Re: Coronavirus
Dachsie comment:
I think each entity doing statistical modeling has their own definition of "case."
Generally it means a subject has tested positive with any of the COVID tests now in use. A case can mean infectious/contagious simply by definition, with no symptoms present.
We know about the political manipulation of PCR test results and I recall that Dr. Eads on her most recent visit on the USAwatchdog show said that the antigen test is meaningless also.
Also we have no information on the construction of the model as to whether the number of cases that were COVID vaccinated was factored in the model.
The hospital protocols are designed to not help patients with upper respiratory symptoms.
The computer models and forecasts are just as politically manipulated as are the COVID 19 tests.
They are trying to ramp up the fear and revive the COVID pandemic scare.
The only truthful thing we know is that any forecasts and data coming out of governmental agencies regarding cases, hospitalizations and deaths are not to be trusted at all.

COVID-19 deaths to rise through June, CDC forecasts
Mackenzie Bean - 2 hours ago June 13, 2022
COVID-19 deaths will likely increase nationwide through the end of the month, CDC modeling suggests.
The nation's current seven-day daily death average was 306 as of June 10, up 18.6 percent from the previous week's average, according to the CDC.
The agency's ensemble COVID-19 forecast from 20 modeling groups suggests this trend will continue, with 1,600 to 4,200 new deaths likely reported in the week ending July 2, which translates to a daily total of 228.5 to 600 deaths. This tally would bring the nation's total COVID-19 death tally to a range of 1,014,000 to 1,028,000.
Two more COVID-19 forecasts to know:
Cases: Daily COVID-19 cases are projected to increase 37.6 percent in the next two weeks, a slower rate of increase than projected in late May, according to modeling from Mayo Clinic. Forecasts suggest daily average cases will jump from 88,740.6 cases on June 11 to 122,105 by June 25. During the omicron surge, this figure hit a peak of more than 800,000, according to data tracked by The New York Times.
The nation's case rate is also expected to increase from 33.3 cases per 100,000 population to 37.2 per 100,000 over the same period.
Hospitalizations: Nationwide, daily COVID-19 hospital admissions are projected to remain stable or have an uncertain trend over the next four weeks, with 1,700 to 11,100 new admissions likely reported July 1, according to the CDC's ensemble forecast from 17 modeling groups.
Hospitalizations are increasing, but the nation's current seven-day average (29,463) is still far lower than the more than 150,000 seven-day average seen at the height of the omicron surge, according to data tracked by the Times.
The CDC said its ensemble forecasts are among the most reliable for COVID-19 modeling, but they cannot predict rapid changes in hospitalizations or deaths. Therefore, they should not be relied on "for making decisions about the possibility or timing of rapid changes in trends," the agency said.

Looks like the shots make you more likely to get infected, doesn’t it?
You can take this to the bank: the HHS is just never going to figure out that the vaccines aren’t doing anything at all except making it more likely you’ll get infected and increasing your chance of dying from a relatively mild virus.
They are going to have their head in the sand forever.
Becerra can get infected 100 times and he’ll never connect the dots. Even after he dies from COVID his last words will be, “It’s a good thing I got vaccinated, otherwise, it would have been much worse.”
You cannot make this stuff up folks.

Joe Biden’s top health official has tested positive for Covid-19 for the second time in less than a month after contracting the virus during a trip to the G7 health summit in Germany.
U.S. Health Secretary Xavier Becerra experienced symptoms of the Covid-19 on Monday morning and tested positive for the disease after taking an antigen test, spokeswoman Sarah Lovenheim confirmed.
“He is fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, and is experiencing mild symptoms,” Lovenheim said. “The Secretary remains engaged with the duties of his office from isolation, and is eager to return to in-person meetings, as quickly as possible.”
“A statement from HHS said the secretary was not believed to be a close contact of Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris, who also tested positive earlier this spring,” AP reported.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revealed that breakthrough Covid-19 infections in April was worse in boosted Americans compared to the vaccinated but not boosted.
According to the data analyzed by far-left CBS, the week of April 23 showed that boosted Americans are catching COVID-19 at nearly double the rate of those who have not been boosted. But claimed the unvaccinated remain the highest group.

Covid lockdown fallout continues to claim lives; Gates primes pump for more of same

Murder rates in U.S. rose significantly during the Covid pandemic. And it was not just in major cities. Murder rates across the rural U.S. also soared as America was locking down.
Homicide rates in rural America rose 25% in 2020, according to the CDC, close the the 30% increase in metropolitan areas.
"It was the largest rural increase since the agency began tracking such data in 1999," the Wall Street Journal noted in a June 10 report.
While the CDC hasn’t analyzed 2021 homicide data yet, murder rates remained high last year in some rural counties while in others they have begun to recede along with Covid, the report said, citing data from local law-enforcement agencies.
"In cities, law enforcement and civic leaders have blamed the increase in violent crime on factors such as police pulling back after racial-justice protests, the proliferation of guns, initiatives to release more criminal suspects without bail and a pandemic pause in gang-violence prevention programs," the report said. "In rural counties, where ties between police and locals are often less fraught, officials say the reasons for the rising violence are hard to pinpoint. They speculate that the breakdown of deeply rooted social connections that bind together many small communities, coupled with the stress of the pandemic, played a role."
Meanwhile, Bill Gates, a billionaire who is not a medical doctor and has never been elected to any office, continues to insist that governments pump billions of dollars in preparations for the next pandemic
Gates, speaking at the Time 100 Summit on Tuesday, called for the world to create a global team of some 3,000 infectious-disease experts to help all countries improve their epidemic responses and equip local scientists with the means to report outbreaks. The cost for the team, Gates said, would be $1 billion annually.
He called it a "Global Epidemic Response and Mobilization" team, which would be managed by the World Health Organization, per Time magazine. And he said one of its key responsibilities would be to run outbreak drills for countries to test how prepared they are.
"The chance of another pandemic in the next 20 years, either natural or intentional, I'd say, is over 50%," Gates said.
Washington Times columnist Cheryl K. Chumley noted: "No joke. He’s putting into play the next wave of virus lockdowns; the next stage of health emergency orders; the next phase of seizing individual liberties from supposedly free American citizens."
The suspension of in-person church services, town gatherings and everyday exchanges between neighbors, played a significant role in the uptick in violent crime, pastors say.
"Such interactions can serve as guardrails, helping to prevent conflicts from turning violent. The psychological and financial stress due to isolation and job loss were especially pronounced in remote areas, where social services were limited even before Covid-19 struck, local leaders say," the Journal noted.
The report detailed increased murder rates in several rural locations:
• In March 2022, White County, Arkansas prosecutor Rebecca McCoy said she was called to the trailer of a 72-year-old man who had been bludgeoned to death with a baseball bat. It was White County’s first homicide in almost two years. By that December, there were 11 more.
• In Marion County, South Carolina, Sheriff Brian Wallace and his deputies worked nine killings in 2021, including the execution-style shooting of an 80-year-old retired teacher whose family the sheriff knew personally. It was the highest annual body count he had seen since he joined the small department more than two decades earlier.
• In June 2020, Josh Buls, a detective in the sheriff’s office in Flathead County, Montana, arrived at a home in Olney to find the bodies of a woman, her 3-year-old daughter and a male friend. All had been stabbed to death. The perpetrator, the woman’s estranged husband, had shot himself in the head before deputies arrived. The six homicides in 2020 in the county of 108,000 were a record, as were the 51 statewide, according to state crime analysts.
Veteran law-enforcement officials said they had never before witnessed the level of violence of the past two years.
“It was like people lost their ever-lovin’ minds,” said McCoy, the prosecuting attorney in White County.
McCoy the unprecedented string of homicides in 2020 began the same month that Covid hit. Over 10 weeks starting that March 4, six people were murdered in the small towns that dot the county of 77,000, about 60 miles northeast of Little Rock.
During an interview with the Wall Street Journal in her office in Searcy, McCoy cried as she recalled the day in June 2020 when she and county detectives arrived at a house in the town of Bald Knob to find the body of a 5-year-old girl whose throat had been slit by her father. They found the father overdosed in his car in a nearby state park a few hours later. Attempts to revive him failed.
McCoy concluded that the stress of the pandemic had contributed to disagreements escalating into violence.
In Marion County, S.C., which has about 28,700 residents and more than 100 churches, "pews used to be packed every Sunday. After services, people would pour into restaurants to eat seafood and Southern cooking," the Journal's report noted. "When Covid struck, some churches stopped in-person services, and restaurants shut down. Walmart started closing early. People no longer stopped to socialize in the grocery store."
Authorities said that as the pandemic wore on, troubled individuals became even more isolated, and in some cases, tipped over the edge.
“There are parts of our county that don’t even have Internet service,” said Tammy Erwin, a victims’ advocate for the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. “So it’s not like everyone could just jump on Zoom.”
Just before midnight on Oct. 28, 2020, one of Sheriff Wallace’s deputies came upon an SUV with its windows fogged outside the Park & Blow Handi Mart. He could make out a man inside sweating heavily and sitting on something. When he looked closer, he saw the body of a woman, eyes bulging. She had been stabbed multiple times with an ice pick.
Johnny Michael Dillard, 57, was charged with killing Kemethia Spain, 51. He was found not competent to stand trial and has been committed to a facility for the mentally ill.
Spain’s homicide was one of 15 that Marion County deputies responded to over the past two years, equal to the previous 10 years combined. “I’ve never seen these numbers before, nothing even really close to that,” said Sheriff Wallace.
Brian Heino, Sheriff of Flathead County in Montana, told the Journal: “You saw the shutdown, crime started increasing, people were on edge, mental-health problems increased, more alcohol was sold.”
An American Farm Bureau Federation poll taken in December 2020 found that two-thirds of adults in rural America between the ages of 18 and 44 said they experienced more mental-health challenges than in the prior year. According to a CDC survey conducted in June 2020, 12% of responding adults in rural areas reported starting or increasing their use of drugs or alcohol to cope with pandemic-related stress.
Heino said rising methamphetamine use and mental-health problems during the pandemic contributed to more erratic behavior and more violent interactions between officers and suspects. Law enforcement in the county was involved in six shootings since May 2020, including four fatal ones. Before then, the last time a Flathead County deputy had killed anyone was 2007.
When the owner of Snow Slip Motel Bar & Cafe near Essex was shot dead in April, news spread quickly among those living near the peaks and forests of Glacier National Park. Jim Noffsinger, a 57-year-old construction superintendent and rancher, locked his front doors for the first time.
“I’ve been accused of many things in my life, but being scared was never one of them,” he told the Journal. “Such a place of serenity has taken on a dark shadow.”

Breaking: FDA Panel Recommends Moderna Two-Dose COVID Vaccine for Kids Ages 6 to 17 Despite Serious Safety Concerns
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s vaccine advisory panel on Tuesday voted 22 - 0 to authorize Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 6 to 11 and 12 to 17 despite the lack of short- and long-term safety data and no evidence children are at risk of serious illness.

Megan Redshaw

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) vaccine advisory panel today voted unanimously to recommend Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 6 to 17 after determining the benefits of the vaccine outweigh the risks for use.
The Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) voted 22 to 0 to recommend Moderna’s two-dose vaccine for 6- to 11-year-olds at half the strength of the adult version, and 22 to 0 in favor of authorizing the shot for 12- to 17-year-olds at the same strength as adults.
The FDA’s vaccine advisors will meet again on Wednesday to discuss amending Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine to include the “administration of the primary series to infants and children 6 months through 5 years of age.”
The committee tomorrow also will discuss amending EUA of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to “include the administration of the primary series to infants and children 6 months through 4 years of age.”
After VRBPAC makes its recommendations, the FDA will then decide whether to authorize Moderna and Pfizer’s vaccines for the suggested age groups.
During the public comment session of the meeting, individuals expressed concern over recommending a vaccine for an age group that has an almost zero risk of experiencing severe illness or death from COVID-19 and has already acquired a high level of natural immunity.
Dr. Harvey Klein, orthopedic surgeon, mechanical engineer and rocket scientist said he is appalled at the FDA’s arrogance in even “thinking of vaccinating healthy children with outdated, highly toxic COVID vaccines.”
Klein said:
“Children have a “99.998% recovery rate with no sequelae if they get COVID. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) statistics show children ages birth to 18 who have been vaccinated with Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna’s so-called vaccines have had severe life-threatening adverse reactions, such as myocarditis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome and many more severe adverse reactions [including] death.
“We know that VAERS is underreported by a factor of 100. The data cries out loudly to stop this insanity immediately before you kill or maim one more innocent child.”
Klein said the risks don’t outweigh the benefits as children from birth up to age 18 have a survival rate of 99.9% and virtually zero risk of death.
“Why in the world would you want to try to improve on perfection by exposing them to significant chances of being permanently severely injured or dead?” Klein asked. “The risk is infinite, the benefits are non-existent and the efficacy is extremely negative.”
Dr. David Gortler is a pharmacologist, pharmacist, FDA and healthcare policy oversight fellow and FDA reform advocate at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, D.C.
In a public comment published on the Ethics and Public Policy Center’s website, Gortler said the FDA and its advisory panel have “maintained a highly non-scientific and casual attitude toward approving a vaccine whose short- and long-term effects on children are unclear.”
Gortler said the FDA has failed to address genotoxicity, teratogenicity, oncogenicity of COVID-19 vaccines and cardiovascular risk following vaccination, potential fertility issues and clinical effects of spike proteins in donated or transfused blood.
“Before parents consent to vaccinate their children against COVID, basic medical ethics requires that they be informed of exactly how safe that vaccine is,” Gortler said.
Four million doses must be administered to children 5 to 11 years of age to prevent a single ICU admission in the same age group, Gortler said.
“Assuming two doses per child, that means two million children must risk potentially serious side effects to prevent a single child from requiring intensive care due to COVID-19.”
Another analysis, by Kathy Dopp and Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., shows COVID-19 vaccination increases a child’s risk of dying from infection.
“Children under 18 are also 51 times more likely to die from the vaccine than they are to die from COVID infection if not vaccinated,” Gortler said, citing the analysis. “In other words, there is no clinical or epidemiological justification for vaccination in this particular group.”
In an email to The Defender, Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president and general counsel, said:
“Vaccinating young children against a virus that poses no harm to them is unethical and dangerous.
“However, it does bring Pharma closer to its ultimate goal of getting COVID shots added to the recommended childhood vaccine schedule, which means Pfizer and other COVID vaccine manufacturers will have a captive market in perpetuity and likely never be held accountable for harm or even death to young children caused by their products.”
CDC confirms 635 cases of myocarditis in 18- to 30-year-olds
During the meeting, Dr. Tom Shimabukuro, a vaccine safety official at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said some data suggest a higher risk of myocarditis among people 18 to 39 years old after receiving Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine — which is administered at a higher dose than the Pfizer-BioNTech shot.
Shimabukuro said the findings were not consistent across various safety databases and were not statistically significant, Reuters reported.
The CDC confirmed 635 cases of myocarditis, or heart inflammation, in the 5 to 17 age group out of almost 55 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine administered. The agency said the condition occurred most often in adolescent boys after receiving their second dose.
“Based on health provider assessments, around 80% of those diagnosed appeared to have fully recovered. Another 18% had improved but not fully recovered,” Shimabukuro said.
The CDC uses a narrowed case definition of “myocarditis,” which excludes cases of cardiac arrest, ischemic strokes and deaths due to heart problems that occur before one has the chance to go to the emergency department.
Moderna’s vaccine data for kids riddled with problems
The FDA last week released its risk-benefit assessment of Moderna’s application for emergency use of its COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months to 17 years old.
The single-spaced 190-page document was released just two days before the VRBPAC meeting.
Instead of providing four separate documents breaking down the data by adolescents ages 12 to 17, 6 to 11, 2 to 5 and 6 months to 23 months, the company lumped all age groups together to massage the data, said Toby Rogers, Ph.D.
Looking at each individual age group, the shot fails in each category, Rogers said. But lumping them together creates noise that makes it difficult to interpret the data. Moderna then subdivided these age groups into eight different subgroups resulting in 32 different tables.
Moderna also did this with its adverse event data by creating 20 adverse event tables allowing it to eliminate or hide data it didn’t like.
Moderna’s data showed its vaccine did not reduce severe outcomes because the risk of COVID-19 in this age group is “infinitesimally small,” Rogers said.
Another problem with Moderna’s data is that it ignored actual health outcomes by analyzing antibodies in the blood.
First, Moderna claims the sample size for each of the four subgroups of children is about 3,000. But when it came to looking at antibodies in the blood, the company only looked at the bloodwork of about 300 kids in each age group.
No explanation was given for the criteria they used to exclude 90% of the sample from their analysis.
The second issue is that “no placebo recipients were included in the Immunogenicity Subset” (p. 26). This means they did not include any blood work from anyone in the placebo group as required for a randomized controlled trial.
It is unknown whether the increase in antibody levels is from children who previously acquired natural immunity or from COVID-19 vaccines.
As part of its analysis, Moderna compared antibody levels in the blood of about 10% of children against antibody levels in a sample of roughly 300 adults ages 18 to 25 enrolled in a previous clinical trial.
Because antibody levels were similar, Moderna claimed its vaccine would prevent disease.
Yet, Moderna only measured antibody levels two months after the second dose — the time period when the antibody levels are at their peak.
“Data on safety are non-existent and woefully incomplete given the very short follow-up time post-vaccination, and the cohort sizes are too small to pick up any real adverse events,” said CHD Chief Science Director Dr. Brian Hooker. “There are no long-term safety studies on these genetic technologies.”
Research shows any efficacy acquired by a vaccine quickly wanes to zero by 6 months and then turns negative after that, and that antibodies do not necessarily correlate with protection.
18 members of Congress demand answers from FDA
Eighteen members of Congress on June 8 wrote a letter demanding answers from the FDA regarding the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 shots for infants and young children.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., CHD chairman and chief legal counsel, also sent a letter to VRBPAC members last week warning that CHD is poised to take legal action should the EUAs be granted.
Between Dec. 14, 2020, and June 3, 2022, 1,295,329 adverse events have been reported, including 236,767 serious injuries and 28,714 deaths following COVID-19 vaccinations.
In children ages 5-17, there have been 49,283 adverse events reported, including 114 deaths.
