While other nations green-light the use of ivermectin to treat Covid-19, the FDA appears to be working with the United States Postal Service to block shipments of the drug which many nations have found to be highly effective against the virus.
Attorney Aaron Siri, managing partner of Siri & Glimstad, posted a letter in which the post office at the FDA's behest held a shipment of ivermectin at the JFK Ariport in New York that had been mailed from a foreign nation and was destined for an address in New Mexico.

In Japan, the chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association has given the go ahead for ivermectin as a Covid treatment.
Citing successful use of ivermectin in India, Bangladesh, Argentina, and Mexico, Dr. Haruo Ozaki called for the immediate use of the drug in Japan as cases surge.
Since August, Ozaki said that some 18,000 new infections were being reported daily in Japan.
Dr. Ozaki also declared that ivermectin has demonstrated significant benefits in reducing infections and deaths where the regimen is prophylactically administered.
Meanwhile, the below chart from Johns Hopkins shows how African nations which widely distribute ivermectin have had drastically lower death rates than those which do not.

Not only are U.S. officials continuing to block the use of a drug that has proven to be effective and a life saver, but they also continue to push the vaccines on young children despite emerging evidence that the jab can be more harmful to the young than the virus.
Dr. Peter McCullough, a top U.S. cardiologist, slammed the FDA for downplaying vaccine-induced myocarditis, saying an "extraordinary number" of young people will end up with "permanent heart damage."
In an interview with the DarkHorse podcast, McCullough cited several studies to back his claim that vaccine-induced myocarditis is a rapidly growing problem. The condition has become so prevalent, he says, that children aged 12 to 17 are actually “more likely to be hospitalized with myocarditis” after taking the vaccine than the virus itself.
The risk of the young being hospitalized for Covid is nearly zero and the risk of the young dying from Covid-19 is effectively zero, with a 99.995 percent recovery rate.
Still, the FDA approved the vaccine for children aged 5 to 11, spurring a wave of mandates in school districts across the nation. McCullough says that these mandates will inevitably cause the already high number of myocarditis cases to “skyrocket” over the next few months.
Even more concerning, McCullough said, is that people under 50 who develop a minor myocarditis condition will end up with permanent heart damage around 13 percent of the time – which will likely remain the case in individuals who develop vaccine-induced myocarditis, resulting in a shocking number of young people who will be forced to fight heart problems for their entire lives.

I have read or heard recently that the top hierarchy of the German Roman Catholic Church is very left wing and novus ordo so I do not know how this top Cardinal can be the real deal, but I hope so.
What I wonder about is why do not Catholic clerics who know the truth about our world situation pray fervently and encourage groups to pray fervently for God's help. I never hear anything about that.

Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, Inc. has repeatedly refused to confirm whether it has shipped any of the Comirnaty vaccine to the United States. In some cases, vaccine mandates require an FDA-approved vaccine to be administered, prompting further potential legal hurdles for the White House’s vaccine agenda.
Earlier today The Ohio Star exclusively reported that one of the state’s largest hospital systems is not distributing the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Pfizer vaccine, labeled as Comirnaty, but is instead distributing the previous labeled versions of the vaccine that are only approved for emergency use via an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
Pfizer refused to tell reporter Peter D’Abrosca whether Comirnaty was being shipped to Ohio.
Meanwhile, the FDA has conceded that Comirnaty and the two versions of the Pfizer vaccine given emergency use authorization are “legally distinct.”
National File contacted Pfizer to ascertain whether vials of Comirtnaty where being distributed anywhere inside the United States or any of its territories.
Pfizer did not respond to our question, but the big pharmaceutical company’s response seemed to suggest that it is presently unavailable.
“The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 EUA labeled product will still be shipped and usable until its expiry date,” a Pfizer spokesperson told National File.
National File contacted Pfizer a second time to offer them to opportunity to clarify whether Comirtnaty is available within the United States or any of its territories.
The pharmaceutical giant did not respond when given nearly three hours to provide comment.
We will update this article if Pfizer clarifies whether Comirnaty has been shipped to any destination within the United States or its territories.
In the company’s first response to National File, its spokesperson also attempted to clarify the FDA’s statement that the Comirnaty vaccine is “legally distinct” from the EUA vaccines:
“The statement that the products are “legally distinct with certain differences” refers to the differences in manufacturing information included in the respective regulatory submissions. Specifically,
While the products are manufactured using the same processes, they may have been manufactured at different sites or using raw materials from different approved suppliers.
FDA closely reviews all manufacturing steps, and has found explicitly that the EUA and BLA products are equivalent.
Approval of site transfers and changes in ingredient supplies are common for licensed vaccines. The FDA’s approval provides additional assurance of consistent product performance.”
According to FDA’s statement to The Ohio Star, the pharmaceutical company’s definition of “legally distinct” may also be imperfect (emphasis added by National File):
“The statutory authorities governing BLAs and EUAs are distinct and provide different legal requirements. The vaccine distributed pursuant to the BLA approval is subject to the requirements of the BLA under section 351 of the Public Health Service Act, while the EUA vaccine is subject to the requirements of the EUA issued pursuant to section 564 of the FD&C Act. For example, EUA Fact Sheets must be provided for the EUA product but not for the approved BLA product.
The FDA-approved Comirnaty (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) and the two EUA authorized formulations of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for ages 12 years and older, when prepared according to their respective instructions for use, can be used interchangeably without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. For purposes of administration, doses distributed under the EUA are interchangeable with the licensed doses. The Vaccine Information Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers provides additional information about both the approved and authorized vaccines.
Information regarding manufacturing locations and materials is generally considered non-public information under disclosure statutes and FDA regulations, unless previously disclosed by the manufacturer. Certain facilities involved in the manufacture of Comirnaty have been made public in the Summary Basis for Regulatory Action posted on FDA’s website. Please contact Pfizer directly to inquire about the manufacture of Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.
FDA does not oversee the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. Please contact Pfizer and/or HHS’s Countermeasures Acceleration Group.”
While the vaccines may not be fundamentally different in their contents, the FDA makes it clear that the vaccines are “legally distinct” due to potential differences in manufacturing environments, and the laws with which they were approved for use.
In its statement to D’Abrosca, the FDA seemed to suggest that – medically – the vaccines are interchangeable and will provide the same benefits or adverse effects, though the law may not agree.
Military Members Mandated To Take FDA-Approved Vax, Not EUA Vax
As The Ohio Star noted, “Military members were also required to take the COVID-19 vaccine based on the premise that it had been fully approved by the FDA.”
This was referenced in a lawsuit against the Department of Defense filed by multiple military members.
Ultimately, the judge appeared sympathetic to the plaintiffs, but threw the lawsuit out because it was filed anonymously due to fear for reprisal.
As The Ohio Star reported:
“In a 32-page ruling handed down on Nov. 12, Federal Judge Allen Winsor of the United States District Court for the District of Northern Florida noted that “Pfizer continues to produce vials of vaccine that are labeled as an EUA drug with packaging material saying, ‘This product has not been approved or licensed by the FDA…’”
“In short, what people think of as the Pfizer vaccine has two distinct FDA approval statuses,” Winsor wrote. “It is licensed—that is, fully approved—for the two-dose application in those 16 and older. But it is unlicensed and operating under an EUA— that is, an emergency use authorization—for other applications, like for children under 16 and for certain third shots. Nonetheless, the FDA describes the two as the ‘same formulation’ and ‘interchangeabl[e]’ for medical purposes.”
Later in the ruling, Winsor wrote that the DOD provided no evidence that Pfizer was actually distributing Comirnaty instead of the original EUA vaccine.”
Similarly, Republican Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine signed legislation that prohibits “a public school or state institution of higher education shall not . . . Require an individual to receive a vaccine for which the United States food and drug administration has not granted full approval.”
If the Comirnaty vaccine – the only fully FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine – is not available inside Ohio, then it would seem impossible for any entity within the state to legally mandate a COVID-19 vaccine.
Pfizer Repeatedly Criticized For Secrecy
In October of this year, under cover videos showing Pfizer scientist Nick Karl admit that the vaccines are less effective than natural COVID-19 antibodies surfaced.
When Karl was confronted by Project Veritas journalists, he physically fled the building.
In other Project Veritas videos, one scientist described Pfizer as an “evil corporation,” even as Karl openly endorsed vaccine passports and severe restrictions on the unvaccinated to motivate them to consent to his company’s product.

FDA Has Major Ties To Pfizer
At least six of the FDA committee members who made the decision to make the Pfizer vaccine available for children have worked for Pfizer, had research funded by Pfizer, or are otherwise connected to the company.
The Acting Chair of the committee was a paid Pfizer consultant as recently as 2018, another worked on a Pfizer-sponsored research project related to vaccines for infants, a third mentored Pfizer’s Senior Director of Vaccine Research, a fourth is listed on a committee sponsored by Pfizer, a fifth openly previously served as a Vice President for Pfizer Vaccines, and a sixth proudly photographed himself receiving the Pfizer vaccine.

It was news to me that the U S military was requiring that the vaccines that enlistees are being mandated to take must be fully licensed and fully approved by the FDA, not the EUA vaccines - Pfizer, Moderna, J&J curently in use in USA.
Pfizer and their "FDA fully approved and licensed Comirnaty vaccine was a shell game and extremely deceptive. News of Comirnaty was published in a manner and time to make the public think that the EUA vaccines were fully approved by the FDA too and to present the impression that the Comirnaty actually vacine vial contents being administered to patients in the USA was actually what was being administered. I cannot see how that is not FRAUD. The way I understand the law, which is sorely lacking I admit, but ...

Major hospital systems across the country are quietly scrapping their vaccine mandates amid worker shortages and growing confusion as to whether such requirements on the national level are even legal.
Two separate federal courts found in late November that President Joe Biden’s attempt to impose a nationwide vaccine requirement for healthcare workers likely exceeded the authority of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which were meant to implement the rule. That mandate is currently paused, along with two others the Biden administration had hoped to impose at the federal level.
BIDEN'S LEGAL LOSSES: SEVEN TIMES COURTS HAVE STRUCK AGAINST ADMINISTRATION
A number of major hospital companies quickly moved to reverse the mandates they had announced in anticipation of the Biden administration rule coming into effect on schedule.
The rule changes will affect hundreds of thousands of healthcare workers.
Cleveland Clinic, a sprawling hospital system that employs nearly 70,000 people, announced on Dec. 2 that it would stop enforcing its vaccine mandate due to the federal judge’s ruling.
Cleveland Clinic employees who choose not to get vaccinated will now have the option to rely on “additional safety requirements” in lieu of the shot, according to the company, including “periodic testing.”
HCA Healthcare, which operates more than 180 hospitals in 20 states, froze its vaccine mandate for employees in states without individual requirements shortly after the ruling against the CMMS mandate.
The system, which employs more than 270,000 people, had already been suffering from staffing shortages.
The CEO of Ballad Health, a Tennessee-based hospital system with roughly 14,000 employees, said the effects of the mandate could have been “devastating” to the company had the federal government implemented it on schedule. Roughly 2,000 of Ballad’s employees remained unvaccinated.
Ballad’s CEO warned over the summer that a mandate could prevent the system from having enough workers to meet basic needs like staffing the emergency room.
AdventHealth suspended its vaccine mandate for employees across its 50 hospitals after the court rulings.
Officials at the Florida-based company testified before the state Legislature in September that staffing shortages had begun to create dire circumstances in their hospitals, particularly among nurses, many of whom have been forced to take on additional patients.
InterMountain Healthcare, a hospital system with nearly 40,000 workers, joined other hospital organizations in stopping the implementation of its vaccine mandate in early December, when it said 95% of its workforce had taken the shot.
That could have left hundreds, or potentially thousands, of its workers vulnerable to disciplinary action if not for the court rulings that have given strained healthcare systems breathing room.
Hospitals aren’t the only organizations backing away from vaccine mandates for fear of creating or worsening staff shortages.
Southwest Airlines in late October abandoned a plan to place unvaccinated employees on leave without pay, even before the Biden administration’s federal contractor vaccine mandate was paused by the courts.
American Airlines similarly delayed enforcing its vaccine mandate after the Biden administration first pushed back its deadline, which has since been thrown into even more uncertainty thanks to legal losses.
The Richmond School Board voted in November to stop disciplining school employees who refused the vaccine after facing dozens of resignations over the mandate.
In some places where vaccine mandates were allowed to proceed despite operational concerns, difficulties have ensued.

The Seattle Police Department, already hampered by a severe officer shortage, was forced to place 100 employees on leave by November after the city’s vaccination requirements took effect.
The vacancies, 93 of which were among sworn officers, triggered an emergency staffing plan on the police force that the department warned could create “some impacts to our service levels.”
After significant numbers of New York City teachers and other workers declined to get vaccinated despite announced mandates, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced he would pay holdouts $500 to take the shot, which teachers union leaders said was unfair to those who followed the rules initially.

In my opinion all state hospitals that have implemented some form of mandates regarding the "vaccines" and the mandatory taking of the PCR tests, and the new test as of January 1, 2022, are equally illegal.
The nasal swab ests themselves are a medical procedure on the body and they have been proven to deliver massively meaningless, but not nondetrimental, positive and negative results.
