This might be a bit simplistic, but this is what I think.... I think it's Nature [IQ, ability to develop] that drives the Nurture [Life expectations, maintaining what's been built and progressing it] of societies.

Blacks on the whole only know how to destroy and cannot develop. There's a reason why Haiti looks like Haiti even though t's been built up three times. There's a reason why Haiti looks like Africa, There's a reason why Detroit and Baltimore look like Haiti/Africa. Let me think.... there's one common denominator.
