Yesterday, I wrote that there is no Biden Executive Order mandating the vaccine for all companies with more than 100 employees.
Several readers have mistakenly pointed to the EO that mandates the COVID vaccine for federal employees, federal contractors, and (now) sub-contractors. That’s NOT the EO I’m talking about.
Now I’ve learned that, apparently, Biden (his handlers) are pursuing a different strategy to mandate the vaccine for all employees of companies whose work force is more than 100.
Biden has issued a directive to the federal agency, OSHA, ordering it to frame a set of regulations that would, indeed, compel private sector companies with more than 100 employees to mandate the vaccine to those employees.
This Biden directive is operating under what’s called an ETS—Emergency Temporary Standard.
Three things to understand here, in my opinion.
ONE: Since OSHA has not yet issued any regulations, there is no binding legal reason, at the moment, for private-sector employers with more than 100 employees to mandate the vaccine to those employees. Unless those employers are federal contractors.
TWO: As I suggested yesterday, this whole operation smells like a stall on the part of the feds. The stall is already occurring, since OSHA hasn’t issued any regulations, and it will continue after OSHA acts, as various state governments and other parties file legal actions against the government.
Meanwhile, on the ground, companies are folding up and following Biden’s “decree.” They’re falling in line. This fait accompli is exactly what the White House wants.
Legal challenges to the OSHA ETS could take months, even years. If enough companies voluntarily go along with the decree, the feds will win.
The feds aren’t looking for 100% compliance. The mechanics of enforcement alone could be a logistical nightmare. The feds just want MORE. More compliance. More employers ordering their people to take the shot. More needles in arms. More fascism. More tyranny. More power. More control.
THREE: It seems to me that not issuing an EO, and instead going the OSHA ETS route, is less direct, more muddy, and easier to wrangle about in court for a longer period of time. Which is what the feds want.
Meanwhile, back in the every-day world…back under the rule of the medical cartel…the beat goes on. And what is that beat?
For the past 30-plus years, I’ve been revealing, chapter and verse, the devastating effects of pharmaceutical medicine. The huge numbers of deaths, the huge numbers of maimings.
The overall result of this program is the massive debilitation of the population.
In other words, the gross weakening of health and vitality, which translates into the lowered ability to resist the power of the State.
This is fact. This is outcome. This is what, under the surface of society, has been happening for decades and decades.
And now, in the US alone, reported COVID vaccine injuries have surpassed 700,000. This figure is patently false, meaning it represents underreporting. For example, the well-known Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare study concluded that reported vaccine injuries should be multiplied by 100 to arrive at a true number.
It’s long past the time when any doctor, nurse, or public health official can claim they’re unaware of the destruction pharmaceutical medicine is causing. They WANT TO be “unaware.” They WANT TO turn a blind eye. They WANT TO keep their jobs, paychecks, reputations, and status.
Later today, I’ll republish my piece citing mainstream revelations that detail the amount of human devastation the medical cartel has been creating, for a long time.

The local school boards and city councils have been tuning out citizens for decades. I've been there and done that as far as trying to keep an eye on local government activities. They are truly working against the citizens and do not care at all about the legitimate wishes of their constituents. The rigged vote counts all across all the counties in all the the states sets the stage of ruination. And all the while, their personal bank balances are growing inexplicably and exponentially.

The Swedish Public Health Agency revealed on Wednesday that it is recommending use of the Moderna SpikeVax be discontinued in young people born after 1991, citing serious cardiac issues incuding myocarditis and pericarditis. Denmark implemented a ban for people aged 12-17 the same week.
“The Swedish Public Health Agency has decided to suspend the use of Moderna’s vaccine Spikevax, for everyone born in 1991 and later, for precautionary reasons,” the Agency stated on Wednesday. “The cause is signals of an increased risk of side effects such as inflammation of the heart muscle or heart sac. However, the risk of being affected is very small.”
New preliminary [analysis] from Swedish and Nordic data sources indicate that the connection is especially clear when it comes to Moderna’s vaccine Spikevax, especially after the second dose,” the statement continued. “The increase in risk is seen within four weeks after the vaccination, mainly within the first two weeks.”
The statement concluded, “The Swedish Public Health Agency has decided to recommend a break for all use of Spikevax for people born in 1991 and later. The Comirnaty vaccine from Pfizer / Biontech is recommended for these age groups instead. The decision is valid until 1 December 2021. The Swedish Public Health Agency will return with a notice of recommendation after this date.”
On the same day, the Danish Health Authority noted that “In the preliminary data … there is a suspicion of an increased risk of heart inflammation, when vaccinated with Moderna,” while claiming “heart inflammation is an extremely rare side effect that often has a mild course and goes away on its own.”
Canada’s Public Health Agency stated last Friday that “The risk of cardiac complications, including heart inflammation, has been shown to be substantially increased following COVID-19 infections, with the risks higher after the infection than after vaccination.”

The Biden Regime’s Department of Justice has convicted a Texas man for posts made on Facebook. The man was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison because of comedic Facebook posts claiming he paid people sick with COVID-19 to lick grocery store merchandise.
The comedy triggered an investigation that was conducted by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and Weapons of Mass Destruction personnel and ultimately resulted in a conviction. 40-year-old Christopher Charles Perez of San Antonio, Texas received the more than year-long prison sentence, in addition to a $1,000 fine.
His crime consisted of making two Facebook posts claiming he paid a COVID-positive friend to intentionally spread the China-originated virus by licking various items in San Antonio area grocery stores. Screenshots of the posts were sent to authorities at the Southwest Texas Fusion Center, who contacted the FBI, prompting an investigation by the Joint Terrorism Task Force with the help of personnel from the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate.
“My homeboys [sic] cousin has covid19 and has licked every thing for past 2 days cause we paid him too [sic],” Perez wrote in one of the posts. “Big difference is we told him not to be these f—— idiots who record and post online. . .YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.”
Perez’s claims that the posts were part of a hoax and that no one with COVID-19 was actually paid to lick anything were verified by investigators, but authorities still charged Perez, who says the jokes were meant to scare fellow Facebook users out of going to the store based on the belief that it would help stop the spread of the virus.
“Trying to scare people with the threat of spreading dangerous diseases is no joking matter,” U.S. Attorney Ashley Hoff said according to a statement issued by the Justice Department. “This office takes seriously threats to harm the community and will prosecute them to the full extent of the law.”
Perez’s conviction and sentencing mark the latest in a series of moves taken by the White House that, using COVID-19 as a pretext, have alarmed free speech and constitutional advocates.
After Surgeon General Vivek Murthy implored social media platforms to censor information on COVID-19 not approved of by the federal government, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told that reporters that the Biden regime is already flagging “problematic” Facebook content, prompting its censorship.
“We are in regular touch with the social media platforms and those engagements typically happen through members of our senior staff and also members of our COVID-19 team,” Psaki said. “[…]This is a big issue, of misinformation, specifically on the pandemic.”

Why are the vast majority of practicing physicians doing absolutely nothing to help patients with early Covid-19?
Here is an excerpt from a recent conversation with a junior colleague (JC) on early outpatient treatment of Covid with ivermectin (IVM):
JC: Countries like mine depend heavily on guidelines from the WHO (World Health Organization)…, and right now there’s nothing that supports the use of those drugs in Covid-19.
Me: That’s the problem. The guidelines are consistently wrong. Did you know the WHO receives more than 50 percent of its funding from industry? They are corrupt, as are the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
JC: So, you’re saying these agencies that are promoting best practice guidelines in medicine are all corrupt? So then whom do we trust? We might as well just do what we want when treating patients.
Me: No. We use science, logic, deductive reasoning, judgment, and clinical experience.
Most doctors have become so dependent on guidelines that they have lost the ability to problem-solve, to think critically, and to practice real clinical medicine. Medicine has gone off the rails, and patients are suffering the consequences.
When the first wave of what was then known as the Wuhan virus hit in March-April 2020, medical attention was almost completely focused on management of the acutely ill patient. This was notable for its very high failure rate, particularly post-intubation.
A handful of intrepid doctors, including Zev Zelenko in upstate NY and Didier Raoult in Marseille, France, addressed early outpatient treatment using repurposed existing drugs such as hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). These physicians achieved remarkable clinical results, but instead of being embraced and emulated, they were censored and harassed. As should now be obvious to even the most naïve, Pharma and other stakeholders had to suppress successful, cheap remedies to pave the way for the rollout of the “vaccines” that were already developed.
How was this accomplished? By using the tyranny of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM). “These treatments are not evidence-based!” they screamed. “Where are the randomized controlled trials (RCTs)?” they demanded. Kind of hard to have RCT data on a brand new disease, but so what. The authorities had spoken.

At the 78th Annual Meeting, the AAPS Board of Directors approved a "Statement on Scientific Integrity in Medicine":
By advocating for their patients’ best interests every day in multiple clinical settings, physicians earn high levels of public trust. A key component of the clinical practice of medicine consists of translating medical science into individualized patient treatment plans. Calculation of medical risk and benefit for individual care is the exclusive province of a patient-physician relationship grounded in trust and fiduciary responsibility.
Scientific integrity is enforced through the publication of ideas, scholarly debate, and careful observation in clinical practice. The interpretation of science is not the exclusive privilege of any one disciplinary body, advisory committee, professional journal, or forensic expert. Neither the scientific method nor clinical practice require adherence to consensus, because diversity of opinion is the engine of progress. In science, hypothesis and theory are always open to revision as new evidence emerges.
The American Medical Association (AMA) Code of Ethics affirms the paramount place of the duty to advocate for the individual patient. The AMA has also recognized innovative practice and freedom in professional speech as ethical and fundamental components of high quality clinical care.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, various government agencies have launched public health campaigns to promote specific social and medical responses to the pandemic. Parallel campaigns have used allegations of professional misconduct to discredit physicians who are perceived as undermining the public health message. “Misinformation” has become the pejorative label of choice to disparage differing opinion.
Some state medical boards and the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), a private entity, have published public threats of disciplinary action around “misinformation,” including revocation of medical licenses, in attempts to enforce a manufactured public health consensus in professional speech and clinical care. No medical code of ethics has articulated a duty to practice consensus-driven medicine in the service of public health to the detriment of individual patients.
Advocating for the interests of patients includes giving them access to all information and supporting them in decisions that involve their personal mental and bodily integrity. The prospect of of scientifically unsupported disciplinary actions creates an environment of fear, impeding physicians’ ability to fulfill their ethical duties to provide fully informed consent to each individual patient.
We believe it is unethical for physicians to participate in any process that impedes the free exchange of scientific and clinical ideas through public allegations of misconduct or threats of punishment. Use of the stigmatizing label “misinformation” in a medical disciplinary environment is anti-scientific and unethical. ...

As more individuals move to freer, less locked-down states (like Oklahoma and Texas, for instance), the number of people saying “y’all” should greatly increase. The federal government, as in the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Twitter post on “horse dewormer” (“You are not a horse…. Seriously, y’all. Stop it”), is signaling its attitude toward such people—and our health and safety.
The current overlords have unintentionally provided a glimpse into what socialized medicine will look like. Medicare for All (we’re going to call this Medicare for Y’all here on out), the political version of medical care, will appear no different than denying sufficient monoclonal antibody infusions to individuals in “uncooperative” states. In addition, those in charge will exempt themselves from the political medicine system they would impose on the rest of us, just as they’ve exempted themselves (White House staff, Congress, Postal Union, and probably others) from their recent punitive vaccine mandate.
As we try to uncloak Uncle Sam’s medical scheme, let’s review some history, some examples of laws lawmakers don’t have to follow. It turns out that the federal government has a habit of exempting the “select few” from many of the rules and mandates imposed on its “citizens.”
Social Security/Medicare Exemption: Until about 1983, civilian federal employees were exempt from Social Security taxes. While their exemption was eventually ended, there was no hesitation in providing the exemption in the early days, and this represented a powerful employment recruitment tool for the federal government. While members of Congress pay Medicare taxes, they are not required once they reach age 65 to designate Medicare as their primary insurance. They’ve carved out a special exemption, unavailable to the rest of us, that places Medicare (increasingly shunned by physicians and hospitals) on the back bench.
Obamacare Exemption for Congress: While severe monetary penalties for failure to buy insurance were consequences for the populace at large, Congress members exempted themselves from these same Obamacare penalties. The penalties have been removed for all of us (for now), but clearly the lawmakers had no intention of complying with what the rest of us had to endure when the Unaffordable Care Act was passed.
Vaccine Mandate Exemption: The most recent and blatant example of “yes for thee, not for me,” is the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-enforced vaccine mandate decreed by the current occupant of the Oval Office. The mandate does not apply to the White House staff or members of Congress and their staff. When the postal workers’ union bowed up, they received an exemption. This would be laughable if the consequences of non-compliance were trivial, but no tyrant worth his salt would threaten his subjects with a feather. The $14,000-per-violation penalty has the attention of employers nationwide, many of whom are hoping the legal resources of their state governments can derail this federal invasion, an invasion from which the ruling class is exempted.
Public Health Rules: Disturbing as federal intrusions into all aspects of our lives might be, even more galling are the exemptions our overlords grant themselves to the rules inflicted on the rest of us. Exemptions that predate and encompass the pandemic timeline portend more to come.
Increasingly we see the “us” and “them” display, where rules are conspicuously violated by those who make the rules. A governor dining at the French Laundry during the height of the California lockdown; the husband of a governor on a boating excursion when all boating activities were banned for anyone else who lived in Michigan; a confiscatory tax plan supported by a president who may very well owe $500,000 in back taxes. While the mask-less display at the Emmy awards was hypocritical, the exemptions lawmakers routinely provide for themselves are tyrannical. Indeed, government commits crimes (robbery by taxation and inflation, murder by drone, counterfeiting by Federal Reserve) every day, the committing of which would land any individual in jail, but the explicit exemption of the shafters from the laws the shaftees must obey defies any concept of the rule of law.
When my father asked the late Walter Williams years ago whether state actors were stupid or evil, he responded, “both.” However, state actors can’t effectively hide behind stupid or the “law of unintended consequences” when they explicitly shield themselves from the same consequences they inflict on the rest of us. I have no doubt that the past and current conduct of federal officials portends future legislative meddling in our medical affairs, the non-compliance with which will hold no consequences for those who run the predator state.
“Medicare for All” is what they will call it. I say we call it “Medicare for Y’all,” as it is meant for us, not for them.
