This was interesting, but I was not that confident that the answers given by the main speaker for the Sherrifs was that clear. He was being very evasive.

The chatterin the youtube chatroom indicates he may be an inlaw to the corrupt Judge Grasty. He was also appointed to the office by a committee chaired by Grasty. Grasty is a brother to a BLM guy who oversees the use of about 4 1/2 million acres in 3 counties in Oregon.
