She and Ms. McGillis, whose two previous marriages ended in divorce, met in 2000, when Ms. Leis was a bartender at a restaurant in Key West, Fla., that Ms. McGillis owned with her second husband, Fred Tillman, with whom she has two daughters, Kelsey Lauren, 20, and Sonora Ashley, 17.
