The FBI has teamed up with an existing active-shooter training program —Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) — begun in Texas after the 1999 Columbine High School shootings and funded in part by the US Department of Justice. Connecticut political leaders are moving decisively to destroy the site of the December 14, 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. On September 24 Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced the state’s $50 million commitment to tear down the 57-year-old Sandy Hook School structure and replace it with a new high-priced facility.
“The tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School is never far from our minds,” Malloy told the press. “With strong resolve and a determination to move forward, we can do our best to support the people of Newtown.”[1]

Workers demolishing Sandy Hook Elementary School required to sign confidentiality agreements
Contractors demolishing Sandy Hook Elementary School are being required to sign confidentiality agreements forbidding public discussion of the site, photographs or disclosure of any information about the building where 26 people were fatally shot last December.
Selectman Will Rodgers said officials want to protect the Newtown school where the 20 children and six educators were killed, The News-Times reported.
"It's a very sensitive topic," he said Monday. "We want it to be handled in a respectful way."
Project manager Consigli Construction has barricaded the property and intends to screen the perimeter to prevent onlookers from taking photographs. Full-time security guards will ensure the site is not disturbed.
Families of the victims and school staff visited the site, but public access is barred.
The precautions exceed those at other construction sites, town officials said.
Jim Juliano, a member of the Public Building and Site Commission, said he initially considered whether the heightened precautions might be excessive. But he believes extra vigilance is needed to shield Sandy Hook families and the community from exploitation.
Rodgers said the goal is to ensure the project is managed properly without interference from onlookers or the infliction of more pain on the community.
"Obviously, workers need access to the site, but inasmuch as we have put restrictions on our citizens, we don't really want those who are there somehow releasing information or recounting impressions of the site, given we are trying to move on, so to speak," Rodgers said.
Demolition is set to begin next week and be finished before the Dec. 14 anniversary of the shootings. A new school is expected to open by December 2016. Town voters last month accepted a state grant of $49.3 million to demolish the school and build a new one.

Employees of a construction company contracted by Newtown to demolish Sandy Hook Elementary School must sign non-disclosure agreements before commencing work on the project, scheduled to begin October 21. The contracts reserve the right to pursue legal action against workers who publicly discuss what might be observed as the 57-year-old structure is leveled. Penalties also apply to employee attempts at removing any physical remains from the site.

Newtown property records suggest that on December 25, 2009 a total of 35 properties located on and around Yogananda Street in Sandy Hook were transferred at zero value to new owners.
The transactions include the house belonging to mysterious figure Chris Manfredonia, who was apprehended by police on Sandy Hook School grounds on the morning of December 14, 2012.

Newtown First Selectman Pat Llodra said small-scale demolition is underway at Sandy Hook Elementary School and the project will take several weeks.
“The process of demolition is incremental, staged precisely and executed carefully,” she said. “There is no wrecking ball action; it is rather a piece-by-piece, section-by-section removal.”

Here I will attempt to explain my views on this controversial subject, which stand in stark contrast to the position taken by Michael Collins Piper in his recent article entitled, "Internet Rife with Disinformation: "Cyber Shills" working to misdirect, embarrass legitimate conspiracy researchers," published on page 18 in issue number 43 of AFP’s print edition.
I took a keen interest in the alleged Sandy Hook shooting from the very beginning. The Connecticut State Police and news media reported that on December 14, 2012, a 20-year-old young man named Adam Lanza first shot and killed his mother, Nancy Lanza, in their Newtown, Connecticut home before driving to the Sandy Hook Elementary School and going on a shooting rampage, murdering 20 children and 6 adults at the school – truly an amazing, and highly implausible, feat allegedly accomplished by a young man with no known military training. According to the official narrative of the alleged shooting, Adam Lanza – the “lone gunman” – shot all but two of his victims multiple times, firing 154 total rounds in a matter of minutes. Many have questioned the plausibility of such a scenario.
The alleged Sandy Hook shooting scenario conveniently aligns with the hysterical anti-gun agenda and planned destruction of the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution long promoted by certain organized political factions.

Do any of you remember watching the national TV Network news about bloodied bodies being rushed out to EMT (ambulances)? Do any of you remember hospital personnel being interviewed by Network coverage; or videos of the injured being rushed to medical emergency rooms? Also, what ever became of the rest of the student population? Wasn’t Sandy Hook an elementary school? Supposedly the shooter targeted just the young. Where were students, grades 3-6? Were they given the day off? Why weren’t any of them interviewed on the school scene? Were they considered by the acting media to be credible witnesses; or, were they scratched from the “program” because they might not be able to keep straight acting faces while interviewed on the national TV networks? Where were they? Maybe they had the school day off so that they could watch the whole hoax unfold. From what this web author has read; this area of Connecticut was a training ground for emergency (law enforcement intervention) drills. Perhaps, this is why this maintenance man did not become excited, (at least until he was exposed by a camera). Today on the podcast we're going deep into the conspiracy rabbit hole with, Sofia Smallstorm, a well respected researcher into many topics considered conspiritorial. She's dedicated a lot of time and effort into unraveling the Sandy Hook event and I was happy to interview her about her findings, including the realization that it seems quite possible that no mass shooting actually took place...whoa.

Wolfgang W. Halbig doesn’t believe anyone was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012, and he’s looking for some answers. So many answers, in fact, that he was paid a visit by some police investigators telling him to back off.
Mr. Halbig isn’t your average “conspiracy theorist.” He’s worked in public education as a teacher, dean, assistant principal, principal of an alternative school and as the Director for School Safety and Security for the Seminole County Public Schools, a school district of approximately 65,000 students.
A former Florida State Trooper and United States Customs Inspector, Mr. Halbig was invited by the U.S. Department of Justice to train over 3,500 school police officers, school superintendents and school principals. Newtown town clerk Debbie Aurelia is not just disregarding state law and years of tradition in withholding death certificates regarding the Dec. 14 Newtown massacre. In this ultimate act of arrogance, she is declaring that she knows best — she is the law.
Ms. Aurelia is refusing to honor requests to see death certificates of those who were murdered by Adam Lanza — even though death certificates by law or custom have always been open records.
The clerk has put her foot down out of concern for grieving family members, and the law be damned. She also apparently thinks that a death certificate isn't the kind of information that the freedom of information law was meant to protect.
We understand the sensitivity to grief, but not the willful disobeying of the law by a public official who should know better.
State Rep. Mitch Bolinsky of Newtown, who introduced a bill saying death certificates of children under 18 can't be released until six months after the death, excuses Ms. Aurelia by arguing, stupefyingly, that she hasn't yet violated the terms of his bill, which hasn't even passed.
Connecticut public officials in general have performed well in reaction to the Newtown tragedy. But they have fallen down badly on the subject of government secrecy.
The remedy for a clerk that doesn't intend to do her job is to get the sheriff involved. 'Course this is a town clerk so the sheriff might not have authority over city employees. If you attempt to get the sheriff involved and he refuses then his boss is the coroner (the same guy who issues the death certificate .. so this might be a dead [pun intended] end). The mayor might be the 'go to' guy for the performance of his employees.
