What’s going on here? After all, Alex Jones runs a company called “Free Speech Systems.” He reaches several millions listeners weekly with an ostensible message of “defeating the New World Order.” The “globalist NWO” must first eviscerate the Second Amendment to enact its agenda, and Nobody Died at Sandy Hook provides solid and conclusive evidence that the entire event “wasn’t a school massacre. It was a FEMA drill.”
We must point out that Infowars approached the Sandy Hook massacre with no small degree of trepidation. Much like its treatment of the phony Boston Marathon bombing just a few months thereafter, the multi-million dollar news outlet could have sent a pack of reporters to further investigate the still-extremely controversial event. It never did. It still hasn’t. As far as investigative journalism goes this is low-lying fruit, fish in a barrel, etc.
Jones is an immensely talented radio personality, and Infowars frequently produces very worthwhile content, yet on key events like Sandy Hook, indisputably within the terrain of its police state/gun control/false flag “news pegs,” the outlet is uncomfortably quiescent. Why? Maybe it’s because Jones still sees himself as a competitor for Glenn Beck’s dunderhead audience. Maybe it’s something more.

+ahimsa matters The use of the Ct procedure on pronouncement of death. The uploader only shows a portion of what is there regarding this information. If he had shown all it would show, and there are other sources, that show an EMT can make a declaration of death. Ct law does have provisions where an emt can make that determination.

Matthew Cassavechia, EMT-P, who is the Director of EMS for Danbury Hospital.
Also do you know the difference between the legal presumption or declaration of death, and someone just saying someone is dead.
Now the police had several memebers that responded to the sandy hook shooting that were trained EMT so they were also able to determine who was dead and who needed more assistance. But the final word and legal pronouncement came from Cassavechia and his team.

The 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, in which a mentally troubled young man killed 26 children and educators, served as a rallying cry for gun-control advocates across the nation.
But in the three years since, many states have moved in the opposite direction, embracing the National Rifle Association's axiom that more "good guys with guns" are needed to deter mass shootings.

The debate over gun rights moved to states after Congress rejected a bill in 2013 that would have expanded background checks to all gun sales, including those at gun shows and over the Internet. The arguments are expected to intensify next year as legislatures convene in the wake of the mass shooting of county government employees in San Bernardino, California, which is being investigated as an act of terrorism.

Sandy Hook Massacre: Three Years of Subterfuge and Fraud 10

Three years ago the public learned of the most significant mass shooting in recent US history involving the deaths of 20 young school children and seven adults. As a father of three I immediately empathized with the parents, reminding myself there was no real way to fathom the sense of loss such an experience must involve.

After several days of reflection, however, my instincts as a media analyst took charge. In reviewing news coverage of the Sandy Hook School massacre I began to recognize very unusual features in the alleged forensics, the emergency response and the overall way the event was being reported.
Commonplace emergency protocols were abandoned. There was no surge of EMTs into the building, no proper triage protocol employed or Med-Evac helicopters called. Parents were not even allowed to view and hold the bodies of their deceased children, and law enforcement oddly admonished those who questioned the official narrative online were subject to criminal prosecution.
The following day Connecticut’s state coroner amazingly bumbled and guffawed through a fifteen minute press conference where it was anticipated he would provide an expert overview of the postmortem. His responses to reporters’ questions were so bizarre and incompetent I was awaiting an avalanche of lawsuits from victims families to be brought against the school district and State of Connecticut. On December 28 one was filed, then quickly withdrawn. The following October the Sandy Hook School—among the greatest crime scenes in US history—was demolished.
When I chose to publicly share my analyses and suggest that the event was being inaccurately reported and seized upon by politicians to implement long-sought agendas I was attacked and labelled a “conspiracy theorist.”
This media frenzy (here and here) developed into a campaign to embarrass my university employer into firing me. My continued research on this topic has developed into a scholarly project that the institution of tenure was intended to protect. But how could one ever dare propose such subject matter?
Beginning in the 1960s women and racial minorities who secured a toehold in the academy used their tenure to address controversial topics that drew fire from conservative administrators and trustees. Unfortunately this tradition of radical inquiry has evolved into a stultifying, almost Victorian ethos of political correctness that often precludes honest exchange, sees oppression where none exists, and makes tenure a charade. It also renders profane the idea of questioning the motives of America’s first black president and attorney general.
In the December 10, 2015 online edition of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel Leonid “Lenny” and Veronique Pozner mounted a vicious attack that sought to intimidate my employer into removing my tenure and depriving me of my livelihood because of the questions I’ve raised concerning the Sandy Hook event and confirmation of Mr. Pozner’s unusually tenacious and profuse copyright claims.
Normally an endeavor targeting an individual’s primary asset would take shape as a lawsuit where proper discovery and judicial procedures might be adhered to. The recent 377-page volume of research on the Sandy Hook event compiled by six professors (including myself) would constitute for the Pozners a tremendous burden of going forward. They have thus once again chosen the low road of playing upon the prejudices of decent, good-hearted yet often poorly-informed Americans.
Along these lines, in June 2014 I sent CNN’s Anderson Cooper, who similarly attacked me on national television for questioning the state-sanctioned Sandy Hook narrative, an open letter to join me in a trip to Newtown so that we could together reexamine the facts underlying the horrific tragedy he played a major part in covering. I emphasized that such a scoop could be tantamount to the next Watergate, and if he could satisfactorily put to rest my skepticism I would seriously consider resigning my academic post.
To this day my request has gone unanswered. Perhaps like me, Mr. Cooper knows that Newtown and Connecticut officials have failed to fulfill a multitude of public records requests which would readily confirm the nightmare Cooper and his media colleagues related as fact three years ago.
In a geographically vast country where imagery and emotion reign supreme, where fact is often replaced by unsubstantiated claims and hearsay, the eventual result will likely involve mass fraud leading to a severe loss of our freedoms, perhaps eventual tyranny, as de Tocqueville suggested following his tour of America almost two centuries ago.
Today more than ever citizens would be well served to recognize that much of what they are left to witness via mass media requires serious interrogation, possible only through a consistent regimen of intellectual self defense. This makes good reporters and worthwhile journalism. If that is an outmoded ideal and a skill that can no longer be practiced or taught to young adults I stand guilty as charged

A Florida professor was fired this week after initiating a years-long campaign claiming the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax and harassing the family of a victim he believes never existed.
James Tracy, who teaches Culture of Conspiracy at Florida Atlantic University, launched his own conspiracy theory in the aftermath of Sandy Hook three years ago, based on conflicting media reports from the day of shooting that lead him to question whether it happened at all.
As part of the bizarre theory, Tracy allegedly began harassing the parents of six-year-old Noah Ponzer - one of 20 children in the attack by shooter Adam Lanza - demanding proof that the child ever existed.
Tracy was finally sent a termination letter from the university this week, which he has 10 days to respond to, according to The New York Daily News.

The False Flag Formula – 15 Ways to Detect a False Flag Operation
A false flag formula is becoming readily apparent
in the face of so many mass shootings and bombings in the US. The phenomenon has become so commonplace in the last 3 years that it’s becoming more American than apple pie. According to ShootingTracker.com, there have been 353 mass shootings in the USA for 2015 so far. However, as scary as that number is, the good news is that you don’t have to be afraid of them like you may think. A very large number of them – and all of them with any mass media significance and attention – are false flag staged terror events.
Some have real victims, some do not, but either way, the most criminal of all institutions – the Government – is the orchestrating force behind them. They are scripted, pre-planned operations which are definitely not the result of random gun violence. Just as Obama stated (by hiding the truth in plain sight), there is a pattern behind these mass shootings. The Controllers are following a definite false flag formula. Below is a list of the top 15 elements of this formula, which you can now use to detect a false flag operation as it occurs:

False Flag Formula #1: Drill at the Same or Nearby Time and Place
The exercise or drill – at the same time, at the same place – has became the sine non qua or indispensable element of the recent false flag operation. Sometimes there are slight variations on this when the Government plans a drill nearby (a few miles away) rather than at the exact place, or plans a drill earlier on in the day, so it can just coincidentally “go live”. There was a twist in the case of the recent San Bernardino shooting: the Government planned regular drills in the building where the shooting took place every month! (Think about it – what are the chances of a real mass shooting occurring in a building used for mass shooting drills?)
As Captain Eric H. May, a former US Army military intelligence officer, stated:
“The easiest way to carry out a false flag attack is by setting up a military exercise that simulates the very attack you want to carry out.”In the case of 9/11, there were no less than 46 drills occurring simultaneously during the event, according to Webster Tarpley, author of Synthetic Terror: Made in USA. In the case of the London 7/7 bombings, Peter Power admitted on radio that he was leading a team who were training for that exact scenario when it unfolded! There were active shooter drills in all of the false flag attacks of Sandy Hook, Boston Marathon, Charleston, San Bernardino, the Norway attack, the 2nd Paris attack of 2015 and many many more.
What’s the point of having a drill at the same time and place? Here are a few of its purposes:
- Distract and remove key personnel who would otherwise be at the scene to contain and investigate it;
- Confuse other personnel who will treat the whole event in a different way if they think it is a drill rather than a real event;
- Slow down, reduce or eliminate an effective response, especially of police and other law enforcement, given the removal and confusion of personnel;
- Distract and confuse witnesses, the media and the public in general;
- Provide a great cover and period of lower defenses and security to carry out an attack, which would otherwise be difficult or impossible if defenses were at their usual or optimal operating level.
False Flag Formula #2: Foreknowledge
Another way you can tell that a mass shooting is a false flag op is if you find proof of foreknowledge of the event. As it so happens, all of the notorious and publicized mass attacks of late have had evidence of foreknowledge. Going way back in time, there was foreknowledge of the Pearl Harbor attack of 1941 that got the US into World War 2. There were many aspects of foreknowledge on 9/11, including the BBC reporting WTC7 falling before it actually did, and mysterious calls to people like author Salman Rushdie and San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown advising them not to fly to NYC on Sept. 11th. Sandy Hook had blatant foreknowledge (with various webpages put up days before the event), as did the Boston Marathon.

False Flag Formula #3: Eyewitnesses Have Conflicting Accounts
You can also spot a likely false flag operation when you see or hear of multiple conflicting witness accounts. In the case of the Aurora Colorado “Batman” mass shooting, eyewitnesses claimed they saw an entire team of shooters, rather than the single shooter James Holmes of the official narrative. With Sandy Hook, we saw multiple scenes of law enforcement chasing men into the surrounding forest, yet the official narrative declares the only shooter was Adam Lanza. In San Bernardino too, witnesses stated they saw 3 white athletic men, not the 2 brown husband-and-wife team we were told did the shooting.
Conflicting eyewitness accounts can destroy the official narrative no matter what the detail is. On 9/11, various fireman told us there were bombs in the building, contradicting the official story that planes alone took down the Twin Towers. With Sandy Hook, Gene Rosen’s testimony itself was full of holes and was contradicted by that of the school bus driver and the official report.
False Flag Formula #4: MSM Quickly Name and Demonize the Patsy
Have you ever wondered how quickly the MSM (Mainstream Media) discovers the name of the patsy? They had somehow deduced that Osama bin Laden was responsible for 9/11 just hours after the attacks. Have you ever wondered why the Government is so good at telling us who supposedly executed these attacks right after they happen, with almost no time to investigate, yet can’t seem to manage to actually stop these alleged terror attacks? Without any evidence, the MSM endlessly repeated “bin Laden” like a crazy mantra after 9/11, despite the fact bin Laden himself denied involvement in the attacks and that in the end he was never formally charged by the FBI. Have you ever wondered why many of the patsies, or sorry, deranged mass shooters, are Muslim? That wouldn’t have anything to do with the fact that the Zionist Government and MSM are trying to paint all Muslims as crazy and scary, would it? In the predictable false flag formula, the patsy is always somehow highly skilled with weapons.
False Flag Formula #5: Patsy Has No Military Training, Yet Shoots Extremely Fast and Accurately
Another element of the false flag formula is the skilled and lethal patsy. According to the official narrative of false flag ops like Sandy Hook and Aurora, we are supposed to believe that skinny and non-muscular youths, without any discernible military training, were able to acquire expensive military gear (including armor, guns, ammunition and more), wear that gear without getting bogged down in speed, and shoot incredibly fast and accurately. In San Bernardino, we are supposed to believe that a young mother was strong and skilled enough to participate in killing 14 and injuring 17 people while she was strapped up with body armor and holding heavy weaponry! In these cases and more, the official story would have you believe that it’s no big deal or just a coincidence that the patsy can acquire all this high-end gear and use it so well.

False Flag Formula #6: Patsy Gets Killed, Drugged or “Suicided”
It is also part of the false flag formula to ensure that the patsy, who is earmarked before the event to take the fall, cannot speak out to rationally defend themselves. This is achieved in a number of ways. The simplest is to have the patsy kill himself or herself by committing “suicide”. Another favorite way is to take the patsy out in a thrilling high speed chase, which has the added benefit of drawing clueless people in through the MSM and gushingly promoting the police state. Sometimes a patsy is killed in plain sight, just because it’s so important to suppress his testimony (e.g. Lee Oswald in the JFK assassination). A third way is to mind control and drug the patsy to such an extent that they become a zombie vegetable unable to articulate anything, as was the case with James Holmes.
False Flag Formula #7: Shooter Leaves Manifesto
In this day and age, writing a manifesto is a strange and anachronistic thing to do. Yet, for some strange reason, shooter’s manifestos seem to crop up an awful lot after mass shootings. Conveniently for the Controllers, these manifestos provide a perfect explanation for the official narrative, and help fill in the missing (non-existent) motive for the attack – which probably pushes those on the fence over into believing the Government’s version of the event. While the manifesto is not an element in every false flag operation, it is present in enough of them to be regarded as part of the false flag formula.

Have you ever wondered why there is no obvious motive in any of these mass shootings? Crimes are supposed to be solved on the merit of motive and opportunity, yet to hide the reality of a false flag op, the MSM just lies about the motive part, and chalks it up to a deranged shooter. False Flag Formula #10: Immediate Calls for Gun Control
Gun control is obviously one of the key agendas behind all of these false flag mass shootings, since a disarmed population is far easier to exploit and manipulate than an armed one. It is an obvious aspect of the false flag formula. Sometimes gun control is even pushed in the immediate aftermath of the event when people are still in a highly emotional and suggestible state. Take a look at the behavior of Andy Parker, who we were told was the father of a victim killed in the Virginia mass shooting of 2015. Within hours of hearing the news of the death of his child, Parker had already contacted and talked with the Governor of Virginia, and then appeared on TV saying he would be devoting his entire life to gun control. In a similar fashion, Richard Martinez, the alleged father of a Santa Barbara mass hooting victim, appeared on TV right after the death angrily pleading for more gun control. In both cases, the political agenda of gun control angrily dominated their reactions, rather than grief or other emotions.

False Flag Formula #11: Fake “Victims” = Crisis Actors
The above 10 points are a useful outline of the false flag formula as it pertains to mass shootings with real victims, i.e. where real people die. However, ever since the surreal Sandy Hook event, which still contains many unanswered questions, we have entered the twilight zone of the false flag hoax. This is a term used to describe the false flag mass attacks where no one dies – where fake bodies, fake blood and fake victims are used instead. In this way, the entire operation is more tightly controlled and less messy. A hallmark of the false flag hoax is that the authorities never produce a credible piece of evidence showing an actual dead body of a victim.

The surreal quality of the false flag hoax reached point of absurdity when it was discovered that one of the “victims” was reportedly killed twice! We were told that Noah Pozner was one of the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting, yet his picture was also among those killed in a Pakistan Taliban attack. Apparently the recycling of fake victims is another part of the false flag formula.
False Flag Formula #13: Families of “Victims” Have Elite or Acting Backgrounds
Is it just a coincidence that the families of mass shooting “victims” have either elite or acting backgrounds? At the Sandy Hook event, local CEO of the Newtown bank John Trentacosta (whose house was next to the Lanzas and had a lot of unusual activity occurring there the day of Sandy Hook) was connected to the New York Federal Reserve (and thus the international banking elite). Francine Wheeler was formerly the personal assistant of former chief Democratic National Committee fundraiser Maureen White whose husband Steven Rattner is a Wall Street investment banker and member of the Rockefeller CFR (Council on Foreign Relations)!
It was also noteworthy at Sandy Hook how acting showed up in the resumes of so many of the key players there. Gene Rosen, David and Francine Wheeler (both professional actors) and others all had a background in acting. Father of Virginia mass shooting “victim” Andy Parker is an actor (and a politician too). This fact supports the idea that another element of the false flag formula is to watch for people with elite connections and acting backgrounds.

False Flag Formula #14: Families of “Victims” Show Little to No Emotion, and Even Snigger and Laugh
Luckily for truth seekers, the majority of crisis actors used in these false flag events are poor actors who are utterly unconvincing in the roles they play. The majority display little or no emotion after an alleged tragedy like losing a family member child to a random and violent mass shooting. It is true that humans do vary widely with emotional response and expression. However, with many of the crisis actors, judging by their reactions, it simply strains credibility too much to believe that they have just have been through a harrowing and traumatic ordeal. Given the range of possible reaction to a tragedy like losing a loved one in a mass shooting, what are the chances that many of the “victims'” family members are so non-emotional, or so understanding, or so quick to forgive?
It’s shameful enough that the crisis actors playing these roles are perpetrating a monumental deception on the public, tugging at the average person’s heartstrings solely to trick them. However, on top of that, these actors have the gall to actually laugh – to smile, snigger and giggle – while pulling off their atrocious stunts. The only conclusion to draw from this is that it must be pretty funny to get a paid gig like this fooling millions of people …

In the US, the land of the lawsuit, people are generally pretty fast to initiate a lawsuit if they feel they have been wronged. It is highly strange, therefore, that none of the alleged parents of the Sandy Hook event decided to sue the Government for negligence or to demand redress for any other grievance. Additionally, many of the alleged parents received a total of millions in unsolicited federal payouts (check out the free houses they magically got on Christmas day 2009) – that’s right, unsolicited. The Federal Government just gave it over to them without asking! Ask yourself: is is more likely the Government would just do this out of the goodness of its heart, or that the money was more like a bribe/blackmail/payout all rolled into one, awarded to actors playing a part in a role and being sworn to silence?
Conclusion: Use the 15 Elements of the False Flag Formula to Be More Aware
These are 15 elements I noticed forming the false flag formula. There may well be more. Please let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Does no one at the Sun Sentinel care about truth? Faculty never speak for their institutions; that is the role of the administration. Since Tracy is faculty, not administration, he cannot possibly be speaking for FAU. They know that.
Noah Pozner is an unusual young man, who reportedly has died twice: once at Sandy Hook (on 14 December 2012) and again in Pakistan (on 16 December 2014). You might want to ask Lenny Pozner how that could have happened.
We have no good reason to believe that Noah even died once. Lenny has circulated a falsified death certificate of his son. I included it in NOBODY DIED AT SANDY HOOK (2015), which is my 31st book.
Like the other families of Sandy Hook, the Pozners have pocketed over $1,000,000 due to donations from the public which has been taken in by the official account. If the hoax were to become public, they might have to give it back
The book has 13 contributors, including 6 Ph.D. (current or retired) college professors and other experts on the case. I am copying some of them here. It has been released to the public for free after having been banned by amazon.com.
We have a mountain of proof that the school was closed by 2008, which means there were no students there and thus none for Adam Lanza (who appears to be a creature of fiction) to have shot and none to evacuate.
It was a two-day drill, with the rehearsal on the 13th, going LIVE on the 14th. Some participants did not understand and put up donation sites on the 13th. Even Adam Lanza was originally reported to have died the day before.
We even have the FEMA manual, which I included in the book as Appendix A. We have presented the thorough and detailed results of our investigation, which anyone can now download from rense.com, for example, and read for free.
We have 50 photos of furnishing the Lanza home to serve as a prop and 50 more of them refurbishing the school to serve as the stage. One shows the SWAT team in place. The windows to Classroom 10 (seen over the vehicle) are undamaged.

That means this photo was taken before the shooting. Crime scene tape is up for a crime that has yet to be committed. And Wayne Carver, Medical Examiner, is awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary tent. It was an elaborately staged event.

I am a former Marine Corps officer who spent 35 years offering course in logic critical thinking and scientific reasoning. Tracy is the only one on the FAU campus who has taken the time to study the case. No one else has done it.
He may be the most outstanding member of the faculty but is being railroaded by those who believe everything they hear from the mass media. I would like to think that you might be an exception. This is a gross miscarriage of justice.

We are told that on the morning of December 14, 2012, a single gunman, 20-year-old Adam Lanza, for no discernible reason, barged into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
There, despite his “very poor muscle tone” and “very very poor motor skills” which typify those afflicted with Asperger syndrome, Lanza managed to shoot to death 20 first-graders and 6 adults in less than 5 minutes.
That’s just one of the reasons why many now believe the Sandy Hook shootings to be what former state trooper Wolfgang Halbig calls “a contrived event.”
In addition to the parents’ absence of signs of grief, the resemblances of Sandy Hook people to crisis actors, the RIP and donation sites that were created days before the massacre, the strange Social Security Death Index for Lanza that said he had died a day before the massacre, and the continuing lack of transparency from state officials, here’s another oddity: 6-year-old child victim Noah Pozner‘s parents.
Put simply, Noah’s mom Veronique may not be who she says she is. And Noah’s dad, Lenny, is dissembling about his son’s photos, allegedly taken a month apart.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) — The families of more than a dozen victims of the 2012 school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, will split $1.5 million under recently finalized settlements of lawsuits against the gunman’s mother’s estate.
A lawyer for several victims’ families says the settlements were finalized Dec. 17. Details of the agreements were first announced in August.
The lawsuits said Nancy Lanza failed to properly secure her legally owned Bushmaster AR-15 rifle. Her son, Adam Lanza, used the rifle to kill 20 first-graders and six educators at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14, 2012. He killed his mother before the school shooting and killed himself afterward.
The families of 16 people who were killed will split $1.5 million from Nancy Lanza’s homeowner’s insurance.
Victims’ families also are suing the maker of the Bushmaster rifle.

- Stalk and threaten Wolfgang Halbig and his family, so that the former state trooper has discontinued his investigation.
- Pressured Amazon.com to ban the book Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, despite nearly a month of brisk sales. (To download a free copy of the book, click here.)
- Effect the media’s self-censorship via a nationwide blackout about the very newsworthy book ban by Amazon.com.
- Write an op/ed for a Florida newspaper attacking Florida Atlantic University (FAU) professor James Tracy, who has a wife and four small children, with the objective of getting him fired from his tenured professorship.
- Succeed in Goal #4, resulting in Tracy being served “a letter of dismissal” from his university. So much for tenure and academic freedom.

NIMH conducts and supports research on the brain and disorders of mental health.

The media, led by New York Daily News, Daily Mail, and Sun-Sentinel are reporting that Florida Atlantic University (FAU) either has fired (sent “a termination notice”) or is moving to fire a tenured professor because of his research into the alleged Sandy Hook massacre, which led him to question the official narrative on Sandy Hook.

In writing their op/ed, the Pozners evidently wanted to get Tracy fired. They wrote:
Although FAU issued a “reprimand” to Tracy for the irresponsible and insensitive comments he made in late 2012, he has shown no remorse and continues to conceive conspiracy theories out of each new mass shooting . . . . It is time FAU reassess if their priorities properly reflect the best interests of their staff, donors and — most importantly — their students.Yesterday, the New York Daily News (NYDN) published an article by Denis Slattery claiming that Tracy had been fired by FAU for “harassing” Lenny and Veronique Pozner.
Note: Denis Slattery has an investment in the official Sandy Hook narrative. NYDN describes him as “Perhaps the biggest story he has covered for the News was the Newtown school shooting. He was one of the first members of the press to arrive in the small town after the horrific incident.”
Soon after the article was published, NYDN retitled the article to “Crazed Florida professor could be fired for harassing parents of Sandy Hook victim for 3 years while claiming school massacre was a hoax”.
The article is a vicious hit-piece that makes no effort at objective journalism, but instead is slanted completely in favor of the Pozners, and demonizes Tracy by calling him “crazed” and “twisted”. (Read it here.)
Slattery writes:

Florida Atlantic University announced Wednesday it was taking steps to remove controversial communications Prof. James Tracy after his repeated claims that the shooting that left 26 people dead in Newtown, Conn., was a hoax.
Tracy reportedly was harassing Lenny and Veronique Pozner, claiming their slain son, Noah, never existed, according to the couple.
Citing NYDN, the UK’s Daily Mail also claims Tracy has been fired:
A Florida professor was fired this week after initiating a years-long campaign claiming the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax and harassing the family of a victim he believes never existed.Other news outlets are reporting the same, including TPN, CBS News, and Sun-Sentinel.
James Tracy, who teaches Culture of Conspiracy at Florida Atlantic University, launched his own conspiracy theory in the aftermath of Sandy Hook three years ago, based on conflicting media reports from the day of shooting that lead him to question whether it happened at all.
As part of the bizarre theory, Tracy allegedly began harassing the parents of six-year-old Noah Pozner – one of 20 children in the attack by shooter Adam Lanza – demanding proof that the child ever existed.
Tracy was finally sent a termination letter from the university this week, which he has 10 days to respond to, according to The New York Daily News.

IMS Presents The Life of Adam 1

This past Monday the 28th our group, IMS released our second documentary production, “The Life of Adam.” You can watch the full 2-hour video on the IMS website. Watching it stream through our site allows us to switch sources if any are taken offline because of a copyright claim or other reason.
As I sat down to post this I discovered some as yet unseen script material written by my co-producer, MrStosh for our latest project. This is the kind of clarity and articulation I can rarely produce, especially after the past few, frantic days…That breaks it down beautifully. It may not appear so to some readers who may have been swallowed up by one of the two warring factions in conflict over Adam Lanza’s existence. I admit that, I too was fairly firm in my stance that Adam was largely a composite or only existed on paper. Months ago, when we began work on “The Life of Adam” I slowly shifted to center in my theories about Adam.
“There are essentially four main aspects surrounding the life of Adam that have been manipulated in such a way to create a mythological portrait. They are:
- His Education
- His Medical Condition
- His Family
- His Involvement at the Primary Crime Scene”
Surprisingly, getting an advanced and comprehensive lesson on Adam Lanza doesn’t snap things into clearer view or even narrow the possibilities very much. In my view both extremes, including Adam being a real person and child of the Lanza family who did commit a mass slaughter and Adam being a complete fiction who had nothing to do with what happened are still possibilities. Both are extremely unlikely though. The truth is likely somewhere in between. This is where things get very murky.
Ultimately, the most reasonable and rational way to approach the issue of the character the media tends to refer to as “the shooter” is to ignore the critics and the lure of motivated conspiracy-promoters. The facts that can be ascertained and other details that can be accepted as valid seem to draw a somewhat discernible picture. Adam may have existed as the child of the Newtown Lanzas, or he may have otherwise been a part of the landscape. But in no way do I think his possible existence helps to support the official story-line in the slightest. We still have the unresolved problem of Adam’s near invisibility both in the community and online in the period leading up to the Sandy Hook event.

There’s still the mystery of how one person can hold such diverse characteristics. Early in my research I referred to him as being like Gumby. If that reference is before your time then maybe Stretch-Armstrong will work just as well. My point is that Adam has served to enforce the diverse views of many people in various sectors, but especially in the media. When it seemed opportune that Adam was a typical kid, it was noted that he played the saxophone and was taking lessons in Mandarin Chinese. When it better fit the narrative that Adam was severely psychologically impaired, it was revealed that he holed up in his sunlight-free, darkened room and would only communicate with his mother through impersonal emails.
I’m far from through researching this topic. Although I suspect, as it was in my case our new documentary on the topic of Adam will go a long way to bridge the divide between researchers who largely share the same goals. We may not have “solved” the puzzle. But a thorough compilation and analysis of the details of the Sandy Hook shooting’s central pillar was needed. I think we’ve done a very good job of that, and hope we’ve contributed something that will eventually lead to what we all seem to want; full disclosure.
I wish to express a sincere apology for the delayed release of this documentary, despite having clearly announced a firm release date. Regardless of what caused the delay, it was unprofessional and unfortunate all around. When some people described spending Christmas at their PC and bouncing between our channels, looking forward and expecting to watch our new video, I believe them! IMS knows that many people support and appreciate our efforts and value that a great deal. Hopefully the delay didn’t inconvenience you, but if so, once again we apologize and will work to avoid making such a mistake in the future.

On December 11, 2015, 3 days before the third anniversary of the Sandy Hook school shooting the (Florida) Sun-Sentinel published an op/ed by Lenny and Veronique Pozner, titled “Sandy Hook Massacre 3rd Anniversary: Two parents target FAU conspiracy theorist”.
In their op/ed, the Pozners specifically targeted James Tracy, a tenured professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), as “chief among the conspiracy theorists” who have raised many troubling — but unanswered — questions about the massacre.

The Pozners are the parents of Noah, a boy who has the distinction of being killed twice — first at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on December 14, 2012; then thousands of miles across the world at the Peshawar Army School shooting in Pakistan 2 years later on December 16, 2014.
Instead of investigating why his son’s visage was included among images of those who were killed at Peshawar, Lenny Pozner aggressively has gone after YouTubers and bloggers in the United States for using images of Noah, over which Lenny claims copyright, although those images are published on a Noah Pozner memorial page on Facebook,some of which were submitted to the media by the Pozners, which rendered those images ‘public domain’ and no longer subject to copyright infringement claims.
Lenny’s mere assertion of copy right was enough to convince YouTube to take down those videos, and this blog’s server, WordPress, to unilaterally delete those images, in spite of Fellowship of the Minds‘ ‘fair use’ clause governing distribution of otherwise copyrighted materials. WordPress also threatened to shut down this blog if we ever again post an image of Noah.
Lenny did the same to James Tracy, since WordPress is also the server of his Memory Hole Blog. (For Lenny’s complaint to WordPress, see “DMCA_Complaint_Pozner“.) So Tracy asked WordPress and Lenny for proof that he holds copyright over those images since the copyright infringement complaint was submitted by HONR Network, an ‘agent’ purporting to speak on behalf of the supposed owner of the copyright. To that end, Tracy sent a registered letter to Lenny, asking about his claim of copyright over Noah’s photos, and clarification of his relationship with Noah. Contrary to what’s been repeatedly asserted in the media, Tracy’s letter said nothing about whether Noah is dead or alive, or whether Noah had ever lived as some Sandy Hook skeptics doubt.
For sending that registered letter, Tracy is accused by the Pozners of “harassment” — an accusation that the readers of their op/ed swallowed, while displaying no interest in Tracy’s side of the story. (See “Parents of alleged Sandy Hook victim want Professor James Tracy to lose his job”)
In writing their op/ed, the Pozners evidently wanted to get Tracy fired. They wrote:

FAU’s statement was picked up and published by many media outlets — state, national, and international. (For some examples, see here.) The publicity resulted in Tracy’s university email account being hacked, as well as an obscene post card sent to his home address, with his wife’s name and their home phone number scribbled on the card. Tracy also received an avalanche of hate emails that are nothing less than stunning and sickening in their venom and viciousness. Tracy is called “insane”, “mentally ill”, “a moron”, “a shit”, “an asshole”, “liar”, “despicable” and “evil”. He is told to “fuck” himself, to “go to hell”, and that he richly deserves to lose his tenured professorship and never again to find employment. His life and the lives of his children are threatened. One email said his mother should have aborted him.
Since Florida Atlantic University is a public university, part of the 12-campus State University System of Florida, any communication received by an employee of FAU is considered public record by Florida law.
So that a full record is available to those who wish to critically review the entire case, this blog, Fellowship of the Minds, is publishing the emails as a public service.
The following emails were sent to Tracy’s university email address and, as such, are public records under Florida State Statute Chapter 119, specifically:
119.01 (1): “It is the policy of this state that all state, county, and municipal records are open for personal inspection and copying by any person. Providing access to public records is a duty of each agency.”Below are the hate emails, in chronological order. Note that the emails began soon after the Sun-Sentinel‘s publication of the Pozners’ op/ed.
119.011 (2): “‘Agency’ means any state, county, district, authority, or municipal officer, department, division, board, bureau, commission, or other separate unit of government created or established by law including, for the purposes of this chapter, the Commission on Ethics, the Public Service Commission, and the Office of Public Counsel, and any other public or private agency, person, partnership, corporation, or business entity acting on behalf of any public agency.”
119.011 (12): “‘Public records’ means all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, tapes, photographs, films, sound recordings, data processing software, or other material, regardless of the physical form, characteristics, or means of transmission, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance or in connection with the transaction of official business by any agency.”

When I was in high school I saw Loose Change for the first time — for a few weeks I did not know how to feel. The fact someone would dedicate that much time out of their lives to create such a compelling story had to have some truth to it. That movie taught me an important lesson. There are human beings out there who only feel alive when they are telling people they are wrong. Repercussions and consequences mean nothing to them. They are smarter than every other person in the world and it is their job to let everyone know. Right and wrong mean nothing to them. You are not one of those people, you are worse. Every person you have ever considered yourself close to is terrified to be in public today. Thankfully, I am not one of those people. Since so many people are showing up on my Facebook page for the first time, not knowing the persecution that we’ve endured, I think it appropriate that I introduce you to the HONR Network.
The HONR Network was founded by Lenny Pozner to seek out, identify, stalk and harass anyone who investigates the suspicious and confusing facts surrounding the Sandy Hook incident. It took two weeks for the Sun-Sentinel newspaper to announce that James Tracy had stirred up a controversy. In the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary mass shooting incident, the academic had published a series of articles describing the neglect of major media to address discrepancies in their own reporting, as well as the appearance of their collusion with law enforcement and federal agencies in carefully managing a narrative that focused away from journalistic investigation. Tracy’s writings gathered attention from independent researchers, but were little noticed elsewhere until, singularly, the Sun-Sentinel newspaper was roused to mount an exception to the Professor’s critique.
The problem for the Broward/Palm Beach counties publication was that Tracy, a PhD whose areas of expertise include media and communication studies, was the kind of authority the newspaper was accustomed to running to when it wanted to shore up its own credibility. What to do? Deciding to ignore Tracy’s observations helped the newspaper slip past the need to justify its own position, and move on to the only option left to it: discredit the man himself.
