Is it just a coincidence that Wisconsin is about to “upgrade” to “new, improved” voting machines just in time for the nationally-important Scott Walker recall election? Why are those machines – and just about all voting machines – “black box” systems with proprietary software, so that only the people who program the machines know how they work (and how to hack them)?
The 1% needs Walker to win so it can keep pushing the 99% into poverty. You can bet they’ll be pulling out all the stops. If the recall-Walker people allow the election to proceed on black-box machines, the result (like the results of so many stolen elections, including the Bush coups of 2000 and 2004) is easily predictable.

VOTER FRAUD IN NEVADA!!
I realize that people claim vote fraud at every turn, some don't trust electronic voting, others don't trust paper ballots. I do not doubt that voter fraud goes on, but this instance is on a mass scale and very very blatant. I have already posted several stories (here, here and here) and this further cements my position.
Action must be taken, this is not acceptable and if it is accepted than all of our other work is for naught. We can read, write and inform others about the issues of liberty, but if voting is rigged than absolutely no "non violent revolution" can ever take place.
Like JFK said, "those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolutions inevitable" remember these words.

It is absolutely crucial to note that Ron Paul got 6089 votes in 2008 and 6175 in 2012. Let this sink in. In the first 4 states of 2012 Ron Paul got anywhere from 2 to 5 times as many votes as he did in 2008 and you mean to tell me that all the hard work that the Paul supporters did in Nevada only netted 86 votes in an entire state? Give me a break, this is voter fraud of the highest degree. As a practical matter, as many precincts are burdened by "long ballots" IE ~50 votable selections from federal down through state & local, I'd say some MIX of hand-count portion mixed with machine count for everything below say, federal or maybe state- might be a workable solution.
KEY is that ballots are ALL PAPER, auditable in all cases by hand-recount as necessary.
My concern with this latest RP development, or WRT this PAC (not even clear on what the relationship is between RP's official campaign & this PAC)- is that it ends up being the predictable formula where the RP voters upset over this most recent daytime robbery, get pacified feeling "good, they're doing something about this!", then a little time goes by, yada yada & in the end nothing whatsoever changes.

A blackout is defined as "a suppression, as of news, by censorship," which is exactly what the controlled media is doing in its handling of the Ron Paul revolution. Ron Paul represents the hopes and dreams of millions of Americans for honest government and a return to true American values, as defined by the U.S. Constitution. The Zionist-controlled media wants to contain the Ron Paul wildfire by suppressing all news about the huge and growing popular support for his presidential candidacy. Reading the controlled press one would think that it's a two-man race between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, which is what they want us to think. After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again? There were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of their eyes. In several of the swing states there were counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population by a very wide margin. How in the world does that happen? Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being able to ask any questions.

But if massive election fraud did take place and nobody is held accountable, what kind of message will that send for the future? The following are 22 signs that voter fraud is wildly out of control and the election was a sham…
#1 According to the Election Protection Coalition, voters across the United States reported more than 70,000 voting problems by 5 PM Eastern time on election day.
#2 There were 59 voting divisions in the city of Philadelphia where Mitt Romney did not receive a single vote. In those voting divisions, the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt Romney.
#3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60 percent. But in the areas of Philadelphia where Republican poll watchers were illegally removed, the voter turnout rate was over 90% and Obama received over 99% of the vote. Officials in Philadelphia have already ruled out an investigation.
#4 According to WND, one poll watcher in Pennsylvania actually claims that he witnessed voting machine software repeatedly switch votes from Mitt Romney to Barack Obama…It was in Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, Pa., where an auditor, Robert Ashcroft, was dispatched by Republicans to monitor the vote on Election Day. He said the software he observed would “change the selection back to default – to Obama.” He said that happened in about 5 percent to 10 percent of the votes. He said the changes appeared to have been made by a software program. Ashcroft said the format for computer programming has a default status, and in this case it appeared to be designating a vote for Obama each time it went to default.#5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the urban areas.
#6 Barack Obama received more than 98 percent of the vote in 10 out of the 50 wards in the city of Chicago.
#7 Prior to the election, voters in the states of Nevada, North Carolina, Texas and Ohio all reported that voting machines were switching their votes for Romney over to Obama.
#8 There were more than 50 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Mitt Romney received 2 votes or less.
#9 There were more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Barack Obama received more than 99 times the votes that Mitt Romney did.
#10 Barack Obama also received more than 99% of the vote in a number of very important precincts down in Broward County, Florida.
#11 Wood County, Ohio (which Obama won) has a voting age population of 98,213, but somehow 106,258 voters were registered to vote on election day.
#12 Ten counties in the swing state of Colorado have a voter registration rate of more than 100%.
#13 Barack Obama did not win in a single state that absolutely requires a photo I.D. in order to vote.
#14 In Ohio, two election judges were caught allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots.
#15 Many Ohio voters that showed up at the polls on election day were surprised when they were informed that they had already voted.
#16 In fact, there were reports all over the nation of people being unable to vote because records showed that they had already voted.
#17 According to U.S. Representative Allen West, there were numerous “voting irregularities” in St. Lucie County, Florida on election day…“The thing that spurred our curiosity in our race was the fact that at 1 o’clock in the morning on Election Night, all of a sudden there was a 4,000-vote swing that took me from being ahead to put the lead into my opponent’s hands.”#18 In Wisconsin, there were allegations that Obama voters were actually being bussed in from out of state…The Democrats stationed a self described “BIG Chicago pro bono attorney” as one of their two observers at this small polling place. He remained at the polling place from 7:00 a.m. until well after 8:p.m. …..A high priced CHICAGO attorney, sitting in a Sheboygan WISCONSIN polling place, observing wards comprised of 1500 voters? …. WHY???#19 Prior to election day, an Obama for America staffer was caught on video trying to help someone register to vote in more than one state.
Why would someone from Chicago be observing in Sheboygan Wisconsin? And WHY at such a small polling place? Finally, isn’t it interesting that this would occur at the VERY polling place in which all of the above described events ALSO occurred? AGAIN WHY WOULD A CHICAGO ATTORNEY BE OBSERVING AN ELECTION POLLING PLACE WITH FEWER THAN 1500 VOTERS IN IT, IN SHEBOYGAN WISCONSIN? Of all the places where there has been suspected voting irregularities, and OUTRIGHT FRAUD throughout the ENTIRE United States, WHY HERE? WHY SHEBOYGAN? WHY THIS SMALL WARD?
This lawyer spent the day running in and out making, and taking calls, which coincidentally then coincided with influxes of groups of individuals by the van and bus loads, coming in to register, AND VOTE, using what appeared to be copied Allient energy bills. These individuals often did not have photo I.D.’s, could not remember their own addresses without looking at the paper, and became easily tripped, confused and annoyed when questioned.
Many of these same individuals, just so happened to be dressed in/wearing CHICAGO BEARS apparel, and whom openly discussed “catching busses back to Chicago” with each other, with poll workers, via their cell phones in the lobby area just outside the polling place, as well as in the parking lot, both before and AFTER registering and voting.
One woman was dressed head to toe in CHICAGO BEARS apparel including perfectly manicured BEARS fake fingernails!
She complained because registering was taking too long and she had to hurry up to catch her bus back to Chicago.
We have photos of these people in vehicles with plates from different states, photos of them leaving the polls, and other irregularities.
#20 It is being alleged that unions in Nevada have been registering illegal immigrants and pressuring them to vote.
#21 According to townhall.com, there was a systematic effort by the Obama campaign to suppress the military vote because they knew that most military votes would go against Obama…Aiding Obama’s win was a devious suppression of the conservative vote. The conservative-leaning military vote has decreased drastically since 2010 due to the so-called Military Voter Protection Act that was enacted into law the year before. It has made it so difficult for overseas military personnel to obtain absentee ballots that in Virginia and Ohio there has been a 70% decrease in requests for ballots since 2008. In Virginia, almost 30,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots than in 2008. In Ohio, more than 20,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots. This is significant considering Obama won in both states by a little over 100,000 votes.#22 According to the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association, it appears that thousands of military votes from this election will never be counted at all.

The CBS television station in Phoenix, KPHO, announced the results of the November 6 presidential election on October 19, more than two weeks before the election! These are the weird things that happen when elections are run by the media and private voting machine companies. Elections in the United States are not in the hands of the citizenry. The fundamental problem with elections in the United States is that the votes are not counted by the citizens in each polling station as they should be. We do not have transparent and open elections. We have lost our democratic franchise.

In a proper democratic election, like this one in France, the citizens count the votes openly in front of the public in each polling station. Without this most essential aspect, an election is neither transparent nor authentic. My article "Restoring Democracy in America" describes how proper democratic elections are conducted using the French presidential election of 2002, which I monitored, as an example.

The U.S. presidential election on November 6 will be stolen, just like every election since 2000 has been, using electronic voting machines that are designed to steal elections. Even The Christian Science Monitor has caught on to the systemic vote fraud in U.S. elections with its recent article titled, “Could e-voting machines in Election 2012 be hacked? Yes.”
The evil character in the new James Bond film says he can throw an election to the highest bidder using computers, but he oddly uses Uganda as his example target - not the United States. Perhaps they don't want to be too obvious for the naive American voters who still believe their vote really counts. Why is it so easy to accept that massive vote fraud happens in places like Uganda, but not the United States? When was the last time you saw the votes being tallied by the citizens in a polling station in America?

YOU CALL THIS AN ELECTION? - The battered and chained eagle on the cover of Atlantic magazine represents the sad state of our elections - and our republic.
By now, it should be obvious that electronic voting machines are actually designed to steal elections. There is no valid reason why citizens in a free republic should allow a machine to control the most crucial aspect of their elections: the counting of the votes. In an authentic democratic election the votes should be openly counted in front of the press and the public in every polling station across the nation. It is very simple, inexpensive, and precise.
Most importantly, the open and public counting of the votes is the sine qua non, the absolutely indispensable aspect of a democratic election because the citizens’ tally of the votes in every polling station is what authenticates a proper democratic election. With the possible exception of a few rural counties, the vote counting and authentication process is no longer done by the citizens. This is to say that the elections in the United States are neither transparent nor democratic. In our American republic the representation is a fiction, as Thomas Paine said. The election has been stolen before we even cast our votes.

The counting of the votes in each polling station in front of the public is what makes the tally authentic. This is the most simple and transparent way to conduct a democratic election. It is time for Americans to return to this simple and fool-proof method of voting.
I wrote my first article about the subject of electronic vote fraud, “The Death of Democracy or May the Best Hacker Win,” the week before the 2000 election. I soon realized that the criminal network behind the electronic voting systems was stealing our elections in order to control our nation. The installment of the un-elected Bush administration in the White House in 2001 and its subsequent failure to investigate the false-flag terror attacks of 9-11 confirmed the criminal nature of the regime that had been put in power through vote fraud.
Now it has been reported that there are connections between Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital and Hart InterCivic, one of the companies that manufactures the electronic voting machines used in Ohio. Ohio is a “swing state” and the Hart voting machines are used in Hamilton County, the metropolitan area of Cincinnati. If Hamilton County swings for Romney there will certainly be questions raised about these connections, but by then the election will be over and even the most blatant cases of vote fraud are seldom news for more than a day or two.
Ohio’s Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner commissioned the Project Everest Report in 2007. The study was a “Risk Assessment Study of Ohio Voting Systems” to examine and evaluate the electronic voting systems used in Ohio. About the Hart machines, the report found a list of failures:
• Failure to effectively protect election data integrity
• Failure to eliminate or document unsafe functionality
• Failure to protect election from “Malicious Insiders”
• Failure to provide trustworthy auditing
The final evaluation for the Hart voting machines indicates that these machines were evidently designed to allow tampering with the results: “The researchers concluded that virtually every ballot, vote, election result, and audit log is ‘forgeable or otherwise manipulatable by an attacker with even brief access to the voting systems.’”
The report also evaluated the iVotronic voting machine manufactured by ES&S of Omaha. Again the study found that the machine was designed to facilitate tampering with the tally: The researchers found that access to administrative and voter functions are protected with “ineffective security mechanisms.”
The Ohio report concluded that the central server, software, and the precinct-based components for both DRE and optical scan voting machines “lack the fundamental technical controls necessary to guarantee a trustworthy election under operational conditions.” This is intentional, of course.
The ES&S machines also received a failing grade in security with vulnerabilities that were described as “pervasive, critical failures.”
• Failure to protect election data and software
• Failure to effectively control access to election operations
• Failure to correctly implement security mechanisms
• Failure to follow standard software and security engineering practices
About the ES&S machines, which are used in many states across America, “the researchers concluded that many of the most serious vulnerabilities in the ES&S system arise from the incorrect use of security technologies such as cryptography. This effectively neutralizes several basic security features, exposing the system and its data to misuse or manipulation.”
The report found that the ES&S voting machines were wide open to tampering: “The researchers discovered ‘exploitable vulnerabilities’ that allowed even persons with limited access – such as voters or poll workers – to compromise voting machines and election results, or to inject and spread software viruses into the central election management system."
Why is Ohio still using these seriously flawed voting machines in 2012? Why are the citizens of Ohio, or any other state, still voting on machines in which “every ballot, vote, election result, and audit log is ‘forgeable or otherwise manipulatable by an attacker with even brief access to the voting systems?” It just doesn’t make any sense unless one realizes that the system is designed for cheating on a massive scale.
Which raises the question, who is supposed to be overseeing the use of these machines at the federal level?
As Ohio’s Project EVEREST (i.e. Evaluation and Validation of Election Related Equipment, Standards and Testing) study says:
In 2002, the United States Congress adopted the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA), which aimed to improve the administration of elections in the United States. With the enactment of HAVA, new voting system requirements were established, and a national program was implemented to provide states with the funds necessary to replace punch card and lever voting systems with new, qualifying systems.
HAVA also created the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and transferred the responsibility of developing voting system standards from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to the EAC. Through HAVA, the EAC was also tasked with establishing the federal government’s first voting system certification program.
Well then, who is running the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, which is responsible for voting system standards and certifying the voting machines we vote on?
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (vacant)
It is a sign of the times that during the year leading up to the 2012 election there has been no Executive Director of the EAC. Thomas R. Wilkey submitted his resignation as executive director effective November 30, 2011. As the EAC website says: “HAVA states that if the executive director position becomes vacant, the general counsel of the commission serves as acting executive director until the commission appoints a replacement.
GENERAL COUNSEL (vacant)
“EAC’s general counsel, in accordance with HAVA, is appointed to a four-year term and may serve additional terms by a vote of the Commission. The general counsel serves under the executive director and is responsible for reviewing all guidance, guidelines, best practices as well as overseeing compliance.”
But there is no general counsel either at the EAC. Mark A. Robbins submitted his resignation as general counsel effective May 15, 2012.
How odd. The federal commission responsible for voting systems has had no executive director or general counsel during the six months before a general election! This is an agency that is clearly not working. So, who are the political appointees on “the commission” responsible for this utter failure to regulate the voting systems in the United States?
The EAC Commissioners’ webpage is blank except for this one paragraph:
The Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) specifies that four commissioners are nominated by the President on recommendations from the majority and minority leadership in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate. No more than two commissioners may belong to the same political party. Once confirmed by the full Senate, commissioners may serve two consecutive terms. HAVA states that members of the commission shall continue to serve past their expired term until a successor takes office. There are four vacancies on the commission.
THE FRAUDSTER IN CHIEF
It seems that Alice P. Miller, the chief operating officer (COO), has assumed the executive responsibilities of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, including the most critical task of testing and certifying the voting systems being used. When Miller was appointed to the COO position at the EAC in May 2008 there was a chorus of protest concerning her record of involvement in fraud at the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics (BOEE), where she was Executive Director.
The evidence indicates that Miller was involved in a criminal scheme to obtain $12,000 pay raises for herself and a colleague, and to collect $22,000 in back pay, each. In order to do this, she drafted two memorandums that falsely claimed that the pay raises were authorized and legal - the day after the changes in their job classification and pay had been improperly entered into a computerized payroll system. In 2003, the same year she was investigated for criminal fraud, Miller became the first African-American president of the National Association of State Election Directors.
In May 2008, when Miller was appointed as COO, an EAC press release said:
"Ms. Miller will oversee the day-to-day operations at the EAC in six program areas: Voting Systems Testing and Certification, HAVA Funding, Election Administration Improvement Programs, Research, Administration and Human Resources."
Instead of being prosecuted for her crimes, Miller was promoted to a higher federal position. This is, of course, the way a crimocracy works and this is exactly the kind of regimes we are fostering in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the former republics of the Soviet Union.

In 1981, during the gubernatorial election in New Jersey (NJ), a lawsuit was brought against the RNC, the NJ Republican State Committee (RSC), and three individuals (John A. Kelly, Ronald Kaufman, and Alex Hurtado), accusing them of violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1971, 1973, and the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.
The lawsuit was brought by the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the NJ Democratic State Committee (DSC), and two individuals (Virginia L. Peggins and Lynette Monroe).
The lawsuit alleged that:
- The RNC and RSC targeted minority voters in New Jersey in an effort to intimidate them.
- The RNC created a voter challenge list by mailing sample ballots to individuals in precincts with a high percentage of racial or ethnic minority registered voters. Then the RNC put the names of individuals whose postcards were returned as undeliverable on a list of voters to challenge at the polls.
- The RNC enlisted the help of off-duty sheriffs and police officers with “National Ballot Security Task Force” armbands, to intimidate voters by standing at polling places in minority precincts during voting. Some of the officers allegedly wore firearms in a visible manner.
To settle the lawsuit, in 1982 — while Ronald Reagan was President (1981-1989) — the RNC and RSC entered into an agreement or Consent Decree, which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance. The following is what the RNC and RSC, in the Consent Decree, agreed they would do:
[I]n the future, in all states and territories of the United States:
(a) comply with all applicable state and federal laws protecting the rights of duly qualified citizens to vote for the candidate(s) of their choice;
(b) in the event that they produce or place any signs which are part of ballot security activities, cause said signs to disclose that they are authorized or sponsored by the party committees and any other committees participating with the party committees;
(c) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their agents or employees to remove or deface any lawfully printed and placed campaign materials or signs;
(d) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their employees to campaign within restricted polling areas or to interrogate prospective voters as to their qualifications to vote prior to their entry to a polling place;
(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;
(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities.
The RNC also agreed that the RNC, its agents, servants, and employees would be bound by the Decree, “whether acting directly or indirectly through other party committees.”
As modified in 1987, the Consent Decree defined “ballot security activities” to mean “ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud.”
Since 1982, that Consent Decree has been renewed every year by the original judge, Carter appointee District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, now 88 years old. Long retired, Debevoise comes back yearly for the sole purpose of renewing his 1982 order for another year.

This is a summary of the appeals judge’s ruling, filed on March 8, 2012:
In 1982, the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) and the Democratic National Committee (“DNC”) entered into a consent decree (the “Decree” or “Consent Decree”), which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance. The RNC appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denying, in part, the RNC’s Motion to Vacate or Modify the Consent Decree. Although the District Court declined to vacate the Decree, it did make modifications to the Decree. The RNC argues that the District Court abused its discretion by modifying the Decree as it did and by declining to vacate the Decree. For the following reasons, we will affirm the District Court’s judgment.
Surprise! The judge who denied the RNC’s appeal to “vacate” the 1982 Consent Decree is an Obama appointee, Judge Joseph Greenaway, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Guy Benson of Townhall.com points out that in last Tuesday’s election, Obama only won by 406,348 votes in 4 states:
- Florida: 73,858
- Ohio: 103,481
- Virginia: 115,910
- Colorado: 113,099
Those four states, with a collective margin of 406,348 votes for Obama, add up to 69 electoral votes. Had Romney won 407,000 or so additional votes in the right proportion in those states, he would have 275 electoral votes.
All four states showed Romney ahead in the days leading up to the election. But on November 6, Romney lost all four states by a substantial margin, all of which have precincts that inexplicably went 99% for Obama, had voter registrations that exceeded their population, and had experienced problems with voting machines.
This election was stolen by the Democrats via vote fraud. Despite all the evidence of fraud, the Republican Party has been strangely silent about it.
Now you know why.
I’ll leave you with one last, even more disturbing thought:
The RNC and DNC made their Consent Decree 30 years ago, in 1982. The agreement in effect gives a carte blanche to the Democrat Party to commit vote fraud in every voting district across America that has, in the language of the Consent Decree, “a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations.” The term “substantial proportion” is not defined.
The Democrat Party knew this 30 years ago, more than enough time to put a plan in place to identify and groom their “perfect candidate” — in the words of Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) in 2008, a “light-skinned” black Democrat who has “no Negro dialect unless he wanted to have one.”
- Being a black Democrat, this perfect candidate would get the support of almost all black Americans (96% in 2008!) and other racial minorities (two-thirds of Hispanics in 2008).
- Being a “light-skinned” black with “no Negro dialect”, this perfect candidate would get the support of white Americans perpetually guilt-ridden about America’s original sin of slavery.
It doesn’t matter if this “perfect candidate” has dubious Constitutional eligibility to be president. They would see to it that his original birth certificate (if there is one) would never see the light of day. The same with his other documents — his passports, school and college records, draft registration, and medical records (so we’ll never know why Obama has that very long scar running from one side of his head, over the crown, to the other side).
Now, we understand the significance of the account Tom Fife wrote during the 2008 presidential campaign. Fife, a U.S. government contractor, claims that in 1992 while he was visiting Moscow, a woman with undying allegiance to Soviet Communism (the Soviet Union had recently collapsed, on December 31, 1991) told him that a black man named Barack, born of a white American woman and an African male, was being groomed by communists to be, and would be elected, President of the United States.
Now, we finally understand the cryptic remark made in May 2010, by Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan: “Obama was selected before he was elected.”
In 2008, this “perfect candidate” won the presidential election. And despite his many failures in his first term, he would be reelected in 2012 for a second term via massive vote fraud. But nothing would be done about the vote fraud, because of that Consent Decree signed by the RNC 30 years ago.
The Republican Party is dead — and with it, the U.S. two-party system as well — and the sooner we voters recognize that the better.
The question that remains is whether the American Republic is also dead.

1. If you are a registered Republican, QUIT! Switch your voter registration ID to non-partisan Independent.
2. Stop donating money, not even one penny, to the GOP. Tell them why.

The Ron Paul campaign was given millions of dollars to clean out the corruption in the federal government. This will be impossible if vote fraud prevents Ron Paul from winning, despite his wild and growing popularity. Vote fraud is at the center of official corruption and will always prevent investigation and prosecution of those involved in criminal behavior.
The campaign should now shift gears and announce that vote fraud has clearly destroyed the American political process, as proven by the Collier brothers, by Jim Condit, Bev Harris, Harri Hursti and the Public Broadcasting System and by many others.
Vote fraud must now be the target of the Ron Paul Revolution. Ron Paul can make a calm announcement that calls for an audit of the vote-counting machine from one end to the other. The audit can be made by the Ron Paul campaign, which can now afford to do it. He should recommend that the General Accounting Office and Federal Election Commission assist the campaign's audit. He can invite the GOP and Democratic Party to participate. If they refuse for any reason, their refusal will prove that they know about the vote fraud and are willing participants.
Ron Paul should announce that fair elections cannot be held until it is proven that the vote counting process is honest and trustworthy. The best weapon his campaign has in the 2006 PBS program, "Hacking Democracy." Bev Harris' ongoing work at Blackboxvoting.org can be revealed to millions of Americans now, with the millions of dollars entrusted to the Ron Paul Revolution. The two Ohio election officials recently sentenced to prison for the 2004 vote fraud were exposed by Blackboxvoting's great work, which can be seen in the PBS program.
Ron Paul should file suit to order a suspension of the primary process until a comprehensive audit of the vote counting process has been completed and all doubts as to its honesty are removed. Computers must be outlawed in the vote-counting process. The only way to ensure honest elections is with paper ballots and receipts, as the Collier brothers proved in their groundbreaking book, Votescam. They showed that there are dozens of ways to steal the vote as long as machines are used to count it. The question we must all ask is, "Who programs the computers that count the votes?"
Ron Paul should demand that paper ballots be counted by hand in the open and measured against paper receipts in the event of a disputed result. But first, there must be an audit of the process we have been under for decades, to show how we have been cheated and defrauded.

Republican IT Specialist Dies in Plane Crash

A top Republican internet strategist who was set to testify in a case alleging election tampering in 2004 in Ohio has died in a plane crash. Michael Connell was the chief IT consultant to Karl Rove and created websites for the Bush and McCain electoral campaigns. Michael Connell was deposed one day before the election this year by attorneys Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis about his actions during the 2004 vote count in Ohio and his access to Karl Roves email files and how they went missing.

A top Republican internet strategist who was set to testify in a case alleging election tampering in 2004 in Ohio has died in a plane crash. Mike Connell was the chief IT consultant to Karl Rove and created websites for the Bush and McCain electoral campaigns. He also set up the official Ohio state election website reporting the 2004 presidential election returns.
Connell was reportedly an experienced pilot. He died instantly Friday night when his private plane crashed in a residential neighborhood near Akron, Ohio.
Michael Connell was deposed one day before the election this year by attorneys Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis about his actions during the 2004 vote count and his access to Karl Roves email files and how they went missing.
Velvet Revolution, a non-profit investigating Connells activities, revealed this weekend that Connell had recently said he was afraid George Bush and Dick Cheney would throw [him] under the bus. Cliff Arnebeck had also previously alerted Attorney General Michael Mukasey to alleged threats from Karl Rove to Connell if he refused to take the fall.

There are no checks and balances on election day except in 20% of NH, where paper ballots are still counted by the local citizens by hand, in public, BEFORE THE BALLOTS LEAVE THE SIGHT OF THE JUDGES AND PUBLIC.

Last year ended with a number of voter database breaches — from the Sanders/Clinton/DNC database kerfuffle to the discovery of the still-mysterious posting of some 191 million voter records online shortly thereafter.
But those concerns may pale in comparison to the fact that the nation is about to begin voting in Presidential primaries and caucuses using electronic voting systems and tabulators that have failed time and again, that remain vulnerable to both malfunction and malfeasance, and that are often impossible for the public to oversee in any meaningful way.

Joining us to discuss the voter database breaches as well as concerns about election integrity and oversight in early caucus and primary states such as Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada and beyond is Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting.org.
Harris, the election integrity watchdog featured in HBO’s Emmy-nominated 2006 documentary Hacking Democracy, has been investigating and writing about those voter database breaches lately, including a new one that has just been discovered concerning tens of millions of additional voter records.
While voter registration databases actually contain public information, she explains, there are restrictions on their use, and they are not supposed to simply be posted publicly for download. “This stuff is not secure. It’ll probably never be secure,” she warns. “One of the things I did was really research how many of the breaches have occurred over time, and it’s a shocking number. You can’t secure this stuff.” As we discuss on today’s program, that point is something to keep in mind when you hear advocates of Internet Voting systems (the next nightmare that some hope to force upon American democracy) claim otherwise.
We then step through the differing voting processes used in each of the early voting states, with Harris explaining that completely unverified and/or unverifiable e-voting and tabulation systems — most of them hacked many times in the past — will once again be in use in every state in the union. Yes, even where hand-marked paper ballots are used, almost all of those ballots are tabulated by unverified computer systems.
“I’m not at war with a machine,” she explains. “I’m at war with no transparency. We have to be able to have some way to see and authenticate that count, before the ballots travel anywhere.”
Harris tells me: “The key here is not that there will never be a mistake, or never be fraud. The key is that the public has a right to accountability. If you can catch it, and do something about it — if you’re vigilant enough and doing a patriotic duty of vigilance — then that’s the whole point. When you start saying, ‘No, you can never see, you can never account for it,’ then you have a problem.”
We discuss how it was, in fact, public oversight of hand-counted paper ballots at GOP caucus sites in Iowa in 2012 which resulted in the correct results actually becoming known weeks later, long after the Republican Party misreported them on the night of the caucuses.
Transparency, however, is not quite as easy in other early voting states like New Hampshire (remember the unbelievably unverified mess there in 2008, when Hillary Clinton’s victory defied even Exit Polls taken on the day of the Primary?) and, especially, South Carolina (remember the unknown Alvin Greene’s 100% unverifiable and inexplicable victory in their 2010 Democratic U.S. Senate primary?)
“There’s not just one magic wand you can wave, but there are things to at least force some accountability into it,” Harris tells me, describing some of the ways election integrity advocates can try to force the issue a bit. Among her suggestions: “You can go [to the polling place at closing time] and snap a picture of what those [computer tabulated] results are with your cell phone and compare it with, at least, what they report” later on.
We cover a lot of ground in the conversation and I suspect we’ll be discussing this issue with her, and others, a lot more as the election year moves forward. But today’s show is a good place to begin.
