In late 2015, for example, Kelly attempted to end tenure at the university. Hostility toward free speech has been further demonstrated not only in Tracy’s firing, but in a 2015 effort to end tenure, in addition to numerous threats Kelly has made to professors who’ve made public remarks he doesn’t favor.

Some guy sends in a Noticed request for information re: Sandy Hook. Talks about stolen images of kids being used to get donations ofr victims.
He gets a misdemeanor warrent with a $100,000 bond despite legal representation being present. Not sure what the offence was. Class C misdemeanor. Not currently arrested. Lives outside of Conneticut.

I just learned of this "Sandy Hook Justice Report", apparently a periodic podcast with 7 episodes so far. Most are 50-some mins; but I see the James Hastings' show is nearly 2 hours. He's a financial whistleblower; see the show desc at the YT page. That one might be interesting; as Halbig's shows I've heard in the past tend to be ~90% rehash of the same old, with maybe a little mention of any new developments, such as this at MHB:

Police Lack Documentation of Lenny and Veronique Pozners’ Charges Against James Tracy
On December 10, 2015 “Lenny and Veronique Pozner,” parents of Noah Pozner who allegedly perished in the December 14, 2012 Sandy Hook School massacre event, penned an incendiary article published by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. The article was subsequently posted by the Forward, the foremost organ of the American Jewish community, after which a steady media drumbeat ensued for Tracy’s termination from his tenured position.

In what amounts to a roadmap for FAU administrators on why and how Tracy should be fired (questioning the official narrative of the Sandy Hook, causing the Pozners “pain and anguish”) the Pozners claimed Tracy sent a “certified letter demanding proof that Noah once lived.” This affront supposedly prompted the outraged couple to file a police report.

In fact, Tracy is among those who have personally sought to cause our family pain and anguish by publicly demonizing our attempts to keep cherished photos of our slain son from falling into the hands of conspiracy theorists.
Tracy even sent us a certified letter demanding proof that Noah once lived, that we were his parents, and that we were the rightful owner of his photographic image. We found this so outrageous and unsettling that we filed a police report for harassment.

Yet there is no record of such a filing–not with the Newtown Connecticut police department, nor with police in Boca Raton, where Lenny Pozner resides part-time in Boca’s upscale Mizner Park area.
Of course, the “outrageous” certified letter was never even addressed to Lenny and Veronique Pozner, but rather to Lenny Pozner and his “HONR Network,” which has a mailing address at a Newtown area pack-and-post. Further, as Memory Hole Blog readers are well aware, the letter was in response to Pozner’s copyright infringement claim against MHB for using “Noah Pozner’s” image in a January 2015 post.
While Newtown police have no record of the Pozners having filed a police report on the incident, Lenny Pozner alone filed a report with Boca Raton Police on March 11, 2015 (download PDF)–months after he and his band of internet stalkers had filed a string of similarly fraudulent and unconstitutional copyright infringement claims against an array of bloggers and YouTube researchers. Note that in Pozner’s March 22 copyright infringement claim he uses the “HONR Network’s” address of a pack-and-post service in Newtown complete with a Connecticut phone number. However, in the report below filed by Boca Raton police Pozner uses a residential address (deleted here for Pozner’s privacy) and a phone number with a Manhattan-based area code.

The initial March 11 case was amended with supplemental reports on April 2, 2015 and May 4, 2015. In Pozner’s second consultation with law enforcement he references Sandy Hook researchers James Tracy and Wolfgang Halbig as the parties causing him “emotional distress.” Veronique’s name remains absent, and there is no mention of Tracy’s certified letter, which would have almost certainly brought Pozner’s illegitimate copyright infringement claim to the responding officer’s attention.

The potency of the Pozners’ December 2015 harassment claim revolved around the criminal-like allegation of Tracy’s “harassment” that was so severe it prompted the couple to consult law enforcement. Yet the record indicates that no such course of action was ever taken.

Alongside their willingness to overlook clearly falsified government documents circulated by Pozner, the editors at the Sun-Sentinel, Jewish Forward, and a wide array of other mainstream media carelessly ran with a sensationalistic story purporting unfounded and emotionally-charged accusations as fact.
Further, an entire university’s faculty and administration, whose purported mission is the responsible pursuit of “truth,” have been thoroughly taken by the ruse, with a morally and intellectually lazy default position of, “If the press reported it, it must be true.”
At the very least Pozner’s enduring fraud calls into further question the dubious features of the Sandy Hook massacre event as a whole, including the sincerity of the political leaders and “families” involved who have collectively reaped tens of millions in donations and federal taxpayer dollars (e.g. here and here) while terrorizing American citizens into parting with their precious rights and piece of mind.

Many of Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza's darkest secrets are going to stay secret.
A Connecticut judge has overturned a decision by the state's Freedom of Information Commission to release a spiral-bound notebook that the mass murderer called "The Big Book of Granny" and into which he poured his thoughts, The Hartford Courant reported Tuesday.

The judge also nixed the release of a spreadsheet of earlier mass killings that Lanza created, according to the Courant, which had requested the items.
The FOIA, Judge Carl Schuman wrote, does not apply to "documents that were private property before seizure by the police and that a court would ordinarily order returned to the rightful owner by the end of a criminal case."
Schuman agreed that if Lanza had been tried for the December 2012 massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, the items The Courant requested would likely have been made public.
But there was no trial because Lanza killed himself after gunning down 20 first graders and six staffers with a .223-caliber Bushmaster Model XM15 assault rifle at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. He also murdered his mother.
Items taken from Lanza's home through a search warrant should remain confidential, Schuman ruled.

"We are disappointed in the decision and are currently assessing our options," said Courrant editor-in-chief Andrew S. Julien.
Lanza wrote his "Granny" book at age 10 for a fifth-grade class assignment, the Connecticut State Police revealed earlier.
It included characters who killed kids, carried bags full of guns, and said they enjoyed hurting people — "especially children."
That description was part of an 11,000-plus page report on the tragedy the state police released a year after the killings. It includes investigative files, 911 call transcripts, crime scene reports and thousands of photos, including that of the mass murder weapon and the Glock 20 pistol he used to kill himself.
The report quotes an unnamed witness who says that Lanza may have targeted the nearby school because his mother Nancy had once worked there.

There is a disturbing trend taking place right now on YouTube. It involves children making videos about the Sandy Hook event. These children appear to be receiving a second dose of trauma.
We've been collecting the videos, hoping to find the thread that connects them to a deliberate campaign. It does seem to be an organized effort. With #Pizzagate bringing renewed interest in child abuse, we thought it was the right time to present this evidence.

NEWTOWN, Conn. - Newly released FBI documents are shedding more light on the investigation surrounding the 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
Adam Lanza shot his way into the school on the morning of Dec. 14, 2012, and murdered 20 first-grade students and six teachers.
He later killed himself inside a classroom.
The FBI released nearly 1,500 pages of information that detailed the investigation including witnesses and evidence collected from Lanza’s home that he shared with his mother.
She was shot and killed by Lanza while she was asleep in her bed the morning of the massacre.
Information in the report shows Lanza started plotting the shootings as early as March 2011 and hated Sandy Hook because he said his mother worked at the school and felt she loved the students more than she loved him.
Lanza’s mother was a volunteer at the school.
The report also details how Lanza researched and kept notes on other mass shootings and said he was “focused and obsessed with mass murders.”
Investigators also said Lanza may have had an interest in pedophilia, but there was no proof that he acted on any of those urges.
The report also said the FBI found a file on Lanza’s computer “advocating pedophiles” rights and liberation of children, along with a screenplay describing a relationship between a 10-year-old boy and a 30-year-old man.
The FBI documents also said Lanza was into computers and even hacked into a government computer system.
The report released by the FBI has been heavily redacted.
An unidentified woman in the report told the FBI she had an online relationship with Lanza years before the shooting.
She met him on a website devoted to the 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado. She recalled Lanza saying he may be asexual, but she also described him as depressed and cynical with a very negative view of life.
The documents showed Lanza was a recluse and just three months before the mass shooting the 20-year-old’s weight dropped to 85 pounds.
And according to the FBI’s behavioral analysis, Lanza didn’t “snap” but instead engaged in careful, methodical planning and preparation.
Nothing good and no truth comes out of CBS news. Manufacturing new evidence on Sandy Hook and other fictional events in U S recent history is the FBI's stock and trade. The MSM and any of their outlets are something that we should not even honor with commenting upon. We know their game by now.
There was no "massacre" and there was no "Sandy Hook shooter."

In the latest absurdity publish by The New York Times, which pretends to be "our nation's newspaper of record" but which has a record of publishing false accounts of every major "false flag" carried out by local, state and federal authorities--most recently, about Charlottesville, where The Times celebrated a Charolttesville Stunt Man, a Photoshopped Photo and a Crisis Actor (who made her debut in Sandy Hook), we now have the further--and to my mind, conclusive--demonstration that The Times has gone "all in" on behalf of "fake news" in its own "Post-Truth Era":

That is true. This lawsuit against Alex Jones was brought not only "without probable cause" but glaringly without probable cause. Alex Jones has a record of not being for Sandy Hook truth at all.

consists of a summary of all of the information he has amassed about the facts he and others have established about Sandy Hook.
But there is no mention of Alex Jones having been one the most wishy washy of all "Alt Right" "truth" alternative media commentators when it comes to saying outright how phony in every way the Sandy Hook incident was. Alex Jones was totally trying to "ride the fence" on this issue and deflect from facts and truth while at the same time sorta kinda saying he was on the same side of Dr. Fetzer and all the others who were plainly saying the event was a giant hoax and saying so from the very beginning. But oh no, not Alex, he was tap dancing and doing his sleight of hand shenanigans at the microphone so that everybody wonders what the heck is his position on Sandy Hook. THAT "sin of omission" by Alex Jones commentary is what makes this defamation lawsuit so very and especially odd and deceptive.
I seem to recall that this thread showed how Alex Jones took some odd actions and said some sideways things to divorce himself from "nobody died at Sandy Hook" idea which glaringly presented itself to most truth seekers from the beginning.

If Alex Jones defense lawyers would just contact him for the evidence, he would gladly give it to them and that evidence is so overwhelming that Alex Jones defense team will have no trouble at all winning the lawsuit.
This is a lawsuit that is never meant to go to trial and is never meant to be won in court. Period.
So supplying real facts in a real lawsuit is not what is on the agenda here.
What needs to be pointed out is the oddness of a lawsuit against Alex Jones for defamation against the parents of Sandy Hook because Alex Jones made no defamation kind of comments at all against Sandy Hook parents and deaths of children. Alex Jones was oddly and consistently quiet about Sandy Hook so there must be some other agenda or goal associated with this law suit. It is not a real law suit. The one they are suing, Alex Jones, is very much on the same team that perpetrated the Sandy Hook hoax and many would say Alex Jones is owned and operated by the Sandy Hook perps and the plaintiffs in this phony law suit.
Those are the facts that I see being skirted or not talked about. Instead we have to just take the lawsuit at face value and react accordingly, as though it was a genuine effort and a valid cause of a lawsuit with a genuine goal of seeking damages. That is what I mean by oddness and phonyness of this law suit.
