Occult ritual abuse and pedophilia
In the early 1990s, John DeCamp wrote The Franklin Cover-Up: Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska, which detailed a pedophile ring used to service and blackmail politicians and other elites, engage in Satanic rituals, and other illegal, disgusting behavior.

This pedophile ring was centered in my hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, but was linked to politicians and other high-profile individuals all across the country, even in the White House.
How prevalent is Occult ritual child abuse, Satanism, and pedophilia? These operations are often very well organized, involving elements of the government, police, judicial system, and other elites and (supposedly) respected members of the community, like teachers. Many participants, especially the high level ones, in these disgusting activities seem to be protected by the media and law enforcement agencies.

They are suspected of harassment of witnesses and intention to commit a crime, in addition to multiple counts of sexual abuse, child abuse, slavery, rape and imprisonment from their treatment of the women and children.

Martin Springer, 49, is suspected of sexually abusing young children at the Miramonte elementary school over the past three years.
The arrest, on Friday, comes four days after teacher Mark Berndt was charged with committing lewd acts on 23 children at the same school.
Captain Mike Parker of the Los Angeles county sheriffs said the two cases were not thought to be connected. Springer was being held on $2m (£1.27m) bail.
Berndt, who worked at the school for 32 years, was charged with committing lewd acts on 23 children, aged 6 to 10, between 2005 and 2010. It is alleged he photographed and sexually abused the children while they were blindfolded.

Breaking news ... Robert Green, one of the most decent people you could ever wish to meet, has been jailed for 12 months as a consequence of his campaign to secure justice for Hollie Greig and a proper investigation (the first) into her claims to have been sexually and violently abused by members of the Scottish establishment.
He has been jailed for a breach of the peace - handing out leaflets. Robert was not convicted by a jury, but by a single judge called Bowen who also delivered the sentence.
We must not let this drop and allow Robert to be forgotten. A terrible injustice has been done here. Robert has apparently asked that people contact this Member of Parliament at david.mowat.mp@parliament.uk

Trial on Friday, 17th February
This will be my last blog prior to the impending trial.
Since it is difficult to predict what may occur, I would again like to take this opportunity of thanking all of those wonderful people who have supported Hollie, Anne and me throughout this campaign and to those who have attended my many court hearings. To those of you who may be able to come along on Friday, I shall be most grateful and pleased to see you.
My fate is not in the hands of a jury, but of one man, Sheriff Principal Edward Bowen.
Since the trial, it has been discovered that this individual lacked the professional and personal integrity to divulge his relationship, for over ten years, on the board of an organisation with a fellow member who had been cited as a witness for the defence. This relationship on the board lasted until May last year, when Bowen and the cited witness left within 24 hours of each other. Thus, it is reasonable to believe that the two were at least, fairly well acquainted.
Moreover, on Bowen`s intercession, the witness, Elish Angiolini, was prevented from having to attend court and provide answers on oath under cross-examination, hence displaying the prospect of disadvantaging the defence. Given that justice needs to be seen to be done, it would be difficult to argue against the view that Sheriff Bowen was not competent to adjudicate at the trial, owing to a reasonable supposition that a conflict of interest may well be seen to exist.
A formal complaint has been lodged with the appropriate authorities, which has been formally acknowledged today and Bowen will be challenged in court in connection with his failure to disclose. One would hope that under Scottish Law, the requirement to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth in court extends to members of the judiciary.
Bowen`s conduct so far has been instrumental in my having a criminal record inflicted upon me and the prospect of a prison sentence, quite apart from the way my human rights have been persistently breached from the time of my initial arrest.
It may be a good time to note, in comparison, a few examples of how actual sex offenders in Scotland are treated.
This week it was announced that Liam Gibson, described as one of Scotland`s most notorious purveyors of child pornography, was spared a jail sentence despite Lothian & Borders Police discovering 50,000 images of child pornography at his home.
In 2009, Douglas Haggarty QC, a senior member of the Legal Aid Board with the responsibility and influence in deciding if I should be granted legal aid, was found to have committed a sexual act with a 17-year-old male prostitute in the public toilet of British Home Stores, St Enoch Centre, Glasgow on a Saturday afternoon at a time when the store was full of families out shopping. Mr Haggarty was not only spared prison, but was allowed to retain his lucrative job in a position of public trust.
In 2001, when Elish Angiolini was busy covering up over Hollie`s allegations, in an unrelated case, a 22-year-old man who admitted to raping a 10-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy was allowed to walk free. This was reported in The Times and The Telegraph in May of that year. Angiolini was subsequently forced into a public apology for her incompetence. This monumental blunder did not prevent her climbing to the highest office in the justice system.
Then, of course, we can mention the repeated Grampian Police and Crown Office failings over the Hollie Greig case. At the outset, Hollie`s father should have been arrested and had his computer seized, as Dr Frances Kelly`s medical examination, accepted by Grampian Police, supported Hollie`s allegations within three weeks of Hollie first making them in May 2000.
All this may be of some interest when my sentence is announced. In this Kafkaesque country, where right is wrong and wrong is right , the indications are that anyone who exposes police failures and tries to protect children from being raped is likely to be much more seriously dealt with than the actual perpetrators.
The eminent Ian Hamilton QC described the way that Scotland is currently being governed as being akin to fascism. It is an opinion that is not easy to disagree with.

Scotland is a fine country with some of the most decent and humane people you are likely to find anywhere on Earth. It is so sad that its governance has fallen into the hands of a cabal whose members have characters that are diametrically at odds with the best traditions of those of the overwhelming majority of Scottish people.

On taking the witness stand, therefore, Robert asked if he could make a statement on the record, but was refused by the Sheriff. Answering his Counsel’s questions with his customary eloquence and clarity, Robert stressed that his main object throughout the activity which had offended a few people in Scotland was to secure an investigation of Hollie’s allegations. He was able to quote from Dr Eva Harding’s letter in which Sylvia Major is named as an abuser and stated that this individual was sitting in the court.
Throughout Mr Lamb’s cross-examination Robert reiterated his belief that he was acting in the public interest in attempting to protect vulnerable citizens. He explained that he had tried every possible avenue prior to taking the action which had given rise to his being prosecuted, and that Anne Greig had also been directing her concerns through the normal legal channels since 2000. By the time of his arrest therefore, 10 years had passed during which time the authorities had obstructed every attempt to secure justice.
Robert also continued to stress that his efforts were designed to instigate an OPEN, INDEPENDENT INQUIRY into all aspects of Hollie’s case, including the abduction of Anne and the highly suspicious death of Robert Greig.
In the final afternoon session both sides summed up and Mr Lamb skillfully had Robert acquitted of 3 of the 5 charges against him. However the Sheriff ruled that in his opinion Robert was guilty of Breach of the Peace and of breaking some of his bail conditions.
Sentencing has been deferred until Friday 17th February, until which time the bail conditions on Robert remain in force.

Such is the reign of terror now being imposed on innocent English families by social workers that scores of parents have been fleeing with their children to Ireland to escape their clutches. I have followed a dozen such stories over the past two years, and in all of them two things stand out. One is that the English social workers seem prepared to stop at nothing to get the children back. The other is the extraordinary contrast between them and the Irish social workers, who again and again have satisfied themselves that the children are at no risk from their loving parents and are astonished by the ruthless behaviour of their English counterparts.
Several of these stories I have reported more than once and they do not have happy endings. A mother and baby were pursued to Ireland by six social workers and police, who sat in Dublin for 10 days of court hearings, until a judge ruled in their favour (with the social workers seen giving “high fives” on emerging from the court). When the mother again escaped to a remote cottage, she was violently knocked down by a policeman, so that her baby could be taken back to England.
Vicky Haigh, a former racehorse trainer, managed to escape to Ireland before her daughter was born. But then she was brought to England to be quite bizarrely punished, in a case relating to her beloved older daughter, with a three-year prison sentence – leaving her baby to be looked after in Ireland.
A 14-year-old boy lived happily with his mother in Ireland for six months until, after an equally bizarre judgment based on evidence neither he nor his mother were allowed to see, he was deported miserably back to care in England.
Last week, another such story came my way. It concerns a respectable family which was hit with disaster last summer, after the semi-autistic 8-year-old son –who tends to make things up – had lashed out at his 13-year-old sister, leaving bruises. When these were investigated, the boy told the police that his father had done it. The girl denied this – and the boy admitted in video evidence what had really happened – but the police stuck with his earlier story and arrested the father. Although he was never charged, the interventions of social workers became so menacing that, last October, the family escaped to Ireland, where the father has his roots.
There they have happily settled, and the 13-year-old daughter has become a star pupil of the local school. But the social workers eventually tracked them down – after the children’s grandmother, back in England, had been arrested by 10 police officers, handcuffed, held for three hours in a cell, and told she would be charged with perverting the course of justice unless she revealed their whereabouts. The English social workers pressed their Irish counterparts to co-operate in getting the children back to England (there are no court orders), but were told there was no reason for this because the children were in no danger.
The social workers then tried to lean on the school principal, saying that the children were “at risk of emotional harm”. The sensible headmistress gave them very short shrift, saying that the English social workers had behaved deplorably in trying to destroy a perfectly normal family, and that England’s loss was Ireland’s gain, since the girl was a brilliant pupil, who was learning five languages. Thanks to their origins, the family will soon be safely confirmed as Irish citizens.
What is striking about these stories is how often the parents emphasise the contrast between the two countries’ social workers. “In England,” says this father, “we were treated like dangerous criminals. In Ireland the social workers could not be more different, warm, friendly, treating us like human beings.” And of course it is in England that the number of children taken into care has soared to a record level, just having topped 900 a month. There is a phenomenon of group psychology here that deserves much wider attention than it is being given.

This is from my little town. Apparently if you want to say the name of a pleb (you and me) in court you can just spit it out in open court. If you want to say the name of an MP in court you can't. You can write it on a paper but not say it in court.
There is more to this. I am going to take a punt. I think the MP's name starts with "Mc". Thats enough. When the name does get made public we can see if it starts with "Mc". I need to check the timing because the Mc events might have been later than these events of the 80's. I'm quitely confident. If that turns out to be the case then that would be interesting. You see "Mc" has a sister who is religious who knew a man who was religious as well and lets say "Mc" stepped in and declined prosecution of persons in relation to paedophilia. I could be wrong. We could be talkign about a whole different MP.
I noticed that the last 2 paragraphs talk about how the pedo guy got great praise from Sir Charles Court. I didn't see that before. He was a long serving Premier. 25 years or something as Premier of the state. I know he's a Freemason. Admitted in public. He ran a Legislature where 2/3rds of his cabinet were Freemasons. MP halted hostel abuse inquiry: welfare officer
The inquiry into how serial paedophile Dennis John McKenna was able to sexually abuse boys at a government-run hostel for 15 years has been told that an investigation in the early 1980s was stopped by a WA politician before it began.
Retired child welfare officer Brian Humphries said he travelled to Katanning to investigate claims of "physical ill-treatment" of a child at St Andrew's Hostel when he received a phone call from his supervisor in Albany.
"The supervisor said that I was not to continue the inquiry at the hostel and that I was not to go there and he'd been instructed by the head office in Perth along those lines," Mr Humphries said.
In his opening statement to the inquiry headed by retired judge Peter Blaxell, counsel assisting Philip Urquhart said more than 20 people in positions of authority failed to take action when confronted with concerns about McKenna.
They included teachers, several school principals, a policeman, hostel board members, Country High Schools Hostel Authority members and staff from the Department of Employment and Training.
The inquiry also heard from Kerryn Stephens, who said he had been molested for a year despite telling his father, who confronted McKenna but came away convince his son was wrong
In his evidence, Mr Humphries said his supervisor also told him the decision to abort the 1980s investigation involved a politician.
"I have a clear recollection of the surname (of the politician)," Mr Humphries said.
At that point, Mr Humphries was directed to write the name down on a piece of paper rather than say the name aloud.
Mr Blaxell then suppressed the name of the politician, as he had done earlier yesterday when the name of a school principal was given in evidence to the inquiry.
The politician, who ended his political career in the early 1980s, and the school principal are now dead.
Mr Blaxell made the suppression orders but said there was a chance the names would be made public "in due course".
A Department of Child Welfare employee since 1965, Mr Humphries said he told his supervisor that the order to end his inquiries before they began was unusual.
"I told him I thought it was a bit strange," Mr Humphries said.
Mr Urquhart said McKenna, currently serving his second jail sentence for sex crimes at the hostel, was aged 30 when he was employed at St Andrew's in 1975.
He became warden in 1976 and was the overnight "toast of Katanning" for the work he did and praise he received from people as high up as premier Sir Charles Court.
"Mr Dennis McKenna had been able to enthuse the students magnificently, and it was largely due to his commitment to the welfare and spiritual needs of the students that the hostel had achieved so much," Mr Court told a newspaper in 1977.

"The purpose of this inquiry is to make these things come out," Mr McCarthy told the inquiry. "The full unvarnished truth."
During a 90-minute hearing, he argued that inquiry chief Peter Blaxell did not have the power under the Public Sector Management Act to suppress the names of people regardless of whether the evidence caused them embarrassment or hurt.
That could not be the case in respect to the former MP and principal because both men were dead.
Mr McCarthy said naming the men would make no difference to the overall course of the Blaxell inquiry, which is investigating how hostel warden Dennis John McKenna was able to sexually abuse boarders between 1975 and 1990.
But Mr Blaxell said he suppressed the politician's name because investigations were still under way and he did not think it was fair for the man's reputation to be "sullied". Mr Blaxell reserved his decision.

The disturbing case involving the alleged rape of three boys by their adoptive father, who also allegedly prostituted one of the boys to two other men, unfolded despite safeguards designed for adoption agencies and prospective parents.
Kenneth H. Brandt, a 39-year-old from Troy, adopted three children from Texas and was adopting a fourth child when he was arrested last month. Brandt had a clean record when police took him into custody. He faces three counts of rape and one of compelling prostitution.
Brandt worked with a private, nonprofit agency named Adopting Children Today Information Option Network (ACTION) Inc. A Texas official said that in the past seven years, 28 adopted children from that state have been placed in homes through Dayton-based ACTION.
“We all know that no matter what happens, there are people who can get around the system,” said Mary Anne Cole, executive director for Access for Youth Inc., a Riverside foster and adoption agency.
Brandt was familiar with the foster care system. Miami County confirmed Friday that four foster children were placed in his home between November 2006 and August 2007.
Those children included a 15-year-old boy who was later moved to a group home.
Montgomery County officials said they placed two children in Brandt’s care for a week when he was a foster parent from May 2008 to October 2009.
It is not known whether Brandt housed other children besides those six and the four who were living with him until his arrest. The FBI and local authorities are investigating.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine called the case “horrible.”
“This case stands out because of what appears to be a systematic way that this guy was exploiting foster children in a particularly reprehensible way,” DeWine said.
Online connection
Authorities tracked down Brandt and fellow suspects Patrick Rieder and Jason M. Zwick as a result of an Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation involving criminal activity on Craigslist. A detective responded to an ad and made contact with Zwick, who introduced the detective to Rieder and Brandt, who was arrested Feb. 24.
Brandt had three boys, ages 12, 10, and 9, and a girl, 9, under his care.
Brandt is in Miami County Jail on an $800,000 bond. In addition to the Miami County charges, he has been charged in Montgomery County with one count of rape and four counts of complicity to commit rape. Brandt’s preliminary hearing in Miami County is 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Rieder, 31, of Dayton, and Zwick, 29, of Beavercreek, have both been charged with rape. Rieder is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1 million bond, while Zwick is in the Miami County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
Greene County seized computer equipment from Zwick’s home, and Dayton police took electronic equipment and other items from Rieder’s apartment.
ACTION is called a tight-knit, supportive group by its officials.
“Our mission is to place children in the foster care system into loving, adoptive homes,” founder Patricia A. Hill said in YouTube videos. “I’m the adoptive mother of 22 children, and that’s pretty much what I do in my spare time.”
ACTION has been certified in Ohio since 1998. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has received three complaints about the agency. The ODJFS would not describe the complaints.
ACTION’s attorney released a statement Friday that the agency follows state laws and practices, and its officials cannot discuss Brandt’s case.
“ACTION complies with and follows the rules and regulations in the cases that it’s involved with,” attorney Jeff Rezabek said.
Troy Police Capt. Chris Anderson said Friday that ACTION officials reached out to the police department after Brandt’s arrest and confirmed that agency officials are cooperating with the investigation.
In YouTube videos, ACTION details the process families go through to adopt foster children, including an FBI and BCI background checks, medical statements, vaccination records for pets, fire inspection, training, a home visit and a safety audit.
Recertified in 2011
Agencies of this type are certified by the state for two years. ACTION was recertified in 2011.
The ODJFS does not interview adopted children when recertifying adoption agencies. Benjamin Johnson, an ODJFS spokesman, said the criteria for recertification is spelled out in the Ohio Revised Code.
The process consists of several reviews, including: entrance interview; interviews with random samples of foster and/or adopt parents; interviews with staff; review of foster and adoptive records for training, criminal background checks and other requirements.
Common practice
Robert Crimmins of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services said the interstate adoption process Brandt used is a fairly common practice.
He said that states are members of the Interstate Compact Agreement and that each state has an Interstate Compact for Placement of Children office, which is responsible for notifying other states of potential placements, and to seek and give approval for such adoptions.
Crimmins said TDFPS is reviewing the Brandt case.
“So far, all of the appropriate steps appear to have been taken,” Crimmins said. “We’ve reviewed the contract and have found no past problems. (Texas has) adopted several of our children through this agency.”
Private adoption agencies work with county and out-of-state agencies to find children eligible for adoption, Cole said.
Sometimes individuals will search online galleries of eligible children and ask a private agency to help.
For example, if a child is in the custody of a county, the county is responsible for matching the child with a household. The child is placed in the home for at least six months before the adoption is finalized.
“We do case management during that six months,” Cole said.
There is no further case management once the adoption is final.
Private adoption agencies also are supposed to check their applicant’s financial situation. Brandt owned Brandt Insurance Services, but he didn’t have an insurance agent license, according to the Ohio Department of Insurance.
“We’re making sure that the subsidy that they are receiving through adoption is not paying for something else,” Cole said. “We don’t want people to do this as an income.”
Feeling ‘appalled’
University of Dayton professor Tony Talbott, whose research include human rights, said the Troy case is an example of a widespread problem.
“The residents of Troy are shocked and appalled, which they should be, but they really shouldn’t be surprised,” he said. “This is something occurring throughout the state of Ohio, throughout the United States and internationally.”
Officials said all the safeguards, regulations and the good intentions of people aiming to provide a safe, loving home for foster children don’t always work.
“In a normal case (involving sexual abuse), someone close to the child, in the same family, is having sexual relations,” said DeWine. “It’s all bad.”
2 former Orioles batboys say they were abused by former Red Sox clubhouse manager
As a teenager growing up in the shadow of Memorial Stadium, working as a batboy in the clubhouses with the Baltimore Orioles and opposing teams was a dream job for Ronald Shelton.
But Shelton said he quietly left the job before he had planned to do so after being twice sexually assaulted in an equipment room in 1990 by a Red Sox clubhouse manager, Donald Fitzpatrick, when the Boston team was in town. Now all these years later, Fitzpatrick has been linked to a growing number of claims of sexual assault. And Shelton has come forward.
"He told me to 'Be good,' and as I got older, I came to understand what that meant: Do not tell," said Shelton, now a 38-year-old father. He said the experience made him fear being considered "abnormal," and as a result of his experience, he is fiercely protective of his son.
Shelton and a second, unnamed former Orioles batboy this week joined a growing number of former Red Sox attendants who say that Fitzpatrick, who died in 2005, abused them.
Boston lawyer Mitchell Garabedian said Monday that though the statute of limitations for legal action has expired in many of the cases, the alleged victims are seeking settlements from the Red Sox as well as the Orioles because the teams failed to protect the young employees. The accusers are seeking $5 million each from the teams.
"It is time for the Boston Red Sox to step up to the plate and reveal what they knew about the serial pedophile Donald Fitzpatrick," Garabedian said in a phone interview on Monday. "It's also time for the Baltimore Orioles to reveal what they knew. ... There's a public responsibility when it comes to dealing with children. … These organizations should come clean so children in the future are not sexually molested."
The Boston Globe reported that a total of 21 individuals have come forward to make claims spanning decades, and the newspaper called it the "worst sexual abuse scandal in Major League Baseball history."
The Orioles, through spokeswoman Monica Barlow, said the team had notified Major League Baseball commissioner Bud Selig's office of the allegations. The spokeswoman declined further comment.
Garabedian said he has reached out to the teams and wants them to produce records or other possible evidence that others might have known what was happening.
Allegations of sexual abuse by Fitzpatrick are not new — he was convicted of sexually assaulting young boys in 2002 and one former clubhouse attendant showed up at a nationally televised game in 1991 holding a sign that read, "Don Fitzpatrick sexually assaulted me." The Red Sox have paid settlements to several former attendants.
But the accusations that Fitzpatrick abused staff members of opposing teams raises the possibility that there could be victims across the country and other clubs, Garabedian said. "This is the tip of the sexual abuse iceberg," he said.
The surfacing of new allegations follows the widespread attention of the abuse scandal at Penn State University involving former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, who has been charged with 52 counts accusing him of sexually abusing boys, and allegations from three former Syracuse basketball ballboys that they were abused by assistant coach Bernie Fine, who has not been charged.
As a bat boy, young baseball fans get to rub elbows with their heroes. They wear uniforms and enjoy access to the playing field and other exclusive areas — perks most fans can only dream of.
Jimmy Triantas worked as an Orioles bat boy from 1985 to 1988, and in the clubhouse until 1990, and keeps in touch with some of his former clubhouse attendants. He was taken aback by the allegations that abuse may have occurred in Memorial Stadium, which was demolished a decade ago.
"I've never heard anything like that," said Triantas, now 41. "That really surprises me — that stuff didn't happen as far as I knew."
The accusers say coming forward has not been easy. Charles Crawford, a former Red Sox batboy who came forward in December, said he was the envy of his friends at the time. "Anybody who knew me when I had the job and probably looked up to me is now like, 'Wow, he was holding this in for so long,' " said Crawford, 36.
In many states, the time to file civil lawsuits is limited. Under Maryland law, there is no time limitation for criminal prosecution of sexual offenses against children, but those victims only retain their right to sue civilly until they are 25 years old. Advocates say many victims aren't able to come to terms with the abuse and talk about it until years later.
"When a child is abused, they are made to feel worthless and powerless, and it takes many years" for them to come forward, said Frank Dingle, a Baltimore representative of the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests. "Sex abuse is an epidemic in this country, and our legislators protect the insurance companies and the church rather than the hundreds of thousands of kids abused every year."
Lawmakers around the country in recent years have pushed to extend or waive state statutes of limitations, with opponents arguing that it would lead to a torrent of lawsuits that are difficult to defend against. Such an effort to overhaul the laws in Maryland failed in 2009.
When the statute of limitations has passed and the alleged perpetrator is dead, settlements may be a victim's only option. Garabedian, the Boston attorney representing the accusers, has experience obtaining such settlements: He negotiated an $85 million payout from the Archdiocese of Boston for hundreds of people who said they were abused by more than 40 priests there dating to the 1960s.
Attorneys in such cases "often look very carefully to see what an organization could have or should have known, and the truth is in a lot of cases, the answer is nothing. These are sophisticated predators and they're very careful about what they do," said Max Kennerly, a Philadelphia attorney who has written about civil liability in sex abuse cases on his blog. He is not involved in the Red Sox case.
"The organization ends up negotiating from a public relations standpoint," Kennerly said. But while critics may think plaintiffs are "making a fuss to get some money out of it," Kennerly added, "that's also what causes organizations to rethink what they're doing."
"Social change doesn't happen in silence," he said.
Fitzpatrick's career with the Red Sox started in 1944 and lasted until his retirement in 1991. Since then, both the Red Sox and Orioles have changed ownership groups.
A team lawyer for the Red Sox told the Globe that Red Sox "have always viewed the actions of Mr. Fitzpatrick to be abhorrent" and that the club was "unaware of any specifics regarding the matters brought forward recently by these individuals but, given the sensitive nature of the matter, will not have further comment."
The former Orioles batboys were among the first African-American batboys employed by the team and worked in the visiting clubhouse in Memorial Stadium, which has been replaced by Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
Though The Baltimore Sun does not generally identify alleged victims of sexual abuse, Shelton, 38, consented to tell his story. He now lives in Laurel works as a medical records employee at the Johns Hopkins University.
He said he got the job working for the team late in the 1989 season from the other man who now says he was abused by Fitzpatrick. Shelton, who was a fan of Mickey Tettleton, Billy Ripken and Jeff Ballard, carried bats, catcher's gear and helmets from the equipment room to the clubhouse, and served as a batboy during games.
He said he was alone in an equipment room before a game on June 15, 1990 — a game the Red Sox won, 4-3 — when Fitzpatrick walked in, closed the door, and started touching his arms. He said Fitzpatrick commented on his physique, and fondled his genitals and buttocks.
"I was scared of a lot of things at the time — I was scared of losing my job," Shelton told The Sun. "I was still in high school and had this great job, but I had to weigh, do I leave my job, or do I tell someone? I wanted to keep the job."
But when the Red Sox returned for a September series at Memorial Stadium, Shelton "dreaded that he [Fitzpatrick] was coming back, and tried to avoid him if at all possible," he said. But Shelton said he was abused a second time during that homestand, under similar circumstances to the first incident. Shelton quit the batboy job after the 1990 season.
Shelton said the experience left him with "trust issues." He does not allow his son to go to overnight camps and prefers that he not have any male physicians. "I'm there for all his practices, all his games," Shelton said.
He said he is telling his story because "I realized that this didn't just happen to me." When others came forward with allegations of abuse by Fitzpatrick, he said, "that had an impact. I felt like I wasn't the only one."
The other alleged Baltimore victim, whom the Globe identified as a 42-year-old federal security worker, told the newspaper he was 16 when he found himself alone in the equipment room with Fitzpatrick in 1986. He said he had asked Fitzpatrick for a smaller pair of uniform pants than the Sox had provided. He alleged Fitzpatrick shut the door, sexually abused him as he tried on a new pair of pants, then said, "You be good."
Garabedian said "it's hard to believe that neither the Red Sox nor the Orioles picked up on or had supervisors who didn't know about the sexual abuse occurring."
"Obviously, someone turned their back on these innocent children or decided not to care," he said.

Courts of Justice in London, a 32 year old downs syndrome woman
Hollie Greig requested permission to appeal against the ruling last summer
of a Royal Courts of Justice Family Division judge that she lacked
'capacity' to make litigation decisions for herself about her life.
The family division judge to whom the young woman's local authority had
applied for endorsement of its care-plan for her, declared from her
bench that the young woman in front of her did not have capacity,
despite no medical evidence having been produced to substantiate this
assessment and despite it being on state and medical record that she
does have capacity.
The justice went on to issue an interim care order under court of
protection rules, of which a consequence was that the official solicitor
should from henceforth represent the young woman, not her own legal
representative. Indeed Hollie's leading campaigner and Advocate Robert Green was conspicuous in his absence as he was recently imprisoned for one year in Aberdeen Prison for raising awareness of Hollie's campaign.
Effectively, in a swoop, this young woman was stripped of her
fundamental human and legal rights by the local authority and family
court, hence her appeal in the high court on Friday 2 March.
On the Appeal day three justices concluded that a UK local authority and a closed family court are now to intervene to take over a vulnerable adults life with no need to produce justification for doing so. It begs the question as to
what criteria may from henceforth be applied to deem any adult,
disabled or otherwise as 'vulnerable' and requiring of state care.
As you have witnessed in this film a huge swell of supporters from Cornwall to Scotland gathered at the Royal Courts to show their support for Hollie Greig and her Mother Anne, confirming the deep level of public concern over this issue.

'Dance Moms' 'Nude' Dance Routine Episode Playground for Pedophiles, Experts Say
Lifetime's reality series Dance Moms, which follows young girls training at the Abby Lee Dance Company, is being ripped for its latest episode involving the child dancers wearing costumes that simulate nudity.
Tuesday night's episode, titled "Topless Showgirls," featured girls as young as eight performing a sexually charged, provocative showgirl-like routine in a local dance competition, donning barely-there sparkly flesh-colored bras and panties to give the illusion of nudity.
"All the girls and I feel kind of nervous because we feel kind of naked," one of the dancers said prior to taking the stage.
Pyschological experts and parents groups we talked to are up-in-arms over the stripper-esque theme, and fear that the episode could act as encouragement for pedophiles and sexual predators.
"As a treatment professional of sex offenders, I can tell you that adults who are attracted to minors definitely seek out shows just like this to whet their appetites," Los Angeles-based psychologist, Dr. Nancy Irwin, told FOX411's Pop Tarts column. "They may attend the shows in-person, watch them on TV and seek out Facebook still photos and YouTube clips to pleasure themselves. The sexual body movements are more concerning than the costumes."
The raunchy routine involved girls thrusting their chests forward and backward, shimmying across the stage and even pretending to cover themselves up with big feathers as they bounced from the stage.
"I'm hot, I'm mean, you can't have me, you can't afford me," Miller recited to the girls as she taught the moves, before telling the cameras: "The moms are ridiculous because all they're worried about is their kids and their bodies and blah blah. Once you've seen one you've seen them all. This is show business kid."
Several moms on the episode expressed their horror regarding the choreography and costumes, yet not one of them intervened. Dance school matron Miller went on to defend the costumes as "stunning" and stressed that that they were "harmless" because "everyone in the industry knows the girls are completely covered."
Human behavior expert Patrick Wanis, PhD, begs to differ.
"This condones, encourages and motivates adults to imagine little girls dancing naked for their pleasure," he said. "Of course it will arouse pedophiles and offer them a new legal avenue to engage in their lustful thoughts as they watch the little girls 'nude' on television."
Lifetime did not respond to a request for comment, but the network is clearly not shying away from the extra attention as they encouraged show fans to weigh in on the "showgirls" on the official "Dance Moms" Facebook page.
"Horrifying, irresponsible, exploitive, damaging. This didn't just cross the line, it exploded it. I am very disappointed that the moms didn't stop the misdirected nightmare," said one viewer.
Another wrote point-blank that "the show should be canceled," while another mom vented: "Pedophiles ALREADY justify sex with kids saying the ones they abuse are 'hot' and 'sexy.' This show gave them more ways to justify their behavior. Sick sick sick..."
Several viewers, however, said they couldn't see a problem with the skin colored outfits and adult theme.
"Art is just that ART! I love the idea and it adds a little flare to the dance resume too," wrote one viewer. Another weighed in: "the girls have worn bras as costumes many times before so it's not that big of a deal. Abby is the director and what she says goes, so the moms need to keep their mouths shut and trust Abby."
TV ratings aren't being adversely affected, that's for sure. Dance Moms continues to gain traction - the controversial episode this week reached a series high across all key demographics, with 2.7 million total viewers. However, Melissa Henson, director of communications and public education for the Parents Television Council, says the show is out of control.
"When you have pre-pubescent girls performing what is essentially a Las Vegas showgirl strip tease to a nationally televised audience, things have clearly gone too far," she added. "Those responsible for the costumes and choreography should be ashamed of themselves, but one has to wonder if they would have chosen such deliberately provocative costumes if the possibility of being featured on Dance Momsweren't being dangled in front of them. Lifetime, and the producers and executives behind Dance Moms are complicit in the sexualization of these innocent young girls."

An Israeli researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology was arrested for trying to arrange a meeting to have sex with a woman and her two young daughters, Fox News reported Tuesday.
The 30-year-old physicist, Yaron Segal, was arrested at an airport in Colorado after he allegedly flew there to meet the woman and her daughters, whom he believed were 16 and 12, according to authorities.
What Segal didn’t know was that the woman that he met in an internet chat room was an undercover federal agent. He reportedly trolled chat rooms with such titles as “childslavesex” and “ChildRapeTortureBrutality.”
He first caught the attention of the authorities in the US in February.
According to a federal complaint, Segal made clear he wanted to have sex with the woman and her two daughters. “A majority of the chats were very sexually explicit,” the agent reported.
In the weeks after first making his wishes clear, Segal continued to converse with the agent about sex with her and her daughters over the phone and through e-mail, chat and text messages. He also sent her explicit photos and videos of himself.
‘Small vibrator for youngest child’
One e-mail message sent in February contained links to Amazon listings for sex toys he wanted to buy for the girls, according to the authorities.
In a phone conversation on March 10, he said he would bring “a dildo, small vibrator for the youngest child” on his trip to Colorado. On march 16, he e-mailed the agent a photo of the sex toys he had bought.
Segal was apprehended by agents of the US Department of Homeland Security and was charged with felonies, including “traveling with intent to engage in a sexual act with a person under 12,” according Fox report, which cited the Smoking Gun website.
Segal began working at MIT last year after completing a doctorate at Yale University’s applied physics department, according to the report.
Co-workers at the MIT lab where Segal was employed said they knew nothing of his arrest. “Yaron’s on vacation,” a co-worker told the Smoking Gun. “I think he’s camping.”

David Kramer, 51, is currently in a Missouri jail after being convicted of sodomizing a 12-year-old boy in 2008. He was sentenced to seven years in prison but is about to become eligible for parole.
Detective Senior Constable Lisa Metcher told a Melbourne Magistrates Court on April 2 that Australian detectives will travel to America later this month to begin proceedings to extradite Kramer, according to The Age. A spokesman for the United States Department of Justice declined to comment.
As the Forward reported earlier this year, Kramer is one of several men formerly associated with Melbourne’s Yeshivah Centre, a Chabad institution, at the center of alleged sex abuse coverup allegations.
Kramer eventually found his way to St Louis, Mo., where he became a volunteer youth leader at Nusach Hari B’nai Zion, an Orthodox synagogue.
The synagogue’s rabbi Ze’ev Smason reported Kramer to authorities after parents came to him with allegations of abuse.

Rabbi knew of molest rumours
THE ex-principal of a Melbourne Jewish school has changed his evidence about his knowledge of alleged paedophilia and conceded he was aware in the early 2000s of rumours that a former security guard had molested children.
The former security guard at Yeshivah College, David Samuel Cyprys, is contesting 53 charges - including six counts of rape - allegedly committed against 12 boys between 1982 and 1991.
In a witness statement, former principal Rabbi Abraham Glick said he had only recently become aware of accusations against Cyprys. He also said Yeshivah Centre director Rabbi Yitzchok Dovid Groner had never divulged to him the names of alleged sex abuse victims.
But under oath in the Melbourne Magistrates Court yesterday, Rabbi Glick said he wanted to change this statement. ''I'm making that amendment because I said Rabbi Groner never divulged the names of individuals and I am now saying that is not 100 per cent accurate,'' Rabbi Glick said.
''There were two times when he named individuals.''
He said Rabbi Groner told him in the early 2000s that either an alleged victim or his father had complained that he had been sexually abused.
Rabbi Glick, who still teaches at Yeshivah College, said he had suspected at the time that Cyprys was the alleged molester. ''It's a small community - you can hardly sneeze without everybody knowing about it,'' he said.
''There were all sorts of rumours flying around, and I suspected at the time it was David Cyprys. Rabbi Groner may even have told me it was David Cyprys, I don't recall.''
Magistrate Luisa Bazzani asked whether the rumours had resulted in a requirement that Cyprys be supervised around children at activities such as camps and martial arts lessons, where the abuse is alleged to have occurred.
But Rabbi Glick said Cyprys had no longer been involved in these activities when the rumours were circulating. ''He was already married. I don't think he was involved in camps or anything of that sort.''
However, he said Cyprys had been a security guard at the Yeshivah Centre in St Kilda East, which includes the school, for a few years from 2000.
''I did not believe that Rabbi Groner would have allowed him to act as a security guard unless he felt that he was currently not a threat to anyone,'' Rabbi Glick said in his statement. He said that since making his statement he remembered receiving a call from Rabbi Groner shortly before his death in 2008.
''He said to me that he had been approached by a mother who advised him her child had been molested by David Cyprys. She was agitated, she was threatening to take police action. He called me to ask me if I had knowledge of that. I said I had no knowledge of that.''

The first time I had heard about pedophiles trying to solidify their "right to love" was through Dr. Judith Reisman.
She spoke about the B4U-ACT Symposium that took place in Baltimore last year, which was basically held by pedophiles and mental-health professionals, including the American Psychiatric Association (APA), in an effort to create a bridge of understanding between pedophiles and the rest of us, and to give pedophiles a platform on which they can talk about their desires for children.
They hope the APA will rewrite their clinical definition of pedophilia as a natural condition, something we are born into, and not a result of prior abuse or lack of parental connection.
We are about to witness a repeat of what the APA had done for homosexuality, back in the 70s, only to result in bullying of people who dare speak up against it.
Judith Reisman attended that symposium to keep abreast of what the sickos were up to this time, so that she could warn the world. I am so grateful to her.
Yesterday, in the wake of the recent child molestation case of the Sandusky, CNN's gay anchor, Don Lemon (who was molested by a pedophile, as a boy), asked his viewers if "pedophiles deserved sympathy."
According to a RECENT STUDY, pedophiles' brains are built differently and having been born so, are unable to help themselves from being attracted to children.
He also mentioned there was no available therapy or cure for their "condition"."
I could not believe my eyes and ears and the hair stood up on my skin!
Thanks to Dr. Reisman, I saw this coming a mile away, but I just did not expect it to be so soon...
I learned pedophilia is a result of having been molested or abused or not having emotional bonding with one's parents (which, surprise, surprise, is also what can contribute in major part to someone becoming a homosexual), and NOT because one was born as a pedophile!
Friends, I warn you to hold on tight to your children. Be extra vigilant over them, like never before. Times are changing for the worst.
Home-school them if you can before that, too, becomes against the law... I am planning on it.
