Judicial Watch: New Documents Reveal COVID-19 Vaccine Studies Used by HHS were Conducted in China

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it received 115 pages of records from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing previously redacted locations of COVID-19 vaccine testing facilities in Shanghai, China. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had claimed the name and location of the testing facilities were protected by the confidential commercial information exemption of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

The records were obtained through a September 2021 FOIA lawsuit filed after the FDA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease failed to respond to a June 7, 2021, FOIA request for all biodistribution studies and data for the COVID-19 vaccines (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 1:21-cv-02418)).

The newly unredacted documents reveal the following Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine studies’ locations:

A document with the filename, “ s_r_IND 19736 0 105 2.6.5 pharmkintabulated-summary” identifies all in vitro metabolic stability studies of ALC-0315 and ALC-0159 (synthetic lipids in the vaccines) were conducted at Medicilon Preclinical Research LLC, a testing facility located in Shanghai, China. Studies within this record indicate work was done in August 2020.
A document with the filename, “s_r_IND 19736-0-253 Section 2.6.5 pharmkintabulated-summary” identifies that all in vitro metabolic stability studies of ALC-0315 and ALC-0159 were conducted at Medicilon Preclinical Research LLC, a testing facility located in Shanghai, China. Studies within this record indicate work was done in August 2020.

Additionally, Study 18350 was conducted at a Charles River testing facility in Tranent, UK

A document with the filename, “s_pharmkin-tabulated-summary.pdf” notes that all in vitro metabolic stability studies of ALC-0315 and ALC-0159 were conducted at Medicilon Preclinical Research LLC, a testing facility located in “Shanghai, China.” Studies within this record indicate work was done in August 2020.

The document adds that Study 18350 was conducted at a Charles River testing facility in Tranent, UK.

A document titled “FINAL REPORT” with the filename, “s_r_185350.pdf” and the logo, “Charles River” lists the TESTING FACILITY as “Charles River Laboratories Edinburgh Ltd. Elphinstone Research Centre Tranent, East Lothian EH33 2NE, UK” Studies within this record indicate the work was conducted in July 2020.

“The Biden administration’s stonewalling and shell games about the COVID vaccines further undermine public confidence in these controversial drugs,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Americans are now going to want to know why did the Biden operation try to hide COVID vaccine ties to China!”

This is part of Judicial Watch’s ongoing investigation into the US Government’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In July 2022, National Institutes of Health (NIH) records revealed an FBI “inquiry” into the NIH’s controversial bat coronavirus grant tied to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The records also show National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) officials were concerned about “gain-of-function” research in China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2016. The Fauci agency was also concerned about EcoHealth Alliance’s lack of compliance with reporting rules and use of gain-of-function research in the NIH-funded research involving bat coronaviruses in Wuhan, China.

Previous disclosures from this lawsuit include:

HHS records revealed that from 2014 to 2019, $826,277 was given to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for bat coronavirus research by the NIAID.
NIAID records showed that it gave nine China-related grants to EcoHealth Alliance to research coronavirus emergence in bats and was the NIH’s top issuer of grants to the Wuhan lab itself. The records also included an email from the vice director of the Wuhan Lab asking an NIH official for help finding disinfectants for decontamination of airtight suits and indoor surfaces.
HHS records included an “urgent for Dr. Fauci ” email chain, citing ties between the Wuhan lab and the taxpayer-funded EcoHealth Alliance. The government emails also reported that the foundation of U.S. billionaire Bill Gates worked closely with the Chinese government to pave the way for Chinese-produced medications to be sold outside China and help “raise China’s voice of governance by placing representatives from China on important international counsels as high level commitment from China.”
HHS records included a grant application for research involving the coronavirus that appears to describe “gain-of-function” research involving RNA extractions from bats, experiments on viruses, attempts to develop a chimeric virus and efforts to genetically manipulate the full-length bat SARSr-CoV WIV1 strain molecular clone.
HHS records showed the State Department and NIAID knew immediately in January 2020 that China was withholding COVID data, which was hindering risk assessment and response by public health officials.

Through FOIA, Judicial Watch has uncovered a substantial amount of information about other important COVID-19 issues:

May 2022: University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) records show the former director of the Galveston National Laboratory at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Dr. James W. Le Duc warned Chinese researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology of potential investigations into the COVID issue by Congress.
May 2022: HHS records regarding biodistribution studies and related data for the COVID-19 vaccines show a key component of the vaccines developed by Pfizer/BioNTech, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), were found outside the injection site, mainly the liver, adrenal glands, spleen and ovaries of test animals, eight to 48 hours after injection.
April 2022: Records from the Federal Select Agent Program (FSAP) reveal safety lapses and violations at U.S. biosafety laboratories that conduct research on dangerous agents and toxins.
March 2022: HHS records include emails between National Institutes of Health (NIH) then-Director Francis Collins and Anthony Fauci, the director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), about hydroxychloroquine and COVID-19.
March 2021: HHS records show that NIH officials tailored confidentiality forms to China’s terms and that the World Health Organization (WHO) conducted an unreleased, “strictly confidential” COVID-19 epidemiological analysis in January 2020.
October 2020: Fauci emails include his approval of a press release supportive of China’s response to the 2019 novel coronavirus.
An October 2021 lawsuit uncovered that over a 10-year period, Fauci and others at NIH received more link to than $350 million in secretive “royalty” payments from drug companies and other third parties.

American Red Cross Under Scrutiny After Confessing It Does Not Separate Vaccinated from Unvaccinated Blood

The American Red Cross has been at the frontlines of the Covid-19 pandemic for nearly three years. Currently, it is performing a critical role in the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona, which ravaged the island of Puerto Rico.

But a recent exchange on social media has many unvaccinated people wondering if the American Red Cross is able to assist with a blood transfusion in the event of a personal emergency, while still respecting their wishes not to be exposed to the mRNA vaccines. In a word, that answer appears to be ‘no.’

“We don’t label blood products as containing vaccinated or unvaccinated blood as the Covid-10 vaccine does not enter the bloodstream and poses no safety risks to the recipient,” the Red Cross claimed. “If you have safety concerns about potential blood transfusions, please speak with your medical care team.”

The social media response appears to dismiss legitimate concerns about the Covid vaccines, while slightly overstating the claim that the vaccine “does not enter into the bloodstream.”

A landmark peer-reviewed study published in September provides hard data on the serious adverse events of special interest [AESIs] of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna mRNA vaccines as determined in an independent “randomized clinical trial.”

“In the Moderna trial, the excess risk of serious AESIs (15.1 per 10,000 participants) was higher than the risk reduction for COVID-19 hospitalization relative to the placebo group (6.4 per 10,000 participants),” the study found.

“In the Pfizer trial, the excess risk of serious AESIs (10.1 per 10,000) was higher than the risk reduction for COVID-19 hospitalization relative to the placebo group (2.3 per 10,000 participants),” the study added.

The AESIs with Risk Ratios higher than one [elevated risk] include coagulation disorder, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and myocarditis/pericarditis.

In a May 2021 “Science” article, a medical researcher explained how the Covid vaccine ultimately does wind up in the bloodstream.

“The Spike protein is not released to wander freely through the bloodstream by itself, because it has a transmembrane anchor region that (as the name implies) leaves it stuck. That’s how it sits in the virus itself, and it does the same in human cells,” Derek Lowe points out.

“The Spike protein produced by vaccination is not released in a way that it gets to encounter the ACE2 proteins on the surface of other human cells at all: it’s sitting on the surface of muscle and lymphatic cells up in your shoulder, not wandering through your lungs causing trouble,” Lowe added. “Some of the vaccine dose is going to make it into the bloodstream, of course. But keep in mind, when the mRNA or adenovirus particles do hit cells outside of the liver or the site of injection, they’re still causing them to express Spike protein anchored on their surfaces, not dumping it into the circulation.”

Thus, it appears that the Red Cross’s social media response is a bit of an overstatement on the vaccine not entering the bloodstream. It does not exactly engender trust to dismiss the public’s concerns and to post information that appears to be misleading.

There are millions of people who might need to receive a blood transfusion and have documented grounds not to fully trust the mRNA vaccines. It might behoove the American Red Cross to show that they care about those people, too.

Tucker also reported on Presbyterian Hospital’s goofy new advertisement for pediatric myocarditis — a condition that used to be so rare nobody’d ever heard of it before last year. People are upset at Presbyterian, not because it ran the ad — treating these vaccine injuries is important, as is awareness — but they are understandably upset because the ad ignores what CAUSED the kids’ heart damage.

True, so far it’s only Tucker. But Tucker’s audience exceeds the combined totals of the other networks. And there are signs the signal is getting through the noise: booster uptake is pitiful. NBC ran a story yesterday headlined, “Less Than 2% of Eligible People Have Gotten Updated Covid Booster Shots, 3 Weeks Into the Rollout.”

Oh no. (Sad emoji.)

NBC reported Dr. Scott Roberts, a Yale Medicine infectious disease expert, called the relatively low booster uptake “demoralizing.” He’s demoralized! He explained glumly, “I would expect a much higher proportion of Americans to have gotten the booster by this point.”

Dash it! Disappointed expectations!

Dr. Eeyore, I mean Dr. Roberts, blamed Joe Biden for the new jab’s pitiful performance, and he isn’t too optimistic about its future prospects either. “The fact that this booster came out days before Biden said the pandemic is over is a huge mixed message,” he sighed. “Now it’s going to be that much harder to convince those at risk who are on the fence to get a booster.”

Poor, poor experts. ��

Still, nearly 5 million Americans have taken the new shot, even though, as NBC admitted in its article, the jabs “were distributed without results from human trials.” There are a lot of customers who want even MORE spike protein out there, they can’t get enough of the stuff, and as long as that holds, and as long as the rivers of cash keep flowing, they’ll keep making them.

As for me, nope. No thanks. I’m doing fine!

But still what stands out to me are the underlying assumptions regarding "official establishment story" about "COVID" and "vaccines" and "vaccines for children.", assumptions on the part of Tucker Carlson and Fox News and on the part of Dr. Makary of Johns Hopkins university.

To me we are long past the point of accepting any part of the official establishment story on any of this most horrific crime against humanity - lie, kill, steal, murder, destroy.

This doctor says that it depends on the situation whether the public offcial is justified in using the emergency authority of the office to make emergency public health decision. Congress has the authority to check and balance these kind of decisions but there are limits to both the authorities' authority. We do not know what those limits are and we only get the answer "That's a good question."

The doctor gave example of a very serious emergency situation like very contagious disease like small pox.

In my opinion that was the big hook that allowed this PLANdemic hoax.
What factual evidence do we have that "a very contagious disease" ever existed in the matter of the "pandemic."

I have never seen any.

Guess it depends on the definition du jour of "disease."

Some thing that is created in a laboratory is not a naturally occurring disease. I guess I am arguing that the distinction MUST BE MADE between a naturally occurring disease and a laboratory created entity.
Of course, we also need a good definition of "contagious" and "infectious" and other terms.

I appreciate this congressional hearing of this doctor but untill and unless we get foundational definitions in place, it is all political theater.

P.S. Jim Jordan gave the example of the patients in New York being commanded by the ex-governor Andrew Coumo sending "back to nursing homes" based on their having "tested positive". That decision resulted in the death of six thousand or more people.

Individuals who have undergone kidney transplants have been identified as high-risk populations and prioritised for vaccination, but have been excluded from major severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccine clinical trials.

There has been a rapid vaccine development in response to the pandemic, in particular with the mRNA vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna) and viral vector-based vaccines (Sputnik V, AstraZeneca/Oxford, Janssen/Ad26.COV.2). Despite the theoretical concerns with replication-deficient viral vector-based vaccines, immunosuppression is not considered as a contraindication to their use.

1. The location where vaccine research studies were performed for the "COVID vaccines" was Shanghai, China. The release of this bit of information was concealed and its release was vigorously delayed and fought against.

2. Judicial Watch also worked to obtain and again were successful in obtained information regarding "bio distribution studies." This irelates to where the vaccine goes in the body after it is injected. Those records, on animal studies only, show that the vaccine goes to the heart and liver of the animals. The official speech of FDA and CDC and NIAID was that the vaccine only stays in the immediate area of the injection site on a human's arm. Not so.

she interviews another nurse who I believe is choosing to remain anonymous. Jody O'Malley came out officially as a whistleblower and has not worked as a nurse in the last year.

It is easy to see that in the phrase "reported COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infections" "COVID-19 is considered to mean the same thing as "infections or infected." The distinction of the "virus" causing the "COVID-19 disease" is deliberately miscommunicated or is there a term "dis-communicated" to the public.

Infection is a symptom and implies the patient is symptomatic of the disease of COVID-19.

But "an infected person (laboratory-confirmed or a clinical diagnosis)" can be a label applied on a person solely from a laboratory positive test result. Administrators of all kinds of state licensed health related entities can take actions against employees and "clients" and "patients" based solely on a lab test result. (It appears also that a doctor can make a clinical statement of "infected" from examining the patient, with or without the patient having taken a laboratory test.)

This has caused untold injustices against owners and employees of these many state licensed "health-related" entities, as well on the populations served by these state licensed entities, injustices mainly related to having a job or losing a job or losing income , either temporarily or permanently.

This is where the state health departments and the state health agency leaders including the governor and elected leaders have grievously failed the citizens of the respective states.

When is enough, enough? You took the first two injections, and now your job requires you to take a booster shot. For what? We knew early on in the injection campaign that vaccines do not prevent you from COVID-19 disease. The CDC states: “Beginning May 1, 2021, CDC transitioned from monitoring all reported COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infections to investigating only those among patients who are hospitalized or die, thereby focusing on the cases of highest clinical and public health significance.”

Public significance?! Interesting, they would choose those words. Did the public not deserve to know that their novel technology and biological agent rolled out to millions of people was failing?

Then why were thousands of places set up across the country, and people were encouraged or required to test asymptomatic people and tell them to isolate for 10-14 days because of a positive result if they had no symptoms? People were also encouraged to tell all of their “close contacts” (Someone who was less than 6 feet away from an infected person (laboratory-confirmed or a clinical diagnosis) for a total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period (for example, three separate 5-minute exposures for a total of 15 minutes), they were positive.

In the history of medicine, we have NEVER encouraged people to test for a disease they had no symptoms for. How was THIS significant to the public, and WHY NOW? It wasn’t. It only produced more fear and isolated and divided people, who increased the stress response to a population already restricting their breathing by wearing useless pieces of cloth over their airways.

Did you know that the injection didn’t stop transmission in the clinical trials before they mass-injected and mass-mandated Americans to take an experimental drug? No! They wouldn’t and couldn’t have known that. Why? Because they rushed the vaccine to market and slapped a EUA on it with only a couple of months of research and data! The short duration of the clinical trials was enough for many people to refuse the injection altogether. Still, the majority trusted their medical professionals to follow the science, which, by and large, never bothered actually to read it.

A total of 10,262 SARS-CoV-2 vaccine breakthrough infections had been reported from 46 U.S. states and territories as of April 30, 2021. Among these cases, 6,446 (63%) occurred in females, and the median patient age was 58 years (interquartile range = 40–74 years). Based on preliminary data, 2,725 (27%) vaccine breakthrough infections were asymptomatic, 995 (10%) patients were known to be hospitalized, and 160 (2%) patients died. Among the 995 hospitalized patients, 289 (29%) were asymptomatic or hospitalized for a reason unrelated to COVID-19. The median age of patients who died was 82 years (interquartile range = 71–89 years); 28 (18%) decedents were asymptomatic or died from a cause unrelated to COVID-19.

Let’s break this down. Within four months of the mass injection campaign, approximately 10% of people hospitalized with a positive covid test result were fully vaccinated. Out of those, 29% had no symptoms or were in the hospital unrelated to covid but nonetheless were reported to the state as a covid admission which completely skewed the numbers and raised fear in the community that covid was causing people to be hospitalized.

As a hospital supervisor, we reported at the end of every shift how many positive covid patients we had to the EMResource database, which gives comprehensive views of local, state, and regional resources. I can assure you there were no designations to input how many patients were covid positive but asymptomatic or for reasons other than covid. Instead, these positive people were put on covid precautions, isolated and the world had no idea.

Furthermore, the ones who died asymptomatic or unrelated to covid are still, to this day, lumped in with the million or so people that have died of covid in the United States. If we were to extrapolate this data, that would mean we should subtract 18% of deaths in America from that number. That should get your wheels spinning on how inaccurate covid deaths accounting is. Not to mention that the average age of people dying in the hospital was 71-89 years old and the average age of people going to the hospital was 40-74. Aren’t those the average ages of people dying or in the hospital normally? Why the push to inject our children and young adults, then?

We can’t seem to find the page you were looking for. Please try our search or A-Z index.” So, good luck finding it. Guess when they said they would stop tracking breakthrough infections, a.k.a how the vaccine failed, they meant it.

That study was completed nearly 18 months ago. Since then, the data and evidence point to the deleterious effects of the so-called vaccine and public health issues created by our government, with its one size fits all approach to this “pandemic.”
