Re: Armed Feds Prepare For Showdown With Nevada Cattle Rancher
Andrea got a different microphone so you can hear her better. I think the wind has quit blowing too which helps to hear her. She really has been doing a good job.
Most of those BLM rangers and Park Rangers are bully types who can't hold a real job. They hide behind their gun and badge and strut around like little banty roosters.
One time a forest ranger came to my brothers house to tell him that his cows were trespassing on the forest. Ray said he saw this guy of to one side with all his military camo and a couple of pistols struting around with his arms like a gun fighter ready to draw. He said whats that son of a bitch doing here and why is he armed? The ranger said thats the way he dresses and he is here to protect me if you get violent. My brother said you get that son of a bitch of my property and don't ever bring him around here again. If you think you need some protection go get a deputy.
They don't have any arrest authority, but they intimidate people.

The Bundy supporters and court watchers believe this redhead is the crying BLM witness.
Deb Jordan added 3 new photos.Yesterday at 8:36am ·
PROSECUTION'S CRYING WITNESS MIGHT ACTUALLY BE A STONE COLD KILLER WHO WAS SUITED UP FOR WAR @ BUNDY RANCH --
Alexandria Burke a Montana resident - put on the academy award winning act of a lifetime when she testi-lied under oath yesterday @ The Bundy Trial.
She miraculously suddenly remembered that she saw Eric Parker pointing his gun directly at her and sweeping the crowd with it several times. We all sat there stunned as she cried on cue and told a story that just as miraculously perfectly aligned with NHP (Nevada Highway Patrol) officer SGT Serena who somehow miraculously remembered after three years of reports never mentioning it --
that he too saw gunmen pointing weapons over the Jersey Barriers <-- those white concrete dividers on a roadway ..
Burke who was seemingly the Prosecution's perfect witness oddly did not testify in the first trial. Why?
The image of Burke in her Ranger uniform on the stand does not depict at all what Burke looked like the day she stood on a Mesa overlooking protestors in the wash. On that day she was suited up in full battle gear with an AR15 strapped across her chest and ready for war. Burke told the jury that she was ill prepared for the standoff <--- her description --
and tearfully said the breast plates she wore that day were not sufficient to withstand the bullets that she feared were destined to take her life --
That photo was never shown to the jury while numerous photo's of the defendants were shown; some in camo and others in regular street clothes holding weapons. Burke says now - since Bundy Ranch, her equipment has gotten an upgrade -- It is unknown why the defense did not try to show that photo of Burke at Bundy Ranch -- Regardless the Jury did not get to see the real Alexandria Burke.
Was Alexandria Burke the Ranger who tazed an 11 year old Montana boy in the face causing a child to be severely brain damaged and bound to a wheelchair for the rest of his life?
That's not the only question mark over this woman's red-head ---
Alexandria Burke, the picture of crying perfection on the stand who had her story down pat -- talked about a time when she was in a "shootout" with a lone sniper in Montana -- What she failed to say was she was allegedly "THE OFFICER" who shot the man in the face with a shotgun for pulling a knife on her. She told the Jury that Bundy Ranch was scarier than that "shootout" -
Burke was later honored for that kill at the White House by Barack Obama and Eric Holder.

Bundy Ranch Anomaly...
15 Feb 2017: Special Agent Michael Johnson testifies that he stood next to a generator just north of the southbound I-15 lanes for the duration of the Bundy Ranch Protest on 12 April 2014. During the protest, he testifies that a man pointed a range finder at him.
Page 18 of that day's transcript: "And I distinctly remember this individual holding the range finder in his right hand. They are a singular ocular device which has one lens. He brought it up to his right eye with his right hand. And I saw him do that a number of times pointing it at different individuals, and, in fact, pointing it at me."
Fast forward to re-trial.
25 Jul 2017: BLM Ranger Alexandra Burke testifies that she stood next to a generator just north of the southbound I-15 lanes for the duration of the Bundy Ranch Protest on 12 April 2014. We don't yet have the transcript. However, she testifies that during the protest, three men (Ricky L., Todd E., and Eric P.) pointed their weapons at her over the jersey barrier from the northbound lanes.
READ THIS: She testified that she verified what she was seeing with the agents standing next to her.
Mike Johnson testified he was at the same generator. Mike Johnson testified that someone pointed a ranger finder at him. Alexander Burke says someone pointed a rifle at her. She verified this with the people standing next to her. They were both supposedly in the same place, at the same time, watching the same events unfold. Neither articulates a version of events that even closely matches.
Someone... is lying.

DRESSED TO KILL
I woke up this morning thinking about the Prosecution's NEWLY found STAR witness ALEXANDRIA BURKE and asking myself why in the hell the defense was not ready for her.
On April 11th the night before the protest --
This chick was already tacked out and ready to kill people !! It is documented that she even received personal training from Daniel P. Love in the taking of prisoners and it was worded that exact way!! Here's how she was dressed in photo's --
She had on full CAMO battle gear with an AR15 strapped across her chest and plenty of ammunition --
She was dressed to kill right down to the Shemagh Keffiyeh Scarf around her neck. She was still in kill mode the following day set above the crowd and the NORTH & SOUTH BOUND BRIDGE already taking the HIGH GROUND! BEFORE ANY PROTESTORS ARRIVED --
BEFORE ERIC PARKER - SCOTT DREXLER - TODD ENGEL OR STEVEN STEWART EVER DREAMED THEY WOULD HAVE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AND AMERICAN CITIZENS AGAINST A BLM THAT WAS POINTING WEAPONS IN THE WASH IN FRONT OF THEM - ALEXANDRIA BURKE WAS IN POSITION ON THE MESA POINTING HER WEAPON BEHIND THEM.
Burke testified she was on the Mesa and took cover behind a generator and informed her fellow killers that surrounded her that the men on the Bridge were pointing weapons directly at her .. Really? Then why did Agent Johnson, who was hiding behind the generator with her, say in his testimony in the last trial that he only saw one person pointing something and that he had determined it was a range finder?
And here is another mind bender concerning ALEXANDRIA BURKE --
Somehow the expert shot and hunter found her way into the WASH directly involved in pointing her weapon at protestors --
She claimed on the stand she again observed the men on the bridge pointing weapons directly at HER while she was down there --
Funny Sheriff Tom Roberts who had already assessed the situation and taken over command didn't see it that way --
On video he walked right up to her --
with his back away from the bridge and said to her and her group of rouge agents -- "Put those long-guns away --
You don't need that crap"
For Gregory Burleson's sentencing ALEXANDRIA BURKE AND OTHER AGENTS WHO WERE READY TO KILL PEOPLE THAT DAY --
Came and sat behind the Prosecution with their bloated and bruised ego's on full display. Like them being there dressed in civilian clothing, watching a blind man in a wheel-chair get a life sentence righted every wrong they committed at Bundy Ranch and every lie they told on the stand was somehow justified.
It is my prayer to God that some day soon those sons of bitches know what it feels like to be slapped in there collective faces with a ton of truth in front of a Congressional body that is hell bent on holding them accountable for what they did at Bundy Ranch.

Fatal Funnel in Bunkerville Standoff?
by Shari Dovale
The prosecution of four defendants in the Bunkerville Retrial continued Thursday.
Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, Steven Stewart and Ricky Lovlein sat in a Las Vegas courtroom and watched the Bureau of Land Management Rangers talk about the Standoff in April 2014.
Ranger Edwin Whitteaker was the ultimate prosecution witness. He was polite and using all the right buzzwords. He talked about the 2nd amendment being everyone’s right and defending the Constitution … until that day in the wash.
That was the day that he felt “betrayed by Americans”. That was the day that people got violent and threatened his brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement. It did not matter that no shots were fired. Holding a gun was intent enough for him.
https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...el-300x205.jpg
He complained that his ‘BLM brothers’ were in a bad position. They did not hold the advantage and it placed them in a “Fatal Funnel” as Whitteaker called it. What he was describing is a tactical concept of Close-quarters combat used by police and military.
The testimony included Whitteaker’s complaints that the protesters had the “high ground”. What he did not mention to the jury was that the BLM had chosen this particular spot.
- They set up the scenario.
- They selected they positions.
- They had they military-style compound in place.
- They dressed in full battle-ready gear.
- They all had long guns in place when the protesters arrived.
- The BLM actually had the high ground, as they had a mesa behind them and at least 3 helicopters/planes in the air overhead.
They did not expect any militia members to stay on the bridge. They did not expect the women and children to come to the wash. Dan Love, and the BLM, did not think it through.
His testimony was similar to virtually all of the prosecution witnesses in that they can never remember many details, especially about time frames. Not a single one that I have heard has been able to say when they arrived, how long events lasted, when it was over, etc. Anything to do with time has received no answer from the witnesses.
The jury questions have obviously had a major effect on the prosecution’s case. This witness seemed to be using buzzwords that were chosen for him. Until now, the prosecution has not wanted anyone to describe that day as a “protest”. Mentioning the ‘Constitution’ has been forbidden. Talk of the 2nd Amendment has been Taboo!
https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...ve-150x150.jpg
Special Agent In Charge Dan Love
It will probably return to that when the defense has their turn, however, the prosecution does not have the same constraints. They can mention it if the jury questions are leading them in that direction.
Judge Gloria Navarro is also holding true-to-form in her bias against the defense and ruling on a majority of objections in favor of the prosecution, or not bothering to rule at all. I have seen that several times, and the attorneys finally just give in and deal with it as if she ruled in favor of the government, again.
The next witness was Ranger Maurice Martinez, from Alaska. This man seemed to be slowly selecting his words to go along with the prosecutions chosen scenario through the majority of his testimony. He stated that he saw [Parker] hold his gun down range and put the barrel between a 2-inch gap in the jersey barriers on the bridge overlooking the wash.
Martinez seemed more and more uncomfortable as his testimony went on. Eventually, under cross examination by Jess Marchese, attorney for Eric Parker, Martinez admitted that his report was inaccurate and he could have seen ‘shadows’ instead of Parker’s gun barrel in the gap of the barrier.
Martinez attack-of-conscience did not end there. During the jury questions, the prosecutors were obviously displeased with him when he admitted that he believed the entire day was nothing more than a ‘non-violent protest’. He also said that the LEOs considered it to be extremely violent, and that is what they based all of their decisions on.
We finally had one BLM agent that told the truth. It was a protest. This agent never aimed his gun at a civilian there, unlike all other Rangers on scene, because there was no need to do so.

It Matters How You Stand posted Review-Journal's report on Zinke visit

By Keith Rogers Las Vegas Review-Journal July 30, 2017
BUNKERVILLE — Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke spoke to reporters Sunday evening in Bunkerville as he wrapped up a much-anticipated visit to Southern Nevada that included a hike at Gold Butte National Monument and a stop at Basin and Range National Monument to see American Indian rock art.
The interior secretary traveled to Nevada to visit the two monuments as part of President Donald Trump’s executive order mandating a review of 22 national monuments and five marine national monuments created by presidential decree since Jan. 1, 1996, to determine whether the designations should be scaled back or eliminated.
Zinke is expected to present Trump with his final recommendations by the end of August.
Speaking outside at a ranch not far from Gold Butte, Zinke offered some insights into criteria for downsizing.
Before Zinke arrived in Bunkerville, Russ Graves voiced concern about the size of the Gold Butte monument.
“I’d just like to see the size reduced,” said Graves. 73, who owns an orchard that is part of a 220-acre ranch.
Whitney Pocket, the Devil’s Throat sinkhole and a few other locations on Gold Butte should be part of the monument, but other parts don’t have antiquities value, he said.
Zinke had planned to stay in Mesquite through Monday to meet with U.S. Rep. Dina Titus, D-Nev., and stakeholders there and in Overton on the fringe of Gold Butte on the last leg of a swing through the West. But he canceled those plans to return to Washington, D.C., for the first Cabinet meeting with new White House Chief of Staff John Kelly.
While the Monday meeting was shelved, Zinke was able to meet with some stakeholders Sunday and has scheduled phone meetings later this week with others, including the Moapa Band of Paiute Indians, according to Interior Department staff.
The Riverside Road location where Zinke made his remarks is within 3 miles of the April 2014 armed standoff on the Virgin River between federal agents from his department and militia supporters of defiant rancher Cliven Bundy — the subject of a high-visibility trial in federal court in Las Vegas.
Bundy’s wife, Carol, said she was disappointed he didn’t meet with her on his way to Gold Butte even though she has reached out to him through emails, certified letters and phone calls to his staff.
“We have not received one phone call back,” she said, sitting in the living room of the Bundy ranch house Sunday. “We feel like we’re forgotten. Yet my husband and four of our sons, a total of 19 men, sit in prison under the guise of charges of the Department of Interior, which Mr. Zinke is in control over, and they have committed no crime.
“Why would you come to my front yard and not reach out to my family and hear our pleas so that I could hear his as well?” Carol Bundy said.
Asked later by a reporter about the possibilities of a future roundup of Bundy cattle, Zinke said he would not address the subject.
The interior secretary spent a long day traveling to parts of both monuments before his Bunkerville stop. He arrived in Nevada on a commercial flight that landed at McCarran International Airport at about 7:30 a.m., then flew by helicopter to Whitney Pockets, part of the Gold Butte, where he hiked with about five local officials at about 9:30 a.m.
Zinke’s next stop via helicopter was White River Narrows, a petroglyph site in Basin and Range.Zinke also paid a visit to artist Michael Heiser’s “City” project located in a rural desert area of Nevada. There, he met with Los Angeles County Museum of Art staff members, but did not meet with Heiser.
From there, Zinke traveled to the Mount Irish petrogylph site in Basin and Range and met with Friends of Gold Butte, and was to head to Bunkerville later in the day.
Earlier Sunday, U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., released a video of her support for the national monuments.
“Our outdoor recreation in Nevada is a boon to our economy, 148,000 jobs, billions of dollars in revenue to the economy,” she said in the video. “And that’s worth fighting for.”

About the monuments
In his proclamation designating Gold Butte National Monument, President Barack Obama called the region “a landscape of contrast and transition, where dramatically chiseled red sandstone, twisting canyons, and tree-clad mountains punctuate flat stretches of the Mojave Desert.”
Gold Butte encompasses nearly 300,000 and was created Dec. 28, 2016.
Basin and Range National Monument was designated in July 2015 and covers 704,000 acres in Lincoln and Nye counties.
Obama’s proclamation said, “The vast, rugged landscape redefines our notions of distance and space and brings into sharp focus the will and resolve of the people who have lived here. The unbroken expanse is an invaluable treasure for our Nation and will continue to serve as an irreplaceable resource for archaeologists, historians, and ecologists for generations to come.”

Zinke's silence when it comes to the Bundys, avoiding and ignoring them and their situation tells me all I need to know about him. He's an asshole with no compassion, honor or integrity. Just another big government piece of shit that doesn't give a damn about the common working white families of this country.

Re: Armed Feds Prepare For Showdown With Nevada Cattle Rancher
Zinke has shown his true colors. Not surprising, he has sided with the environmentalists since Trump appointed him. I didn't expect him to be such a rude bastard and not have the decency to listen to the Bundy's. I am angry about the way Briana was treated. Angry about the whole situation. I feel like Brand Thornton expressed in his last video.
Nevada's elected officials are bought and paid for with the obvious, federal grant money and probably not so obvious, bribed besides.
Harry Reid's hand picked Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto made this ridiculous statement:
Earlier Sunday, U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., released a video of her support for the national monuments.
“Our outdoor recreation in Nevada is a boon to our economy, 148,000 jobs, billions of dollars in revenue to the economy,” she said in the video. “And that’s worth fighting for.”
What she didn't say is the only jobs created by the Gold Butte National Monument will be more park rangers on the government payroll and not enough dollars generated to offset their salaries.

^ That was a really good interview with Anthony Dephue. He needs to do a lot of these kinds of interviews. He's well spoken and does a good job of explaining the situation the Bundys and this country are facing. It's a communist takeover and the destruction of our constitutional republic as Ben Franklin warned us about when this country was founded.
What's happening is so similar to what happened in Russia and Ukraine with the Bolshevik revolution. The way this is looking is if you challenge the government you'll be imprisoned or murdered and that's exactly what the peasants in Russia and Ukraine faced in the revolution. Your only choice is to die slowly or resist and die quickly or brutally at the hands of the government.

Bunkerville Protesters On Trial – for Protesting
THE BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF IS NOTEWORTHY IN THAT THERE WAS NO VIOLENCE ON THE PART OF THE PROTESTERS.

Protesters On Trial
by Shari Dovale
The retrial of four Bunkerville defendants is underway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The first trial ended in a mistrial when the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.
It is known that the jury favored acquittal in the previous trial with 2 of the defendants receiving 10-2 votes in their favor.
Additionally, the jury forms showed marks indicating acquittal, which were later scratched out over confusion on legal points.
However, the government has learned a few lessons since then. They have attempted to change their narrative to reconcile with, what they hope will be, a more popular view of their prosecution.
During the first trial, the prosecutors, including AUSA Steven Myhre, and Judge Gloria Navarro, spent considerable time calling the large group of protesters “unindicted co-conspirators”. They stressed to potential witnesses that their testimony on behalf of the defendants could result in their own prosecution. This resulted in claims of witness intimidation and more.
Judge Navarro has also taken an unusual step in the second trial by allowing the jurors to ask questions of the witnesses. This was, apparently, in hopes of changing the course of their prosecution to conform with what they believe the jurors wanted to hear.
The jury questions have shown that the members have been paying attention and are not completely on board with the government’s narrative. This has prompted changes from the government to alter their strategy.
Through the beginning of the trial, they did not make too many changes from the strategy of the first trial. I heard “unindicted co-conspirator” a couple of times, including from Judge Navarro.
All of a sudden, the prosecution witnesses are using new, yet specific, buzzwords during their testimony You will now hear “Constitution” and “Second Amendment” used on the witness stand, though it has yet to be announced that the defense will be allowed to use these same terms.
The most prominent witness to attempt the change of narrative was Ranger Edwin Whitteakerand his repeated use of these buzzwords. It was still obvious, however, that he had never read the Constitution, nor does he understand it’s concepts as he referred to the 2nd Amendment as the right to “Free Speech”.
Why are these points so important?
Former Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes wrote, “Peaceable assembly for lawful discussion cannot be made a crime.”
Remember that the government is now calling the people in the wash “Protesters”. This gives them First Amendment protection. They have the right to assemble. They have the right to question their government.
They utilized their Second Amendment protections during this protest, as has been noted by the prosecution witnesses. Nevada is an “Open Carry” state.
“Open carry” refers to the practice of carrying firearms in plain view in public spaces. Though most states continue to require a permit in order to carry a concealed weapon in public, most states now place few to no restrictions on open carry.
https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...open-carry.jpg
Therefore, the government’s big push to keep these right-wing dissidents in custody is all about a show of force to the general public that they cannot protest their government.
The Federal government has not placed the same restrictions on liberal groups, as is noted from the “Occupy Wall Street” and related protests. You will also note that the Ferguson riots were written off as the rights of free speech. However, the violence and destruction that were considered breaking the law were not prosecuted and the business owners were left to deal with these issues through their insurance companies.
The Bunkerville Standoff is noteworthy in that there was no violence on the part of the protesters. There were no shots fired though there were many firearms visible. There was no rioting, brawling or other altercation. The only “beef” you would see was Cliven Bundy’s cattle.
The government would have you believe, as per the testimony given in this trial, that the protesters came with violence in mind. The law enforcement officers were caught unawares and by surprised, therefore, they were in fear for their life. This is completely not true.
The officers knew that the protesters were coming. They had already begun negotiations to release the cattle. There were hundreds of law enforcement, from multiple agencies, on scene. They were not dressed in “riot gear” but in full battle gear and fully armed. There were snipers on the high mesa aiming their weapon at the men, women, and children in the wash and on the bridge.
Law enforcement showed aggression on April 12, 2014 in Bunkerville, Nevada. They sent a message to the world that right-wing, Constitution-citing, dissidents will not be tolerated.

The Bundy family put a lot of faith in some members of the Sheriff's department for the respect and decency a few of them showed at the end of the protest. I, however, did not have faith in them.
Here we are over three years later, with family men locked in prison without trial over a year and a half. Where are these helpful Deputies now? Out of 5,000 LE in this county, where are the ones with the guts to stand up to their masters and say "These are decent people, they never wanted any kind of violence and they never assaulted any officers." Their corrupt leaders have already taken the stand for the prosecution to lie, slant and bury the truth. Where are the "Good Officers" we keep hearing about?

On April 12 Nevadans and Americans got a taste of what the future of America looks like if drastic change doesn't come soon.
Cliven Bundy is one of a long line of Ranchers and Americans who have been forced out of business by endless regulations and a concerted criminal effort by left-wing fringe groups who use the complexity of the law to break the backs of hard working Americans.
The Gestapo Federal Agents, heavily armed came to steal his cattle, making the claim that he owes "grazing fees" to them.
The BLM, the Media and other local know it all pundits who chose to remain ignorant of facts, and surprisingly, even Fox News, never bothered to mention the fact that the United States government gave up the rights to charge grazing fees on that land in 1998 when they permanently sold the rights for the sum of $375,000 to Clark County, Nevada, the very entity that Bundy has been trying to pay.
I don't know about you, but I have sold rights to businesses before. Once the rights are sold, I have no more claim on future revenue, or past due accounts.
This "he owes a million in grazing fees" is the result of slick federal lawyers, working against a Rancher representing himself in court. These lawyers, who you pay for through your taxes, were able to use complex legal tactics to find a sympathetic judge to rule in their favor.
They have a lot of practice in this after their resounding defeat regarding another Rancher, Mr. Wayne Hage, who took on their abuse and with legal wrangling of his own, found a judge that understands the law and awarded him a 4.4 million dollar judgement in 2008, of which not one dime has ever been paid to he family. (BLM fails to pay it's own "fees"?)
To make matters even worse, the Federal Government Judge shopped and tried numerous legal tactics, many contradicting, till they got the ruling overturned. (Surprised?)
Which brings me to the Title - Wrong side of the Fence.
Mr. Bundy had only one place to turn. The courts failed Cliven Bundy. The courts failed Wayne Hage and years of turmoil took his life. His only help could come from the local Sheriff of Clark County, Doug Gillespie.
Many Sheriffs throughout the west have come to the aid of their citizens through similar situations.
But not Sheriff Gillespie. Nor the two clones running for his seat in the next election. Joe Lombardo and Larry Burns.
They literally chose to pull their command post and bus sized paddy wagons up to the negotiation fence on the side of the BLM FACING towards the American people who were there in protest. Lombardo even had the nerve to use this situation as a photo op by interviewing on TV and getting close enough to get a picture with Dave Bundy.
A Mr. Love, the negotiator for the BLM, who eventually ended up AT the fence negotiating with Bundy son's and the American people, was secretly audiotaped two days prior and recorded saying that they had the ability to arrest ALL the protesters and that we better come with "10,000" because he has seen our numbers and we don't have enough.
Being that the BLM didn't have any paddy wagons, how did Mr. Love know that the Sheriff would ride in licking BLM boots with more firepower and buses two days before the confrontation happened?
He knew beforehand that no matter what, Las Vegas Metro Police would be on the WRONG SIDE OF THE FENCE.
This confrontation isn't just about the federal government. It is about every law enforcement agency in the country that has turned against it's citizens and now stand on the wrong side of the fence
We have seen that together we can really make a difference.
While that ATV in the garage and a big mortgage may make a law enforcement officer point guns at innocent Americans, 2000 Americans lawfully armed and in control, will quickly turn the tables.
We, in Nevada have no law enforcement. We have paid assassins. What do you have in your city? Are there any constitutional Sheriffs or Law enforcement who are men enough to stand on your side of the fence?
If not, you need to step out and do everything you can to use the ballot box and the soap box to eliminate those who would stand on the wrong side of the fence.

Re: Armed Feds Prepare For Showdown With Nevada Cattle Rancher
And this jewel from the kikes over at SPLC
A Rally for America on the U.S. Capitol Grounds Becomes A Rally for the Bundy Family
In recent weeks, the murmur of anger and frustration over the federal government’s treatment of the Bundy family has grown into a loud chorus — from GOP political operative Roger Stone, a self-professed agent provocateur, to Larry Klayman, an attorney for the antigovernment movement — calling on President Trump to pardon those charged in the 2014 standoff.
That much was clear last weekend on the lawn of the U.S. Captiol, where about 100 people gathered Saturday for the Rally for America. While the event served to showcase complaints the radical right has fostered for decades, the rally seemed to have one focus. There were angry diatribes about the power of federal agencies from the Department of Education to the Federal Reserve, and a few speakers lauding President Trump for tamping down the forces of political correctness. But the event was dominated by the saga of the Bundy family and the federal government.

“The persecutions and prosecutions that are going on right now in Nevada in the Bundy trial, or the continuations of [charges related to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge] have to stop,” Stewart Rhodes, president of the Oath Keepers, one of the rally’s sponsors, said while calling on the White House to intervene. “It’s as though Hillary Clinton had won the election.”
As Bundy, his two sons Ammon and Ryan, and a host of supporters prepare to go to trial in Nevada on charges stemming from the April 12, 2014, standoff, Rhodes is not alone in expecting the president to intervene and help the Bundy family. Klayman, in fact, has argued that prosecuting the Bundy family shows the hand of the "deep state" at work in seeking retribution for racist commentsmade by the Bundy family patriarch.
While many Americans view the Bundys' standoff in Nevada as radical right extremism or domestic terrorism, an angry cohort that argues the Bundy family did nothing wrong has intensified efforts to put the Bunkerville standoff and the Oregon occupation in a narrative alongside Randy Weaver’s 1992 confrontation with federal agents in Ruby Ridge and the siege of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas a year later. These events inspired Timothy McVeigh’s bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995 and continue to motivate the antigovernment movement today.
“All of us were worried,” Rhodes said of the events surrounding the standoff and later efforts to protect the Bundy family from the federal government, which abandoned its efforts to confiscate the Bundys' cattle as payment for more than $1 million in grazing fees and fines. “We had seen Waco. We had seen Ruby Ridge. We had seen the abuse of power, and we had seen federal law enforcement murder people. And we were not going to let that happen again. That’s why we were there.”
Putting the Bunkerville standoff and the Malheur occupation in that critical context is an effort that has been building on the radical right since January 2016, when FBI sharp shooters killed Malheur occupier Robert LaVoy Finicumafter he charged a police roadblock, careened off the road into a snowbank and, while stumbling in the knee-deep drifts, appeared to reach for a pocket that contained a handgun.
Finicum’s wife, Jeanette, also spoke at the rally.

Jeanette Finicum, the wife of LaVoy Finicum, speaks at the Rally for America on July 29, 2017. (Hatewatch/Ryan Lenz)
Flanked by signs that read, “We are LaVoy,” flags with her husband’s cattle brand and the Gadsden “Don’t Tread on Me” flag, and choking back tears, Finicum said her husband was “murdered by our government during an illegal roadblock known as a kill stop with no warrant.”
“He was standing for property rights. He was standing for our disappearing liberties," Finicum told the audience. "He was standing for you,” Finicum said.
As much as the rally was evidence that the antigovernment movement has not gone away in the era of Trump, it also served as a stark reminder of a movement that remains dangerous despite a public appearance of being assuaged by the adminstration’s attention to the radical right. As Rhodes, with the Capitol steps rising behind him to congressional offices where he once worked for Rand Paul, quickly reminded those at the rally, it doesn’t matter who holds the levers of power. What matters, Rhodes said, is that they understand the power of the people.
“If we had wanted to kill all those federal agents that day,” in Bunkerville, Rhodes said, “They’d be dead. The same goes for Malheur.”

Ronald Perry McKinley
There are three fundamental issues at stake in the Bundy and Hammond cases:
#1) Whether of not the people have the rights to own private property;
#2) Whether of not the people have the right to stand up in self defence against a tyrannical government whether it be a State or Federal government.
#3) Last but not least and perhaps the most important issue is whether our Constitution remains relevant, Is the Constitution still the fundamental primary laws of these United States of America? IS the federal Government still bound to the basic principals and fundamental premises of that Constitution?
Without that Constitution there can no longer be such a thing as The United States of America.

IF A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS; The Las Vegas Metro Officer standing with his back to Eric Parker testified he was so afraid for his life that he cried --
He along with other Metro Police testified that the "ANGRY MILITANT MOB" were throwing things at them and calling them names --
Officer Jenkin's, who can also be spotted in this photo, testified all he saw "was a bunch of angry white guys pointing weapons at him all day" when he arrived on the scene.
Was Eric Parker trying to point out to Metro Police that snipers were positioned on the Mesa? --
Take a good look at this photo and see if you see the same thing the BLM, Metro Police, and Nevada State Highway Patrol testified to under oath --

Judge Gloria Navarro is afraid of Harry Reid's wrath if she allows the truth
Is Judge Navarro Afraid of the Defendants?
THE DEFENDANTS ARE KEPT SHACKLED IN THE COURTROOM.

Is Judge Navarro Afraid of the Defendants?
By Shari Dovale
Judge Gloria Navarro is presiding over the Bunkerville retrial in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has continued to show her bias against the defense in her rulings and her reactions in the courtroom.
She has insisted that they not look around, at all, while in the courtroom, even during breaks and sidebars. Navarro was so concerned, one day this week, that she had Eric Parker removed from the courtroom for an entire segment of the trial because he turned to look at the overheard viewscreen.
He did not talk to anyone. He did not look at another person, though Scott Drexlar was seated behind him. All he did was look at the overhead viewscreen that hangs behind the defense tables.
Navarro was so anxious that, though this time was not serious, it could become a serious issue if she did not react to this immediately. She now has someone watch Mr. Parker, and the other defendants, during sidebars to see if they violate her rules.
Additionally, she has insisted that the defendants be kept shackled in the courtroom. Yes, they are restrained while sitting in their chairs, in front of the jury.
Let’s not forget her clearly prejudicial rulings. She allows the prosecution to paint these men as terrorists, yet does not allow the documented bad behavior of the BLM to be presented to the jury. She almost encourages the FBI agents to cry on the witness stand, but refuses to let the defense talk about the assault on Margaret Houston, or the tazing of Ammon Bundy, or to use it as a reason for the defendants to travel to Nevada.
She denies the defendants their right to choose their defense, in essence, she is forcing them to testify, though it should be their right not to do so. Their attorney’s should be allowed to present the evidence of their innocence, yet Judge Navarro is too afraid of the truth.
And, she forbids the US Constitution from being used in this trial.
This behavior could show one of two things, in my opinion.
First, it could show a paranoid personality, to the point of a disorder. She seems, personally, very afraid of these men, though they are surrounded by US Marshals and other law enforcement. There are multiple security protocols in place, which are designed for minimal security breeches.
The second, more likely, reasoning is that she is going out of her way to portray these men as dangerous to the jury. This goes beyond bias. This actually elevates her reactions to being invested to a higher degree than that of the judiciary.
All persons accused of a crime are entitled to a fair and impartial trial. This is a basic premise of our judicial system. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has ruled that defendants have a right to be free of shackles and handcuffs in the presence of jurors, in part to maintain the presumption of innocence and prevent bias.
Judge Gloria Navarro does not believe this should be applied to these defendants. She believes they are far too dangerous to be allowed even a small amount of movement in a room where they are surrounded by multiple law enforcement.
What is she reacting to? Why is she so invested in the verdicts of this particular case? It is not a respect for the law, as is evidenced by her disregard for the higher courts rulings. Fear of acquittal consumes her.
More truth being revealed is inevitable. Gloria Navarro will be held accountable. The only question will be “when?”

EVERYTHING TODAY ADDS UP TO A MISTRIAL, BUT DON'T COUNT ON IT BEING GRANTED.

Prosecution Links Bunkerville Defendants to Timothy McVeigh
By Shari Dovale
The Bunkerville Retrial in Las Vegas continued today with Judge Navarro’s bias being highlighted for the world to see.
The day was filled mostly with time outside of the jury presence, going over Facebook posts that were offered for evidence. Both sides had their say on why they did/did not want the evidence admitted.
Facebook evidence is highly controversial. There are too many variables within Facebook to guarantee that a post was made by a particular person. The prosecution wants to show that this attitude of “conspiracy’ continued long after the Standoff was over. They want the jury to believe that the dissidents were recruiting based on their belief that they had won against the government.
The prosecution, and Judge Navarro have taken it too far. Not only are the admitting posts made during the Standoff, but they are gathering posts made up to 2 years after. They are including information on protests in Oregon and Montana that took place months and years after the Bunkerville Standoff. These are unrelated to this case and should not have been allowed.
The defense presented very good reasoning, but the judge overruled the defense and the memes, posts and pictures were allowed. This included multiple repeated pictures, most notably of Eric Parker lying prone on the Northbound bridge on April 12, 2014.
Not only was every angle shown, but the same photos were allowed if they came from different sources. The photographer, someone’s Facebook page, someone else’s Facebook page, a news media outlet, etc. If they were able to download the same picture from a half-dozen sites, they wanted to show it a half-dozen times. This was allowed over the “cumulative” objections by the defense.
The prosecution also attempted to include all of the defendants booking photos. Each defendant had multiple photos, to include each tattoo, if any, and of course in their orange jail scrubs. The defense was successful in arguing these photos down to two photos. Eric Parker and Scott Drexlar each have tattoos depicting the Idaho III% group. The photos were cropped to show just these tattoos.
FBI Special Agent Sarah Draper was on the stand to authenticate and admit the evidence. A particular post from Eric Parker’s Facebook page was to be read by Draper. This was a fairly long post in which the prosecution redacted a couple of words. There had been a reference to the “Miller’s”, in which Parker praised the vetting process at the Sugar Pine Mine for not allowing anyone into the scene that were like the Miller’s. This was redacted.
https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...gh-221x300.jpg
What was not redacted was a reference to “McVeigh”. The defense team made every attempt to get that post from being admitted but Judge Gloria Navarro wanted it to be read to the jury.
However, when it came time for Draper to read the post, the prosecution did not stop there. Draper was asked to stop after reading the word ‘McVeigh’. She was asked who that was, and then asked to clarify who it was. It was done over more objections by the defense. Draper told the jury that Parker was referencing ‘Timothy McVeigh’ and that he was the ‘Oklahoma City Bomber’ and he blew up an office building inn Oklahoma City.
This was enough to connect the four defendants to McVeigh, when there was no mention of these details in the post. It was all conjecture on the part of the FBI agent and the prosecution.
After the jury was allowed to leave for the day, Todd Leventhal, attorney for Scott Drexlar, stood up to argue how prejudicial this testimony was. It was thought that Draper was to read the post, but not elaborate on it, nor put her own inference on it. Leventhal asked for a mistrial, or, if that was denied, a limiting instruction pertaining to the post.
Navarro denied the motions but said the defense could make them again after their cross examination of the witness tomorrow.
Navarro was forced to admit that the testimony was overly prejudicial, but she is allowing everyone the evening to get their arguments together for another look at it.
It almost sounds like she has been forced into a corner and is hoping the prosecution can provide her with a good enough legal argument that will keep her from having to react further to the defense’s motions.
https://redoubtnews.com/wp-content/u...mp-150x150.jpg
Navarro will have even more misconduct to deal with in the morning. The FBI agents that have been watching the trial got out of hand during a sidebar this afternoon. They were so pleased with the prosecution that two of them did “fist pumps” towards each other in front of the jury.
This is wrong on so many levels. it will be interesting to see how small of a slap on the wrist Judge Navarro will give them.
Everything today adds up to a mistrial, but we are talking about Judge Gloria Navarro. Don’t plan for it.
