Exclusive: 34-Year-Old Died After Pfizer Shot, Mother Shares ‘Ridiculous’ Letters From CDC
In an exclusive interview with The Defender, Henrietta Simoes said her healthy, 34-year-old son, Victor Simoes, died suddenly two weeks after his first Pfizer COVID-19 shot. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which is not investigating the death, responded with two “ridiculous” letters.

The mother of a 34-year-old man who died suddenly two weeks after his first dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine said she believes her son would be alive today if he had had the information he needed to make an informed decision about the vaccine.
Victor Castillo Simoes died May 5, 2021, from an acute aortic dissection — an uncommon medical emergency in which the inner layer of the large blood vessel branching off the heart’s aorta tears. The condition mostly affects men in their 60s and 70s.
In an exclusive interview with The Defender, Simoes’ mother, Henrietta Simoes, said her son’s only symptom was the chest pain he experienced shortly before he died.
Simoes, a senior manager at Amazon, received his first Pfizer shot on April 20, 2021, at a Seattle, Washington Safeway.
Fifteen days later, he woke up feeling unwell and had chest pains, Henrietta said. He called an ambulance and told his girlfriend he “wasn’t right,” and needed to get checked out.
“When his girlfriend arrived, he introduced her to the medics and then collapsed,” Henrietta said. “He was unresponsive from that point on.”
Simoes was intubated in the ambulance and was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Thirty minutes later he was declared dead, Henrietta said.
Simoes’ family had an autopsy performed. It showed he experienced an acute aortic dissection.
Henrietta said:
“I have no idea what precipitated this so the pathologist sent out for genetic testing to see if there was any kind of predisposition or collagen deficiency that would have led to the dissection. The initial panel showed nothing. My husband and I were also tested and the results showed nothing.
“The pathologist said Victor was not dilated, did not have an aneurysm and did not have high blood pressure. He also didn’t have the normal things that would lead to dissection.”
Henrietta said she is working with a renowned surgeon from a prestigious university who agreed to do a whole genome workup on Simoes and her other children to see if “anything comes up.”
Another researcher, who agreed to look into Simoes’ inflammatory markers, said he shared her suspicions that Pfizer’s vaccine triggered Simoes’ fatal heart condition.
“Victor passed away 15 days post-Pfizer vaccine,” Henrietta said. “It indicates he would have been at the height of the antibodies and I believe he had an inflammatory response to the vaccine — as we know inflammation plays a major role.”
Henrietta said:
“Typically, people who have this condition have a bicuspid valve that first leads to an aneurysm. All in all, 34 is very rare to have a dissection. When it happens it usually happens with 60- to 70- year-olds. We’ve been in contact with the John Ritter Foundation and many cases they have are from genetic causes and diseases that lead to connective tissue disorders.
“Everything I read says you’re at the height of your antibodies like two weeks after the vaccine. This is my contention. Why didn’t he dissect three weeks before or six months after receiving the vaccine? Why, when he was at the height of these antibodies and having a hyperinflammatory response, did he have a dissection?”
Henrietta, a teacher with a law degree, said the family is trying to “knock down” all possibilities. But so far, there is no genetic link. She believes the vaccine triggered the sudden onset of her son’s fatal heart condition.
Henrietta on Sept. 9, reported her son’s death to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) — the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. — because the hospital did not file a report.

“How do we know the true number of people having vaccine injuries if the doctors are not reporting to VAERS?” she asked.
Henrieta said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) did not investigate her son’s death or follow up with her on the report:
“I reported it to the CDC. I called them and I got a ridiculous form letter. I got two letters. The first one was ridiculous and the second was even more ridiculous. I received the second letter after I asked them why they were lying to the American people.”
CDC failed to investigate Samoes’ death
Henrietta said the CDC is failing to investigate the deaths reported to VAERS attributed to COVID vaccines, including her son’s.
Henrietta first contacted the CDC in November 2021, requesting to speak with a CDC doctor about her son’s death as no one had contacted her about her son’s VAERS report.

A member of the CDC’s Immunization Safety Office staff on Nov. 19, 2021, confirmed the CDC had received the VAERS report but said staff “do not routinely contact the family except to confirm receipt of the report.” The person referred Henrietta to the agency’s website for “information on loss and grief and ways to cope with stress and anxiety.”
“They told me to contact the health department, said they were sorry for my loss and referred me to the [Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP)] program,” Henrietta said. “How can the CDC properly investigate a reported death if it does not contact the family for information?”
The CICP is an obscure government program that rarely compensates individuals seriously injured by covered countermeasures, such as COVID vaccines.
Since the program’s inception in 2010, 7,033 claims have been filed, but only 29 claims were compensated. As of Feb. 1, the CICP had approved only one claim related to a COVID vaccine injury, but that claim has not been paid out.
Henrietta said:
“I have called law firms that deal with vaccine injuries. They say their hands are tied until the vaccine gets into the [Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)], but I don’t want money and I don’t want the VICP. I want to get Pfizer.
“They have the report that came out with eight or nine pages of adverse effects and after this report came out this vaccine should have been shut down. It should have also been shut down because alternative medications and therapies are available [to treat COVID]. If they had shut this whole thing down, my son would be alive.”
CDC says no causal link between COVID vaccines and death
Henrietta on Nov. 19, 2021, contacted the CDC a second time.
“Why are places not reporting the deaths linked to the vaccine, my son passed away after receiving the Pfizer vaccine?” She asked in the email. “Where is the data showing that Pfizer is unsafe and makes people of young ages pass away, this needs to be brought up to higher-ups at CDC.”
In her email, Henrietta told the CDC she was concerned the U.S. Food and Drug Administration wanted to wait 76 years to release the data it considered in approving Pfizer’s COVID vaccine and that the pharmaceutical giant had excluded participants from its clinical trials.
In a response to Henrietta on Nov. 23, 2021, a CDC staff member offered condolences and acknowledged the loss of her son but reiterated COVID vaccines “have undergone and will continue to undergo the most intensive safety monitoring in U.S. history,” and that a review of available “clinical information, including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records has not established a causal link to Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination and deaths.”

The staff member then referred her to an analysis of the Vaccine Safety Datalink, a database, which is not available to the public, that collects reports of COVID vaccine injuries. The analysis did not show an increased risk of dying “in those who received a COVID-19 vaccine compared to those who did not.”
The CDC’s response stated:
“In the United States, nearly all COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths are now occurring in unvaccinated people. The risk of severe adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination remains rare. Everyone age 5 years and older is recommended to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. CDC has published several papers on the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines, available at this link.
“Additionally, you can find information about what happens after a report is submitted to VAERS on CDC’s vaccine safety page: How to Report an Adverse Event To VAERS.
“Again, we are very sorry for the loss of your son.”
On the VAERS website, it states the CDC will reach out to a reporting individual for additional information only if “essential fields” of the VAERS form are not filled out properly.
“VAERS will not contact the reporting individual by phone for follow-up,” the website states. “The VAERS program follows up on reports classified as serious by attempting to obtain medical records to better understand the event.”
In the case of many vaccine injury stories reported by The Defender, including Simoes’, medical records are not available for those who suddenly die after receiving a COVID vaccine and did not make it to a hospital for treatment — which according to the VAERS website, means the CDC is not following up on these reported deaths in VAERS.
Henrietta said:
“The CDC says its rare to have severe adverse effects. What do you classify as rare? If it’s your child how is it rare? The CDC has no proof there is no causal link. They’re not doing in-depth studies as to what has happened to this person. I really believe the vaccine is a trigger, and somebody needs to be looking at this.
“How can CDC say there’s no causal link if they are not looking at his tissue, looking at his blood and don’t know what happened? None of these agencies know what happened within the biochemistry of a person that passed away after receiving a vaccine in one or two weeks.”
Henrietta said U.S. health agencies are “lying to people” that there are no adverse effects associated with COVID vaccines.
She added:
“When they say there’s no causal link the vaccine caused the injury, there’s no proof the vaccine didn’t. You can’t have the number of collateral damage we’ve had in order to save x amount of people because that’s criminal. You can’t have two people die to save 8 people. You don’t even really know if they’re being saved for sure by the vaccine.”
Henrietta said she and her family are not anti-vaxxers.
“We’ve all been vaccinated, but being from New York, we were all scared out of our wit’s end and didn’t know which end was up,” she said.
“But the government knew and they kept bringing the numbers for COVID up and up and created an emergency situation while suppressing therapeutics because they would not have been able to get EUA [Emergency Use Authorization] for COVID vaccines.”
Simoes was the last in his family to get the vaccine and didn’t have access to the information available now, Henrietta said.
“Without the knowledge that there are therapeutics that actually work or potential risks of the vaccine, how can you make an informed decision?”
Henrietta said she did not want to diminish the deaths due to COVID, but to “suppress alternative treatments and mandate vaccines is criminal.”
“If you get injured what recourse do you have?” she asked. “You have no way of suing so if you become a paraplegic because of it, where do you go?
Henrietta said she will not get any boosters, nor will her husband or children.
“We don’t know if we are genetically prone to something,” she said. “No more vaccines or boosters.”
Henrietta said her life will never be the same, nor will her family.
“If this could have been avoided by more critical thinking about what we’re really doing and what can we do in lieu of vaccines I think many peoples’ adverse effects could be eliminated,” she said.
Henrietta encouraged others to do their own research, be careful about what they put into their bodies and talk to physicians who understand the risks of COVID vaccines.

I went to the FDA link but there was nothing with a title including either the word Insert or Leaflet, so finding the right document there and then hoping there is a clear copy of the bioweapon package insert is something I can give no further time to. I have posted and searched in the past on this package insert matter and since it is EUA, the criminal CDC/FDA do not have to give detailed information, and definitely not ingredient list, that is written for patients to read Also I posted a video of a
CVS drug store pharmacist complaining to her boss that the insert is basically a blank sheet of paper.

Antibody-Dependent Enhancement Vs. Non-Neutralizing Antibodies
Antibody-Dependent Enhancement (ADE) refers to a mechanism in which antibodies are unable to neutralize a virus but instead increase the ability to infect cells. ADE can arise in several different ways but the best-known is dubbed the ‘Trojan Horse Pathway.’
ADE occurs when a vaccine or past infection fails to shut down the pathogen upon re-exposure to the pathogen. Instead, the antibodies act as a gateway that allows the virus to gain entry and replicate in cells that are usually off-limits (typically immune cells like macrophages). When this occurs, the antibodies can activate other immune cells to become more aggressive and cause more damage.
ADE is not a new concept; it has been discussed since the late 1970s. For viruses like dengue fever and HIV that pose a major threat to human health, the presence of ADE is considered to be a major obstacle to vaccine development.
Even Anthony Fauci has admitted that this would not be the first time that a vaccine that initially looked good actually made people worse.
In fact, according to Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA injection, this has happened with all attempts to develop corona virus-related vaccines.
“Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) of disease is a general concern for the development of vaccines and antibody therapies because the mechanisms that underlie antibody protection against any virus have a theoretical potential to amplify the infection or trigger harmful immunopathology,” states a July 2020 article in Nature titled “A perspective on potential antibody-dependent enhancement of SARS-CoV-2.”
By the way, Big Harma cohorts renamed ADE “Vaccine Enhanced Disease.”
“ADE not only promotes the virus to be recognized by the target cell and entering the target cell, but it also affects the signal transmission in the target cell,” according to the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
In effect, this means that the Covid-19 injections cause a vaccinated person’s immune system to go into overdrive when they come into contact with the virus, causing harm to the person and worsening disease.
There is a growing concern for individuals who have received a COVID shot and the pathology (illness) that will develop when these individuals are re-exposed to common coronaviruses or the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Because SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 viruses have approximately 78-85% genetic overlap, it is presumed a reaction would be similar in both).
“The combination of high viral replication rates in individuals who also produce suboptimal, non-neutralizing antibodies creates the exact environment in which resistant viruses are likely to emerge and spread,” according to a study in medRxiv.
And now official data released by the UK government in early April 2020 show that the vaccinated are indeed suffering ADE.
“The fully vaccinated individuals are up to three times more likely to be infected with Covid-19, two times more likely to be hospitalised with Covid-19, and three times more likely to die of Covid-19 than unvaccinated individuals,” according to the Daily Expose.
In fact, this is a pandemic of the vaccinated.
Even worse – Pfizer and the FDA knew that the mRNA Covid-19 injections would do this. Instead, they claimed that “no new safety issues have been raised”.
Phase three clinical trials are designed to uncover frequent or severe side effects, including ADE, before a vaccine is approved for use. Here is a small little detail – none of the Covid-19 injections have completed phase three clinical trials. The Pfizer phase three trial is not due to complete until February 2024, after previously being estimated to complete in April 2023.
The antibody response to mRNA shots is higher than titers seen in convalescent (recovering) individuals. This results in a high ratio of non-neutralizing antibodies.
Neutralizing antibodies are the goal of any vaccine because they help prevent infection or symptoms from the infectious pathogen, neutralizing it from doing harm. In the case of the CoV jabs, which is more of a gene therapy experiment, neutralizing antibodies are also signaling immune cells to kill the human cells that contain the surface spike protein as if the human cells are a foreign virus. This reaction is similar to an autoimmune response or disease, except that many different types of cells throughout the body may all be involved instead of just specific autoimmune antibodies against thyroid tissue and gluten, for example (molecular mimicry – similar chemical shape).
Because the pathogen is accepted as ‘self’, immune cells will ignore the virus, allowing the infection to grow freely, which means the disease process is ‘enhanced’. This means that the infection will be much worse than if there hadn’t been vaccine-inducing non-neutralizing antibodies.
Non-neutralizing antibodies are certainly not the goal of vaccines, and animal mRNA vaccine research found this was a big problem.
“These types of ‘vaccines’; this modified RNA; they have tried them in the past on animals with terrible results,” says Dr. Carrie Madej. She says that at first they expressed a robust response but then when they came into contact with the virus, the body attacked it’s own self.”

Eventually, all the animals died once exposed to the wild-type virus. All jabbed test animals had autoimmune injuries to their lungs after a re-exposure.
In an NIH study, Lung tissue of vaccinated macaques monkeys revealed acute diffuse alveolar (ADA) injury with various degrees of severity at 7 and 35-days post-infection. Wound healing was blocked by anti-S-IgG antibodies, resulting in prolonged macrophage activity and promotion of severe lung injury.
Lung tissue in unvaccinated macaques revealed only minor to moderate inflammation. Alveolar monocytes/macrophages assume a wound-healing function as early as two days after the onset of infection in macaques who were unvaccinated.
If the non-neutralizing antibodies encounter a SARS-CoV2 virus, any variant with a closely matching spike protein will bind with the spike.
People with minimal symptoms after the jabs may have been one of the lucky ones to get the estimated 30% saline solution batches. ADE reactions generally lead to the death of the research animal. There is limited information regarding humans, as adverse vaccine reactions tend to be called other things in lieu of performing autopsies. A nasal infection leading to lung infection would show more damage in the upper area of the lungs. An ADE infection would likely create more damage throughout the lungs and body.
Did virus hunters who suffer from Vaccine Mania Vitriol Disorder (my take on ‘Vaccine Hesitancy’) finally unleash a bioweapon — maybe a tad too soon in a sloppy fashion? They had already published Agenda 21 in 1993, followed by Agenda 2030 and Rockefeller’s Lockstep, both a depopulation agenda and a transhumanist agenda. These vaccines represent large worldwide experiments on human beings. This is the biggest Nuremberg Code violation perpetrated in human history.
Consider that in June 2020, a symposium weighed the pros and cons of bypassing animal trials ‘in the face of an emergency.’

Where are the non-profit organizations that stand against using humans for research purposes? And by the way, PETA actually kills animals.
Are we the lab rats — especially black lives, which too often have been experimented on in the past? Do they matter most to those in power because they are the most unvaccinated populace? Are they vaccine-hesitant because they remember the Tuskegee experiment which spanned four decades?
The SARS vaccine was ready in record time, but it didn’t make it through animal trials because it killed all the test animals. The animals created antibodies, but when they were reinfected, the immune system didn’t attack (non-neutralizing antibodies.) A cash-hungry biotech company is always optimistic though – everything would be fine. After all, they were creating a bioweapon arguably intended to be a slow kill.
The rollout of a vaccine usually takes eight to twelve years. Yet somehow in 2020, Big Pharma was able to ‘warp speed’ the creation of several vaccines? Also, keep in mind that the ‘novel’ coronavirus has not been photographed, isolated, or purified. Instead, we are left with a virtual sequence based on a mishmash of coronaviruses.
The SARS-CoV2 ‘virus’ represents a group of viruses. RNA viruses mutate very readily to suit different environments. On average, they are more heat tolerant in the lungs than the nose, and more acid-tolerant in the digestive tract.

With that said, there are various protocols and natural remedies to detox and attempt to restore metabolic and mitochondrial function. Arguably, these are things you should have been doing all along to keep your body functioning properly. The argument would be that to stay in normal health takes some care, but an immune challenge, whether an infection or manmade injection, causes a sudden and huge need for extra nutrients. Natural immunity does work – when you provide the tools that our cells and mitochondria need to function.
The question remains: Is anything out there that can re-repair your genetic code or DNA damage? The answer: Epigenetic changes can change back when methyl donor vitamins are available (methyl or hydroxy B12, folate, and choline). Phytonutrients may also help with DNA damage and protect against cancerous changes.

We have also included treatments useful for those who experience getting “spiked,” humans who were passively exposed to spike exosomes via those injected. “Vaccinated” people can shed spike protein and potentially the mRNA to create it, in small membrane packets called exosomes, which are similar to pheromones.
When we are ‘love struck’, it may be because pheromones with a close enough genetic match were breathed in from a person who would potentially be a good genetic match for any future babies. The exosome or pheromone will only open for another cell that has a matching surface protein marker, and then the mRNA enclosed within the membrane packet will be released into the recipient cell which will start producing the protein encoded by the mRNA sequence. Depending on what it was, the cell may produce ‘love struck’ chemicals or spike protein or whatever other protein was encoded by the mRNA gene sequence.
