According to the legal defense, Pfizer could effectively lie to the government about safety or efficacy issues “because the government was in on it with them,” reports attorney Robert Barnes. The lawsuit is associated with the whistleblower Brook Jackson, who was interviewed by Sonia Elijah on TrialSite. While Ms. Jackson worked for a contract research organization called Ventavia Research Group (Ventavia) on the pivotal Phase 3 Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine study, she alleges that she witnessed many critical, compliance-violating anomalies needing immediate attention. Ms. Jackson emailed the complaint concerning alleged violations of good clinical practices as well as various compliance frameworks and laws to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in September 2020, however, the executive branch agency in charge of enforcement of alleged violations opted to not even open an investigation. The study continued, and Pfizer didn’t make any adjustments working with Ventavia. But the CRO did sack Ms. Jackson for alleging that they were involved with fraudulent manipulation of data and other allegations.

Alarming New Data Confirms COVID Vaccine Link to Fatal Brain Disorder

New data indicates that vaccines can produce one of the deadliest diseases known to medicine. The disease is always fatal. The government is NOT working hard to track Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD). It is known as a prion disease.
According to Mayo Clinic, CJD is a degenerative brain disorder that leads to dementia and, ultimately, death. CJD is a rare, deadly disease caused by an abnormal protein in the brain called a prion. Some years ago, a form of this disease was known as mad cow disease. The point is not just about getting this lethal disease, but rather that COVID vaccines that can cause it should be seen as incredibly dangerous in a great many ways.
A recent French preprint on CJD and COVID vaccination has indicated that the COVID vaccine may have contributed to the emergence of a new type of sporadic CJD disease that is a lot more aggressive and rapid in disease progression as compared to the traditional CJD.
The French found within days of receiving a first or second dose of Pfizer or Moderna COVID vaccines; patients got the disease.
Prions naturally occur in the brain and are usually harmless, but when they become diseased or misfolded, they will affect nearby prions also to become misshapen, leading to the deterioration of brain tissue and death.
The disease is incurable as once one prion becomes infected, it will continue to propagate to other prions with no treatment capable of stopping its progress.
Most people with CJD have sporadic CJD; they become infected for no apparent reason. However, small subsets of people are diagnosed due to inheritance.
Sporadic CJD, though occurring at random, has been linked to the consumption of meat that has been infected with diseased prions, such as affecting individuals that ingest beef from a cow that has been infected.
Though the Omicron variant of COVID does not carry a prion region in its spike protein, the first Wuhan COVID-19 variant has a prion region on its spike protein. A U.S. study indicates that the prion area is able to interact with human cells. Therefore, when the Wuhan variant’s spike protein gene information was made into a vaccine as part of the mRNA and adenovirus vaccines, the prion region was also incorporated.
As part of the natural cellular process, once the mRNA is incorporated into the cells, the cell will turn the mRNA instructions into a COVID spike protein, tricking the cells into believing that it has been infected so that they create an immunological memory against a component of the virus.
However, the biological process of translating mRNA information into proteins is not perfect and immune to mistakes. A U.S. study has speculated that a misfolded spike protein could, in turn, create a misfolded prion region that may be able to interact with healthy prions to cause damage, leading to CJD disease.
Here is the big news. A peer-reviewed study in Turkey and the French preprint have identified sudden CJD cases appearing after getting the Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca vaccines, suggesting links between getting vaccinated and being infected. See the PDF embedded and HERE is link to pdf.

The French study found the onset of symptoms within 11.38 days of being vaccinated, while the case study in Turkey has found symptoms appearing one day after vaccination. All 26 French patients with the disease died. Among them, 8 of them lead to sudden death (2.5 months).”
In a few weeks, noted the French researchers, more than 50 cases of almost spontaneous emergence of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease have appeared in France and Europe very soon after the injection of the first or second dose of Pfizer, Moderna, or AstraZeneca vaccines.
U.S. cases
A U.S. case report in March highlighted 64-year-old Cheryl Cohen’s battle with CJD, which developed within days of her second dose of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine.
The report stated:
“Here, we highlight a case of a 64-year-old woman who presents with rapidly declining memory loss, behavior changes, headaches, and gait disturbance approximately one week following administration of the second dose of the novel Pfizer-BioNTech messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) COVID vaccine.
“After extensive investigation, conclusive evidence identified the fatal diagnosis of sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.”
Cohen’s daughter, Gianni, said her mother’s regression was “mind-blowing, confusing and truly heartbreaking.”
Gianni said that she went from being able to work and do everyday activities to being unable to walk, speak or control her body’s movement. Cohen felt as if her head was “going to explode” and died within three months of receiving her second dose of Pfizer.
Her physician said:
“This case identifies potential adverse events that could occur with administering the novel COVID-19 vaccine. Moreover, clinicians need to consider neurodegenerative diseases such as prion disease (e.g., sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease), autoimmune encephalitis, infection, non-epileptic seizure, toxic-metabolic disorders, etc. in their differential diagnoses when a patient presents with rapidly progressive dementia, particularly in the setting of recent vaccination.”
“Although there is currently no cure for sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (sCJD), early diagnosis is crucial to avoid the unnecessary administration of empiric medications for suspected psychological or neurological disorders.”
“Furthermore, tracking adverse events could potentially lead to further characterization and understanding of both the novel COVID-19 messenger ribonucleic nucleic acid (mRNA) vaccine as well as the etiology of sCJD.”
“More importantly, recognizing adverse effects provides individuals with vital information to make a more educated decision regarding their health.”
Jeffrey Beauchine said his mother, Carol, knew her Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease was related to the Moderna shot. Watching her death was like “something you see out of a movie,” he said.
Beauchine said his mother received her first dose of Moderna on February 16, 2021, and didn’t report any complaints. After getting the second dose on March 17, Carol immediately said she “felt different.”
Carol’s symptoms began with numbness that spread from the arm in which she received her injection to the entire left side of her body.
She complained that something was wrong with her brain; she couldn’t put thoughts together or make sense of things, developed double vision and blindness, and began to experience hallucinations.
Doctors initially thought Carol had suffered a stroke or anxiety. Scans later showed there were abnormalities with her cerebellum.
Carol’s condition progressed rapidly, and she was eventually diagnosed with CJD and given days to live. She died within months of receiving her second dose of Moderna.
Carol’s doctors filed a report with the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS I.D. 2180699).
To date, the CDC has not reached out to the family despite the fact that an autopsy confirming her death was caused by CJD — a condition she did not have before receiving her COVID vaccine.
Richard Sprague said his wife, Jennifer, developed CJD after the Pfizer COVID shot and died within five months of the second dose.
Jennifer received the first dose of Pfizer on August 29, 2021, and her second dose on September 21, 2021. Although her husband remained unvaccinated, Jennifer was required to get vaccinated as part of her employment.
Four days after the second dose, Jennifer experienced her first episode of a “sudden strange event she couldn’t explain.”
Jennifer started having more episodes, and her left hand and side began to tremble. On October 13, 2021, Jennifer returned to the doctor, who prescribed Xanax for anxiety.
Jennifer’s disease progressed rapidly until she could not sit up and walk independently. Scans confirmed Jennifer had significant changes on the right side of her brain. A new medical team performed a spinal tab and confirmed Jennifer had CJD. By this time, Jennifer was unable to get out of bed.
“Your brain is just disappearing. It’s crazy,” Sprague said. “You’re in this perfect healthy body, and your brain just dies within the course of a few months.”
After Jennifer was diagnosed with CJD on February 12, her insurance company said it would no longer pay for her care, and Sprague was told his wife would not recover.
Jennifer died on February 21 — five months after receiving her second dose of Pfizer, reports Children’s Health Defense.
According to the latest data from VAERS, 56 cases of rapid-onset CJD have been reported following COVID-19 vaccines since December 14, 2021.
Historically, VAERS has been shown to report only 1% of actual vaccine adverse events.
And many vaccine-related deaths may have been CJD and gone undiagnosed because it takes a large effort to confirm CJD.

Exclusive: 29-Year-Old’s Career Came ‘Crashing’ Down After Pfizer COVID Vaccine Injury
In an exclusive interview with The Defender, Hayley Lopez, who developed postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome at age 29 after her first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, can no longer work at the job she loves because she can’t pass the required medical tests.

At 29, Hayley Lopez had a promising career she had worked 12 years to achieve, as an air traffic controller at one of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) busiest facilities in the U.S.
On Oct. 8, 2021, that career came crashing to a halt 15 minutes after Lopez got her first, and only, dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
In an exclusive interview with The Defender, Lopez, now 30, shared her story, including the injuries she sustained and the challenges she experienced trying to get a diagnosis and treatment.
“About 15 minutes after the shot, I noticed arm and chest pain,” Lopez said. “Then, I noticed dizziness, shortness of breath, memory issues and stuttering within three days — and that’s when I knew something was really wrong.”
Lopez sought help at an urgent care facility, and while there, she said, drifted in and out of consciousness.
“My other symptoms include twitching, nerve pain, fatigue, high blood pressure, high heart rate, palpitations, lightheadedness, a feeling of vertigo and migraines,” Lopez said.
“I still suffer from all symptoms now, eight months later.”
Lopez didn’t want the vaccine, but under the Biden administration’s executive order, federal workers were required to get the vaccine or be fired.
“I want people to know that I was just a normal, healthy 29-year-old trying to navigate life,” Lopez said.
“I worked very hard to get to where I am in my career and at the time, I felt as though my world would end if I lost my job. I got the shot to keep my job and now it may end my career.”
For Lopez, the symptoms she experienced almost immediately after receiving the Pfizer shot were just part of her troubles. She also had difficulty locating a doctor who could diagnose her condition and who wouldn’t dismiss her concerns that the symptoms were vaccine-related.
“I could honestly go on and on about the healthcare system and how terrible you’re treated when you are vaccine-injured,” Lopez said. “I went to a total of 32 appointments with 17 different doctors in seven months.”
The first two doctors she saw in urgent care told her it was a coincidence that the symptoms developed immediately after the vaccine.
“They seemed more concerned with assuring me it wasn’t from the vaccine than treating me,” she said.
Some of the “diagnoses” she received were dismissive — just “stress-related,” doctors told her — while others bordered on sexist.
“My tests kept coming back normal so my doctor assumed it was ‘just anxiety,’” Lopez said. “I was even told by specialists that it was because of ‘my cycle’ and that ‘a lot of women have the same complaints.’”
According to Lopez, she received a series of misdiagnoses, including costochondritis, multisystem inflammatory syndrome, long COVID, anxiety and depression.
“I left every doctor’s appointment with tears in my eyes because I knew they were wrong,” Lopez said. “I knew something was wrong with me and I knew it wasn’t just in my head.”
Lopez got a diagnosis after she happened to read about postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), a condition that affects blood flow and can result in symptoms such as lightheadedness, fainting and increased heartbeat, symptoms which appear when standing up from a reclined position.
“The first time I read about POTS, I cried because it was like reading about myself,” Lopez said. “I discovered POTS on my own. I did not get any information or guidance from a doctor.”
When she finally went to a doctor who specializes in POTS, “He knew right away that I had POTS and understood my struggles with previous doctors, because all his POTS patients go through the same things,” Lopez said.
POTS has prevented Lopez from working, she said:
“I am still employed by the FAA, but I am unable to work. I have to maintain a medical clearance, same as airline pilots, to do my job.
“My medical clearance has been taken away and I don’t know if I’ll ever get it back.
“I got the shot to keep the job that I love and now that same shot is keeping me from medically being able to do my job.”
Lopez received some financial support from the federal worker’s compensation program — 45 days of continuation of pay — as the injuries she sustained were deemed a workplace injury. However, she is still awaiting approval for further compensation beyond the initial 45 days.
Lopez reported her injuries to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). She heard back from VAERS “about six months after I reported it, and they requested current information about my vaccine injury.”
However, as of this writing, one of the misdiagnoses she received continues to appear on her VAERS file.
“My condition hasn’t been updated in VAERS since I sent in additional information at their request almost two months ago.” The report still lists her misdiagnosis, she said.
The latest available data from VAERS show 429 reports of POTS with 310 cases attributed to Pfizer, 99 reports attributed to Moderna and 20 reports to Johnson & Johnson. The reports were submitted between Dec. 14, 2020, and June 3, 2022.
Lopez said her injuries continue to impact “every aspect” of her life.
“On a bad day, I have trouble walking from the couch to my kitchen to get a glass of water,” she said. “On a good day, I can’t walk for more than two minutes, so I can’t go to the store or take my dog for a walk. I’m lucky if I’m able to cook dinner.”
She even has trouble speaking. “I often stop mid-sentence because I forgot what I was talking about or [have] forgotten a simple word.”
Because she has fainting spells, she can shower only when her husband is home, she said.
“I wear a wrist monitor for my heart rate and [have] fall detection to alert my husband if I faint.”
In addition to working as an air traffic controller, Lopez was a private pilot and enjoyed flying. She has not been able to engage in that activity either following her vaccination.
“I have not been able to fly — the medical clearances for air traffic controllers and pilots are the same certificate,” she said.
Her vaccine injuries also affected relationships with people who were previously close to her.
“I have lost people close to me because they either don’t want to hear or believe that the vaccine can cause harm, or they just don’t care,” she said.
While Lopez said she is unaware of any other air traffic controllers who have had a similar experience to hers, she is aware of “a few pilots” injured by the vaccines.
“I’m sure there are many people within the aviation industry afraid to come forward with vaccine injuries, as they will lose their medical clearances and in turn, lose their jobs.”
For Lopez, her experience illuminates the importance of raising awareness of vaccine injuries, and of conditions such as POTS.
“Awareness for POTS needs to be spread throughout the medical community,” she said. “The only thing that’s rare about vaccine injury is that it’s rarely talked about. POTS has no cure and can be lifelong.”
