Maybe its not the movie by itself? There's also a video game and both the Co shooter and the school shooter played those type of games reportedly. I wonder if there's a correlation or some type of mind fuck that some mentally unstable people are succeptable to?

Unfortunately I can see a correlation between some shooting games and (some) people that are unstable or are borderline wackos. They get wrapped up into the fantasy alternate worlds/universe that the games provide. Then the seed is or maybe planted, that in the real world something triggers them into turning those games into a real life horror show.

Best guess, and I think there is some truth in this.

I recognize this as the video from an incident in Detroit where a shooter burst into a satellite cop shop and opened fire on the cops behind the front desk.
