Why would a person who legally owns a number of guns be carrying a stolen 9mm around with him? None of this passes the sniff test.

He attacks Pete Santilli at one point that I don't agree with but the rest of the video hits the mark in my opinion. Santilli can be a little obnoxious at times but he did a tremendous amount to expose what the FBI, law enforcement and politicians were up to in Burns.
I concur about Santilli's personality, but he was there every day doing his damndest to expose the corruption. Without him I think this would all have been swept under the rug. There may have been more massacres without Santilli's exposure.

Supporters of accused Nevada extortionist Cliven Bundy are planning to protest outside a federal courthouse in Las Vegas Thursday where he faces felony charges for his 2014 armed standoff with federal agents.
A post on the Bundy Ranch Facebook page is asking supporters to fill the sidewalks outside the federal building from 10 a.m. as well as the public area of the courtroom for his 2 p.m. arraignment.
Bundy faces 16 felony counts including extortion, conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, and threatening a federal law enforcement officer.
Bundy, 69, is among 19 people, including four of his sons, who were indicted last week in connection with the Bunkerville showdown in 2014.
The confrontation began when the Bundys and 270 supporters, funded in part by the Koch Brothers and their campaign to privatize public land, took aim at federal agents who were trying to collect 20 years of unpaid grazing fees for allowing his cattle to feast on publicly-owned land.
The Bundy gang outnumbered National Park Service rangers four to one and some trained a sniper squad to threaten federal employees.
Bundy was arrested in February in Portland, Oregon on his way to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge where his sons Ammon and Ryan were involved in a 40-day armed occupation of a federal building in defense of two alleged terrorists.

Taxpayers already had to pay for the increased security costs for Bundy’s brief court appearance last Friday, where he told US Magistrate Judge Bill Hoffman that he did not have a chance to read the 63-page indictment against him and was not prepared to enter a plea.
Bundy also said he needed time to find a lawyer to represent him.
Small rallies were held earlier this week by Bundy supporters over the death of LaVoy Finicum who was shot and killed by Oregon State Police while resisting arrest during the standoff last month.

What won't be released yet are reports on the mystery of who fired two shots at Finicum just after he crashed his Dodge pickup. Neither bullet hit him and no state officer or FBI agent on the scene admitted to being the shooter.
Deschutes County Sheriff Shane Nelson said at a news conference Tuesday that his team concluded that an FBI agent fired the two shots and later denied it. The U.S. Justice Department is now investigating that agent and four other FBI agents at the scene who may have helped conceal the shots.
Officer 1 kept his position as Finicum rounded a corner and bore down on the roadblock at 70 mph.
"It got to a point where I believe without a doubt it could not stop," Officer 1 said. "It was going to run into our roadblock, which would have resulted in the death or serious injury of multiple officers."
He said as the truck came at them he believed he had "no other option" but to fire several rounds from his AR-15, aiming for the driver area and the motor. Investigators later determined three rounds struck the truck – in the hood, the grille and the driver's side mirror – but hit no one inside.

An FBI agent is suspected of lying about firing twice at Robert "LaVoy" Finicum and may have gotten help from four other FBI agents in covering up afterward, authorities revealed Tuesday.
The bullets didn't hit Finicum and didn't contribute to his death, but now all five unnamed agents, part of an elite national unit, are under criminal investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Inspector General Michael Horowitz is leading the independent inquiry.
The remarkable disclosure came as a team of local investigators released findings that two state troopers shot Finicum three times in the back during the chaotic scene at a police roadblock Jan. 26. One bullet pierced his heart, an autopsy showed.
Investigators gave no details to explain why the one FBI agent, a member of the Hostage Rescue Team, wouldn't report the two shots. They also didn't indicate what his four colleagues did to warrant investigation other than saying it was related to conduct after the shooting.
Cox's video showed that one shot hit the truck's left rear passenger window as Finicum stepped out. At the time, Finicum appeared to have his hands at least at shoulder height.
Investigators later established that the bullet entered the truck through the roof before shattering the window and concluded it was fired by an FBI agent. Another bullet from the same FBI agent apparently went wild and missed the truck altogether, the investigation showed.
"All six shots fired by the Oregon State Police, the three into the truck and the three that struck Mr. Finicum, are justified," said Malheur County District Attorney Dan Norris. The shots were "in fact, necessary," he said.
Although Norris cleared the troopers of wrongdoing, the entire operation remains under a cloud with the disclosure of possible misconduct by the FBI agents. Law enforcement officials tried to blunt the impact, noting that investigating officers discovered and reported the alleged cover-up

NECESSARY? It is beyond me how these people can sleep at night. First they set up an ambush, then murder a man struggling to maintain his balance in the snow and call it justified when they could have arrested any one of them at any time without resorting to violence.

The Bureau of Land Management have been acting tyrannically for decades. As an unconstitutional agency, we have seen them in recent years not only violating the Constitution and the rights of the people, but we've also seen them take an armed violent stand against ranchers, both in Nevada and Oregon. All of it is unlawful. I want to share story that I ran across concerning two BLM employees and a miner in Idaho from 2012 during some research on the BLM. In a confrontation with the BLM, the Idaho miner asked, "You are telling me that you supersede the Constitution of the united States?" The BLM employee smugly replied, "Yes, I do."
Nicole Crossman, one of the founders of the South West Idaho Mining Association, and her husband John, along with some others were at the family's camp on July 11th, 2012 when they were approached by two BLM employees, who were identified as Ann Marie Sharkey and Jeff Weiss.
Video evidence, which has now been removed and another video made private, shows what seems to be a friendly encounter between the employees and the Crossmans. However, once Sharkey spotted mining incident tools, she demanded that Mrs. Crossman produce identification. The text of the conversation comes from Mrs. Crossman.
Crossman did not comply, but rather asked Sharkey what he law enforcement status was. Sharkey claimed to be a federal BLM agent, but when asked to get her supervisor out to where they were, Sharkey called the Sheriff's Department on her radio and claimed that she owned the Crossman's claim by way of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), which is an unconstitutional act.
Mrs. Crossman then informed Sharkey that she was now trespassing on a federal mining claim to which the agent demanded to see her mining corner posts, signs and notices.
"You are more than welcome to go and find them if you are so concerned of that, but the notice of location is located in that tree over there," Crossman replied.
The conversation then began to get even more heated.
"Ma'am, this is public land with a 14 day stay limit on it," said Sharkey. "How much longer do you think you will be staying? The rest of the weekend?"
"I am not sure," replied Crossman. "And this is actually public domain once I entered it to prospect. Especially because I have a claim here!"
Sharkey was having none of that. "This is public land," she said.
"It was public land," said Crossman. "It is now Public domain. Are you familiar with laws that have granted me to be entitled to this public domain?"
Sharkey snidely replied that she was familiar with the laws and when asked which ones, she said "The 1800 one."
"There isn't an 1800 mining law," retorted Crossman.
Then Sharkey made the absolutely ridiculous claim of ownership.
"I own and manage all of these minerals you are trying to mine for," she said. "I need to identify who I am speaking with. ID?"
Crossman asked, "You are telling me that you supersede the Constitution of the united States?"
Sharkey replied, "Yes, I do."
Crossman then educates Sharkey that she is aware of the law and of a BLM agent's status.
"No, you are a surface management agency, and what we are doing is extracting minerals from a SUB-surface area," she said.
When Sharkey threatened Crossman with arrest for not showing her ID, Crossman said, "You don't have that authority, you are a code enforcement, not a law enforcement officer."
"No," Sharkey shot back. "I am a federal agent and I get my authority from the FLPMA."
Even the Sheriff of the county would not stop what was going on and sent her to Ada County Jail.
The claim by the BLM agent and the Sheriff is that Mrs. Crossman was charged with obstruction, but they never said what she was obstructing.
John Crossman believes that what helped his wife was that she had her law binder that South West Idaho Mining Association (SWIMA) put together. Mrs. Crossman also happens to be a secretary for SWIMA.
As we have learned, no one is required to produce identification unless a crime has been committed or one is in the process of committing a crime. No crime was being committed and if Ms. Sharkey had actually known what was going on, she would have known Crossman had a lawful claim to the minerals on the land. She didn't. Not only is she an unconstitutional agent in an unconstitutional agency, but she overstepped the bounds that even that requires!
One person in the American Mining Law Forum pointed to a 2011 Idaho Code which actually demonstrates the Ms. Sharkey is the one in violation of the law. On top of that, the penalty for Ms. Sharkey would be a fine not exceeding $5,000 and imprisonment in the county jail for no longer than one year.
One thing is for sure, this is exactly why counties need good, constitutional sheriffs to deal with these out of control, criminal and unconstitutional agents and the agencies for which they work.
Sadly, even after Crossman had done no wrong, she accepted a public defender, followed that person's advice and pled guilty and was convicted by her own admission, according to a post dated November 28, 2014.
UPDATE: We spoke to John Crossman by phone following the publishing of this article. He told us that the quotes above and the full text of the confrontation, which was placed on the sites linked to in this article, are a matter of public record and were part of their court case. He also said that the charges of obstruction were dropped to a snow mobile infraction and they were fined $56. Crossman went on to explain that the cost of pursuing things further was more than they were able to bear and so that is why they took the deal.
I can understand that. It's a shame that in the land of the free and home of the brave, a nation of law, that justice has to cost so much money.

Texas Allowed to Join Suit Challenging BLM Land Grab

A US District Court Monday cleared the way for the State of Texas to join landowners in a lawsuit against the federal Bureau of Land Management.
Governor Greg Abbott announced the “good news” yesterday, tweeting the state would be allowed to intervene in a complaint filed by nine private landowners, a county sheriff and three Texas counties challenging the federal agency’s “unconstitutional and arbitrary seizure of thousands of acres of private property along the Red River.”
The lawsuit, which Governor Abbott had previously thrown his support behind, contends the BLM is encroaching on private land in violation of citizens’ Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights, as well as “infringing upon the sovereignty of local county governments.”
In a press release entitled, “Texans’ Property Rights Must Be Preserved,” State Attorney General Ken Paxton explained the BLM is “inaccurately and arbitrarily” attempting to assert ownership of some 90,000 acres along the Red River.
“Washington D.C. needs to hear, loud and clear, that Texas will not stand for the federal government’s infringement upon Texas land and the property rights of the people who live here,” Paxton said. “The federal government must follow the law and recognize our correct borders, consistent with decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court defining the boundary formed by the Red River.”
Landowners, including Harold rancher Ken Aderholt, claim the BLM was ignoring land deeds bestowed to them by the Lone Star State nearly 75 years ago.
“The BLM is saying we should have never had a deed to it. That Texas should have never produced that deed,” Aderholt said last year.
Since the 2014 standoff at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, the BLM has repeatedly found itself receiving negative coverage its controversial policies toward land acquisition.
Just last January, footage from a 2005 retirement celebrationfor Mojave National Preserve Superintendent Mary Martin showed BLM employees openly celebrating the common agency practice of taking land from private property owners for pennies on the dollar.

Oregon standoff figure arrested after threatening to shoot federal officers, DA says

An armed militant who was part of the security team during the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation was in custody Thursday in Grant County on weapons charges after threatening to shoot federal law enforcement officers, according to Grant County District Attorney Jim Carpenter.
Scott A. Willingham, 49, was arrested Wednesday in the small town of Mount Vernon on allegations of unlawful use of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned Thursday in Grant County Circuit Court and held on $35,000 bail.
Carpenter said that during the arraignment, Willingham said he wanted to be jailed in Grant County to await arrest by federal authorities for his role in the occupation. Federal officials wouldn’t confirm whether Willingham has been charged, although one name has been redacted from the most recent indictment naming 26 defendants.
A Grant County sheriff’s deputy arrested Willingham at a motel after Willingham said that if he wasn’t jailed Wednesday, he would “start shooting federal law enforcement officers” the next morning, Carpenter said.
Willingham had a semi-automatic rifle with 230 rounds of .308-caliber ammunition at the time of his arrest, Carpenter said.
In early February, Willingham said in an interview with The Oregonian/OregonLive that he arrived at the wildlife refuge 30 miles southeast of Burns a few days after the Jan. 2 takeover by armed protesters. He said he worked on security details and was being “groomed” for a leadership role in the occupation.
He left after takeover leaders were arrested and Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, 54, was shot to death as he attempted to elude police Jan. 26.
Willingham, who described himself as an unemployed musician from Colorado, was part of a crew that helped Finicum remove what the occupiers said was a law enforcement surveillance camera. The camera was mounted at an electric company substation about six miles from Burns toward the refuge. Authorities have never acknowledged whether law enforcement mounted the camera and its fate remains unknown.

As we are digging further into the murder of LaVoy Finicum and the ambush of the protestors from the Oregon refuge and their subsequent arrest, we are finding very disturbing information. On Thursday's Northwest Liberty Newsradio show, a bombshell from documents Jim White and I obtained indicates that the entire operation of January 26, 2016 goes up not only to Oregon Governor Kate Brown's office, but even to the White House. Because of the language that was used in the documents by the officers, we speculated along with Red Smith of ShastaLantern.com and Paul Preston of Agenda21radio.com that the White House orchestrated the entire thing and that when it comes to calling the shots, we don't look to Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, but rather to Obama's mama, Valerie Jarrett.
First, let me remind you that there are over 600 emails and texts that indicate the Governor Brown was in the loop on everything that was going on in Oregon during the protest at the Malheur Refuge, including some emails and texts that were directly from her. Second, due to newly released documents, we know that at least one Oregon State Trooper specifically acknowledged that the county to which the protesters were traveling on the day of LaVoy Finicum's murder was a well-known "UN free zone." The officer made the statement as though it was common knowledge, so does that mean that Harney County is not a "UN free zone"?
However, in those same documents, we have run across even more chilling and telling statements concerning where the command for the roadblock and the ambush came from.

In the deposition of another officer, he acknowledged that the authorization for the operation that led to the murder of LaVoy Finicum came from the "highest levels of national command authority."
Now, national command authority in the united States applies to the President and the Secretary of Defense. Smith said he has only heard "national command authority" used in military terms. Keep in the back of your mind that our military has been given propaganda against such Americans as those that gathered at Bundy Ranch in 2014 and those that protested the unconstitutional land grab of the DC government and the Bureau of Land Management.
So, why was there a command coming from the White House regarding a small protest in Oregon? Furthermore, who actually issued that command? It has been said that Iranian-born Valerie Jarrett has been Obama's closest adviser and the she was the one who talked Obama out of the alleged Osama bin Laden hitand later was the one that gave the stand down order in Benghazi. Could she be the one who issued the order for this particular action?
Jarrett is the one that told America that after the 2012 elections, the gloves would come off, and they have.
If the officer's deposition was not enough, among the emails that came from Governor Brown's office, she also made reference her own discussions with "national command authority." Guess who that turned out to be? None other than Valerie Jarrett.
I encourage you to listen to the show as more information was revealed that really is like LaVoy Finicum's widow described as "shocking to the conscience," along with the fact that we reported that John Ritzheimer, who was one of the protestors that was arrested, was finally released on Thursday. The word we are getting, and this came out in the radio show, is that when these people were arrested, they had no idea what to charge them with.
Friends the DC government is out of control. They are criminal, and we don't just need another investigation that doesn't go anywhere like we've had with the IRS, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, Extortion 17 and an array of other scandals, we need some justice brought on the heads of these people, and we need it now!

I couldn't hear these women's high pitched voices that well. It souned like the Paiute Nation was given 40 million towards a casino they are planning to build to keep the Indians quiet about something at the refuge. I don't know why they used the 40 million as a headline when the discussion was only a couple of sentences.
