Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
On one of these videos I've listened to it was said they're planning on arresting maybe as many as seventy of the people who took part in the Bundy Ranch standoff too.
What they're doing is very similar to what was done in Ukraine between 1929 and 1933 when the farms were collectivized. They made the farmers give up their land, livestock and tools to the collective government farm. Anyone who resisted was murdered or sent to a gulag in Siberia to be worked to death. Those who tried to survive by being passive were starved to death.
Miron Dolot wrote a first hand account of it from his experience of it as a little boy. It's a tough book to read because what happened was gruesome and brutal. It seems very similar to what's happening here and now. They waited to long to fight back and when they did they were crushed. They had been disarmed and too many were willing to try surviving by being passive but they died anyway.
I think the american people have a chance to turn this government around if they'll stand and fight but I don't think enough have the will. This country may go the same way Ukraine did.
The book I speak of is "Execution by Hunger" by Miron Dolot.

That doesn't mean they aren't being rounded up. I think they run their cattle on hundreds of thousands of acres and a gathering could be happening and they wouldn't be aware of it if they're not out where the cattle are .
I'm still looking for confirmation on this story.

I've been looking as well. Haven't found confirmation either way. But it would not surprise me in the least if that's what the BLM would turn around and do. I'm not sure if the Bundy homestead is still be guarded or not.

This is what call of duty goddess is reporting now. It sounds like what I'd expect the Feds to do this time instead of a mass roundup. They're gathering a few at a time and moving them out of the area like cattle rustlers.
Call of Duty Goddess 1 hour ago
+Revolution Radio I just took a screen shot of the text's and I just emailed it to myself. I will type the reports that I got and the times until I receive the texts in my email.
2/16/16 - 10:58am - You should know that the Feds are in Nevada rounding up Cliven's cattle and told Brianna the ranch was next!! We need to let people know although there are so few of us left I don't know what we'll do about it.I could not find confirmation, so I did not say anything.
2/16/16 - 5:41pm - I received a call from a person that I know very well saying they saw it on their local news.I texted the person and told them that people are saying it is a lie
.2/16/16 - 7:40pm - That's funny because I spoke to Brianna just a few hours ago and she said they were being "stolen". They're not rounding them up on mass, just snatching.
2/16/16 - 7:41pm - That's as much as I know from here!! I'll check in with them again in a couple hours and see if they have any better handle on it.

Cliven Bundy, the father of Ammon Bundy, was accused by the federal government Thursday of six crimes related to a 2014 protest at his Nevada ranch.
Cliven Bundy appeared in court Thursday afternoon. He will stay in jail until his next court hearing on Feb. 17.
Bundy will be behind bars in the same jail housing his sons, the leaders of an armed group that occupied an Oregon wildlife refuge. The elder Bundy was arrested Wednesday night when he arrived in Portland from Las Vegas to visit sons Ammon and Ryan Bundy.
Cliven Bundy was charged with leading a tense 2014 armed standoff with federal officials near his ranch in Nevada.

They will have to be "stolen" because the Nevada brand inspector will not allow them to be transported without his inspection and Bundy's signature. I sent an email to Cliven Bundy's wife asking for confirmation. I don't know if she will answer me since she doesn't know me.

Shawna Cox has filed a $666,666,666,666.66 "work of the devil" lawsuit.
http://koin.com/2016/02/17/shawna-co...orks-of-devil/
Shawna Cox sues US for $666B over 'works of devil'
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Shawna Cox, one of the original occupiers at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge who is now facing federal charges, has sued the US government for $666 billion.
The counter suit seeks “damages from the works of the devil in excess of $666,666,666,666.66 Six hundred sixty six billion, six hundred sixty six million, six hundred sixty six thousand, six hundred sixty six dollars and sixty six cents.”
https://lintvkoin.files.wordpress.co...pg?w=600&h=338Shawna Cox in an appearance in US Federal Court in downtown Portland, Jan. 29, 2016 (Abigail Marble/Courtroom Sketch)
She was among the first 16 people indicted by federal officials for her role in the takeover. She was arrested Jan. 26 and released from the Multnomah County Detention Center on Jan. 29 with some conditions.
Cox, 59, is under GPS monitoring and a home detention schedule that allows her local travel for employment, medical appointments, religious and other activities with the approval of her pretrial release supervision officer.
The judge ordered that Cox neither own, possess, nor control any type of weapon while on release. Cox will also be under GPS monitoring and is under “home detention,” according to court documents.
Cox is also prohibited from having any contact with any of the co-defendants in the case, including Ammon Bundy.
In the lawsuit filed in Oregon, claims she “came to the assistance of economically vulnerable individuals who were being harassed, threatened, intimidated, persecuted and incarcerated by arrogant, narcissi (sic)Federal Government officials who have organized together to highjack and steal our Constitutional form of government from the people of the United States of America.”
She also claims: “Evidence will also show that Oregon State Bar members including S. Amanda Marshall, Governor Kate Brown, Judge Grasity (sic), Oregon State Senator Cliff Bentz, and others within the Oregon State Bar Association organized together to take complete control of the Oregon State Government so they could execute their personal objectives, agendas and the objectives and agendas of the predatory Oregon State Bar Association.”
Cox states in a bold and underlined section: “I am being maliciously prosecuted by State and Federal Bar Association members because they do not want to be held accountable for their subversive activities against the
people of the United States of America.”
She is currently facing one federal felony count of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation, or threats, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 372.
The lawsuit was filed in criminal court, but because it is a civil matter, the criminal judge isn’t recognizing it.

Many of them who were not shot and killed ended up in federal prisons. This as well as the current standoff at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge bring to mind the words of two of the so-called Founding Fathers; James Madison and John Adams.James Madison:“Americans need never fear their government because of the advantage of being armed, a right which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation”.John Adams:“Arms in the hands of the citizen may be used at individual discretion for the defense of the country, the overthrow of tyranny, and for self-defense”.
While almost all US media as well as most Democrats and Republicans alike misrepresent the militia members that have arrived at the Malheur Wildlife refuge as everything from “radical right-wingers” over “fundamentalist Christians” to “criminals and terrorists”, it is worth to have a close look at how the right to form militia is regulated. In the United States “the militia” consists of all able-bodied men with personal firearms. That is, it does not consist of conscripts or professional soldiers. The militia has the purpose to guarantee a free State by repelling foreign invasions, domestic insurrections and Federal Government Tyranny. The US Constitution’s Article 1, Section 8 – 15-16 stipulates:The Congress shall have the power to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union (not to be confused with the Federal Administration in the District of Colombia) to suppress insurrection and repel invasions. It is the duty of the militia to execute the laws of the Union. … To provide for organizing army and disciplining the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States of America, reserving to the States, respectively, the appointment of the officers and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.
It is important to notice that the “National Guard” is not “The Militia” but that the militia is the people. More specifically, the militia is regulated in Section 57 in the Officer’s Guide of the National Defense Act. The Act stipulates that:The Militia of the United States consists of all male citizens of the United States and all other able-bodied males who have or shall have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States, who are more than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age, and the Militia shall be divided into three classes. The National Guard which our forefathers described as the Select Militia, separate from the term “The Militia”, the Naval Militia, and the Unorganized Militia.
The Unorganized Militia – Not Unregulated or Irregular. It is especially the latter, the “Unorganized Militia” that Madison, Adams and others were referring to when they stressed that “the people” have the right and ability to resist against tyranny. The Constitutions of the constituent States of the USA vary with regard to the age and gender, some specify military age between 17 – 45 years of age, others specify the military age up to 64 years, others again do not implicitly exclude women.Citizens in all States of the United States have the constitutional right to form registered units of the Unorganized Militia, to possess and bear military-grade weapons provided that these militia units are well-regulated.This implies that members of militia units are well-trained and well-educated. This includes military training as well as it does education about the rights, obligations and duties of the Unorganized Militia. Of special importance is that militia units have to be educated about and adhere to the Uniform Code of Military Justice and that it trains and operates overtly instead of covertly. Regardless what position one has with regard to wildlife conservation, the debate about the standoff must be brought on the right track unless the United States and its citizens want to risk descending further into tyranny, imposed on them by their federal government.CH/L – nsnbc – 10.01.2015Share:

to use the militia to reign in a despotic president, however when the Congress is complicit with the DOJ and the president, it must be we, the people, such as the situation we find ourselves in today.

I have thought that also. I believe he is the guy who fired through the windshield. A bullet hole is visible in the left side of the windshield in one video, about, the right position to hit LaVoy in the left shoulder.

I think in one of these interviews I've listened to it was said Victoria Sharp said she saw blood on the snow near Lavoys pickup when she got out. It may have been Lory Storm on the radio interviews she did but I don't know for sure. I may have to go back and listen to them again.
I don't hear well and it's especially hard for me to hear women or kids. If Victoria Sharp said that, it would be a pretty good indication he was shot before he got out. Being hard of hearing I might have missed it. Did anyone else hear Victoria say that in the recordings of her story of the ambush?

These decietful corrupt judges must know they are in violation of their own Federal Statutes and Court Rules.
Title 18 Part III CHAPTER 301 Section 4001(a) No citizen shall be imprisoned or otherwise detained by the United States except pursuant to an Act of Congress
FRCRP Rule 54(c) (which was mysteriously moved to Rule 1 when the SCOTUS rewrote the rules in 2002 and omitted the definition of "ACT OF Congress")
c) Application of Terms. As used in these rules the following terms have the designated meanings.
"Act of Congress" includes any act of Congress locally applicable to and in force in the District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, in a territory or in an insular possession.

Federal Judge: Cliven Bundy Must Remain in Jail – He is “Lawless and Violent”
It's interesting, isn't it? Not one shot was fired by Cliven Bundy, his family or peaceful protestors, some of whom were armed during the 2014 Bundy Ranch siege by the Bureau of Land Management. Not one shot was fired by the Bundys or any of the people who took over the Oregon Wildlife Refuge either. The only people that we know of who have acted unlawfully and violent have been the DC government and those tied to it. It was those who work for the state that fired on an unarmed LaVoy Finicum, murdering him in cold blood, and then sought to kill the other passengers in his vehicle who never fired a shot. Yet, a federal judge has said following Cliven Bundy's arrest in Oregon last week, the Mr. Bundy must remain behind bars because he is "lawless and violent."
U.S. Magistrate Judge Janice Stewart claims that Bundy is a danger to the community there.
"If he is released and he goes back to his ranch, that is likely the last the government will see of him," Stewart said.
Bundy's sons, Ammon and Ryan, remain in jail over three weeks after their arrest, and so do several others, including Pete Santilli, who did several live reports to keep the public informed of exactly what was going on minute by minute.
According to the Associated Press:
Bundy's attorney, Noel Grefenson, said his client could not be a danger if authorities waited to charge him for 22 months. The judge dismissed that argument and set his next hearing for Friday.
A family member said the patriarch isn't dangerous or a criminal and should be released to live at home.
"Cliven believes in the proper role of government and proper jurisdiction. Where's the jurisdiction?" daughter-in-law Briana Bundy told The Associated Press by telephone from Bunkerville, Nevada.
"He's not a flight risk. This is his home. This is where his livelihood is," she said.
As with everything the DC government does, Bundy's arrest was calculated. He was arrested at the Portland airport where authorities knew he would be unarmed and there would not be a scene. They were just as calculated in both the ambush and the video footage of the shooting of LaVoy Finicum.
However, Bundy, unlike the others who have been arrested, did not received charges related to the standoff in Oregon, but rather is charged with unlawfully directing more than 200 followers to stop federal agents and contract cowboys who were attempting to enforce a court order to round up nearly 400 of his cattle at the Bundy Ranch siege in 2014.
The aftermath of that was just as telling concerning the lawless and criminal behavior of federal agents.
Prosecutors also allege the Bundy and those who stood with him set up traffic checkpoints on public roads and attempted to follow and intimidate federal agents trying to conduct plant surveys.
"Witnesses have described the level of threatened violence as so intense that something as innocent as the backfire of (a) vehicle, or someone lighting a firecracker, would have set off a firefight," according to a 34-page document filed by prosecutors Tuesday.
Prosecutors claimed that neither the Constitution nor any other law "gives anyone the right to use or carry, let alone brandish, raise or point, a firearm" at federal law enforcers performing official duties, "whether one thinks the officer is acting constitutionally or not."
Au contraire mon frere! Federal agents are not spelled even listed in the Constitution, but a citizen militia and their duties are.
The Congress shall have Power To ...provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.... - ARTICLE I, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 16
As we have pointed out before, the laws of the union, contained in the Constitution regarding land were being dealt with peacefully and according to law. I will grant that Congress had not called up the militia, but I would also point out the that same section of the Constitution also states that Congress is to provide for the organizing, arming and disciplining of that militia, which they don't do because they do not want it to exist, but rather funnel unconstitutional spending to other interests. So, I ask, who really are the lawless and violent ones in this matter? Is it really Mr. Bundy and his sons, or is it a criminal DC government?

Cliven Bundy, 4 others face federal indictment in Nevada
Source: Oregon Live
Ammon Bundy, brother Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne and Peter Santilli -- already indicted in the armed takeover of a federal wildlife refuge in eastern Oregon -- now face federal indictment along with Cliven Bundy in the 2014 armed standoff near the Bundy ranch in Nevada.
The indictment charges the four with 16 felonies: one count of conspiring to commit an offense against the United States, one count of conspiring to impede or injure a federal officer, four counts of carrying a firearm in a crime of violence, two counts of assault on a federal officer, two counts of threatening a federal law enforcement officer, three counts of obstructing justice, two counts of interfering with interstate commerce by extortion and one count of interstate travel in aid of extortion.
It also levels five counts of criminal forfeiture against each defendant. If convicted of the offenses, they would have to forfeit property obtained from the proceeds of their crimes, totaling at least $3 million, including cattle at the so-called Bunkerville Allotment and Lake Mead National Recreational Area in Nevada. They also would have to forfeit firearms and ammunition used in the April 12, 2014, standoff with federal authorities.
"The rule of law has been reaffirmed with these charges,'' said Nevada's U.S. Attorney Daniel G. Bogden in a prepared statement. "Persons who use force and violence against federal law enforcement officers who are enforcing court orders and nearly causing catastrophic loss of life or injury to others, will be brought to justice.''

Obama Set to Settle Score against Oregon Sheriff Outspoken on the Second Amendment
Source: Sibel Edmonds
In the latest development involving the Burns-OR Standoff case, the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training is asking the state Department of Justice to investigate Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer after receiving numerous complaints from the public and others, including dispatchers and the John Day police chief. The Department has released eight separate complaints, including ones from a 911 manager and the John Day police chief, alleging misconduct by Palmer, and raising alarm concerning Palmer's association with leaders of the refuge occupation.
The Department of Justice has been asked to investigate the case, and the licensing agency has warned Palmer that if violations of police standards are found, he could face revocation of his police certification.
According to a one-sided article published by Oregon Live on Thursday, February 18, Palmer has drawn criticism for his association with the armed militants who took over the wildlife refuge and his meeting with some of the occupation leaders:
"I have a great public safety concern when the Grant County sheriff is allowed to openly meet with and be part of this group of lawbreakers," said John Day Police Chief Richard Gray in his complaint.
According to Valerie Luttrell, emergency communications manager for John Day 911:
“Glenn Palmer is viewed as a security leak, not only by local law enforcement staff but by the Oregon State Police and FBI."
The article goes on to list verbatim quotes from anonymous complainants- and does not indicate whether the complainants are associated with or employed by BLM or other interested parties.
The most interesting aspect of the Oregon Live article is what has been ‘intentionally’ left unsaid, unexplained, and plainly omitted. Nowhere in the article is there any mentioning of Sheriff Palmer’s highly public profile since 2013, his history of constitutional activism, or of his being a prime target of a never-solved bizarre bio-terror case.
I would like to emphasize intentionally, since just a simple internet query under the news category on Sheriff Glenn Palmer brings up dozens of results that range from front page headlines to popular syndicated radio shows dating back to 2013. In fact, since Oregon Live has been the leading mainstream media outlet providing coverage on cases involving Sheriff Palmer, the query did not need to extend outside the publication’s own archives!
Sheriff Palmer was one of the first and most publicized sheriffs across the nation who stood up to gun control measures proposed by the Obama administration in 2013. And in Oregon Palmer became the de facto leader and spokesperson for a host of sheriffs who had said that they would not comply with any excessive and unconstitutional gun regulation proposal:
In a
letter to Vice President Joe Biden, Grant County Sheriff, Glenn Palmer writes: "I too, have taken the Oath of Office to defend and uphold the Constitution for the State of Oregon as well as the Constitution of the United States. I take my duty and responsibility seriously. The citizens of Grant County have entrusted and empowered me to represent them. We have a history with customs and cultures that will support and defend the Second Amendment as well as the Oregon Constitution. The Oath that I swore to is to support and defend our constitutions from enemies, both foreign and domestic. I will not tolerate nor will I permit any federal incursion within the exterior boundaries of Grant County, Oregon, where any type of gun control legislation aimed at disarming law abiding citizens is the goal or objective.”
Oregon Live was one of the main publications providing coverage for Sheriff Palmer’s unwavering stand against tight restrictions on gun ownership, as late as 2015:
Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer called it "borderline treasonous" to pass this bill, which he said would further impinge on gun rights. He said there was no way for law enforcement to know when private parties are involved in a gun transfer and said he had "no intention" of trying to enforce the provisions of the bill if it became law.
Palmer won applause from the crowd, as did several other opponents who argued that legislators shouldn't even be considering a bill they regarded as an unconstitutional infringement on gun rights.
In February 2013 Palmer was one of four sheriffs from across the country who joined Glenn Beck on The Blaze TV to discuss the Second Amendment versus the push for more gun control legislation.
Palmer’s opposition to the Obama Administration’s intense lobbying to speedily pass new gun control laws immediately following the Sandy Hook incident received extensive coverage- from The Examiner to The Washington Times and Breitbart Report.
But most interestingly, most of the coverage of Sheriff Palmer was provided by Oregon Live.
In 2015 the outspoken Grant County Sheriff became the subject of national media coverage again in a highly suspicious incident that was never truly solved. In July 2015 the FBI investigated at least 20 letters received by law enforcement agencies across Oregon after Sheriff Palmer was hospitalized following exposure to an unidentified white powder in an envelope. Palmer was exposed to an unknown "chemical substance" after opening a letter delivered to his office, and was hospitalized and treated after developing a rash caused by the substance. Yet, according to the FBI the suspicious letters sent to government offices throughout Oregon did not appear to contain any hazardous materials. This, despite the record of Sheriff Palmer’s hospitalization and treatment due to reaction from exposure to the suspicious envelope containing the unidentified substance. Palmer was one of three recipients who suffered actual physical reaction and a rash from exposure to the substance, requiring his hospitalization.
Oregon Live provided further coverage of the suspicious letter incident, including statements from Palmer:
Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer said one of the letters caused him to suffer a physical reaction. Palmer said he didn't see any powder or white substance when he opened the letter, but he experienced a metallic taste in his mouth and felt a tingling in his arms.
"I thought, 'Oh, boy,' and went to the hospital intending to get my blood tested but they went full haz-mat mode on me," Palmer told The Oregonian/OregonLive. "They stripped me down and washed me down."
Another glaring hypocrisy shows up in the discrepancy in the way in which Oregon Live treats Grant County Sheriff Palmer versus BLM-Fed man, Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward, who met with the Malheur protesters, including the Bundy’s, on several occasions:
Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward, backed up by two other sheriffs, met face-to-face Thursday with protest leader
Ammon Bundy to try to bring a peaceful end to a weeklong occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
Ward was encouraged to reach out directly to the militants at a town hall meeting Wednesday night in Burns that drew an estimated 400 people. Several speakers urged the sheriff to do just what he did Thursday, and several ranchers had volunteered to join him if needed to end the occupation.
Ward met Bundy on the side of Lava Bed Road, a handful of media surrounding the men. Bundy was accompanied by Ryan Payne, a self-styled militiaman from Montana.
Combing through the web you will come across many photo ops and narrations on Ward’s interactions with the Malheur protesters. In contrast to that, we have yet to locate a single photo or documented meeting(s) between Sheriff Glenn Palmer and the Bundy’s. Not only that, Sheriff Palmer had insisted on remaining neutral, and deferred to Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward on anything related to the Malheur Protest:
“I had no idea who I was meeting with when we had lunch yesterday,” he said. “I walked in, I realized who they were and I sat and listened to them. ... They actually wanted me to come down there and make a stand, and I said, ‘not without the sheriff’s blessing."
Palmer said he has spoken to Harney County Sheriff David Ward and told him he would not interfere without permission. Palmer said he has “a pretty good working relationship” with the sheriff from the neighboring county. He said, however, he was not willing to do the only thing Ward would allow.
“About the only thing he really told me is I’m welcome to come down there if I would shame and humiliate them into giving up, and I said, ‘No, I won’t do that,’” Palmer said. “I’m not in the business of denouncing or shaming or humiliating anybody.”
But then again, it is apparent that Sheriff Ward has been a known guardian of BLM and subservient to the Feds, thus exempt from the ever-expanding Fed hit list. While the sheriff on the hit and grudge list has not been.
If two plus two makes four- then, one plus one plus one plus one makes it a slam-dunk four:
- Sheriff Palmer, in 2013, landed on the very wrong side of the Obama Administration and its Fed muscles with his unapologetic and highly public stand against the proposed disproportionate measures against the Second Amendment. That’s one.
- Sheriff Palmer was one of the prime targets in the mysterious case of envelopes containing a toxic substance mailed to Oregon law enforcement offices, which were handed over to the FBI for forensic investigation and never again saw the light of day. That’s one as well.
- Sheriff Palmer has been a strict constitutionalist- a proponent of the separation of powers, pro local authority vs federal intrusions, and a staunch defender of the sanctity of the Second Amendment. None of which is tolerated by the current federal powers. Any one enough to land him on the fed’s to-be-persecuted list. That’s definitely a one.
- Sheriff Palmer is now a direct target of the Federal Government’s witch-hunt, geared to set an example and destroy the last pockets of resistance and righteousness in the nation of the-no-longer-free. And that’s another one.
I don’t know about you, but in my book the sum of the above ones equals a solid four.
Now, someone please explain to me: How is it that a resourceful mainstream publication such as Oregon Live, which has an extensive and well-organized archive of its own news coverage for the last three years pertaining to Sheriff Palmer, publishes this recent one-sided article without even a single mention of the never-buried hatchet and long-held grudge by President Obama and the feds against the Sheriff? Publishes it without history, context and the real facts, that is. You tell me- because ‘they’ never do.

Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
I have been doing a lot of digging to find out if this Oregon US Distrct Court has criminal jurisdiction in these cases. Everthing I have encountered says unless the legislature ceded the land to the USA the state retains civil and criminal jurisdiction. This Malheur Reserve is not Article I Section 8 Clause 17 property (forts dockyards magazines needful buildings). It is public land, and public land owned by USA apparently falls under the jurisdiction of the state it is located in. The USA is considered just another property owner.
If it is proven the Court lacks jurisdiction, the judges, DOJ attorneys are wide open to criminal charges and civil suits because they are acting personally outside their office.

Good luck getting their lawyers to challenge jurisdiction. They are beholden to the BAR and will do as instructed by the court.

I know that, and I have communicated that to some interesrted parties on behalf of the defendants. I hope they take the ball and run with it. But most people think they need a lawyer to defend them.

Anthony Hall in my reply 797 above, spends a lot of time talking about Palmer, who Hall spoke with for about 15 minutes, Palmer said this is all really affecting him & his family, and felt he couldn't talk about it. Hall says Palmer seemed tortured, deeply troubled by everything.
I guess Sheriff Palmer was sent a letter with some unknown chem substance, and went to the hospital a rash, tingly arms and metalic taste in mouth.

US Media Bury the Three-Year Long Grudge Held by the Feds against Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer
Sheriff Palmer, in 2013, landed on the very wrong side of the Obama Administration and its Fed muscles with his unapologetic and highly public stand against the proposed disproportionate measures against the Second Amendment. That’s one.

Backing Infowars May Soon Be Considered “Material Support” of Terrorism
DOJ looking to tweak PATRIOT Act and prosecute anti-government "extremists"

In October with little fanfare the Justice Department created a new position to emphasize the threat the government says it faces from so-called domestic extremists.
“Homegrown violent extremists can be motivated by any viewpoint on the full spectrum of hate—anti-government views, racism, bigotry, anarchy and other despicable beliefs,” John Carlin, in charge of DOJ’s national security division, told a seminar on terrorism at George Washington University. The event was hosted by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
Carlin said government and law enforcement now consider individuals and groups opposed to the authority of the state to be the top terrorism concern, a threat he said overshadows Muslim extremism.
Carlin’s remark designating “anarchy” as “despicable” reveals that the government considers any opposition to the state to be terrorism. The word anarchy is derived from ancient Greek word anarchia, meaning without a ruler or centralized authority.
“I can say, based on our briefings, that as I said in my opening remarks, we very much think that the domestic terrorism threat is a real and present threat that demands to be addressed in new, creative ways,” Carlin said, adding that the “Southern Poverty Law Center and other groups in this space are very important.”
In 2010 Infowars noted the Department of Homeland Security considers the SPLC to be a de facto division of the federal government. Stewart Rhodes of the patriot group the Oath Keepers uncovered a document that lists Richard Cohen as a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council. Cohen is the president and CEO of the SPLC.
“What does the working group do? Make recommendations on training and how to use all of the local resources—police, social services, media, NGO’s, you name it—to fight ‘extremism.’ So, now no need to file a FOIA request to discover that SPLC is writing the reports naming constitutionalists as possible terrorists. Now it is in your face and the mask is off,” Rhodes explained.
In April 2009 a document produced by the Department of Homeland Security, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” characterized patriot political groups that reject “federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or [reject] government authority entirely” as domestic terrorists.Material Support for Terrorism to be Used Against Patriots
In early February Reuters reported Justice Department officials will ask Congress for a statute “to toughen the fight against anti-government extremists.” A similar law is currently used to prosecute individuals accused of providing “material support” for Muslim terrorist groups currently on the State Department’s list of international terrorist organizations.
The PATRIOT Act codifies material support as distributing literature, political advocacy and donating money to groups and individuals the government considers terrorists. An individual does not need to be involved in violence to be prosecuted. Moreover, the government does not need to “show that any specific act of terrorism has taken place, or is being planned, or even that a defendant intended to further terrorism,” according to an ACLU white paper.
“A different standard is being applied to Muslims than to other people,” a former counterterrorism expert at the Department of Homeland Security now working as a law enforcement consultant told Reuters.
Carlin said his team at the DOJ is taking a “thoughtful look at the nature and scope of the domestic terrorism threat” and helping to analyze “potential legal improvements and enhancements to better combat those threats.”
Reuters specifically mentions as anti-government extremism the non-violent civil disobedience of the group led by Ammon Bundy at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge last month.
Last week Cliven Bundy and four others were indicted by a federal grand jury in Nevada on charges related to the 2014 “standoff”at the Bundy ranch. The charges include: conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer, weapon use and possession, assault on a federal officer, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction, extortion to interfere with commerce, and interstate travel in aid of extortion.
Nevada Democrat Senator and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid called the Bundy family patriarch a “domestic terrorist.”
The government considers the act of civil disobedience in Nevada to be a violent act. “This indictment sends a resounding message to those who wish to participate in violent acts that our resolve to pursue them and enforce the law remains unwavering,” Nevada FBI Special Agent in Charge Laura Bucheit said.If the government gets its wish and is permitted to use the material support statute against non-violent constitutionalists, members patriot groups and those rejecting the authority of the state over the individual, supporters of Alex Jones and Infowars—characterized by the SPLC as extremist—may eventually be prosecuted as terrorists.

Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
So non-violent, non-compliance is to be considered extremism. Nice.
Uncle Satan: Now, suck my balls or I WILL fuck you up.
