all within a very short period of time.
I must applaud Judge Anna Brown for assuring that I served a minimal time on the Arrest Warrant and that I would be released, on conditions acceptable to all, except the US Shysters, and on my way home, as quickly as it could possibly be done.

The Covert Report with Susan Lindauer 2017.04.22
It’s a radio host’s worst nightmare come true– Today’s guest, Eric Jones talks about the frightening arrest of Tom Lacovara, host of “Resurrect the Republic” on RBN Radio while on location covering the Cliven Bundy stand off at the Malheur Wildlife Center in Oregon. Eric shares the extraordinary circumstances of Tom’s request for a police interview in the hotel room of Lavoy Finicum, who was later killed by federal sniper. Talk about the wrong place at the wrong time! Without his knowledge, a small glock hand gun was tucked in a woman’s purse in the bathroom. Out of nowhere, a judicial IED exploded in Lavoy’s hotel room from a domestic fight many years ago with Tom Lacovara’s ex-fiance who broke off their engagement, then filed criminal charges when Tom pawned her engagement ring (OUCH!) Scary, but that was enough! Tom was taken into police custody by the Sheriff of Eugene, Oregon for “constructive possession of a fire arm by a “convicted felon.” For months, he’s been denied bail as Inmate # 3923405. Eric asks listeners to make very polite phone calls to the Lane County Sheriff’s office at #541-682-4150 where Tom has been detained in solitary confinement at the request of federal authorities. That’s a scary place to be, my friends! Tom needs our voices to regain his freedom! website: www.courtroomwatch.com
