Selling a house in Illinois for $2 million. I hope that isn't your actual home address, even though I think it is as all your websites are publicly registered to the address.
...In less than 2 minutes I have your picture, all linked in details, home address and more all through that aol email account.
Folks, let this be a lesson to STAY ANONYMOUS!
Edit to add Winton - in case you didn't put it together yourself, attaching your name to a real life address as an author of a book on gold/silver is an excellent way to make yourself a target for theft, identity fraud and many other issues (IRS?) I don't want to bother writing out - this is basic common sense as far as I'm concerned.
Also, here is some free advice as Mises' "Crack up BOOM" gets closer to fruition...."the ability to stay under the radar is perhaps the most valuable prep of all, and the most difficult to achieve."
Good luck pal.

I agree, there is something to the directness of his answers, and at the same time a portion of evasiveness! However, I don't think this is Percival. Maybe they went to school together though... ;D

The Dog Food Doctrine is currently being rewritten. You'll be able to download it on Amazon soon.
Would you all like me to create another thread when it is ready?

I'm curious why you simply don't post all the dog food info on your website rather than having folks download an ebook. If your intention is to be *helpful*, then why not make the info more readily available?

I put in the time to go out and gather all the information, conduct interviews and do the research. I then take all that information,
organize it into meaningful chapters and put it in one place where people can find it. This save people a ton of time and makes it
easy for them to quickly learn about a subject they are interested in. After I do all of this, we have promotional periods where
we give the books away for free and they are also reasonably priced when we're not giving them away.
Amazon.com is one of the largest websites in the world and gets a ton of daily traffic. I would rather just piggy back off of them
then try to build my own website and work up from there.

Obama was Mayor Daley's lackey for years.....He just sat in office, voted "present" and waited to be anointed by the Chicago machine.

Look at all the old John Kass articles from the Chicago Tribune. He had it dialed in with Daley, Rezko and the rest of the machine. They
grabbed him right after the famous speech he made at the DNC. I forget the year.

I imagine this bloak hopes that Obama loses- a four year quicker route to a possible pardon.

Kass wouldn't still be writing for the Trib or doing a part time stint on WLS (currently) unless he played ball.

No. The low levels were just there to do what Daley wanted without Daley himself doing it. It was all only just a wink and a nod. An unwritten understanding. Its Daley. Mayor Richard M. Daley. His dad got Kennedy elected, junior gave Obama the go ahead....

Kass is pretty legit. Keep an eye on his articles. He lets the right people have it and has a big following.

Okay, I'll bite. What makes you think you're qualified and by whose standards to write an "advice book" on G&S acquisition as "protection?"
This ought to be good coming from a dog food expert. I can hardly wait. ;)
And why do you need a mailing list if your "day job" is helping protect people with G&S purchasing plans you suggest? BTW, what is your affiliate number?
This just keeps getting better.
I do know the info marketing PRICE POINT model is: minimum sales price is 10x publication cost. And they are being downloaded by the thousands you say. That's more hyperbole. THUD.
The bricks and mortar model is 18% after taxes if one is REEEEEEEAL good at selling widgets.
I think whomever found your dog food expertise angle and wrote that clever buy it now, I'm beggin' ya'...hook piece (Chad was that you?) gets the best post of the day award, personally.

Ive been buying G&S for 10 years. I know enough to write the book for beginners. I can think whatever I want and I follow my standards.
The suggested resources in the book are the same exact resources I use to buy gold and silver. We create a mailing list to build a relationship
with our readers and update with tips, new books etc...
You do not know the info marketing price point model because there isn't one. It can be whatever you want it to be, minus Amazon's cut of course.
Yes, we've had thousands of downloads so far during our FREE 5 day promotional period.
I give away and sell ebooks with virtually zero overhead. If you give away or sell a product that sucks, people aren't coming back.
I don't create products that suck. I like to give more value than I receive to every one who downloads a book.

What do you think we do? We all contribute to a forum where you can learn about things you won't learn about many other places. This website is something we have all invested a ton of time in, and JQP certainly has time as well as money. Nobody is getting rich here, you want to learn, we will gladly teach you for free.

You should look into the work BrotherJohnF does (
website /
YouTube.) He makes videos about Silver a lot an explains SOME things well to people who don't understand things (meaning he does some good things.) Another example would be
Greg Mannarino who already
sells books. Another example is "Silver Shied" (Chris Duane) who is a former member of our community who left to do his own thing (
website /
YouTube.) I'm posting these examples NOT since I agree with these people (I think they are all frauds and full of crap to different degrees), but since I believe they have a successful
business model. Basically these people ESTABLISH themselves in the community and get a following. Then they ESTABLISH themselves as gurus based on the knowledge that's rubbed off on them (even though they don't know crap and get their information by lurking at forums like this one were the real info is discovered/developed/discussed.) I think they believe a lot of their own bullshit too so it makes them very convincing to a lot of people. I'm not trying to be negative, since they do good too, but people who get into leadership positions in ANY community typically are scumbags. That's why I like forum communities like this one since you don't find many scumbags here, just people who are self-made and self-educated.
Most people don't have the patience to become part of a forum community and contribute/absorb all the information and "culture" I guess you could say. Most people don't read anymore (I don't read books.) Most people watch YouTube videos these days, at least those who know how to use the Internet. A lot of these people want to be lead, and not think on their own (just like in real life!) They don't want to research these things for years and come to their own conclusions. I could write tons of books on many issues since I would be considered an "expert" at many things, but I don't since I'm not much of a scumbag. The people who know whats going on ANY subject are NEVER the "experts". They are the people off to the sidelines you don't hear or know about typically.
Off topic but what is your beef with BroJohnF?

Yes you're right. However if you wanted to you I'm sure you could certainly write a valuable book and sell it.
Part of my job is info-marketing. Gathering info people want, putting it all in one place and selling it. I like to
use leverage. I think more people will have the opportunity to see a book on Amazon.com than in this forum.
