The judge is just another two bit commie whore for the NWO. What she's done at the end of this trial was what she had to do to try and save her sorry ass. Go back and go through the previous posts of what went on in the previous trials and everything that led up to this one and the outcome. Listen to Andrea Parkers daily accounts of what Navarro was doing to railroad the Bundys and others in the previous trials to long or lifetime sentences in prison. Monty has posted a lot of information of investigative journalists that have been watching these trials and the Judge is just as corrupt as any of the others on the government side of this.
She was forced to do the right thing in the end because there was no other way out of it. She didn't do it because it was the right thing to do. The corruption was finally exposed that she and the prosecutors were involved in and she only did it to save her sorry ass. She's Harry Reids hand picked whore for him and the NWO. If she's not thrown out of office and punished she'll survive to railroad some other patriot in a kangaroo court that the NWO wants silenced.

madfranks here is a video for you from the last trial about the defense not giving a closing argument. The judge and prosecution team had done everything in their power to silence the defendants and not let them use evidence that would have helped them. This judge did everything she could to help the prosecution and everything she could to deny the defendants a fair trial.

January8th, 2018 is a historic day, not only for the trial of USA v Cliven Bundy et al, but for many legal proceedings to come.
There were well over 100 people that went to the federal district court in Las Vegas on January 8th. Not all made it into the courtroom. At least 8 that made it in to see the proceedings were former jurors on this trial, who were dismissed on December 20th. Many others were family and friends of the defendants and about 30 others were from the media.
Judge Gloria Navarro found that the prosecutions conduct was “grossly shocking” and “flagrant”. She based her decision to dismiss the indictment with prejudice on the need to maintain “judicial integrity” and to “deter prosecutorial misconduct” in the future. Navarro took about an hour to explain the case law that supported her decision.
A dismissal of the indictment is the best type of dismissal for the defendants and the most severe sanction for the prosecution. The prosecution team, First Assistant U.S. Attorney, Steven Myhre,and Assistant U.S. Attorneys, Daniel Schiess and Nadia Ahmed, remained silent through the entire hearing.
Dismissal of the indictment will erode the credibility of the other convictions and plea bargains stemming from the original grand jury indictment of all 19 men arrested for the Bundy Ranch protest. From that indictment, the court later organized the defendants into three tiers, each group having a separate trial for the courts convenience.

Judge Navarro also mentioned Larry Wooten, BLM’s lead investigator of the Bundy case for nearly three years, until he was dismissed on February 18th, 2017. The prosecutor, Steven Myhre, had “furiously demanded” Wooten’s removal from the Bundy investigation through Wooten’s supervisor at BLM just a day or two before Wooten’s dismissal. Navarro’s reference to Wooten was short, but the fact she put it in the court record is significant. She simply stated that there was likely to be more prosecutorial misconduct and even BLM and FBI wrongdoing associated with this case.
In an email leaked to Washington State Representative Matt Shea in December, Special Agent Larry Wooten listed issues regarding the Bundy investigation: “Bureau of Land Management Law Enforcement Supervisory Misconduct and Associated Cover-ups as well as Potential Unethical Actions, Malfeasance and Misfeasance by United States Attorney’s Office Prosecutors from the District of Nevada, (Las Vegas) in Reference to the Cliven Bundy Investigation.
Special Agent Wooten went on to explain in his email that “…former BLM Special Agent-in-Charge (SAC) Love specifically and purposely ignored U.S. Attorney’s Office and BLM civilian management direction and intent, as well as Nevada State Official recommendations, in order to command the most intrusive, oppressive, large scale, and militaristic trespass cattle Impound Possible. Additionally, this investigation also indicated excessive use of force, civil rights and policy violations.”
About half of the observers broke into tears of joy as it sunk in that the charges against these four men were dropped. After the courtroom was dismissed, Cliven Bundy hugged his wife, Carol, for the first time in 22 months. Cliven requested the media take a picture of the shackles being removed from his ankles, but because no cameras or media were allowed as he was processed to be released, no one could.
As Cliven Bundy was being interviewed on Lillie Spencer’s video before they left the courthouse, Cliven stated; “The judge Navarro, she did the government a very big favor… If we would have gone on for just a few more hours even, there would have been a lot of discovery made, there would have been entrapment brought forth, there would have been Lombardo’s lies brought forth, there were a lot of things she covered up and protected from coming out to the media and the people. If we go back to court, it will all come out.”…

”A crowd greeted Cliven, Ryan, and Ammon Bundy as they left the courthouse, Ryan Payne was told to report to the Federal Marshals Office to be instructed on how he would proceed. Although charges are dropped for this case, Ryan Payne will need to appear in Portland, Oregon, in regards to a plea agreement pertaining to his participation at the Malheur Refuge protest. All the remaining defendants that have plea agreements, convictions or are still awaiting trial for the Bundy Ranch protest, must have their attorneys file motions on their behalf to dismiss their own charges.
U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced January 3rd, 2018, that Dayle Elieson will replace Acting U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre, effective January 5th. Elieson was one of 17 interim U.S. attorneys who’s appointment was made public on January 3rd. Myhre was returned to his role as First Assistant U.S. Attorney. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has sent an evidence discovery expert to Las Vegas to review the Bundy case. Although unlikely, it is possible for Elieson to appeal the dismissal.

Defendants in the upcoming Bundy Ranch standoff trial say Nevada federal prosecutors need to be disqualified and removed from the cases they launched two years ago.
The defendants, including two of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s sons, want a judge to bar the entire Nevada U.S. Attorney’s Office from prosecuting the case.
In a motion filed late Friday, four of the five remaining defendants say Nevada prosecutors have multiple conflicts of interest and should be viewed as potential witnesses if the case goes forward.
They say the entire prosecution team needs to be replaced because they could be called to testify in court about recently revealed documents raising questions about their conduct.
“The appearance of impropriety and the conflicts of of interest have already occurred in this case,” lawyers said in a heavily redacted motion. “Justice requires that, to avoid any other appearance of unfairness, the court disqualify the USAO of Nevada.”
The motion, like hundreds of documents in the Bundy standoff case, was filed partially under seal and cannot be viewed by the public in its entirety.
It comes just four days after a judge threw out cases against Bundy, two of his other sons and a militia member accused of plotting and leading an armed standoff against federal land agents in 2014.
U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro found federal prosecutors recklessly and outrageously violated the men’s rights to a fair trial by withholding evidence that could have helped exonerate them. She dismissed the case against Bundy and others “with prejudice,” meaning they cannot be retried.
The Nevada U.S. Attorney’s Office did not respond to requests for comment Saturday.
Defendants David and Melvin Bundy, Joseph O’Shaughnessy and Jason Woods said the Nevada federal prosecutors have “demonstrated an inability or refusal to recognize” that they could be called as witnesses.
The four men, along with co-defendant Brian Cavalier, are scheduled to begin trial Feb. 26. They are the last of 17 defendants charged in the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff, in which cattle ranchers and militia members are accused of using guns to prevent federal agents from seizing Bundy’s cattle on public land.
The defendants said they are not looking for a change of venue to have the trial moved to another state, but are asking that new attorneys be brought in from other jurisdictions.
“Assistant U.S. Attorney’s Steven Myhre, Daniel Schiess, Nadia Ahmed and Erin Creegan have been prosecuting the Bundy case for years,” defendants said in their motion. “They have made themselves material witnesses and must withdraw from the conflicting role.”
The defendants are calling for a hearing to determine who is qualified to prosecute the case and said any new prosecutors should be prepared to question their colleagues on the witness stand.
“Their colleagues from another district will be expected to examine them at trial and uphold their ethical obligations to the fullest degree, including investigating the truthfulness and consistency of their colleagues; statements made under oath,” the motion states.
The defendants also want to ensure a jury is able to view live the testimony of the prosecutors in the Bundy case, as they would any other case agent or witness.
“It goes without saying that a witness to this case cannot serve as the member of the prosecution team,” the motion states.
The exact details of the alleged conflicts facing prosecutors appear to be blacked out of the 12-page motion. However, the defendants alluded to a report made public last month by a federal agent who alleged prosecutors engaged in a cover-up of information about misconduct during the standoff by members of the Bureau of Land Management.
A federal investigator alleged in a Nov. 27 memo to the assistant U.S. attorney general that prosecutors in the Bundy Ranch standoff trial covered up misconduct by law-enforcement agents who engaged in “likely policy, ethical and legal violations.”

Here’s some encouraging news. Apparently 10 out of 12 members of the National Park Advisory Council have resigned. Time to get rid of the socialist in the government anyway.
Now if we can get 90% of the career NPS, BLM, and USFS bureaucrats to retire, resign, or transfer to the Postal Service or Border Patrol things will be getting better.
Constitutionally National Parks were originally established for military and national mineral security purposes. (See US v Gratiot, 1840, and Gettysburg Elec RR Co v US, 1877).
The military was in charge of national parks prior to the National Park Service Act of 1916 and establishment of a National Park did not affect prior existing range rights (Curtin v Benson, 1911).
The original NPS Act was the first true multiple use Act as it allowed for hunting, fishing, grazing and logging in national parks. Time to get an advisory council that believes in actual management rather than letting Parks decay and deteriorate due to neglect.

Couldn’t Convict the Bundys of a Single Crime

In 2013 the federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) obtained federal court orders authorizing the agency to “seize and remove to impound” hundreds of Cliven Bundy’s cattle on the public ranges around Bunkerville, Nevada. The agency interpreted these court orders broadly, and descended on the area in April 2014 with some 200 body-armor-wearing agents, semiautomatic weapons, sniper teams, undercover informants, and surveillance cameras aimed at the Bundy residence.
The BLM brought more than corrals and horse trailers. They brought backhoes, dump trucks and earth-moving equipment to tear up water lines and other infrastructure that had been built by Bundy and his ancestors over decades. Defying county officials, the federal officers chose calving season—the very time when cows and newborn calves are most physically weak and vulnerable—to execute the court orders. They orchestrated a paramilitarized roundup operation using helicopters to terrify the cattle into stampeding to the point of exhaustion in extreme heat. At least 40 cows either died from the ordeal or were shot by BLM employees and contractors.

The Feds even used the impoundment order to establish “First Amendment Zones” limiting freedom of speech in a 600,000-acre area to two small isolated parcels in the desert. It was almost certainly the largest infringement of First Amendment rights (by area) in American history.
When Bundy’s son Dave stopped on a state highway to photograph BLM snipers on local hillsides, BLM agents threw him down, ground his face into asphalt and falsely arrested him. And when other family members stopped a BLM dump truck to inquire if the truck was carrying dead cows, BLM agents erupted in a flurry of violence.
In response, hundreds of citizens journeyed from all over the country to protest the BLM operation. A few were armed. Political officials from across the west denounced the BLM’s heavy-handedness. As a direct result of the national outcry, the BLM halted their cattle impoundment. And on April 12, 2014, the BLM agents withdrew from the area—seemingly at the direction of the U.S. Attorneys office. It was apparently the plan of the Justice Department to entrap the Bundys into a criminal case by constructing a narrative that Bundy supporters “extorted” the cattle from the BLM by threats and “assaults” on federal officers. (The corralled cattle would have died had not Bundy family members released them back onto the range.)
Federal prosecutors spent tens of millions to build an elaborate criminal case designed to imprison Bundy and his sons and supporters for life. For two years, more than a thousand FBI agents combed through Facebook comments, posed as supporters or journalists, or surfed the internet to concoct a case against the

Meanwhile Bundy’s sons Ammon and Ryan became active in protests against the government’s mistreatment of the Hammond family in eastern Oregon. In January 2016 protesters occupied Oregon’s Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in a month-long demonstration.
Again the FBI spent millions in a show of force against the “domestic terrorists.” The entire town of Burns, Oregon—30 miles from the Refuge occupation—was fortified with razor wire, chain-link fences and concrete barriers. Military hardware rolled through the streets and buzzed overhead. Undercover informants dressed as rednecks in pickups harassed the populace. At a January 26, 2016 roadblock ambush, FBI and Oregon State Police opened fire on Ryan Bundy and shot 54-year-old LaVoy Finicum in the back as he stood surrounded in a roadside snowbank.
Leftist or socialist demonstrators would likely have been charged with misdemeanors over the Refuge occupation; but government officials viewed the 2016 “armed takeover” as an affront to all that government stands for. Federal prosecutors alleged that the protesters had launched a conspiracy to impede federal officials from performing their jobs.
The Most Elaborate Prosecutions In American History
In their zeal to destroy the Bundy “movement,” teams of federal prosecutors launched the most elaborate federal criminal cases in American history. Ammon and Ryan Bundy, militia spokesman Ryan Payne, and others were flown back-and-forth between Oregon and Nevada to face hearings in two, simultaneous criminal cases. Jurors in both jurisdictions were bussed (supposedly for their safety) from secret locations every day. In Nevada, not one but two helicopters followed overhead while defendants were transported between prison and court daily. In all, the federal government has likely spent a quarter of a billion dollars reacting to, imprisoning, and prosecuting the Bundys and their fellow protesters.
In October 2016, jurors in Portland acquitted the Oregon defendants in the “trial of the century.” U.S. marshals tackled and tased Ammon Bundy’s attorney in the courtroom. Ammon and Ryan Bundy were denied release and transported to a Nevada prison to face the Nevada indictment along with Cliven, brothers Dave and Mel and a dozen others (while a half-dozen others awaited a second trial in Oregon).

The Oregon ‘not-guilty’ verdicts gave hope to two-dozen other defendants, who mostly stuck to their guns (no pun intended) and refused to plead guilty or negotiate with prosecutors. Courts were forced to split the Oregon case into 2 trial groups and the Nevada case into 3 trial groups. The first Nevada trial (of “gunmen”), commenced in February 2017 with Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, Greg Burleson, Steve Stewart, Todd Engel and Rick Lovelien facing multiple serious charges. Jurors couldn’t agree on most counts but convicted Engel and Burleson (mostly based on Facebook comments) of some accusations. Burleson was sentenced to 68 years in prison.
Then came one of the most disgraceful “trials” in U.S. history. Parker, Drexler, Stewart and Lovelien were retried in Las Vegas in August 2017. The prosecution exploited every possible advantage, winning rulings from the judge which barred the defendants from even mentioning most of their possible defenses. (They couldn’t even say that the BLM was overbearing or heavily armed, or even that there were government snipers above them.) Jurors were treated to a one-sided display of 2014 photos showing the men with guns while overlooking BLM officers from a bridge on Interstate 15. BLM witnesses—either exaggerating or lying—cried in the courtroom while claiming they saw the defendants pointing rifles at them. (Not a single photo or video corroborates this—and there were hundreds of cameras recording almost everything at the time; there were even Nevada trooper dashcams capturing 80 percent of the movements of the defendants during the period.)

The judge even ordered Eric Parker off the witness stand for saying he looked “up and to the right” during the 2014 “standoff.” Prosecutors strenuously objected (in a sidebar hearing) that such a statement might tell jurors that there were BLM snipers on a mesa above; and thus Parker was unable to rebut the government’s claim that he aimed his rifle down-and-to-the-left at a crying BLM agent (who was photographed very-much-not-crying at the time).
Defense lawyers were so stifled by the judge’s orders that they opted not to even make closing arguments—a gutsy move almost without precedent. It was a cry for help to the jury. And the jury heard it loud and clear. On August 22, 2017, the jury fully acquitted Stewart and Lovelien, and acquitted Parker and Drexler of most counts. (They hung on a small number of charges for the two men.)
The not-guilty verdicts sent shockwaves throughout the Judiciary and the Justice Department. Here, in the biggest case in the country, with the prosecution spending untold millions of dollars and the judge imposing rules of evidence which almost choked the defense from speaking, the Justice Department was unable to get convictions.
When the “big trial” (involving Cliven, Ryan, Ammon, and Ryan Payne) began in October 2017, defense attorneys demanded to see evidence that had been withheld by the prosecution. There were pictures (but no explanations) of immense piles of shredded documents left by the BLM at the scene in 2014. And Ryan Bundy remembered surveillance cameras pointed at the Bundy house in 2014 yet Bundy had never been provided with the footage.
Prosecutors insisted they possessed no such evidence. Even if there was a surveillance camera here or there it hadn’t recorded anything. But such questions seemed to produce more startling disclosures. Ultimately it was revealed that there had been an elaborate FBI surveillance operation which had been concealed from the defense. And it seemed that prosecutors had been coaching witnesses to change their reports to censor out inconvenient facts.

By the third week of trial in November, Chief Judge Gloria Navarro—the very judge who had given prosecutors everything they wished for in the previous two trials—was visibly weary of the DOJ’s barbarous tactics. A mistrial was declared just prior to Christmas, and all defendants except Cliven were released on conditions while lawyers argued over whether the case warranted another trial. And on Monday, January 8, 2018, in a packed courtroom in Las Vegas, the Judge granted Ryan Payne’s motion to dismiss. A “universal sense of justice has been violated,” proclaimed Navarro. The judge said further that she was unaware of a more egregious case of FBI misconduct.
It should be noted that there are currently a half-dozen additional pending motions to dismiss, citing even graver prosecutorial misconduct. It has recently come to light that lead prosecutor Steven Myhre was approached during the first Nevada trial by a government case investigator who informed the prosecutor that he was breaking the law by withholding evidence from the defense. Myhre’s response, according to some reports, was to fire the agent and order him to keep quiet. Even as Cliven Bundy was released from jail after serving 700 days, the case continues for others. If there were to be a real trial of the criminals involved in this situation instead of a "hung jury" there'd be "hung" lawyers, judges, politicians, bankers, environmentalists, FBI guys, BLM guys, mercenaries, state police, a county sheriff or two and some US Marshalls.

I don’t know if you all recall, but when the Oregon charges were all acquitted, the Jury was hung on one charge of Ryan’s. Theft of Government property was count five. This was in reference to a camera that was taken down and boxed for the FBI to come pick up. I just received word that the Government has chosen to dismiss count five with prejudice. Ryan now has beat all of the charges for Oregon and Nevada. Thank you for all the prayers!

I believe a lot of that depends on how hard Harry Reid pressures them.
If Karen Budd-Falen becomes the new director of the BLM she may hold them at bay for the time being.
Many confuse BLM regulations for laws. However, as former governor and then Congressman Jim Gibbons pointed out in his report to Congress Oct. 23, 2000 all the Acts of Congress regarding public domain (lands) demand the original rights must be preserved. Also they all contain a savings clause. The BLM has historically chosen to violate these Acts of Congress, and even disobey their own regulations. And how many of the court decisions followed the Constitution, or were politically driven?

It was previously noted in the article “For the federal team, losing is not an option” that, in spite of the good news of dismissing the trial with prejudice, many of the same issues remain that gave rise to the April 12, 2014 protest and the subsequent charges against the Bundys and others.
It did not take the reporter long to report on the remaining issues and that it is only a matter of time before the federal government revisits the Bundy ranch waving their court orders and proceeding with the unfinished business that was delayed due to the protests.
This time, the federal team’s strategy is to enlist the help of the local authorities under the assumption and preconceived notion that the local authorities will, of course, agree with the federal team and that there is no chance that the local authorities will side with the Bundys.
According To The Bundy’s Religion, The Constitution Is Divinely Inspired
Mr. Ford, former deputy director for the BLM in Nevada, is right, the core issue is we are a nation of laws, but he fails to state that all the laws hang on the supreme law of the land, the constitution. Mr. Ford is wrong in assuming that the laws he refers to are constitutional and assuming that Cliven is wrong because “frankly Cliven Bundy chose not to follow them and still doesn’t.”
Mr. Ford believes, as do millions of other Americans, that the BLM continues to occupy the legal and moral high ground and that the trials of the Bundys and their supporters were dismissed on technicalities and that the core issue, the trespass of the Bundy cattle, has not been resolved.

Larry Klayman, in a recent interview with Redoubt News, mentioned that he was impressed with how knowledgeable Cliven was with regard to the constitution and that within the context of Cliven’s Mormon religion, the constitution is revered as a “divinely inspired” document. Specifically, Mormon writ and scripture declare,
“According to the laws and constitution of the people, which I have suffered to be established, and should be maintained for the rights and protection of all flesh, according to just and holy principles;”
“And for this purpose have I established the Constitution of this land, by the hands of wise men whom I raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood.”
“Therefore, I, the Lord, justify you…in befriending that law which is the constitutional law of the land; And as pertaining to law of man, whatsoever is more or less than this, cometh of evil.”
So, a fundamental belief of the Bundys is that, because the constitution is divinely inspired, whatever is more or less than that which is contained in the constitution, is derived from evil. The Bundys believe that they, along with other adherents to the original constitution and its limits on government, are the ones who occupy the legal and moral high ground.

Jon Ritzheimer, in an interview with Redoubt News, told about how Senator Ron Paul had a reputation for voting against most of the bills that came before him. When he was asked why he was always voting against the bills being proposed, Ron Paul replied, “Because I read them.”

And Ron Paul, after reading them, understands that the thousands of laws being passed today, are more or less than what the constitution allows under its very limited and defined enumerated powers:

Judge Napolitano praised Ron Paul for his defense of the constitution in passing laws:
“There are 535 people on Capitol Hill whose job it is to write the laws that govern all of us, and he is one of them. There are 535 people on Capitol Hill whose job it is to preserve the constitution, and he is one of them. There are 535 people whose job it is to preserve our liberties, and he is one of them.” ~Andrew Napolitano, Future of Freedom Foundation, June 3, 2007
So, Mr. Ford, and the hundreds of thousands of federal employees who make up the federal team and who want to protect their turf and their job security, believe that Cliven Bundy is a criminal and an outlaw because he wants to defend and obey the constitution.
But, the federal team, including Mr. Ford, might answer with something like this,
“The BLM, federal ownership of 640 million acres of land, protection of the desert tortoise, the BLM authority to enforce its administrative orders and the BLM authority to exist, can all be traced back to acts of congress and to decisions made by the courts”, Acts which Ron Paul would not vote for because they are unconstitutional and are not part of the enumerated powers found in the constitution. As to Mr. Ford’s claim that we are a nation of laws, Ron Paul would reply,
“And the Constitution and the courts said slavery was legal, too, and we had to reverse that.”

As Ron Paul acknowledges, not even the constitution is perfect, and where it tramples on individual rights, the rights of African Americans, then it needs to be amended. But, where it promotes individual rights, it is the supreme law of the land, and all subsequent laws should have the same DNA as the original constitution.
Study Of Constitution Law Not Relevant To The Bar Exam
A law professor recommends that constitutional law not be taught to law students in preparation for the bar exam, as it is not relevant to the questions asked on the bar exam and knowledge of the constitution’s original intent will only frustrate them.
In effect, this is what Mr. Ford is saying when he said the core issue is that we are a nation of laws, laws that are multi generational offspring of other laws that no longer orbit the constitution.
Bringing The Fight Back To Bunkerville
So, we are faced with the same issues that precipitated in the April 12, 2014 protest, they have not gone away. The only thing that has gone away is the trial of Cliven, Ammon, Ryan Bundy and Ryan Payne and their unconstitutional imprisonment. The fate of other political prisoners is still not resolved.

The fate of the Bundy ranch and the fate of the Bundy cattle are still not settled according to the article cited above. What is settled is that local authorities, like Sheriff Dave Ward in Burns, Oregon and Sheriff Joe Lombardo in Clark County, Nevada, are more likely to recognize the unconstitutional authority of the federal government, as opposed to the deeded rights, the prescriptive rights, and the constitutional rights of the Bundys in Clark County.
Sheriff Lombardo and his deputies, under pressure from the powerful landlords who rule 85% of Nevada, will probably capitulate and do their bidding, without ever studying or understanding the supreme law of the land and their oath of office.
All those who violate their oaths of office and do not uphold and defend the constitution, do not occupy the moral and legal high ground and are perpetuating the evil that comes from supporting massive, powerful, centralized and unconstitutional federal bureaucracies like the BLM.

The meeting was held at the old school house; completely packed. Overflow parking all the way down the hill. People from all over but a ton from near Paradise, home of Jake Ryan, who’s been charged with involvement in the Malheur stando
The event ran 5.5 hours and featured 7 speakers. It felt like a low-key tent revival. Many have told me shit will hit the fan soon, it’s just not clear when and where. The mistrial has galvanized them & LaFoy Finicum, killed by the FBI at Malheur, has become a full blown martyr.
Cliven Bundy was introduced as “a patriarch.” Definitely still the main attraction, but his son, Ryan, has incredible charisma. He preaches the constitution like a pastor preaches the Bible. He *converts.*
A bunch of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers showed up in “Public Land Owner” shirts & waited to voice their concerns until the Q&A. These ladies stood outside and had a lot of people yell “what do you know about white privilege” at them.
The woman on the left lives 40 miles away, on the Flathead Reservation. "If Bundy weren't white, there's no way he'd be alive, or get away with what he's done. A woman asked me what i knew about white privilege, I said I've had 30-something years of it."
This woman & her husband moved to the Flathead Valley at the urging of Chuck Baldwin, a far right pastor who encouraged all followers to move up to prepare for end times. They quit jobs & walked away from their Nevada homes.
Anyway this morning I was reporting from the Woman’s March in Missoula and tonight I left a 5 hour states’ rights rally to find these ladies hanging outside waiting for their owners; Montana truly contains multitudes

After the last fiasco I think that Harry Reid’s communist Cuban judge should dismiss the charges - with prejudice, then Trump needs to commute the sentences of the others who were wrongfully convicted or bullied into taking plea deals.

Feb 8th is the calendar call for the next tier of defendants in the Bunkerville Standoff.
Mel Bundy, Dave Bundy, Joe O’Shaughnessy and Jason Woods are still scheduled for trial despite motions to dismiss filed and waiting for rulings. The current calendar shows the next trial beginning Feb. 26, 2018.
A flurry of paperwork is going through the courts. Judge Navarro is finally ruling on old motions, as she handles housekeeping and cleanup measures she has never gotten around to taking care of, or ruling on.
Judge Navarro dismissed the last tier in a scathing diatribe against the prosecution for their flagrant violations of the law. January 8th is a day that will marked in history as the Federal prosecutors got caught manipulating the very system they swore an oath to uphold.
The judge stated (emphasis added):
“The government’s recklessness and the prejudice the defendants will suffer as a result of a retrial warrant the extreme measure of dismissing the Indictment because no lesser sanction would adequately defer – deter future investigatory and prosecutorial misconduct.”
She further went on to order, “It is herein ordered that the defendants’ Motion to Dismiss with prejudice … are hereby granted.”
The fact that the judge mentioned dismissing the indictment should raise the interest of all the attorneys involved. Dismissing the actual charges via the indictment should affect all the defendants, including those that have been convicted or plead to lesser charges, as they have all been the victims of the governments illegal behavior,
Two of the defendants are due to be sentenced before the next trial begins. Eric Parker and Scott Drexler, who agreed to plea to misdemeanor charges to avoid a third trial, have had their sentencing dates rescheduled to coincide with the calendar call on Feb. 8th. I also understand that Todd Engel’s new attorney has filed motions to address some of these issues.
This could be very telling for insiders that understand the nuances of court proceedings. However, I am not an attorney and can only speculate as to the meaning of what is happening.

In the jubilation with the Nevada case against the Bundys being dismissed with prejudice by Nevada District Court Judge Gloria Navarro, people seem to have forgotten about Judge Navarro’s prejudiced rulings against the defense prior to whistle-blower, Larry Wooten’s revelations about the criminality and misconduct by the BLM. She was aiding and abetting Prosecutor Steven Myhre in preventing the defense team from defending their clients. The ONLY reason that Navarro dismissed the case against the Bundys was because her back was against the wall and her career was on the line. BLM Agent Larry Wooten is the real hero in this case because he brought the truth to the public.
Do you remember that Judge Navarro ordered a THIRD trial for Eric Parker and Scott Drexler when the second trial ended in a mistrial? Double jeopardy is unconstitutional. Triple Jeopardy is corrupt and lawless.
In November of last year, Attorney General Jeff Sessions gave a speech at the Federalist Society. He talked about how proud he was of the Justice Department and he repeated the mantra about the importance of “the rule of law”. Recently, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein gave a speech to the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches of Florida repeating the same mantra. Apparently, holding a law degree combined with a government paycheck confers priest status. They become ABOVE the law and ABOVE question. No more – and never again. The U.S. Justice system has become a third world cesspool of corruption right along with our economy, we are racing to the bottom.
Prior to the Bundys coming along and prior to the arrest of my friend, Michael Emry, proprietor of TVOI News as a consequence, I never gave much thought to the Justice System. Like most people, I assumed the system was operated with integrity and if not, then by the rules established first by the Constitution and next by precedent established requiring fairness but like everything else in this country, the law and system of justice has been flipped to become a weapon against the American people. What I’ve learned through the entire ordeal is that the system is designed for corruption and while there may be a few good people working within it, good people working inside a corrupt system can’t correct it from within. It can only be corrected from the outside and therein is the dilemma. There is no oversight on the independent judiciary

Probably most people are saying – NO, you got that wrong. The third branch is the judiciary. Actually, it’s not. The third branch is the Supreme Court. The federal courts are creations of the Congress and are independent of the Supreme Court except for review but the Supreme Court has no authority over the federal courts.
Article III – Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
In other words, the federal courts work for the Congress – not the Supreme Court.
After defining the cases of original jurisdiction for the Supreme Court, Section of Article III says the following:
In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.
Congress created the federal courts with the Judiciary Act of 1789.
Initially, 13 jurisdictional districts were created with one federal court and one judge for each district. District courts were given authority to administer justice for crimes and offences committed within their respective districts or upon the high seas. They were also given exclusive original jurisdiction in all civil causes of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction including all seizures under laws of impost, navigation or trade of the US where the seizures are made on waters which are navigable from the sea…; they shall have cognizance concurrent with the state courts in all causes where an alien sues for a tort only in violation of the law of nations or a treaty of the United States;
The 13 jurisdictions were then aggregated into regional circuits – initially three circuits: Eastern, Middle and Southern Circuits. The Eastern Circuit had four district courts. The Middle Circuit had five circuit district courts. The Southern Circuit had two courts. Maine and Kentucky were not assigned to a Circuit.
District courts were authorized to appoint clerks for the court and each clerk was required to take an oath or affirmation that they would faithfully enter and record all of the orders, decrees, judgments and proceedings of the said court.
Each district was authorized to have a Marshal to execute all lawful precepts of the court. The Marshal was given the power to appoint deputies.
Each district was to an attorney or person learned in the law to act as an attorney for the United States within the district.
The Judiciary Act also created the position of the U.S. Attorney General to prosecute and conduct all suits in the Supreme Court and to give his advice and opinion to the President.
The policy-making body for the federal courts is called the Judicial Conference. The Judicial Conference is a soviet (committee). The soviet is comprised of:
- Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
- Chief Judge from Each Judicial Circuit (9 circuits)
- Chief Judge of the Court of International Trade
- District judge from each Judicial Circuit
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is the presiding officer of the committee. On any given policy vote of the committee, he has one vote just like the rest of the members of the committee. That’s not a supervisory role.
The Real U.S. GovernmentThe following two groups have control of the country. They are unelected, unaccountable and corrupt.

The law as a remedy for government abuse of the citizenry has been removed from the reach of the American people. Federal District judges are appointed for life. They are rulers over kingdoms of corruption. The Department of Justice is an Administrative Agency comprised of people who are not elected and not accountable to anybody. The Prosecutors within the judicial kingdoms are subjects of the judicial high priest – the District Judge. Advancement in their careers is dependent upon the opinion of the judicial high priest. As corruption of the courts goes, so goes the corruption of the prosecutors.
International Trade
If you were paying attention, you would have noted the fact that I highlighted in red, the position of the Chief Judge of the Court of International Trade on the Judicial Conference. The reason I did that is because the U.S. Senate has committed treason against the people of the United States by voting to incrementally diminish the sovereignty of the United States as a nation-state through what they call trade agreements but that are in reality treason agreements.
What exactly did you think the Free Trade Area of the Americas Was? It’s a borderless, UNION (merged) of territories of the North American continent and it is managed by a Committee – a SOVIET. Putting the concepts as they have been enacted by the International Trade Agreements, the Free Trade Area of the Americas is the Soviet Union of the Americas. The unelected, unaccountable governing system is enforcing the agreements that the traitors in the U.S. Senate negotiated through the U.S. Trade Representative with Trade Promotion Authority. In 2013, there was a panel discussion with two executives and Michael Froman, the US Trade Representative under Obama where you can hear all about these so-called trade agreements. When you are listening – keep in mind that a service is a job – so every time they mention services, the direction goes both ways… foreign workers in to perform services, Americans out (of the country or out on the street). Through these agreements, the United States is becoming communist (institutionalized corruption with the country’s assets, legal and governing structures operating for the benefit of a few). Because the treason was done through international trade agreements, the federal courts and the administrative agencies are the enforcers of the agreements and there is no remedy and no oversight of the process.

George Herbert Walker Bush’s New World Order was to transform – incrementally, the United States into a communist country, corrupt to the core with no regard for the citizens of the country. They count only as “workers” in a system designed for the privilege and wealth of a few.

I Can't Help But Wonder
It has been four years now since the stand-up in Bunkerville and two years since the Hammond's were sent back to prison, LaVoy Finicum was murdered, and the protestors were arrested and tried.
I can't help but think of all those involved in these events - the Judges, Federal Prosecutors, LEO's, FBI, BLM, FWS, and Refuge employees - and there are many things that I can't help but wonder about.
I wonder if any of you involved in these events feel any guilt, shame, embarrassment, or regret AT ALL? I wonder what kinds of families you come from. Were you raised in happy, loving homes? Taught right from wrong? Or, were you bullied and abused growing up and that is why you now think it's okay to bully and abuse others? What happened in your lives that has allowed you to justify to yourselves the horrible things you have done to your fellow man? I'd really like to know.
The Bundy Ranch-
I wonder about the kind of person you have to be to spend years setting up a good family in order to steal their land. To get hundreds of men, women, and children down in a wash, pointing your guns at them, and being ready to pull the triggers at someone elses go-ahead. You were seriously ready to end countless lives over some cows? Some land that Harry Reid wanted for his own?! Were you really at peace in your own heart over slaughtering innocent people to satisfy someone elses greed?!! That day, you crossed the line from being BLM agents to paid assassins. You're good with that?! Really?

I wonder about those of you who spent years trying to steal the Hammond's ranch so you could add it to the refuge holdings. You did everything you could to send them to prison for years. When a judge stated that sending them to prison for 5 years would shock the conscience, he gave them 6 months and 1 year, instead. You weren't satisfied. You went above and beyond the call of duty to see that the Hammond's were sent back to prison.
Was the time they already served not enough for you? Why? Was it the fact that your goal hadn't been fully accomplished? You still hadn't got their land? Were you promised a raise, bonus, or promotion when it was accomplished? When you saw all the people who came to Burns to protest what you'd done to them, did you feel bad at all? When you saw the tears in Dwight's eyes, did you think of your own fathers or grandfathers? Wonder what if this had been done to them?
The murder of LaVoy Finicum-
What went through your minds as you were told to go out and set up an illegal kill-stop in the middle of nowhere? When you were waiting with your fingers on the trigger as LaVoy was being chased into it? When the bullets you fired were ending the life of an innocent man who had his hands in the air? Were you high on the rush of adrenaline or were you trying not to throw up at what you'd just done to a great man? At what you'd become?
I wonder if you, for even a second, wondered why you were being asked to hunt down your spent bullet casings and told to hide them. What thoughts did you have as you stood there and watched your bosses do a live conference on national news and played the grainy, edited video while stumbling through some half-assed story that didn't match up at all? Were you embarrassed that they honestly thought people would be stupid enough to believe them?! Were you feeling satisfied with yourselves for a job well done? Were you feeling sad that you just helped in covering up an evil act with your co-workers? Were you planning what you were going to spend your hard eaned money on?
I wonder what went through your minds as you held several sham trials geared towards locking these people away for life, all the while knowing that they never committed the crimes they were charged with...but YOU did commit. Were you able to look these people directly in the eye as you lied under oath, hid evidence, and did all you could to keep the truth of YOUR actions from coming to light? Or did you lack the courage to make eye contact at all? Did your gut clench at all when you lied under oath or ignored your own oath, altogether? Did you feel bad for even one second or are you so far gone that you have no conscience at this point? Do you feel humiliated that because of your actions, the public was made aware of who the criminals really were- you? That now everyone knows just how corrupt and truly evil you all are? That we all now know just how low you will go for a few dollars?
I wonder how all of you feel when you pass Carol Bundy, Susie Hammond, or Jeanette Finicum on the street or see them on T.V. Do you smile to yourselves, proud of what you've done to try and destroy their loved ones and the lives they worked hard- and honestly- to build? Do you hang your head in shame and look away? When you see all the children crying for their daddies or holding signs outside the courthouses and prisons, what do you feel? Do you feel nothing? When you are sitting at home each night with your own wives and children, do you picture those women and children eating alone? In tears and heartbroken because their husbands and fathers are absent from their lives because of you?
These are just some of the things I wonder about each and every day. Mostly, though, I wonder why you all seem to feel so safe and secure in your corruption, lies and greed. Does it ever cross your mind that if your bosses pay YOU to do these evil and awful things to your fellow Americans, that they can just as easily hire someone else to do the same things to you or someone you care about one day? I wonder how you all can trust each other after seeing what you're each capable of doing to another human being.
I wonder why you are ruining your own reputations, being publicly exposed for your dirty deeds, and destroying innocent lives for someone else's gain? Do you personally get a piece of the Bundy's or Hammond's land? Do you personally get a cut of whatever your bosses have planned for it? Do you personally benefit from seeing innocent people locked away and families destroyed? No, you don't, yet you, PERSONALLY, are committing the evil acts that gain others what they want so badly. WHY and HOW is that okay with you?!!
I wonder if you realize that somewhere out there, in another town, city, or state, is another BLM or FWS agent being told to go after your family member's ranch. There is another cop pointing a rifle at someone you love- finger on the trigger. There is another corrupt judge ready to look away from the very law they were sworn to uphold so they can lock one of your family members away on trumped up charges.
Somewhere out there is another dirty politician willing to shell out money to anyone willing to further their interests and the number of victims is limitless. Somewhere out there is another YOU. You okay with that?
More often than not, I find tears rolling down my face as I look around the world today and wonder when and why so many people have traded their honor, integrity, morals, values, and compassion for a paycheck. What happened to caring about each other? Helping each other? Standing up for each other? When did we stop caring about right or wrong? Good and bad? Truth and lies? When we reach a point that we no longer feel shame, guilt, embarrassment, or regret for our actions, we have reached a dangerous place as a society. Have we really gone so far that we have lost our humanity? Can we turn this around or have we reached a point of no return?
Sadly, I can't help but wonder.
