On a side note, a relative of mine works as a leader of a group home, which houses developmentally disabled adults, and some of them are on heavy psychotropic medication. I agree with you about MKULTRA and think that these people are drugged heavily over a long period of time thus resulting in sanpaku.

There's an assumption that it was the shooters(Holmes??) blood, but in the courtroom, Holmes looked doped up, not shot up.

Charles Manson is quite a bit different now than he once was... although he is as much a victim as those his "Family" killed.

Sanpaku is not limited to esoterica per se but could indicate drugging among other medical condition and even dietery conditions. In this instance it indicates drugging ie mind control drugs..
By the by Kennedy had sanpaku and he had adrenal disease(Addison's disease). Adrenal conditions and even diabetes can cause sanpaku..
