Virginia Hospital Provides Update After Court Holds It in Contempt
Fauquier Hospital asks for order to be purged, as son says mother received two doses of ivermectin

Update as of 3 p.m. ET Wednesday: A spokesperson for Virginia’s Fauquier Hospital told The Epoch Times on Wednesday that it “would like to correct the misinformation regarding the family who disagreed with the clinical course of treatment recommended by our physicians for their family member.”
“As outlined in the court documents, a patient’s family filed a petition seeking to compel our hospital to administer medication prescribed by an outside physician. This physician had no privileges to practice medicine at our hospital,” according to the spokesperson.
They continued to say that it “is unable to administer medications to our patients without a valid order from a physician on our medical staff” and that “doing so would violate standard hospital practice and Virginia law.”
“That said, our team has worked around the clock to cooperate with the patient’s family and the Court to identify potential viable solutions, including to make a reasonable attempt to transfer the patient’s care to their preferred physician, which has since happened,” the spokesperson said, adding that “despite what has been shared online, we believe that we have navigated these complexities as swiftly as possible and have remained in compliance with standard hospital practice, including federal and state regulations, throughout this matter.”

After a judge found Virginia’s Fauquier Hospital in contempt of court in a lawsuit filed on behalf of a COVID-19 patient who was denied being prescribed Ivermectin, the hospital said Tuesday that it is complying with the court order.
Christopher Davies, the son of the patient, Kathleen Davies, told the Fauquier Times that two doses of Ivermectin—generally used to treat parasites—were given to the woman at 8:45 p.m. on Monday. The Epoch Times has contacted Fauquier Hospital for comment.
It came after Judge James. P. Fisher, of the 20th Judicial Court of Virginia, signed an order Monday finding Fauquier Hospital in contempt of court or “needlessly interposing requirements that stand in the way of the patient’s desired physician administering investigational drugs as part of the Health Care Decisions Act and the federal and state Right to Try Acts.”
Furthermore, “given the gravity at hand,” the hospital has to pay “$10,000 per day retroactive to the date of the court’s injunction order filing,” the judge ordered, meaning that each day the hospital does not prescribe Ivermectin to Davies, they will have to pay the fine “until the ordered relief has been accomplished.”
Her family had requested the hospital give Davies, who had been on a ventilator since Nov. 3, Ivermectin to treat her COVID-19 as a last resort to save her life. The Davies’ family doctor had prescribed Ivermectin to the woman, but Fauquier Hospital resisted administering the drug and cited medical, legal, and other concerns, the Fauquier Times reported.
The woman’s family took legal action on Dec. 6, filing a complaint to compel the hospital to treat her with the drug, according to the Fauquier Times.
“It’s a matter of life and death,” Christopher Davies told the paper. “She’s on her death bed. Any kind of negative repercussions [from Ivermectin] are null and void.” And because all treatment options haven’t worked, Davies argued that the family should be able to try the drug.
“I get it. The doctors at the hospital are afraid. This has become politically charged. I’m not trying to go after the hospital. I just want them to use it in hopes that it will help,” he further said, referring to the controversy regarding using Ivermectin to treat COVID-19. “They believe it’s a fight between the rights of the hospital and the rights of citizens. They feel their rights trump her rights,” Davies continued.
In a lengthy statement to the Fauquier Times, Fauquier Hospital spokeswoman Sarah Cubbage said that the facility is now complying with the judge’s order and is seeking to have his contempt order thrown out.
“Like all other hospitals, we are bound by rules and regulations that govern how we operate to ensure that we administer care safely to our patients,” Cubbage said in the statement. “From a legal and regulatory standpoint, we must always follow the appropriate steps to credential and privilege physicians to practice medicine at our facilities … this is to protect patients and ensure the consistent delivery of quality care.”
Furthermore, she argued that the hospital “cannot compel physicians to administer treatment that is against their clinical judgment and is not within the accepted medical standards of care.”
“We believe that we have navigated these complexities as swiftly as possible and have remained in compliance with standard hospital practice, including federal and state regulations, throughout this matter,” she said.
Regarding its compliance with Fisher’s order, Cubbage said that the court provided the hospital “additional guidance and clarification,” which it was then able to meet.
“We have reported this to the court and requested that the contempt order be purged,” her statement added.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Ivermectin to treat intestinal strongyloidiasis and onchocerciasis, as well as other parasites. The drug hasn’t been approved by the agency to treat COVID-19, although some severely ill COVID-19 patients have apparently seen positive results after taking the drug.

We the free and united people of America and the world are writing in regards to the unlawful and corrupt actions taken by the healthcare industry, bureaucrats, and media regarding COVID-19. The actions taken for nearly two years now have stripped people of their rights, decimated the US Constitution, violated the principles of international law embodied in the Nuremburg Code, and ignored basic and inalienable human rights. The people behind this have leveraged their privileged positions to make billions of dollars at the expense of humanity and we are unwilling to allow this to continue.
For decades, the field of public health has researched the use of fear as a tool to manipulate people into action. The use of that tool has now been perfected and implemented against the people of the world with COVID-19. Evidence of this knowledge can be found in a CDC presentation, other DHHS materials, and in numerous academic journals. The intentional use of fear to sow hate, division, and discord is unethical, unacceptable, and must stop immediately.
The reality is that COVID-19 has a 99%+ recovery rate in most of the population and approximately a 94% recovery rate in the most vulnerable. Compare this to the original SARS which had approximately a 9% case fatality rate and the original MERS which had over a 30% case fatality rate. We did not lockdown, mask, or even widely acknowledge these diseases when they were prevalent despite the fact that they had similar rates of spread to COVID-19.
This fear has been used as a marketing tool to attempt to justify previously unthinkable actions by bureaucrats and public health figures around the world; the most egregious of which is the forced injection of gene therapy drugs into healthy people. Gene therapy literally alters the 1 genetic makeup of a human being and simply cannot legally, morally, or ethically be forced on anyone, ever. If the decision to alter one’s own genetic makeup does not rest with the individual then there can be no argument that freedom is lost.
Not only are the COVID “vaccines” admittedly a gene therapy, they are inarguably unsafe. The swine flu vaccine was pulled from the market after just over 20 deaths, the Chevy Volt was recently recalled over the potential for battery fires, but the Pfizer shot was given expanded authorization despite the high recovery rate from COVID-19 and the fact that Pfizer’s own documents, submitted to the DHHS show that over 1200 people died in less than the first 3 months of authorization. This is nothing more than corruption.
The COVID shots are also ineffective. A recent Department of Defense document stated that 71% of new cases of COVID-19 in the Medicare population are in fully vaccinated individuals and 60% of hospitalizations are in the fully vaccinated. This same document also stated that the injections are even less effective in North American Natives, Hispanics, and “Blacks” (the document apparently was unconcerned with political correctness). “vaccines” do not stop the spread, do not stop hospitalization, alter our genes, and have not even existed long enough for long term testing, why are we attempting to violate people’s inalienable rights by forcing them?
The fact is that we are now moving ahead as quickly as possible with these COVID shots. We are even authorizing them in children despite the fact that people under 30 are at ZERO statistical risk of death from COVID-19 and the shots appear far more dangerous to children than the disease. Further, we are doing this with no transparency. The DHHS has done everything possible to cover up the side effects and dangers of these injections, even going so far as to request 55 years to release the documents they relied upon to authorize/approve these deadly injections. How can informed consent be given without a true understanding of the risk?
This situation is untenable and we demand that it be remedied. We the free people of this nation and world will no longer comply with mandates that fail to consider our inalienable rights. In the spirit of Martin Luther King, Gandhi, and Jesus Christ we will spread our message through peace and we will resist peacefully, but make no mistake, we WILL resist. 8. Funding for the hundreds of thousands of individuals injured by job loss and “vaccine” injury;

10. Our local law enforcement to uphold their oaths to uphold the Constitution and refuse to enforce unconstitutional mandates and rules.

Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Reinstates Biden's Vaccine Mandate, Setting Stage For Supreme Court Battle

The Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated President Joe Biden’s vaccine-or-test mandate for 84 million workers.
The divided Ohio-based court dissolved the stay in a 2-1 vote that had been issued earlier by the New Orleans-based Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Fifth Circuit Court had stated that the mandate raised “grave statutory and constitutional issues.”

“The record establishes that COVID-19 has continued to spread, mutate, kill, and block the safe return of American workers to their jobs. To protect workers, OSHA can and must be able to respond to dangers as they evolve,” said Sixth Circuit Court Judge Jane B. Stranch in her opinion, which was joined by Judge Julia Smith Gibbons.
The court stated that OSHA had historical precedent for using wide discretion to ensure worker safety and “demonstrated the pervasive danger that COVID-19 poses to workers—unvaccinated workers in particular—in their workplaces.”
This comes after reports that people who have been vaccinated are more likely to contract both the Delta variant and the Omicron variant.
The Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had previously denied the federal government’s motions to transfer OSHA’s lawsuit to Washington, D.C. and hold it in abeyance.

The combination that enables this tragic and avoidable loss of hundreds of thousands of lives includes (1) The CARES Act, which provides hospitals with bonus incentive payments for all things related to COVID-19 (testing, diagnosing, admitting to hospital, use of remdesivir and ventilators, reporting COVID-19 deaths, and vaccinations) and (2) waivers of customary and long-standing patient rights by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
In 2020, the Texas Hospital Association submitted requests for waivers to CMS. According to Texas attorney Jerri Ward, “CMS has granted ‘waivers’ of federal law regarding patient rights. Specifically, CMS purports to allow hospitals to violate the rights of patients or their surrogates with regard to medical record access, to have patient visitation, and to be free from seclusion.” She notes that “rights do not come from the hospital or CMS and cannot be waived, as that is the antithesis of a ‘right.’ The purported waivers are meant to isolate and gain total control over the patient and to deny patient and patient’s decision-maker the ability to exercise informed consent.”
Creating a “National Pandemic Emergency” provided justification for such sweeping actions that override individual physician medical decision-making and patients’ rights. The CARES Act provides incentives for hospitals to use treatments dictated solely by the federal government under the auspices of the NIH. These “bounties” must paid back if not “earned” by making the COVID-19 diagnosis and following the COVID-19 protocol.
The hospital payments include:
A “free” required PCR test in the Emergency Room or upon admission for every patient, with government-paid fee to hospital.
Added bonus payment for each positive COVID-19 diagnosis.
Another bonus for a COVID-19 admission to the hospital.
A 20 percent “boost” bonus payment from Medicare on the entire hospital bill for use of remdesivir instead of medicines such as Ivermectin.
Another and larger bonus payment to the hospital if a COVID-19 patient is mechanically ventilated.
More money to the hospital if cause of death is listed as COVID-19, even if patient did not die directly of COVID-19.
A COVID-19 diagnosis also provides extra payments to coroners.
CMS implemented “value-based” payment programs that track data such as how many workers at a healthcare facility receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Now we see why many hospitals implemented COVID-19 vaccine mandates. They are paid more.
Outside hospitals, physician MIPS quality metrics link doctors’ income to performance-based pay for treating patients with COVID-19 EUA drugs. Failure to report information to CMS can cost the physician 4% of reimbursement.
Because of obfuscation with medical coding and legal jargon, we cannot be certain of the actual amount each hospital receives per COVID-19 patient. But Attorney Thomas Renz and CMS whistleblowers have calculated a total payment of at least $100,000 per patient.
What does this mean for your health and safety as a patient in the hospital?
There are deaths from the government-directed COVID treatments. For remdesivir, studies show that 71–75 percent of patients suffer an adverse effect, and the drug often had to be stopped after five to ten days because of these effects, such as kidney and liver damage, and death. Remdesivir trials during the 2018 West African Ebola outbreak had to be discontinued because death rate exceeded 50%. Yet, in 2020, Anthony Fauci directed that remdesivir was to be the drug hospitals use to treat COVID-19, even when the COVID clinical trials of remdesivir showed similar adverse effects.
In ventilated patients, the death toll is staggering. A National Library of Medicine January 2021 report of 69 studies involving more than 57,000 patients concluded that fatality rates were 45 percent in COVID-19 patients receiving invasive mechanical ventilation, increasing to 84 percent in older patients. Renz announced at a Truth for Health Foundation Press Conference that CMS data showed that in Texas hospitals, 84.9% percent of all patients died after more than 96 hours on a ventilator.
Then there are deaths from restrictions on effective treatments for hospitalized patients. Renz and a team of data analysts have estimated that more than 800,000 deaths in America’s hospitals, in COVID-19 and other patients, have been caused by approaches restricting fluids, nutrition, antibiotics, effective antivirals, anti-inflammatories, and therapeutic doses of anti-coagulants.
We now see government-dictated medical care at its worst in our history since the federal government mandated these ineffective and dangerous treatments for COVID-19, and then created financial incentives for hospitals and doctors to use only those “approved” (and paid for) approaches.
Our formerly trusted medical community of hospitals and hospital-employed medical staff have effectively become “bounty hunters” for your life. Patients need to now take unprecedented steps to avoid going into the hospital for COVID-19.
Patients need to take active steps to plan before getting sick to use early home-based treatment of COVID-19 that can help you save your life.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is warning that the Omicron variant of Covid is upon us and soon hospitals may be overwhelmed by the unvaccinated.
Omicron may very well be Fauci's "last stand," blogger James Howard Kuntsler noted in a Dec. 17 analysis that assumes that America's best-paid bureaucrat is calling the shots rather than acting at the behest of an unidentified upline about which media types are not curious in the least.
"The question is: will the people of this land submit to continued coercion and to the engineered demolition of their lives?" Kuntsler asked.
"So far, we have not rolled over like the pathetically servile Europeans and Australians. Here, there is apparently some will to resist further pushing around by this demonic elite. Several federal judges recently defined clear constitutional red-lines in their published decisions against the vaxx mandates."
Actual scientists say that Omicron is a mild variant and may well lead to the end of the pandemic.
Kuntsler argued that the gravest threat to the public health of Americans is media darling "Fauci and his debauchery of medical science. This will surely come as a surprise to readers of The New York Times, who see in the two-year (so far) Covid-19 event a splendid opportunity to hasten the destruction of the US economy and our culture in order to consolidate their own power to coerce and control the population. Clear the offices! Shut down the social spaces! Make ordinary business as difficult as possible! Cancel Christmas!"
Fauci "is likely responsible for a preponderance of the total 802,000 U.S. Covid deaths — putting aside the number of people who actually died from highway accidents, cancer, diabetes, old age, and other causes, but were listed as Covid deaths by hospital accounting personnel avid for federal subsidy cash," Kuntsler wrote.
Again there are a significant number of very powerful individuals with a vested interest in Fauci's success at appearing to validate a panic syndrome that has paralyzed the globe and ceded power to tyrants at all levels here and abroad.
Kuntsler continued: "It was Dr. Fauci who organized the suppression of easily marshaled and inexpensive early treatments for the disease, namely hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, fluvoxamine, budesonide, azithromycin, monoclonal antibodies, Vitamin D, etc. It was Dr. Fauci who promoted the protocol of sending sick patients home from the ER without any treatment to await the further development of fatal clotting in their lungs. It was Dr. Fauci who designated the drug remdesivir — which he developed years ago for hepatitis-C (it did not work) with a financial stake in the patents — as the primary inpatient treatment for Covid-19. And then it turned out that remdesivir destroys patients’ kidneys and is ineffective anyway in late treatment of the disease when viral loads wane and spike proteins have already created the fatal capillary clots in the alveoli of the lungs and in other organs.
"It’s Dr. Fauci who is responsible for the emergency use authorization on the mRNA 'vaccines' that may have killed hundreds of thousands more Americans — based on the CDC’s VAERS system and statistical analysis of its inherent under-reporting at only 2.2 percent of all actual events— and you can add multiples more in non-fatal adverse reactions, including permanent disabilities. It’s Dr. Fauci who finagled the inadequate and botched trials of the mRNA vaccines in order to rush them into use. And now it’s Dr. Fauci who wants to vaxx up all the children in America, despite evidence that the mRNA shots permanently disable children’s innate natural immune systems and can cause lasting heart, blood vessel, brain, and reproductive damage, and also despite the fact that few children are susceptible to serious Covid illness in the first place."
Fauci's Omicron moment "may be the power-mad little weasel’s last stand," Kuntsler added. "Reports so far indicate that omicron is a mild form of the virus. The one death reported to date did not include any information about the patient’s co-morbidities. For all we know, it was a motorcycle wreck with an Omicron-positive label slapped on."
Kuntsler concluded: "Plenty of ordinary citizens are furious over the insidious and insane incursions of the political Wokery hitched to the Covid emergency — the race and gender hustles, the efforts to rig elections, the absurd spending programs aimed at countless grifting operations, the disastrous monetary inflation, and the invasion of opportunists from all over the world across our border with Mexico. Even at Christmas time, with all its transient preoccupations, it’s not too much to ask: where do you stand?"

I have said many times, other posters are probably tired of me posting it but I am going to do it again, the weasel fauci should be indicted, prosecuted and executed for GLOBAL MASS MURDER !!!!!!! He misled President Trump from the onset, lied to congress and the American people and I believe he elevated the seriousness of the virus by refusing to admit the simple cures worked and these total BS phony vaccines are a farce. He, along with others, need to be held accountable for the developement, financing and intentional release of the virus at the most opportune time.
