I agree with your posted conclusion. I've long wondered if/when the truth of the events of that day come clean they (ZOG) aren't planting stories like this in attempt to cover their butts in the future - ie. "it wasn't us it was (Zionistas) it was rogue elements in the CIA! They did it!"
