Legislators Blast DOJ Double Standard: Rancher Finicum vs. Occupy Leftists

Seven state legislators from Arizona have called upon the attorneys general of the states of Arizona, Nevada “and any other states with standing,” to bring legal action against Oregon law-enforcement officials and prosecutors, as well as against the FBI, over the shooting death this past January of Arizona rancher Robert Lavoy Finicum.

In a letter to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and Nevada Attorney General Adam Paul Laxalt, the Arizona lawmakers contrast the extreme treatment accorded Finicum, the Bundy ranching family, and their supporters versus the kid-glove treatment given to the violent and destructive leftist demonstrators of the various “Occupy” movements.


“Over the past 7-years, the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Justice Department have established a track record of repeatedly filing civil rights complaints, often in support of known criminals, typically against law enforcement officials and state and local governments,”

says the letter dated May 20, 2016, on the letterhead of Arizona State Representative Bob Thorpe. “However,” the letter continues,

“in the case of unarmed Arizona rancher Mr. LaVoy Finicum, who was shot 3-times in the back by Oregon law enforcement officials at a traffic stop, and his associates who are currently being held, charged and facing inaccurate and exaggerated charges, the Federal Government has not demonstrated any interest in protecting the guaranteed Constitutional and civil rights of these Arizona and Nevada citizens.”



“Whether you agree or disagree with their tactics of occupying public land within an Oregon wildlife refuge for 41-days,”
note the legislators,
“Finicum and his associates were merely exercising their Constitutionally guaranteed 1st Amendment rights of free speech, to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”


The legislators’ letter continues, pointing out the obvious, politically motivated differences in the federal government’s actions toward the protesters:


In order to keep this in context, none of the thousands of individuals involved in the politically motivated 4-month takeover of the Wisconsin State Capitol from February 14 – June 16, 2011, or the encampment and protests by the Occupy Wall Street movement that started on September 17, 2011 and lasted for many, many months, were treated in a similar manner. In both of these cases, that lasted dramatically longer than the Oregon wildlife refuge occupation of public land, considerable property damage occurred, and yet no individuals were shot, jailed or charged in a similar manner to those individuals within Oregon.


It should also be noted that the Wisconsin State Capitol takeover and the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations involved violence, threats, and intimidation, massive disruptions of official government operations, as well as hindrance of private transportation, disruption of private business, and damage to and destruction of private property. Contrast that with the Oregon wildlife sanctuary occupation, which took place out in the boondocks, did not inconvenience anyone, or cause any property damage.


The letter from Representative Thorpe is cosigned by Senator Don Shooter and Representatives Brenda Barton, Sonny Borrelli, Regina Cobb, Mark Finchem, and Jay Lawrence. It continues:

Similar to the IRS targeting scandal, it has been suggested that the noticeable difference between the Wisconsin and Occupy Wall Street occupations and the Oregon occupation is that the former was typically comprised of labor union and liberal individuals who are politically aligned with President Obama, and the later was typically comprised of conservative individuals who are not.

According to Thomas Jefferson, our 3rd U.S. President and author of the Declaration of Independence,
"When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."

Simply by exercising their Constitutionally guaranteed 1st Amendment rights, the late Finicum and his jailed and charged associates continue to face what some are calling government tyranny.


“It is the duty of the Attorneys General of the States of Arizona, Nevada and any other states with standing, to file civil rights complaints with the U.S. Justice Department against the Oregon law enforcement officials and prosecutors, and against the Federal Bureau of Investigation,”

say the legislators.

“Arizona and Nevada must ensure that their citizens are treated in a fair, transparent and legal manner, and that Oregon law enforcement officials justly face at a minimum manslaughter charges, and that FBI agents justly face at a minimum attempted manslaughter and falsifying evidence charges.”

At the heart of a free and prosperous society is the principle of private property ownership. Without private property, the centralization and corrupting influence of power grows, as the freedom of the individual dissipates. Democratic socialism is a great example of the dissolution of private property, under which, the demands of the majority override those of the individual. The majority claims they have a “right” to the goods and services (property) of individuals and businesses. They then use the government as a vehicle of force to conscript property and take it.
It is much more liberating and moral to contract with others freely and compensate one another, making agreements mutually. It is better to earn one’s own keep, be responsible for personal decisions, and be respectful of each other’s personal property. The tenet of private property follows the principles of natural law, establishing boundaries so one party cannot harm or take from another.
When property is owned by the state, it is referred to as public property. Public property serves important purposes in today’s society; however, it can also be used to serve the interests of the powerful. When property is federalized and concentrated into the hands of the powerful, the individual ambitions of the people become stifled. When property is federalized and used for monopolistic purposes, individuals are herded and turned into serfs who must do as they are told. When property is concentrated into the control of powerful central planners, they decide what they think is best for everyone.
Today, an overwhelming amount of property in the Western United States is now owned and mismanaged by the federal government of the U.S., and is being used for international and secretive purposes (e.g. United Nations global sustainability programs, and large scale mining operations). According to statistics from TaxFoundation.org, the federal government now owns more than half of the land in the states of Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Idaho. The federal government owns over a third of the land in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming and California. This is not good use of public property. This is power unchecked – a federal government accountable to no one.


Federal government finding new ways to take over property

Federal government bureaucracies such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are being used as armies to intimidate and bully private property owners into complying with their demands. The EPA created the term, “Waters of the United States” to declare any rainwater that sinks into the ground as being connected to “navigable waters.” In this way, the EPA can dictate what individuals do with their private property, by declaring someone’s property a wetland, owned and overseen by the EPA. Private property owners are bullied into paying fines or giving up their property to the federal government through this tactic.
The BLM uses the same tactics to bully ranchers into paying grazing fees when their cattle roam freely and feed on the wild grasses of adjacent BLM land. This is what spurred the protests at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada. The armed BLM came to confiscate Bundy’s cattle, but backed down when the Bundys and other patriots defended their personal property.
When the Hammond family of Oregon attempted to save their cattle’s winter feed by starting back fires on their property, the flames inadvertently moved onto adjoining BLM land. Dwight and Steven Hammond now await a five year federal prison sentence because the BLM accused them of destroying federal property. These cases show that the power of the BLM is ridiculously out of control, unreasonable and dangerous. This case is the reason why there was a protest at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge inOregon. The protesters had every right to assemble peaceably, defend themselves, and speak their mind about government abuses, but the FBI arrived on the scene in paramilitary fashion, unjustly executing rancher Lavoy Finicum, arresting the peaceful assembly of ranchers, and even detaining a member of the press, Pete Santilli.


An even greater BLM land grab is in the making

U.S. Congressman Rob Bishop recently sent out a press release about 14 pages he uncovered from a Department of Interior (DOI) internal memo which details the Obama Administration’s plot to bypass Congress, and make it easier to confiscate and federalize land into the jurisdiction of the BLM.
The DOI memo reveals that a large BLM land grab is in the making. The pages reveal the need for an executive order which would bypass legislative hurdles by using an “Antiquities Act” to appropriate “cultural land” to be confiscated and managed by the BLM. The executive order would seek to target the “acute” problem of private land ownership that is adjacent to land already governed by the BLM. The targeted land includes 412,675 acres.
“In order to expand this network of treasured lands to include the diversity of landscapes currently managed by the BLM,” it states. The DOI memo also reveals, “The BLM recommends that any major funding increases be phased in over a five-year period to allow the BLM time to build capacity in order to accomplish the increased work-load.”
The war on private property ownership will continue in the West, as the BLM plans to take more and more land. The cries will grow louder to return public lands to the states, as individuals are forced to defend their private property against the federal government.

We need to start getting our officials to quit being so afraid to do anything. Thank goodness our founding fathers were fearless...These days our officials are too afraid to do anything, especially with an election coming up...We hire them folks. Let them know that we can fire them too!

Dear Governor Herbert:
I am pleased to address you from the depths of hell where I am located. My heart longs for the
freedom of our God, and our founding fathers want us to have. I am not here by crime, for I
have committed none. I am here because Congress has committed crime that they are not
willing to admit, nor repent of - a crime against our Founding Fathers, a crime against our
Supreme Law of the land. The Constitution of the United States of America, that espouses in it
the liberty our Heavenly Maker intended our land to possess. A land of liberty and freedom for
all. Congress has allowed our Supreme Law to be subverted, bypassed, and ignored until it is
hardly recognized at all, rarely spoken of, and mostly despised when mentioned in the halls of
Congress or in political arenas. Our Executive Branch ignores it, our Judicial Branch avoids it.
Using in its place judicial rulings of their own making.

Our Founding Fathers expected better of their posterity. They expected us to be purer and
more reliant upon our God, who had just rescued this land from such an oppressive
Government. ( He suggests singing the last verse of the star spangled banner)...in George
Washington’s farewell address he said, “of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political
prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable support….pillars of happiness...where is the
security for property, for reputation, for life if the sense of moral and religious obligation are
deserted?”

John Adams said, “ Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is
wholly inadequate to the Government of any other.” Thomas Jefferson said’ “In question of
power...bind the Government down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.”
We find ourselves in a similar situation that our founding fathers did, except this time we brought
it upon ourselves. We did not adhere to the proper form of Government that they laid out for us.
We have allowed amendments to it that diametrically change it, we have abandoned its original
intent, and allowed Congress to pass numerous acts that do not pursue it, as is required in
Article VI Clause 2. We have, as a Nation, abandoned God, religion, and morality. We kill our
unborn, and glorify immorality and homosexuality. Is it any wonder we are having trouble and
engaged in perpetual war?

Our freedoms are not being lost on the battlefields of foreign lands, but rather in our own
homes, right in front of our faces.

My family and I did not set out to cause trouble. We are simple people who simply want to live
in peace. To live, and let live, while we provide for our families, and participate in normal
community activities. But, we were not allowed to live this way. This Government, our own
Government, whose responsibility it is to protect our rights from criminals who would violate
them, have become those very criminals. They have set out to take all that we have. To leave
our families homeless on the streets, and they want our lives, our liberty, and our property.
They have already taken the life of one of America’s best men, LaVoy Finicum. There are not
many who are better than he, and yet they killed him without thought. They did not consider my
life any more, placing bullets intended to kill in my direction. Only by the protection from heaven
did I make it through with but only one hole in me. Now they intend on taking all of our lives by
locking us away for the rest of them. Why?? Because they do not want America to be free.
Because they do not want us to teach America what our Founders set up. They do not want to
lose the power that they have gained. Knowledge of our Constitution would cause their
illegitimate power to be challenged and brought to an end. No, they could not allow that. They
had to put a stop to it. So, they attacked us, killed us, and charged us with all manner of crimes.
Calling good evil, and evil good. They had to shut us up. The same has happened in history.
So, here I sit, in jail falsely accused. I have written this letter with a pencil that’s not but 2 inches
long, and I have had to sharpen it with my teeth to keep writing. I have spent three months now
in a cell not larger than the inside of a family van. I have been subject to bodily searches every
day, and numerous other humiliating indignities. Not one of our Constitutional rights is being
honored, and yet we call this the Land of the Free. Is it worth it? Damn right it is. Our
Founders pledged their very lives, fortunes, and sacred honor for the cause of freedom in
America you are not willing to sacrifice the same, you don’t deserve it. Many died in the War for
Independence, some of those very ones who had made the pledge died. Death and sacrifice is
not required of us all, but the willingness to do so is required.

So, what are you going to do? Are you going to go about your lives as you always have been?
Playing politics? Or, are you going to quit worrying about what party a person belongs to and
start qualifying a person by how well they will uphold the Constitution? Maybe by who will bring
freedom back to this state and back to this people. Stop playing games, put your foot down,
and take what is ours..our land and our resources, and many other things. Expel the illegitimate
agencies from your state. Senators and Congressmen, you can still fix this, and it is yours to
do. Drop your claim on the land that rightfully belongs to the states, beg the people’s
forgiveness, and restrain your acts to Constitutional pursuits. Check the Executive and Judicial
branches as is designed. The three branches are supposed to be at enmity with one another
constantly checking the others. Protect the people as you are supposed to do. Do not destroy
them as you have been doing. Release us all from these prison walls for having to do your job.
Above all, rely on the hand of Divine Providence, and follow the spirit of the Lord in all that you
do. That is all that we have said and done. The Lord said to us “go into the wildlife refuge and
wake the people up.” This was not an easy instruction that we received. We had nothing to
gain. It was far from our homes and families. But, we could see what our Government was
doing to the Hammond family, we could see that if the Government was allowed to get away
with destroying a family in this way, it would be a type and a shadow of what would become
normal. If anyone dare challenge the federal agencies they would be charged and tried as
terrorists as the Hammond’s were.

Is that what this country has come to? It sounds a whole lot like communism to me.
So we did as we were commanded to do. We went into the refuge to wake the people up. I
sure hope that you are awake because it has not been very fun for me or any of the other forty
seven of us in here. That is right...they are holding forty seven patriots of America as political
prisoners for doing what every American should be doing. Hundreds more followed the spirit of
the Lord as did these 47 to come in support of an America in distress. These hundreds are also
at risk of being arrested by federal agents. More arrests are being made. Are you going to
stand idly by and let Nazi-like tactics take place in your country?

Stand up America...it is time.

It was prophesied by Joseph Smith that the Constitution would hang as if it were by a thread.
That IF it were to be saved, it would be this people. The Elders of Israel and other good men
and women who would bring it forth out of obscurity. That prophecy is unfolding now, for our
Constitution is certainly hanging by not much more than a thread. What are you going to do
about it?

I have a bright picture of hope for our future. The Lord led us to where we are now. I believe
He will bring us back home as well. I surely do miss my little ones. I believe that we will enjoy
freedom again. Personally and collectively as a country, but it is going to take some work and
commitment on your part. We can’t just lean back and let God do it all alone. He can, but he
holds us accountable and expects us to do good works of our own free will and choice. So go
and do something good today.

Military-Style Units From Government Agencies That Have No Association with National Security are Wreaking Havoc on Non-Violent Citizens

All throughout the United States there are government agencies who have no association with national security acquiring military-like equipment, according to news talk KFLD.
Many agencies are receiving SWAT teams including the Department of Agriculture, the Railroad Retirement Board, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Office of Personnel Management, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Education Department.
In almost prophetic fashion, Ron Paul in a 1997 warned about the militarization of federal bureaucrats; including the BLM, which was not yet armed.
“All government power is ultimately gun power and serves the interests of those who despise or do not comprehend the principles of liberty,” said Dr. Paul. “The gun in the hands of law-abiding citizens serves to hold in check arrogant and aggressive government. Guns in the hands of the bureaucrats do the opposite. The founders of this country fully understood this fact.”
Which is exactly what we are seeing today with the over militarization of government agencies that have no reason to be armed.
The USDA has used its new military power to threaten people who grow lemon trees; force large fines on people for selling bunnies; confiscate raisins for no real reason; and ruin the livelihoods of small farmers.
One USDA SWAT team evenseized bees privately owned that were proven resistant to Monsanto’s GMO Roundup and killed all remaining Queens. This shows the incestuous relationship between crooked corporations like George Soro’s Monsanto and government agencies.
The USDA is not alone in it’s abuse of power. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have recently used their swat teams to bully Americans for lobbyist interests or to punish political enemies.
Given the nations current debt, which approaching 20 trillion dollars, it seems like a foolish investment and wasteful to tax payers to buy all these unnecessary military equipment.
Why does US Department of Agriculture (USDA) need submachine guns? The agency’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) is requesting .40 Caliber semiautomatic submachine guns along with 320,000 rounds of hollow point ammo.
Why is the US Postal Service soliciting proposals for assorted small arms ammunition?
Why has the Social Security Administration requested 174,000 rounds of hollow-point bullets?
Why does the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which oversees the National Weather Service, need 46,000 rounds of hollow point ammo?
For what purpose does the EPA need a SWAT team?
Why do colleges need MRAPS and militarized campus police?
Why are government agencies raiding non-violent citizens? Al Armendariz, the regional administrator who was video-taped saying the EPAs “philosophy” is to “crucify” and “make examples” of US energy producers.

We have watched the evidence build that shows us, in our opinion based on the evidence, the situation in Oregon was put in place for Military Law training and execution of implementation of such, and to those who are intimately involved (some more intimate than others it now seems, when the posts of infidelity among supporters is more than the discussion of infidels then we scratch our head as to how anyone thinks these actions will help win any Civil War?) you are already shaking your head and whispering, “Duh!”.

One involved on the inside would also have to admit nothing seems right from the outside looking in. A man’s common sense says something else is going on, was going on and was started under a false sense of security and common sense says the only thing that makes sense is this is “playing out” for the folly of destruction of the American Patriot, and just like in 1776 the Patriot will not fail to stand as the man victorious. This time is going to take a LOT more common sense about what to do as well.

Ammon Bundy is, for a lack of a different term or label his wife keeps placing upon him, “Christ Like”. He is also a family man who knows first hand what Federal tyranny looks like as he faced down the “Love” handed out by the BLM in their previous attempt to cause a blood bath. The people did not offer a shot fired, so no blood bath ensued.

(Love must be as smart as a box of rocks if he was not aware the Federal Agency he worked for set him up, along with his team, to die in the event the American people were going to fire. The higher ups had to see just how far the people would go in defense of their brethrens land. Great boss their Love! No wonder he got a promotion? Can you hear THAT conversation over the water cooler? Ask anyone who attended the release of the cattle, the BLM were sitting ducks and yet no one fired a shot at them as the entire side of the people was about defense, not offense. The BLM had the offense offensively under their control. The people and the mass numbers with the outnumbering of arms is what shut down the debacle. In 2009 when Love led (with lead bullets) the raid in Blanding Utah it was done with surprise to all, the units he supervised rolled in unexpected, at Bundy ranch it was all known. They did Blanding in secrecy, then they hit Bundy with few agents and in the light of day. Gee Barney, we now have an idea of how to do this? Did the feds say let's just make one more scenario that tops all our last efforts and get them to take over federal land in the middle of ground zero for Agenda 21 and Martial Law. Did the Feds plant the people they needed by appointing so many puppets in this scheme? Good grief, if you can't see that Steve Grasty is king pin, working with his queen of theater Kate Brown and that Dave Ward and Daniel Love are really puppets you have not been paying attention. The public servants in office have known of this mess being folly for note taking and implementation of the UN control. THINK!, As notes are written and experience shared throughout the ABC agencies they know the people win unless they unleash lethal means to kill all of them. Pretty cool of those Public Servants who took an oath to protect against the enemy both foreign and domestic? Seems the Feds forgot to look in the mirror and see the true enemy of the people?).

Fast forward to the fall of 2015, from a mouth we suspect is one the Feds have been able to secure in lieu of that mouth piece going to federal prison, to Ammons ears, “let’s take the refuge in Malheur and we will have the big big big, deep deep pockets to back you. We will rebuild America and take back the lands usurped by the tyrannical Feds. We will help open the mining and timber mills again and bring Harney county back to a prosperous land for the people.” When God was asked what to do it was relayed, “it’s a go!” (we were told that God did send the message). So, under the honorable intentions to do the right thing and stop tyranny and the theft of lands by a tyrannical group of thugs known as the Federal Government with interchangeable patches, the journey started that led innocent men and women into jail cells. But wait, are their also “movie cells” being sent to the cement floor as well?

Through witness accounts there was training leading up to the day Lavoy Finicum was assassinated on highway 395. The training was done by a man out of Las Vegas, we only know as John. John was said to be a 20 year veteran of Special training in Russian Special Forces and did a week of training with the people camping at the refuge who were on the defense and guard teams. The participant told us they were trained in hand to hand combat, pit maneuvers with cars and we were told that the last day of training mirrored the maneuvers used by the Oregon State Police in ambushing Lavoy’s truck. The training included the protocol of the passenger being in charge of the driver, that the driver of the vehicle was to take directions strictly from the passenger in the front. We asked the question, “Then why did Ryan Payne exit so quickly and leave Lavoy on his own?” That our witness could not answer, but the witness said that was a question that has haunted their minds as well. We were told that the training was odd, that Lavoy did not participate, nor did Shawna Cox from what we know. (we assume that neither Ryan or Ammon would have been in the training either as they were not on guard duty at any time) It was the men and women who took guard duty. In rotation they were trained. Now, is your head spinning with questions? Ours were when we heard this! Ryan Bundy narrowly escaped death as the shot taken at him was not accurate due to the angle. This information of reasoning was given to us by a military specialist, the specialist said, “He is alive but not by the choice of those attempting to assassinate him.” Lavoy and Ryan, the two chosen for murder? Why?

We do not believe all in the circle of planning the refuge were aware of the information about the center of distraction known as Rick Koerber, or Claud Franklin or as the FBI knows him, Claud Roderick Koerber, “the man indicted on the largest ponzi scheme in Utah history who avoided jail while his partner is behind bars?” Anyone who knows more feel free to comment in the section below.

When we put out questions and a post of one of Koerber’s claimed victims, mind you it was weeks after finding the oddities, we were questioned by Lisa Bundy why we would post such negative things, why when they are not about negative. What we found odd is we tried to reach out and discuss the whole Koerber being the guy working behind the scenes for Arnold Law Firm collecting the evidence and such, but she shut us down saying she could not handle the negative and to tell Mike Arnold. (yeah, that would have done it! Arnold, the guy who bashed common law and sovereignty while defending a man who believes in both?
We gave up on talking to Arnold as it was evident something was amiss with him too) At that point we thought, “no questions or shock at this news, but attacks on the news being questioned?”. Then an attack from a woman aligned with Bundy, Kelli Stewart. Stewart asked first and foremost, “who put the name out?” then publicly attacks after being asked why Ammon would use a man with such a sordid history to help with his defense and Stewart said, in essence, “Koerber is too busy for Facebook because he is and has been the one doing all the pleadings, filings, research and he is a good man”? Well, upon seeing that tidbit the Lady had to ask, “why would Ammon align with such a man and why is it so bad the name got out if in fact the guy is not a problem for all to know about?” & “Where did all the legal fees given to Arnold Law Firm go then if Koerber worked for free and he was the one really doing all the work, as Arnold stood for the cameras and spent his time on social media? WHAT THE HECK IS REALLY GOING ON? (then Stewart’s name came up affiliated with attempts to get political prisoners to “go along with it?” What was the man being asked to go along with?)

After the arrest of the men and women we know as “Whistle Blowers” everyone we talked to were confident they’d be released quickly as the BIG, BIG, DEEP POCKETS would be able to hire the best attorneys, or they’d be smart and just challenge subject jurisdiction and all jurisdiction. We’d see the deep pockets proving they did not trespass, that there was no taking of Federal land and that all employees were on vacation before this play started. But, alas, none of that happened. Why? What kind of movie would it make if it ended so easily? That is a question we seriously ask. Are innocent men in jail so that the ending of this movie can still work on that blood bath that keeps getting shut down as American Patriots see the traps set?

February 26 · My name is Connie Fielding. I am one of many victims of Morgan Philpot and Rick Koeber. Morgan is running a fourth time for public office, after two major losses, for Utah Senate, District 14. The citizens of this District need to be aware that Morgan is not who he appears to be. He is a fraud. And Utah citizens need to be aware of indicted crook Rick Koerber, that he has moved onto his next scam. He cannot help but be a crook. He has to have his wealth and feed his ego (Free Capital Project). I am of information and belief that he and Rick are brothers in an organized crime family. Authorities are currently investigating them. And I am aware of four Complaints filed with the Utah State Bar against Morgan's bar license. They target cases where the Defendants have a lot to lose - careers, family, reputation, money, status, etc., they write up Retainer Agreements that include gag orders, so their clients will not talk, they have the new client deposit in Morgan's Credit Union account without sitting down at his office, because he doesn't have an office, then Rick goes to the Defendant and tells them they will be representing this huge lawsuit/claim against them, and "they can make it go away" (stall the case) if they will pay them cash, which they do. Rick is Morgan's Paralegal, Law Clerk and Office Administration (though he lives three hours north of SLC on his real estate given to him by the mob, Liberty Reef). Rick is not an attorney. Morgan is then done, and goes onto the next deal, using many of his FRIENDS to find clients for him like Connor Boyack and Kera Birkeland. Rick keeps stalling the client by making them believe he is doing his legal research and writing up a Complaint. Then they disappear, and do not respond to emails, text and phone calls. Reporters are investigating as well. IT ISN'T THE SMALL $5,000 RETAINER THAT THEY WANT - IT IS MONEY FROM THE DEFENDANT THAT THEY TARGET. February 26 · Here is additional proof that Rick Koerber currently is Morgan Philpot's Paralegal/Law Clerk. He uses a few different alias names to include this one - here is his signature from one of my emails. Morgan first tells you about his Paralegal, Rick, never uses a last name. Then they have a conference call with you where he introduces him as "RICK", with no last name. Then when you get an email, you will see this different name -- all to distract you from the FACT that his associate who will be acting as your attorney, and writing your Complaint, etc, is the well-known ponzi scheme crook who took $48 million from elderly Utahns - Rick Koerber - who some how got a Judge to dismiss his case, but lost his appeal and now back into court. Well folks, the evidence that is right in our faces leaves little to ones imagination, or is it all as we imagined, too much to be real and yet we have real American Patriots in jail and out on bail pending kangaroo trials that are months away? Were these men and women entrapped by federal conspiracy using infiltrators who could have easily been seen had anyone opened their eyes beyond the offer of “BIG BIG MONEY AND DEEP DEEP POCKETS?”
Well, where is that big money to pay for the attorneys? Or are the Patriots who have sent their grocery money and money they did not have still need to foot the bill? WELL??? These are very valid questions and reason for all to ask more questions.

WHERE DID THE 100k PLUS GO? IS THERE AN ACCOUNTING? Seems when an attorney says he is “burning the midnight oil” writing briefs and doing research then we find out he is not the one doing the work then maybe there is an accounting needed? Well, maybe Arnold's a member of the Screen Actors Guild union and his appearances fees are high? Did he sign a talent slip too? So much for the pro bono offer he gave when he "showed up" at the refuge.

We believe that the Bundy men are trapped inside this web of Federal Conspiracy and lies that has been so well orchestrated that book deals and movie deals were already laying the foundation through talent slips and film crews following this debacle from day one. We saw film crews inside with the last four, even when there was a media black out. We believe that Ammon Bundy has the best intentions in the world but fell prey to a predatory, tyrannical theater script written by the Feds.

How do we save the American Patriots reputation in all this mess? We believe it can only be saved by getting the truth out, the ties to ALL of the agencies involved in this theater and how the men and women who went to the refuge are VICTIMS of the largest Ponzi scheme to hit the American Patriots, not just Utah. Is this a game of, “We will gladly trade you the Patriot movement tomorrow for our freedom today?”. WHAT DO YOU THINK?? Before you react, do some research will you please as opinions based on one not having a clue about the facts is illiterate to debate. In January we heard interesting witness accounts of Pete Santilli meeting with David Fry around the 14th of January, meeting with him at Santilli’s truck for 45 minutes. Those who know of Pete say he doesn’t give anyone 45 minutes of HIS time for nothing, especially while he is covering a story, or participating in it or whatever it is he is being accused of doing through the folly of theatrical script the feds call an indictment. We also know Santilli was not anywhere near John Day or heading there the day of Lavoy’s assassination, which many have said makes no sense to them. Santilli absent from the drama a good story is made of? Well, we don’t know but the question seems valid. (regardless, the first amendment is the kicker that should stop Pete’s arse from being kicked by any prosecutor. As her saddle-length blond braid bobs in step with her horse, the 18-year-old shouts over the wind to direct the movements of her mom, Jeanette. Together with two frantic border collies, they impress upon the cattle that the most convenient option is to mosey on forward while sneaking mouthfuls of the windswept grass.
Weekend adventurers in motorcycles and SUVs wave as they pass on the road — “There are some real-live cowgirls back there,” one will announce to the passengers of a car parked ahead.
After a few miles, Tean rides away from the herd while Jeanette continues to drawl “Heeey, cow” at its rear. She waits for them just beyond a cattle guard, demanding that they turn more than 90 degrees and begin to climb the mountain where the scrub is less dense.
They’d rather not. The last time Tean tried this, when she was by herself, the cattle refused. The whole effort, including a 45-mile drive south from the family’s home near the Utah border in Cane Beds, Ariz., had been for nothing.
This time, the dogs scurry about to browbeat the grunting insubordinates as mother and daughter turn them toward slope and sky. The herd starts and stops, starts again and stops again. Finally, deprived of an easier choice, it heads unhurriedly toward the top, from which point memory alone will lead the cattle to the higher ground’s water source.
The day’s work has been a success, and the Finicums are pleased.
But even victories like these are dampered by a recurring thought.

It was April 2014, while he was attending a conference in Salt Lake City, that LaVoy Finicum set himself down the path that would lead to his late-January death on a rural highway in eastern Oregon.
Reports of a standoff near Cliven Bundy’s southeastern Nevada ranch compelled Finicum to ditch the conference and drive to meet Bundy, who invited Finicum to ride with him the next day. Little was written about Finicum’s role in Bunkerville, but he later would become the de facto spokesman for the 41-day occupation of a federal wildlife refuge near Burns, Ore.

Those who believe the federal government’s administration of public lands amounts to tyranny regard Finicum and Bundy as martyrs for their involvement at Bunkerville and Burns.
To those who don’t, they were misguided at best, domestic terrorists at worst.

But to Tean Finicum and Arden Bundy, these men are Dad, painfully absent as the teens come of age on the rugged earth where their fathers taught them intertwining lessons about ranching and life.
Arden graduated early from Mesquite’s Virgin Valley High so he could ranch full-time this spring. His days are bookended by 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. feedings of the 100 or so cattle kept on the family’s homestead, a green swath of grass and melon farm sandwiched between the muddy Virgin River and rusty bench of Virgin Mountain.

Tean says her shortest days were 12 hours and her longest were 20 before she walked at graduation May 26 — four months to the day that news of her father’s death spread while her family sat in the same gym to watch her play basketball.
It was her dream to one day take over the ranch, but not for another 10 years or so.
“I’m constantly working, everywhere I go.”

Working, both Arden and Tean, without the blessing of their fathers’ shared adversary: the federal government.

Arden speaks with his hands up, as though conducting the steady, deliberate rhythm of his words.

“My dad never really told me, ‘You’re going to take care of the ranch,’” he says. “But I felt like I was the best fit.”

He’s stocky, powerful enough that in his first year wrestling, he reached the state quarterfinals at 220 pounds, and his belt buckle reads “All-Around Cowboy.” He says he can teach you to rope in a morning.

Even if his four brothers weren’t behind bars awaiting a February trial with his father, Arden says he was always likeliest to inherit the operation as the youngest Bundy, unburdened by other family and business obligations.

A dog seeks his attention while he talks, keeping the weight off its wounded front leg. Arden reckons that Spur, at 4, is getting old to be a cow dog, but he’s seen him drag a coyote by the throat after it came for their chickens.

“He don’t put up with that.”

He expected to be arrested when he turned 18 at the end of March, and he says he was prepared to die in 2014. He likens their success retaking their cattle at a Bureau of Land Management impound site, when federal agents chose to stand down as both sides trained guns on the other, to when “a bunch of podunk farmers came together and kicked [British] ass.”

“Something big is going to come out of this,” he says. “If I stop ranching, there’s no point in fighting.”

At one point during his morning feed, Arden stops the loader to cast a skeptical eye at a helicopter passing overhead.

But as much as his performance recalls the seriousness and bravado of his father’s public appearances, he is still the “baby of the family,” says his mom, Carol. A teenager.

“He still wants to stay out late and hang out with his friends,” she says. He enjoys Snapchat, and ribbing family security guard Jonathon “Skipper” Speece. This year, he took dates to three different proms, and after he leads reporters on a tour of the mountain, he talks on the phone about a custom bumper for his truck and later will post a photo of it to Instagram.

His friends from school, who know little about ranching, think his lifestyle is a “rotten deal,” he says. And, sometimes, he agrees.

Speece says Cliven’s arrest at a Portland airport in early February — days after he’d attended Finicum’s Kanab funeral with Arden by his side — took a toll on Arden. The teenager no longer wakes up to find his father reading scriptures, or preparing “crazy-looking” breakfasts that always included meat, potatoes and Tabasco. Most days now, he works alone. But he remains faithful to his father’s philosophy.

He points the way to a spring that he calls Rabbit (on Google Earth, it’s Government Spring), where he snaps some buds off a small bush and rubs them between his fingers to create a powerful fragrance. Grazing replenishes this vegetation, he says. Without the cattle, he says, it would die.
When a cow shepherds calves away from a passing car, Arden says their recent birth is proof the cattle have everything they need to survive. “They’re happy,” he says, or else they wouldn’t have bred.

Federal prosecutors have deemed the Bundys’ ranching methods “unconventional if not bizarre.” The cattle aren’t vaccinated. They’re rarely branded. Some wander as far as 50 miles from the Bundy estate, onto golf courses and Interstate 15, until they’re trapped by bait for sale or slaughter.
This draws an eye roll from Arden.

‘A very difficult situation’

Jeanette Finicum met LaVoy at a St. George barn dance, where dancers changed partners each time a bell rang. When the music stopped, she was with LaVoy.

He told her he’d gotten a flat and had to hike to the dance, and asked her for a ride. She had thought it might be a line, but, truly, he’d had a flat.


“I instantly was attracted to him,” she said. “He was just a sweet man. Very polite. Very kind.”
That was 1992. By 1993, they were married, living in a small white house surrounded by a redrock panorama on the Finicum family’s Cane Beds homestead. Together they had nine children from previous marriages — though four lived in Provo with LaVoy’s first wife — and they added two more with Tean and an adopted boy, Mitch.


LaVoy had designed his LV bar brand, now synonymous with the broader movement, when he was only 8, but jobs in foster care took them to Albuquerque, N.M., and Paulden, Ariz., before he ever owned his own ranch.


They returned to Cane Beds in 2010, when they purchased 20 head and took over a BLM grazing permit 45 miles south that was in the name of LaVoy’s father, David.


These 17,000 acres, named Tuckup, are marked by dramatic elevation change, from desert shrubland to green high country, about a dozen miles north of the Grand Canyon’s Toroweap Outlook.


The sunbaked Arizona Strip was long considered uninhabitable by white explorers until it was settled by Mormon ranchers in the latter half of the 19th century. Eventually, it became home to 100,000 cattle, as well as untold sheep. Today, the BLM permits 15,000 cattle, and no sheep, and claims good relationships with its permit holders on the Strip.


All except one. Last August, the BLM says it discovered Finicum’s cattle at Tuckup two months earlier than his permit allows. He was directed to settle the matter at his local office, but the cattle continued to graze until October, when he was found to be in willful trespass and fined $12,000.


Jeanette says it wasn’t an act of disobedience but a standard practice — “not a big deal” — that got them punished. She believes they were under the microscope after her husband had decried federal oversight of public lands while touting his novel about a survivalist patriarch who defends his family from corrupt government in an end-times scenario.


In April, Arizona Strip District Manager Timothy Burke said he had yet to talk to the Finicums, delaying because “it is a very difficult situation.”


Now, the Finicums’ permitted season has expired, the cattle remain, and the fine still is unpaid. “We’re pretty much keeping them here year-round now,” says Jeanette, who adds that she received a call from the BLM the week prior. She has hired an attorney, she says, but she hasn’t made any final decisions about what to do next.


Burke’s office said in a statement at the end of May that it is “working through a standard administrative process to find a resolution to this issue.”


The Bundys, meanwhile, are a more pressing concern for the BLM. Conservation groups say their cattle still imperil the desert tortoise, and Nevada Sen. Harry Reid says the Bundys have damaged Joshua trees — abundant on the Gold Butte landscape, where bright flowers dot vegetation that has an otherwise surreally ancient appearance.

The BLM contracted with Utah companies for its ill-fated roundup and sale of Bundy’s cattle in 2014, leading to a picket of the R Livestock Connection in Monroe and opposition from Utah lawmakers and county law enforcers.


BLM Southern District acting District Manager Erick Kurkowski said in an email to The Salt Lake Tribune that there “are no plans for a gather at this time as we continue to cooperate with the Department of Justice on the ongoing legal matter.”


Speece, meanwhile, waits at the ready to call for help if the BLM returns. Arden believes that if the feds try again, more than 1,000 supporters will join him in opposition.
“It’d be a repeat of 2014.”

The Bundys are old hands at this, having defied the federal government since Cliven decided not to renew his grazing permit in 1993.


For the Finicums, this is new.


On New Year’s Eve 2015, they camped at Tuckup after a day of gathering and branding. Jeanette, LaVoy and son Thomas slept inside a tent, while Tean curled up outside with a puppy in her sleeping bag to keep warm.


The next day, when they got home, LaVoy got a call.


“Sure, I’ll go,” they heard him say. “I can drive. I’ve got my new truck.”


Taking with him the clothes he had on and, presumably, the bugout bag with food, water and an extra set of clothes that he had in case of a flat, he left for eastern Oregon to protest the return to prison of ranchers Dwight and Steven Hammond, ordered to serve the remainder of mandatory minimum sentences for setting fires on public lands.


He’d just bought Jeanette a new horse, a jacket to match his own, a slicker and a cap. They were about to become empty-nesters, and he figured they’d spend more time out at Tuckup.


"It was going to be our life,” Jeanette says. “We were just at the point where we could retire in a few years from doing foster care and just run the ranch.”


Wife and daughter say they believed he would come back after the protest in Burns. They knew nothing of plans to occupy the nearby bird refuge, though they would visit. He hoped they’d stay, but his brother Guy convinced him that it was best if they returned to Cane Beds.


Finicum’s parting plea with Tean was for her to take care of the ranch.
“You know what to do,” he said. “Until I get home, it’s your job.”

They learned of his death at Fredonia High when Jeanette received a call from the wife of Ammon Bundy, Lisa, who was “screaming and crying and yelling over and over again that they killed LaVoy,” Jeanette says.


They were still trying to verify Lisa’s report hours later, but police and hospital staff wouldn’t confirm it — still a sore spot for Jeanette.


“That was pretty tough. We soon learned we had to get another layer of skin. A few layers.”
They’ve since encountered people who’d like them to push their own agendas, she says, and seen reports that they say are factually inaccurate. But they’ve had support, too. About 70 people greeted Jeanette when she brought the body home for burial. Guests painted the Finicums’ chicken coop, tilled their garden and planted crops. A pile of letters sits at the foot of their couch, and Jeanette unfolds a sketch of her husband with the words, “The salt of the Earth that did not lose its savor.”


Earlier this spring, Arden Bundy came to help rope cattle and stayed for a night of games that reminded the Finicums of happier times, when the family gathered to fiercely compete over Rook, Dominion and Settlers of Catan.

This day, a whistling wind fills the silences, and Tean sits quietly as her mother talks, occasionally correcting small details about her childhood.


Her father put her on a horse at 2, Jeanette says. At 12, she saved $800 to buy her own cow, and she was taught to apply a brand, clip the ears and castrate young bulls. She home-schooled while she was in elementary school so she could help her father scout available ranches, and later again in high school so she could join him at work.


“I’ve always been his right-hand man, from the beginning,” she says.


Now, caring for the cattle that her father prized is both a reminder of his love and his absence.
“The ranch, I guess, was more something I did because I loved him," she says, "and I loved to spend time with him.”

Judge dismisses one of the gun charges against Ammon Bundy, 7 co-defendants

A federal judge has dismissed the charge of using and carrying firearms in the course of a crime of violence against Ammon Bundy and seven co-defendants, finding the underlying conspiracy charge doesn't meet the legal definition of a "crime of violence.''


The ruling dismissing Count 3 in the federal indictment is the first major win for the defense in the pending case stemming from the 41-day armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown issued a 16-page written ruling Friday afternoon, finding that the umbrella charge of conspiring to impede federal officers from doing their work at the refuge through "intimidation, threats or force'' doesn't necessarily mean that the conspiracy must involve the "threatened use of physical force'' against a person or property.


She noted that the word "intimidation,'' for example, could apply to threats of nonviolent harm to property.


Further, a "threat'' under the conspiracy allegation could involve the blackmailing of a federal officer to prevent the federal officer from doing his or her federal duties -- a threat that doesn't necessarily require "threatened use of physical force,'' the judge wrote.


So, if the underlying conspiracy charge isn't restricted to a "crime of violence'' but encompasses a "broader swath'' of conduct, then the count that charged eight refuge occupiers with using or carrying firearms in the course of "a crime of violence" should be thrown out, the judge ruled.
Defense lawyer Per C. Olson had argued in legal briefs and oral arguments for dismissal of Count 3 on behalf of his client, David Fry, and the others charged.


Olson told the court that the government wrongly applied a definition of "intimidation'' from a federal bank robbery charge to the conspiracy charge. He argued that prosecutors can't "lift a definition'' from another statute and "shoehorn it'' into this charge without any case law to base it on.


Assistant U.S. Attorney Ethan Knight had conceded in a hearing that Count 3 presented "a close call'' for the court.


But Knight argued that the conspiracy very much represented a violent crime and should be left up to a jury to decide, perhaps with a special jury instruction, asking whether jurors believe there was a threat of violence or physical force involved in the conspiracy alleged.


Brown said she was bound by 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rulings. A crime of violence is defined as any offense that is a felony and "by its nature involves a substantial risk that physical force against the person or property of another may be used.''


In addition to Ammon Bundy and Fry, the other defendants charged with Count 3 were Bundy's older brother, Ryan Bundy, Jon Ritzheimer, Ryan Payne, Brian Cavalier, Jason Patrick and Sean Anderson.
Co-defendant Corey Lequieu has already accepted a negotiated deal, pleading guilty to the conspiracy charge last month with the understanding that the other charges, including Count 3, would be dismissed against him at his August sentencing.


Count 3 would have carried a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison, and a maximum sentence of life. If a defendant had been convicted for using and carrying a firearm in the course of a violent crime, the sentence would have to run consecutive to sentences imposed on any other counts.


The remaining counts have less severe penalties, Olson pointed out. The federal conspiracy charge carries a maximum sentence of six years with no minimum and possessing a firearm in a federal facility carries a five-year maximum sentence with no minimum.


"So, with regard to those defendants who were charged in Count 3, this ruling greatly reduces their overall exposure to prison in the event of convictions,'' Olson said Friday.


A trial is set for Sept. 7. The next status hearing in the case is Wednesday.

DETAILS EMERGE THAT FBI ‘MAY HAVE OPENED FIRE’ ON OREGON RANCHER

The case of LaVoy Finicum, the rancher who was gunned down in Oregon earlier this year, may have disappeared from the main stream press, but you can be sure that it is still a hot topic in rural America where they see it as a clear cut case of murder by government authorities. The situation embarrassed local and federal authorities as farmers and ranchers continued their protest against government overreach and land theft, which was carried in national newspapers for weeks on end.


The end result was that Finicum, one of the leaders in the debacle, advised officials that he was going to the next town to meet with the sheriff there. County sheriffs have tremendous jurisdiction over the area that they oversee, and that would have been a problem for law enforcement and the FBI Hostage Rescue Team which was on site. Enroute to the meeting, Finicums truck was forced off the road into a snow bank, Finicum got out of the truck with hands raised, then tried to approach officers with his hands held wide, but was gunned down in cold blood there in the snow. There is both helicopter footage as well as a cell phone record of the incident, and it is causing some major concerns among law enforcement and the FBI.

It is clear from the helicopter footage that Finicums murder was a set up, with the objective of stopping the rancher’s protest in its tracks. The FBI would like to lay the responsibility of the shooting on the out of control local police, but there is new evidence pointing the the FBI and their crack marksmen.

New details have emerged that an agent with the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team may have opened fire on Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, one of the central players in an anti-government standoff in Oregon, after Finicum’s truck crashed near a police roadblock.


Several members of the FBI unit were present Jan. 26 when authorities attempted to stop two vehicles carrying leaders of the standoff away from their stronghold at a remote federal wildlife refuge. During the encounter, two Oregon state troopers shot and killed Finicum; eight other people were arrested.


Last week, Deschutes County Sheriff Shane Nelson, who is overseeing the investigation, said he had concluded that “FBI HRT operators fired two shots as Mr. Finicum exited the truck, and one shot hit the truck.” Nelson accused the agents of failing to “disclose their shots to our investigators.”


The five FBI agents have denied firing assault rifles during the incident. But in a recently released interview, an Oregon State Police officer told investigators that he spotted two copper-colored rifle casings near the spot where the FBI agents were standing. The Hostage Rescue Team has used copper- *colored casings, former agents said; the Oregon state police use only silver-colored casings. The copper casings were never recovered.


Meanwhile, the Portland Oregonian reported Tuesday that FBI surveillance video taken after the shooting shows the agents searching the area with flashlights and huddling. One of them then bends over twice and appears to be picking up something.


On Wednesday, a law enforcement official confirmed the video account. If allegations of a coverup are determined to be true, the incident would be hugely embarrassing to the FBI and deal a devastating blow to the FBI team’s reputation.

The Hostage Rescue Team is a highly trained unit that was formed after the massacre at the Munich Olympics in 1972. Many operators were once in the U.S. military and served in the Joint Special Operations Command.


Little is known about the operators involved in the Oregon standoff. An Oregon state trooper told investigators he wasn’t sure whether they used their real names. An investigator described them as “pretty mysterious.”


The FBI declined to comment Wednesday because of the ongoing investigation. Earlier this month, FBI Portland Special Agent in Charge Gregory T. Bretzing said, “The question of who fired these shots has not been resolved.”


The Office of the Inspector General for the Department of Justice is investigating the incident. The new information provides circumstantial evidence of possible misconduct, officials said, but is not conclusive.


It was not clear Wednesday whether the inspector general had interviewed the operators involved in the Oregon shooting. The agents continue to work, but they cannot be deployed in situations that might require them to use their weapons.

The American people generally accept that the FBI is a federal department that operates with integrity and honesty. The case of LaVoy Finicum raises real questions about the agency and its ability to operate as a national para-military organization without much oversight. Particularly in rural America people are starting to question why the federal government thousands of miles away in Washington D.C. needs to exercise so much control and to commandeer and restrict so much land in the West.

The death of LaVoy Finicum is being seen as a de facto execution designed to put the protesters in their place and to serve as an excuse to round up and incarcerate many of the ranchers. To date there are at least 20 ranchers who have been jailed and who are being held indefinitely under sweeping and spurious charges that could represent decades in jail. There is, perhaps, a very good reason that the government and the Democrat party is so anxious to implement severe gun control measures. It is a precursor to gun confiscation, because a weapon is the great equalizer when government oversteps its bounds and authority. That it may come to that is uncertain, but the murder of LaVoy Finicum shows that the federal government is deadly serious in its desire to unrest of the American people. And with the execution of Finicum the federal government very well could have just lit the fuse to greater and more widespread uprisings.

This game is harder than one may think. Notice the first step to winning is to maintain control? We see the corruption is what is attempting to maintain control of the ball, maybe it is time we bring in our own wizard of the game? The real American Patriots. Let’s quit playing their game and start taking control of the flippers, flip the control back to the people and not the cave dwellers, informants or the Patriots for pay.

When you start out, you have the illusion of control. Place your quarter in and watch the slate go clean. Every good and bad thing that happened up to that point goes away and you have a chance for a fresh start. Its what we call a “do-over these days. The first ball pops into the shooter slot and you are ready to make your first effort at influencing the outcome. A rookie will pull the plunger back with no thought to the consequences and let the ball fly. It races up a short inclined path and starts its journey around the head of the playing board. Some games are designed to discourage overanxious shooters. The ball races across the top of the board into a slot on the left side that channels the ball down to the hole, completely bypassing the flippers the spinners, the bumpers, the targets, gates and all of the other places where a score can be racked up. You get zip and you lose your ball.
The first step in winning is keeping the ball in control.

Wild and erratic shooting have their penalties. As I said earlier, although my machines’ were electrified, pre-75 machines were not as sensitive to the tilt mechanism. It didn’t take long to figure out exactly how much you could “nudge” the table and help to steer the ball once it was in play. But you had to play it cool and only use that maneuver when really needed. Even these machines had their limits and in the heat of a good string it was all too easy to drive right to the edge of that envelope. The saddest thing in the world is to watch a ball fall helplessly down the playing field with your paddles dead in the water. Especially as the ball limps off of one of those dead paddles before sinking into the hole.

Lesson TWO: Play the game the way it was designed.
Too much deviation will bring failure. There really is nothing sweeter than having a properly launched ball get into a rhythm in the upper field of play. It hits the posts and bumpers and you can see and hear the points being racked up. On some machines, enough of those bings and bongs will get you free shots. The ball happily dances between all of the bumpers and speeds up as it goes. This is where experience really makes a difference, The rookie will get caught up in all of the noise and joy of rapidly increasing points and be totally unprepared for the ball’s next move: right down to the lower field of play. The ball will race towards a dangerous spot and if the rookie is not ready, his flappers will be flipping up and down in a vain attempt to regain some semblance of control. In most cases, they never do.

Lesson THREE: Keep your eyes on the ball and anticipate its next move… only count your winnings after all the shots are taken.
Too much caution will not win the game either. A ball that is launched with no intensity at all will almost always fail to excite the upper field. It may be able to be salvages in the lower field, but more often then not, too cautious of a play is just as bad as too aggressive. You may have an amazing record of keeping the ball in play but if it isn’t scoring, what have you achieved?

Lesson Four: There are times when taking measured risks is the only way you will score.
You have to use the skills you have to try and influence some of the outcomes. In reality, once you have made your decisions on how to move forward, many of the things that happen are beyond your control. How you react to them determines success or failure. But in the end, you play your whole game the best that you can and pass the flippers on to the next player.

We know there is an alter and stadium seating, because people have snuck in and taken pictures, but we have never known more than that for the most part. We have written articles on all of these questions and facts as we found them to be central in what we believe are the reasons for so much harm to the people and attacks by residents who work for the ABC agencies and who may be involved.

PATRIOTS for pay abound in this game, they have been shown by other players and yet the new players do not heed the warnings of whistles and bells that are blaring. Patriots for pay are not necessarily Federal informants, so when all are labeled feds it is a distraction, many are just con men/women, thieves. Embezzling funds out of collections said to be for the prisoners is criminal, isn’t it? So why cover for one who does it? Why? Is it just easier to turn a blind eye, than believe you were tricked by another wizard? Or are you whispering the information as to not be seen by the cheater as a “snitch flipping them out of the game”? These same players end up at many of the “events” and open paypall accounts and take collections and donations saying it is “to pay for expenses and to continue working for freedom”.

The information “flipping” the ball around the game is that many have been seen SPENDING THE MONEY that has been handed over to them for the patriots. Spent right out of the envelopes seen handed to them, for restaurant tabs and other expenses that have nothing to do with the Whistle Blowers in jail. We see stories saying how wonderful these folks are.

Who is putting out the information that protects those who make the game so hard to win for the average American man or woman who is truly just wanting to give funds to help those they believe have taken a stand for our liberties? If you are one who has witnessed this you must tell, we cannot tell FOR you! Yes, we have the names, but it is the duty of the witnesses here to wipe the game clean of the cheaters.

Why do we see the families of those arrested surrounded by these false patriots questioning the integrity of the ones flipping to keep the game honorable rather than the “cheaters” flipping the game in their dishonorable direction?

There are a few who are not wanting some of the questions we are asking, or information we are sharing to be shared. We are hearing that our integrity of information is being questioned and all has “explanation”. Well guys, we are ASKING questions to get answers, we ask those who should be able to answer and get yet hear crickets, or are attacked, for asking. We are writing stories and asking questions based on questions we are being asked, things that matter to our followers. Readers tell us that some who are involved with questionable connections are using the term for our articles “conspiracy theory”, well folks, isn’t that exactly what the Feds are saying our jailed Patriots are using against the facts of federal corruption? The men in jail are being called conspiracy theorists and more, yet when we give evidence we are called conspiracy theorists by the very ones not wanting to hear it of the prisoners. Really, American Patriots are NOT conspiracy theorists, they are truth seekers wanting to know how so much corruption is being allowed that is stealing from America. The plea deals coerced through threats of years in jail are not lawful, is that all a conspiracy theory too? No, the facts prove, there was no trespass as keys were handed over and sheriffs participated in the convoy getting to the Refuge to go in, no federal employees were impeded from doing their job, guns ARE allowed on the refuge (ask the hunters), the Feds have not shown their evidence of accounting of the purchase of the Refuge, the judge has not proven jurisdiction, the indictments were based on “special agent” lies, the refuge was not damaged by the whistle blowers, the only ones who threatened anyone with a gun were the feds, Steve Grasty and David Ward appear to have teamed up to lead the take over of the refuge through a ruse they were involved in with politicians and public servants all over the place, Lavoy Finicum was assassinated, CPS has come up too many times around the stories not to be somehow part of it, so conspiracy away folks. We believe that this whole debacle was based on pious fraud on many levels.

PIOUS FRAUD: It may at times be difficult to differentiate pious fraud, which requires intent to deceive, from delusion and ignorance. Such a decision must be based on a case-by-case evaluation of the claims being made, the persons making the claims, and certainly the intent behind the claims. Pious fraud is believing the ends justify the means.

We are not up for sale or hire and will not commit pious fraud just because one says “God is in control”, really, well, we too must have control as well over those we chose to protect over the innocent. God gave us free agency to choose, right or wrong and to analyse what is right and wrong, it is up to us to make a choice. He doesn’t give us a map of what to do, he gives us a road to travel with tangents and we are to choose which path to follow. The Lady has covered the stories, interviewed and become friends with locals in the area and shared as much as possible that helps the Patriots, participated in rally’s and traveled to court in support, but now we are under attack by the very inner circle that has had our support all along? Really? We are simply a man and a woman who are parents wanting to leave a free country to our children, and quite frankly it is interesting that after all support given all we are seen for now is the story on Rick Koerber that mentioned some antics of some others? We have had to defend off attacks taken public by some youngsters who were involved in the movie and book dealings. Why is that? We find that more telling than ever, why was that name one that created so much skuttlebutt and attacks on us? We would not have even looked into the name had others not started asking us and it not being so odd in nature as to the facts surrounding that name.

We are watching as so many of the defendants have to use public defenders because they can’t afford a good defense, they are asking, “Where are those attorneys promised when we signed those UNION CARDS?” Calls have been made to the union and the answer is there is no record of those inquired about! We are not going to quit asking questions just because others want to be surrounded by questionable people and not have it known. We collaborate on all stories and agree to all that goes out or it doesn’t go out to print. As a team we ride in our own saddles to share what we find, but do not forget we are a TEAM.

The Cowboy and The Lady are always open to debate and change to the stories put out as long as the facts are shared and not just attacks. Ask anyone who has approached us with facts based on our questions. We have had contact from Assembly people and other public servants as well as the public at large. We ask questions to seek answers and through these questions we find many answers are connecting the dots that will save our freedoms. We have written many articles that prove the innocence of the Bundy’s, Hammond’s,other political prisoners and American Patiots and those who stood with them, yet we are attacked for putting out questions about those really behind the scenes of the Malheur big money and legal defense? Are you wanting us to be so bias that we do not share truth? We find the attacks for such to be one of the most dishonorable things thrown our way by the very people we have supported.

So folks, “Don’t Flip us off with your flipper!”. We are not your enemy, so why are you so willing to call us liars? Truth is a funny thing, it does come out in the end, and if it is all so easily explained why not just answer the questions rather than attack the messenger? We are not provocateurs, but sure is interesting that we have a couple we supported who think so!

The Malheur Cave is easily the creepiest cave in Oregon

In 1938 two members of the lodge, Ulysses S. Hackney and Charles W. Loggan, came up with the idea of holding an outdoor stated meeting in the Malheur Cave 52 miles east of Burns. They devised a plan to use the Malheur Cave for an outdoor meeting of Masons in Oregon. Their idea was well received, and the first official outdoor meeting of Masons in the Western United States was held at the Malheur Cave at a stated meeting, under Special Dispensation, at 8:00 pm, October 1st, 1938.

On our recent road trip which we traveled almost 1000 miles deep into southeast Oregon in May of 2016, there was one particular cave a local had told us about that definitely peaked our interest. After Danielle and I heard about the Malheur cave, which was visibly owned by the Freemasons, well… There was no way we could pass up exploring this place.

The cave itself is a large lava tube cave, and you will find this mysterious place 17 miles east of Crane Hot Springs, 52 miles east of Burns, Oregon. The 3,000 foot long cave is owned by Robert Burns Masonic Lodge No. 97, and sits on the private property of Tree Top Ranches, off an unmarked gravel road. I had no idea while visiting this cave an underground lake fills the lower end of the cave, with water sometime rising within 1,000 feet of the entrance.
Unfortunately, we weren’t too prepared as we had only one flashlight with weak batteries, resulting in a very dim light which didn’t allow us to venture too deep into the cave.

This video which apparently is the first of a series of videos, you can watch this guy go in and explore himself. Around 2:09 the cave gets wide briefly, almost like it has a side tube. At 4:07 you will notice the bleachers, about 500 feet into the cave are fisible. The one part that really tripped me out the most in this cave was the fact that it had electricity readily available, as you will see the electrical conduit on the ceiling around 4:50.

You will also notice the concrete slab on the floor, past the bleachers around 5:33 into the video. What the hell are they doing with that? I have no idea, but some will speculate they are doing some sort of weird sacrifice when they gather here. Mason rituals have always been shrouded in secrecy, but over the decades many have written these rituals include the worship of Lucifer, and are actually satanic ceremonies. Here’s a video published in 2010, apparently in Turkey which shows initiations of new members and vows of secrecy where they drink blood, and sacrifice an animal while worshiping the devil.

The Malheur Cave Event according to sources say is held at least once a year, and Masons from the many states that are represented, as well as countries gather here.
Here’s where it gets really weird. Go to Google and search Malheur Cave, you will find dozens of links and videos throughout YouTube suggesting all sorts of conspiracies tying the cave to the situation in Burns, Oregon where armed men took over the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in protest of federal over-reach. In one article I read at freedomfightertimes.com, the author suggested the day before Robert LaVoy Finicum was killed the masons were gathered in this cave the day before:


Interestingly the Robert Burns ritual took place on January 25, just a day before the group had a run in with the feds and suffered the death of Finicum. This lodge would have most definitely held a ritual on that night as their lodge named in tribute to the Scottish Masonic poet.
The article goes on to read a satanic ritual was going on, known as the Grand Climax, which starts January 21st and ends January 27th:
This ritual requires initiates of these diabolical societies to offer a blood sacrifice. It is no coincidence that Finicum got murdered on January 26th, one day before the end of the Grand Climax and the day after the Robert Burns ritual. Both of these Satanic holidays can be seen in this 2016 calendar.

Were Freemasons really here the day before? I honestly have no idea, nor do I have the time to research more into this, although nonetheless it makes for an interesting read. The following photos we took show the bleachers which could easily hold 200 people or more:

No one truly knows when this cave was discovered, but evidence suggests it was used by local indians, early settlers and many others. We saw for ourselves obsidian chippings, campfire soot stains on the walls which were abundant here.


That’s not all, these stories on the Internet get pretty wild. Many speculate this map supposedly produced in 1978, author unknown, connect the Malheur Cave to complete tunnel systems throughout the U.S. These “inner-earth” entrances coincide with not only the Malheur lava tube cave at the center of the militia standoff, but with other caves owned by Freemasons and antional parks throughout the United States.

It’s said the Native Americans believed these caves were passageways to the underworld. The Nazis had what they believed was evidence to an entrance to “Hollow Earth”. This article titled ” “The Hollow Earth maps of the Third Reich: There is an entrance to the Hollow Earth,” points out the following:

Another cave in Kentucky called the “Mammoth Cave,” is considered to be the largest cave system in the world, and is associated with… You guessed it, Masonic lodges. “The Mammoth Cave MM degree, was performed frequently by the lodge in Edmonson county KY, back in the 1970’s. There were some problems with the National Park Service, which administers the cave, and the degree has not been performed there for some years.”

16 years ago, In 2000 a special team made a total of five trips to Malheur Cave, with the objectives of exploring the underwater portion of the cave and making a documentary film about that exploration. Each trip consisted of 3 to 4 days of actually living in the cave while the project was underway. You can see many more photos here at nwdivingnow.com.
Upon Googling The Malheur Lava Project it seems I really can’t find a lot of information on their dive, other than the article at nwdivingnow.com, and this PDF highlighting their trip to the cave. The article points out another interesting fact, that they haddiscovered a new species that exists nowhere else in the world but in this cave – an amphipod, distant relative of crabs and shrimp. The article ends with Please check back – the actual details of this project are currently CLASSIFIED.



Poking around more on the Internet, I came across this photo, which I found interesting for the fact the masonic symbol on the front of the cave has obviously been upgraded since this much older photo:

Are Freemasons obsessed with caves? Maybe a bit. Is it just a good ol’ boy club for a bunch of old farts to sit around, barbecue ribs and enjoy themselves? Probably. Or maybe they really are worshiping the devil, sacrificing animals and they totally are behind the killing of LaVoy, and this was an elaborate plan by the Illuminati to make an example of anyone who resists the federal government.
According to the Internet, that’s exactly what happened here. Personally I have no idea, but I can say this cave was pretty damn creepy.

WERE THEY BOOBIE TRAPPED?

Back in January 2016 men and women from across America went to the Malheur Refuge in Oregon to help free the Hammond’s and return the lands stolen by lies and deception by the BLM from the people of Harney County. The Hammond family’s saga against the BLM was much like the Bundy family’s story. The BLM, an overreaching and tyrannical agency that would do anything to take the lands, anything.


Men and women left their homes and journeyed out, some to take pictures, some to stay and help, some to cook, some to clean and most just to support a plan of action they believed in, a man they believed in, a man who has become the face of America and the battle for justice, Ammon Bundy. Ammon believed he was led to Harney County to help the Hammonds and America regain stolen lands, and he believed he had the backing of those who wanted the same thing and had the money to put where his mouth was leading others. The deep pockets and big money he spoke of gave a confidence to others in that backing offering protection and the ability to go the distance to finish this work. With an excitement of bringing jobs back to Harney County, through reopening mining and timber mills, the American Patriots, the rebels with a cause, went to help and the support poured in. Men and women went to be a part of history and a vision that all Americans desire, the vision of taking back America, one piece of land and family at a time. Ammon was making progress and teaching about the Constitution, Bill of Rights and offering a way to get America back on track. The track Ammon was leading others on was not as innocently planned out as he too may have believed it was, it now seems that the track was being laid by some very nefarious people. Set up to be taken out, but now in the know, “what is real?” is all the supporters are asking. What it appears to be is a Lifetime Story.


Ammon Bundy, son of Cliven Bundy, and other whistle blowers, went to Harney County in the Fall of 2016 to see for themselves what was happening with the Hammond’s, what was found, and their determination to prove the Hammond’s innocence, created a domino effect leading us to today. With men in jail for the folly of the Federal Corporation some call “our Government”. From Bunkerville to Harneyville, the crisis of land grabs has become the journey into hell, a hell we pray ends with the truth of innocence known, but at what cost?


On January 26th an ambush killed Lavoy Finicum, a man who stood to save his own land from the BLM, a man who gave his all to tell the truth of land grabs destroying America. On January 27th an indictment was signed in Oregon. The woman who was once a Pennsylvania Federal Prosecutor, Kathrine Armstrong, turned “Special Agent Cutie In A BLM Hate Shirt” was the one who set the booby trap at a Safeway in Harney and the story unraveled from there. Armstrong gave her opinions on what these men and women might do, laws they might brake and the “mights” were mightier than reality. She accused them of possible intimidation, harassment and threats, all the while appearing to have a love fest over Jon Ritzheimer. The booby traps were set and “SNAP!” they were stepped into with full force and Special Agent Armstrong, considered an expert in terrorist actions after 1 and 1/2 years of special training, trapped all of America in this story of intrigue and lies.

What one may wonder is who were the trappers? Seems like the lines have now been so blurred no one really knows who is the predator or the prey. We pray this folly of fiction finally ends with opened eyes and traps retired. Americans went to the refuge believing they were there to help all of America return stolen land taken by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and to free Dwight and Steven Hammond from unlawful sentences they were given for setting back burns on their own land.
People offering support went to the refuge peacefully and with good intentions, but some we fear went as Patriots for Pay and others as informants to orchestrate this folly in the court that now has innocent men pleading for their freedom, but at what cost? (yes, the words are repeated). We see and hear of the theft of money that is meant for the defendants, yet we also see those relaying this information to us doing radio shows and promoting the same people accused of the dirty deeds? Who are the dirty birds, really?

Patriots for pay are those who travel across America, finding events where people are needing help, where it appears America is threatened. These people set up accounts to collect money for "others" and ask for money to be sent. What we see though is the donations areto help them travel, eat, lodge and support them, more than Patriotic work. These people have been found to buy nice cars, drink their donation money away and create drama as a way to seek more funds. They live off of the naive nature of other Americans believing they are good people with true intentions. Patriots for pay, are you sending money to them?
This is not to say that there are not good people in the Patriot community helping others, actually raising funds for them, but the job of a Patriot for Pay has become one many take advantage of.

SEE THE INFORMATION AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE TO SEND FUNDS TO THE HAMMOND FAMILY, they are ones we do know are truly needing it. They do not have deep pockets behind them.

The media was present from day one, now we know more present than the outside world watching knew. HBO, probably others too, has and continues to be a part of all the stories shared. There were talent slips signed, producers at work, scripts asked to follow and the media was in full force with propaganda, especially the local press. When a week of “combat training” was done it was said to be “insisted upon as part of the plan”. What plan? Was the media part of the script and all of us were taken for a ride on the Harneyville train to the theater? Is the media still giving steam to that script working with the feds for the folly? Are insiders working on what they say is “on behalf of the prisoners” still acting on behalf of the script more than the people? Even after Lavoy’s murder some were asked to “go along” with speaking to production companies, so is the production still seeking participants? And those with their noses in the cameras, why are they being treated so kindly but the ones making pleas are being given lashings? Why is it a man who acted out in the final days and actually threatened law enforcement with talk of killing them is out on bail, while Ammon Bundy and others are still behind bars? The Feds have worked long and hard on their scripted follies it appears.

Teams of researchers across America worked tirelessly, burning the candles at both ends to seek answers to free the men, to prove the innocence of the Hammands and assist Ammon Bundy in finding the truth. Researchers delved into evidence, the truth was found, evidence to free them all was in the hands of the men collecting the evidence, but it was not used, hours of collecting affidavits left sitting as many offers of more affidavits ignored, why? Counter claims were not filed for all the defendants other than by Shawna Cox, why? Well, we may have to wait for the final scene to know.

What we do know for sure, innocent Americans have given money, their trust and time to this story and we seek transparency. We have been told “God is in control” “He’s got this”, “it will all work out in the end’, “even if you don’t trust Koerber don’t you trust Ammon?” Well, does the end justify the means of allowing good men and women to be used as collateral damage to get to the end result? Why are so many surrounding this story felons in the inner circle and trusted? There are still so many questions and if surrounding oneself with felons, liars and thieves is what is done in the journey of justifying the means, all we mean to do is ask why? There are too many people innocently sending money they don’t have and believing integrity was the foundation of all of this, it may have been there in the beginning, but integrity has left the court room and those leading this debacle.

Making sure things you say and things you do are in alignment

American men and women left their families, jobs and lives to stand for liberty and justice for all. The intent was to bring transparency to the ABC agencies, such as the BLM, public servants and politicians involved behind the scenes, and to stand as transparent in their desire for freedom as possible. They followed a dream they believe in, still today, even as they live the nightmare that this dream has become for them. When they woke in jail cells to find they were locked away from the very freedom they went to defend, it became evident the injustice they heard spoken of at the refuge was in full theatrical force. They woke wondering where the truth and transparency went. Had Ammon Bundy been more transparent about who he was taking directions from would others have supported his tactics? Who knows if the people who went would do it again.

What we do know is innocent men who are being railroaded in this matter are asking why they were left out in the cold without any real defense help and now mocked for wanting out of this mess they see with different eyes than when they blindly went to support those they trusted. Even Cliven Bundy wants to separate from this folly it seems, having asked for separation of his case from the others. Cliven said all along he had no clue what his son was doing or why he was doing it as he was. Cliven was drawn to Oregon in support of his sons and trapped in the web of unethical actions by many he trusted.

Days passed, Michele Fiore and Assemblywoman Sheldon showed up to the jails, and to homes of those out till trial, with Union Cards and discussion of California Attorneys from the ACLU/LIUNA who would come in and help them if there were any personal violations against them, the attorneys never materialized. All that materialized were attorneys paid by the Federal Government that not only arrested them, but framed them all with pious fraud as what appears to be intended all along, to destroy the American Patriot families and to declaw the Bundy family and others in the fight of their lives for their lands, homes and lives. The federal prosecutors did anything they could, made up anything they wanted to and entrapped innocent men and women, all justified in their minds to reach the end. The end does not justify the means in which the Federal Corporations have conspired to destroy innocent lives. Pious fraud is a crime against the people in this case and fraud upon the court is leading many to take pleas under duress.

These men currently taking please have public defenders, we refer to them as “Public Rearenders”. We have seen some of the documents and heard of the conversations these defense attorneys are sharing with their “clients” and the only disappointment or resentment for these pleas should be with the FAKE defenders. These federal attorneys are not defending the men taking pleas, the real clients for these attorneys are the federal corporation railroading the men. The Rearenders are throwing these Americans under the bus and that is what is wrong with this whole picture. (movie, get it “picture”...okay we digressed).


The truth is that one has only himself and his creator to answer to, one must stand in accountability and honor to both. One must protect his brethren and seek to do no harm and leave no victims behind. When these men sign these plea deals we see either their honor displayed or not. We see Darryl Thorn is pleading to the court, but he has not thrown another man under the bus, as another did him. Is his plea a dishonor to Ammon and the others? We do not believe so, but we do believe that it is not up for us, or others, to decide what a man must do in this situation. From book deals to movie deals, and traps set by those who knew what was really going on all along, how does one judge another in taking a plea?


America, a plea for now is not a forever. Any court action taken in fraud is void, it appears this whole debacle is a void, but what we do know is the movie and book deals will prevail, they always do. For a lifetime or for “Lifetime”? Only those who were privy to the truth all along really know. From feds with cameras, costumes, and scripts full of “possible” crimes, to seduction and intrigue introduced through those collecting money and visiting inmates, one may want to ask, "please pass the popcorn, and maybe a shot of tequilla too".

The Finicum shooting and the cover-up scheme is material and helpful to corroborate and substantiate those fears of FBI violence ….


Per C. Olson, Attorney for David Fry, whose motion compelled the court to drop the most significant gun charge against defendants in the case of the Unites States vs Ammon Bundy et el, filed another motion on Tuesday compelling Judge Anna Brown to allow defendants and their attorneys to view discovery surrounding the Office of Inspector General Investigation, (OIG) over a possible coverup by FBI agents and their role in the death of LaVoy Finicum. The motion was briefly brought up during Wednesday’s monthly —- hearing.

The “MEMORADNUM IN SUPPORT OF DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF THE INVESTIGATION OF FBI USE OF FORCE AND COVER-UP IN THE FINICUM SHOOTING”

In the memorandum Attorney Per C. Olson insisted that the ability to see the non-redacted findings contained in the OIG report are vital to not only his clients defense, but also the defense of all others. He believes that evidence of use of excessive force in the Finicum shooting and the cover-up scheme is material and helpful to corroborate and substantiate those fears of FBI violence;

In the context of the HRT’s history of use of excessive force and cover-ups (e.g., Waco and Ruby Ridge), the Finicum shooting and cover-up is directly relevant to explain and corroborate that defendants possessed or carried firearms as alleged in the indictment for defensive purposes and in fear of a covert FBI attack, rather than to facilitate the alleged conspiracy or for offensive reasons.

Olson blasted the fBI in the document when he stated, “The HRT has a history of excessive force and cover-ups and, during the Ruby Ridge siege of 1992, an FBI HRT sniper, following the rules of engagement drawn up for the operation, shot Randy Weaver when he was not posing a threat, and shot and killed Randy’s wife, Vicki, while she was standing, unarmed, in the doorway to the cabin holding her baby.2 The incident led to a Senate investigation and report concluding that the rules of engagement – that allowed for the killing of Weaver or any armed adult standing near Weaver regardless of threat – were unconstitutional. Further Olson points out that the FBI HRT also was involved in the siege of the Branch Davidian compound near Waco, Texas, in 1993.4 where the FBI engaged in increasingly hostile and aggressive techniques to force the occupants from the compound.”


The government’s final assault with armored vehicles and tear gas caused the Davidians to set fire to the compound, resulting in the deaths of 76 men, women and children. The FBI falsely claimed for many years that it did not use pyrotechnic devices in the raid. Its admission in 1999 that fire-starting devices were, in fact, deployed in the assault caused 61 percent of the public to believe that federal agents started the fire that killed the occupants, the document says.


The motion wasn’t on the docket for discussion this past Wednesday but Judge Brown agreed the motion was an important one and will wait for the Government to reply before making her decision to allow oral argument in a round 2 motion hearing expected to happen in Late July. Defendant Jon Ritzheimer’s Attorney has file a similar motion.

Pete Santilli, the social media broadcaster who was arrested and charged with conspiracy in the case, took issue with the fact that both attorney and judge failed to make clear what the OGI report was. Santilli shouted out to the galley after court was adjourned, to make sure the people knew the OGI was actually the investigation into the coverup and murder of LaVoy Finicum.
