See ... that is the truly GREAT thing about a Republic ... when an office is vacant you can just step in and fill it. This goes for any office ... including that of president. When Bush vacated the office of president 'Bama happened to be wandering by and volunteered to fill it.

This is called the De Facto principle.

As far as the office of sheriff being replaced with a State Marshal .... what an administrative subdivision of the United States does actually has very little to do with the workings of one of the de jure several States of the union. I remember early on the Sandy Hook was given special exclusion to the Freedom of Information Act due to the graphic nature and ages of the victims. You can't simply exclude the photos, so all is given exclusion..

I don’t understand a lot about mortgages and property records but it doesn’t make sense to me that almost the entire street shows the same sold date. Nancy Lanza’s house has a sold date of 2/8/11.


The most interesting thing that I found is that John Trentacosta owned the property adjacent to the Lanza’s, 34 Yogananda. John Trentacosta is the CEO of Newtown Savings Bank and is also on the Federal Reserve Advisory Council.

He has also been heavily involved in the fundraising for Sandy Hook.


Newtown Savings Bank CEO John Trentacosta told Patch that the fund came together as a response to countless requests.
“We had no experience of dealing with anything of this magnitude,” he said, so the bank reached out to the United Way. “They agreed to help us be custodians of the fund.”
Newtown Savings Bank and the United Way are planning to form an independent advisory board that will make decisions on how to get the money out, Trentacosta said, but bank and foundation officials won’t make the final call. More likely, he said, everyone from town religious leaders and PTA members to Board of Education members and first responders will have a say over how the funds are used.



The United Way has come to aid in similar situations in the past, including in Littleton, Colorado. “There’s a tremendous amount of need,” Trentacosta said. “… A lot of individuals can’t go back to work after that.”



The bank can’t disclose how much has been raised so far, but support has been widespread and the United Way has been utilizing the press and social media to spread the word.

Also, for what it's worth, I just found this site yesterday http://cspsandyhookreport.ct.gov/ which seems to have all of the "official evidence" compiled by the state of CT. Anyway, I only looked at the "CDMCS Outdoor Scene Processing" video, which I was interested in b/c I wanted to see if there was any evidence of that school actually being in use. From most of the images I was already familiar with (shots of the front of the school), there were definitely NO holiday/Christmas decorations in the windows, which is something you would expect to see in an operational school. Anyway, this video actually went around the whole school and there were definitely NO decorations in any of the windows. Plus, it kind of looks like things were piled up in front of the windows, which, again, really makes it seem like the place wasn't even operational. Also, fwiw, I'm pretty sure on Sunshine05's sandyhooktruth blog, someone also noticed that CBYD (call before you dig) was spray painted somewhere on the pavement, which would suggest that the building was already slated for demolition near the time of the event.

Oh dear, I hope she is OK!

Well, when you go to the site http://sandyhooktruth.wordpress.com/ it says "the authors have deleted this site," so I just assumed she took it down b/c she was done with working on Sandy Hook (and Boston). I'm pretty sure that when she started the site, she indicated she was doing it just to have a place to put her thoughts. And, again, she did a great job and was the first one to dig up that information on the real estate deals.

Following up on the idea that Sandy Hook Elementary may not have been an operational school (check out the CT police video from 12/17/12 above in post #1182^), I just happened to find this interesting comment over at Professor Tracy's blog:

did these videos in December and am finally getting them out. As I put in my other post it was so draining see all the lies and things that do not make sense.

Due to encouragement from others, I am putting out the information that I believe does not make sense. I have done hours of research into the State Police records, pictures and videos of the school.

I show in this video what I believe are 'problems' with the whole Sandy Hook school. This video has the pictures of the outside of the school the police took on Saturday, Sunday and Monday after the shooting on that Friday the 14th.

I have a screen capture of looking inside the school and you can see the rifle and the hand gun on the floor of the classroom. They show the broken window from a bullet that went through. What is odd is the window is broken behind a paper candle, yet the paper candle is not torn apart and appears to be perfect intact.

There were weeds growing in the cracks of the cement by doors. There is algae at the entrance of a rolling door that would be used for getting supplies. There are things that should not be where they are, if those doors were used on a consistent basis.

Stephanie Sliwinski23 hours ago (edited) -- Ask ANY teacher, janitor, school administrator, etc it is common practice for public school districts to use a decommissioned school as a storage yard for old furniture and items the district has little use for. This exactly what this is. The Fire Marshall inspects each and every classroom each year (especially THAT close to a fire station where they were driving past it daily) and there is no way in Hell he would approve of all that large and bulky, old furniture boarded up against the windows. What if a fire broke out in the hallway and fire blocked the door? How would small kids escape? The windows at ground level of course. This story stank from the first five minutes. As a former public school teacher for ten years I have never ever seen a working school look like that. Especially not an elementary in an affluent area. Fake fake fake as the day is long.
