Correct. There are two U.S. District Courts in Nevada, one in the north at Reno, One in the south at Las Vegas. They are called District of Nevada-Reno and District of Nevada-Las Vegas. There is no clerk of the court stamp indicating this document is filed.

The contest challenged students to "Consider and describe the relevance of the Japanese internment today as our nation combats terrorism." More than 1,000 students submitted essays and videos.
