2. All Government employees or contract labor involved in National Defense Operations are obligated contractually to not release information potentially harmful to the Government.

Their approach was hardly scientific or conclusive. It's interesting, but there's a guy out in BC that routinely measures higher than normal levels of radiation after it rains, and found out it was due to an open pit mining operation over 50 miles away.
