The only thing I would recommend would be to keep a supply of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine on hand with zinc and vit d3. Other than that I believe they are fucked, at least until their body can heal (if it can) and eliminate the effects of the toxic gene alteration. Their bodies are now spike protein factories.
