There is a lot of confusion out there about ghosts, haunted houses, and appearances of deceased people. Let's clear up that confusion with Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, so we can know what's really going on, what we should do and what we shouldn't do!
"And whoever gives of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward." - Matthew 10,42.

Indeed, contemplation tends to create in us a vision of wisdom, to think, according to God, of reality and to form in us "the mind of Christ" (1 Corinthians 2,16). "Do not live according to the criteria of the present time; on the contrary, change your way of thinking so that your way of living changes and you will come to know the will of God, that is, what is good, what is pleasant, what is perfect." Almost everywhere you go in the Church today, you see all the signs of total collapse.
For example, in Detroit, in what has become emblematic of the destruction of the Church in the United States, yet another empty church has met the wrecking ball (All Saints) in a once-thriving Catholic area of the city.
These images were captured by Church Militant less than a day before the mural of Our Blessed Mother, which had been in the sanctuary for decades, was smashed by the demolition crew. Within the next few days, all of this will be torn down — a living testament to the death of the archdiocese under its corrupt archbishop, Allen Vigneron.
This is all fitting, of course, since the demolition of the Church in America began right here in Detroit under the notorious Cdl. John Dearden, the same man who ordained Vigneron. In 1990, there were more than 400 parishes here. When Vigneron hands in his retirement letter in about 20 months, he will have overseen one of the most unimaginable contractions of the Church in the whole nation — down to what amounts to about 50 parishes, thanks to a clever and canonically illegal scheme he calls "families of parishes."
Yet another example of "managing the decline" is what corporate America calls "going out of business."
It's a deceptive way of making it seem like there are more parishes than there actually are — yet more trickery from a trickster and a deceptive-minded hierarchy that has raised its craft to an art form. So looking to the future, where do we go? What exactly are we looking at?
Everywhere in the Church, you see signs of total collapse.

As part of the overall managing of the decline, one thing bishops have done is invest heavily in what could be called the "joy movement." Bishops have used the inexperience and naivete of the youth to infect that group, attempting to fool them into a mindset of an almost saccharine approach to the Faith.
It's heavily feminine in its emotion-laden philosophy. Its first directive is to be sure to not offend anyone — or make them feel uncomfortable.
The movement itself is low on thorough catechesis and high on smiling, being full of joy — at least, supposedly. But what it is most lacking is any real, substantive knowledge of the actual condition of the Church, the massive corruption which persists at every level.
Not only are many of these "joyful missionary disciples" (a favorite term of the bishops) lacking in knowledge of the corruption, they are even more bereft of knowledge of the causes. It's almost as if the few remaining youths who were not raped, abused or lied to about the Faith got shuffled into these Stepford-wife youth movements within the Church structure and given gallons of joy Kool-Aid.
It comes across quite frequently as either a phony joy or one based on extreme naivete. Will the joyful disciples challenge their bishops or adult team leaders on the actual pressing questions of the day in the Church? Will they ensure that after they have finished talking to a fellow collegian or high schooler, for example, that he or she doesn't go back to a parish lacking reverence or, for that fact, a heterosexual priest?
They may have good intentions (likely do), but they are ill-equipped to deal with the corruption and actual malice on the part of senior clergy who embrace homosexuality, refuse to tell the truth, pretend all religions are of the same worth and on and on and on. They are being emotionally abused by their elders, because they are being lied to every day.
It is not possible to authentically evangelize a person today and simply not know, to a sufficient degree, about the evil that resides in the hierarchy — as well as the lay leadership of these various youth outfits. You see it, on a local level, in thousands of parish youth groups, where faith is the last item on the agenda.
And you see it in the more far-flung national outfits, where adult leaders profit handsomely off the backs of kids who go out and earn money for them, all under the guise of bringing college-age kids or young adults to the Faith. The bishops and the adult organizers are banking on youthful optimism to keep them in the dark about their own dealings, wickedness and corruption.
By the time these youths have grown up and married and have toddlers of their own, the Church will have been wiped out, and they will have been unwitting instruments in its destruction.
The "joy" that the bishops and adult leaders have instilled in these bright young men and women is a superficial joy. Stay smiling, never give offense, always talk about the Holy Spirit and how He flutters around inside your heart. In fact, it's eerily similar to the presentation of religious belief exhibited by Protestant youth at their rock band, laser light show, praise and worship extravaganzas.
It's a naive understanding of Faith that, of course, is to be expected from most young people. They are naive about almost everything in the world. That's why the expression is "young and stupid" — because those two go together. At some point, a critical mass is reached as you age, and you realize life is not all strawberries and lollipops.
On the spiritual plane, what you come to realize is that there is a deadly war going on — brutal, vicious, demanding — a war with vast numbers of casualties and, most importantly, that the war effort has been hampered by the betrayal of many leaders.
Of course, it takes time to come to this truth. The problem is, by the time many come to it, they are already among the walking dead, having long since abandoned either the practice of the Faith or sufficient knowledge of it to grow in holiness.
No one is faulting young people for being where they are naturally as a result of being young. But regarding the adults, the lay leaders of the "joy movement" as well as the bishops who tirelessly promote it, they are a different story.
They capitalize on the ignorance and inexperience of youth.
Gab
Tweet
They capitalize on the ignorance and inexperience of youths and betray them. They use them as poster children (literally children) to conceal their own wickedness in having long-since abandoned the Faith.
Think back to the youth meeting, for example, where a young man challenged Cdl. Wilton Gregory in Washington, D.C., about the homosexual rector of the Basilica of the National Shrine, Msgr. Walter Rossi. Gregory, a key cog in the gay clerical network, feigned ignorance of the Rossi scandal, actually sitting on stage lying to an audience of young adults.
Rossi has been an active homosexual for decades (sharing luxury condominiums with a string of gay-lover priests) and has been protected by his homosexualist bishop, registered-Democrat Joseph Bambera of Scranton.
Likewise, he rose to influence under the oversight of the likes of disgraced homosexual-bishop Michael Bransfield, the lying and sexual abuse coverup of Cdl. Donald Wuerl and, of course, homopredator former-cardinal Theodore McCarrick.
And all of that is just one example of the wickedness of the hierarchy that (we're willing to bet) doesn't really come up very often at the "joy" coaching clinics young adults are tricked into believing. How are all these things related? Why does it matter, you may wonder?
Because the same wicked hierarchy and their corrupt counterparts in the world of lay leadership are the same ones "transmitting" the Faith to young adults. They are perfectly content to let them think the Faith is all rainbows and butterflies, with an accompanying encounter every now and then dealing with their peers.
They trick them into thinking they are changing the culture. Even if they do manage some success individually here or there, they aren't changing the culture. They are contributing to it, because of the feminized or sentimental approach young males learn in these youth movements. It's way too emotion-laden, too soft, too non-offensive.
If we need to see an example of changing the culture, look at the Apostles. They were all martyred or, in St. John's case, might as well have been, and it wasn't because they were non-offensive. It was, in fact, because they were offensive, unrelenting in telling the full truth. Their concern was not in smiling and being saccharine or presenting themselves as quasi-feminine.
They were brutally killed for the exact same reason Our Blessed Lord was — because they were unrelenting in openly opposing sin and wickedness in high places, places from which wicked men hurled down death, physical and spiritual.
The Apostles and first few centuries of Catholics understood, tacitly or not, the prevailing power structure had to be swept away, and, in order to be swept away, they would more than likely have to pay with their lives.
These youth movements, raised to their level of importance by the very men who need to be exposed for their evil, are not taught this — not by a large stretch. These "joyful missionary disciple" movements are a product of what is wrong in the Church, brought to you by the very men who helped bring this about.
Once again, the ancient philosophical axiom appears on the scene — you cannot give what you do not have. These "joyful missionary disciple" squads are constructed on the ignorance of their members and, therefore, have no ability to reform the Church because they have no understanding of what is corrupting the Church.
You can't make a project out of changing the culture if you don't first change the Church. You cannot give what you do not have and you cannot cure what you have not diagnosed. For anyone in one of these groups, consider this a type of wake-up call, an invitation to become aware and focus your good intentions on the real evil — the corruption of the hierarchy.

The Church is in a disastrous state.
Many bishops don't believe the Faith. They certainly don't care about souls. They have destroyed countless souls. Anyone with a brain can see this. It is undeniable.
The question isn't, Is this all true? It has been asked and answered multiple times. The question is, What do we do?
This is where a great divergence has occurred. It is a deep wound in the Body of Christ.
Among those who are most distressed over the current crisis — and yes, it is a giant crisis — there is too often a tendency to throw the baby out with the bathwater. They turn uncritically and unthinkingly to anything that proposes itself to be a remedy to the crisis.
As a result, the sense of "tradition" gets bandied about as some kind of silver bullet cure-all for everything ailing the Church.
However, "tradition" means different things to different people — who, again, have to properly understand the nature of the crisis. For example, there is a naive belief that if it happened before Vatican II and if it was accepted before Vatican II, then it must be rushed into headlong.
While that instinct is certainly understandable, it's wrong — dead wrong.
We aren't talking about Church teaching, we're talking about the approach to the Church. For faithful Catholics who cling to tradition, properly understood, they also cling to wrongheaded traditions that come along for the ride.
For example, there is the approach to the priesthood. Faithful Catholics treasure the priesthood. It is the priesthood that brings us Our Blessed Lord in the Eucharist, bestows absolution for our sins and so forth. All that is a tradition.
But coming along with that is an approach to individual priests that is completely wrongheaded. Just because a priest wears a cassock all the time and offers the Latin Mass does not make him holy.
McCarrick started out wearing a cassock, was ordained in the Old Rite — and was raping seminarians left and right. Cardinal Spellman of New York, who raised McCarrick from the dust and set his feet on the path of careerism, wore a cassock, loved the lace, was solidly orthodox in his preachings, offered the Latin Mass — and was reportedly massively homosexual.
We move to Joseph Bernardin, who was not only homosexual but also involved in Satanism. Bernardin wore his cassock, was ordained in the Latin rite, offered the Latin Mass and was notorious.
So it goes. In fact, every single bishop at Vatican II pre-existed the Council, quite obviously. Each was made bishop by totally solid popes.
So, how did things go so sideways?
To delude yourself that all was good before Vatican II, and therefore everything in the Church before that needs to be emulated today, is simply just that: delusional. In fact, the argument can easily be made that the seminaries prior to Vatican II were the breeding grounds for the homosexuality that eventually burst onto the scene with Catholic clergy starting in the 1960s.
If everything was so hunky dory before 1965, how was it that so many religious — male and female — simply abandoned their vows and religious communities so quickly? Why was Mass attendance in France already in a freefall, with fewer than half of Catholics in the Eldest Daughter of the Church actually going to Mass?
The fact that there are massive problems today — seemingly almost insurmountable — does not discount that there were very serious problems back then as well.
So to want to "turn back the clock" to before 1965 is a wrongheaded approach.
Regarding the laity, within three years of the council ending, Catholics all over the West ignored the teaching on contraception and embraced the Culture of Death. That speaks directly to a huge lack of catechesis. There is just no way a well-prepared and instructed laity would walk away from the Church, in such huge numbers and in such a short period of time, if they had been properly instructed. It's not possible.
Catholics all over the West ignored the teaching on contraception and embraced the Culture of Death.

This brings us to the dangers of the "mad, rad, trad" world today. No, we aren't speaking of normal Catholics who have an affinity for the Old Rite. We are talking specifically about the crowd members who can't reason their way out of a bag on these issues.
They are mad about the current state of affairs. With reason.
They are radical in grasping onto anything and everything just because it predates 1965. They wrap it all up in the term "tradition" without making the necessary distinction between teaching and approach to the Church.
What else could explain the brain-dead approach to the case of Fr. James Jackson of the FSSP by the mad, rad, trad crowd?
He was arrested last year and charged by the feds with child pornography — not just your run-of-the-mill child porn, but actually involving infants and animals. He was re-arrested in July on what amounts to the same charges and basically admitted in legal pleadings in court last week that the government's case could easily be made against him.
The case sent shock waves through the mad, rad, trad crowd, who immediately went into hyper-overdrive, declaring that it had to be a conspiracy organized by Pope Francis and Joe Biden; or demons were present in his computer wiring; or it had been planted by nefarious people who didn't like his traditional veneer. One even joked it was aliens.
I didn't know the mad, rad, trads even believed in aliens.
They spouted any ridiculous nonsense they could come up with, because in the language of one of the most prolific deniers among them, no priest who says the Latin Mass could possibly be guilty of this. He would be holy and incapable of such filth. There's some circular logic for you.
One notorious blogger even collected about $140,000 from the mad, rad, trad crowd, declaring he would get to the bottom of all this.
Mike Parrott, of the Restoring the Faith media blog, told his followers he would get his hands on the evidence (which was the computers and hard drives) and turn it over to a computing forensic expert to perform his own independent examination of them. In short, he would defend the Church (insert chest thump).
Of course, he had no access to anything he claimed, and no forensic computing was ever performed. Still, that didn't stop the mad, rad, trad crowd from donating all that money — so willing to believe that there was just no way any of this could be true.
When Church Militant, journalistically curious about his claims of getting his hands on the prosecution's evidence and soliciting donations to pay for it, contacted him and asked some typical questions, he and the mad, rad, trad world went bananas. They blew up social media, saying our journalism was unreliable and like the National Enquirer, that we hated tradition, and on and on.
The charge was led by Mike Parrott, who didn't like us posing questions about him collecting $140,000 under the pretense of getting his hands on the state's evidence to conduct a private analysis. The attacks got so bad, defaming our journalistic integrity, that we had to sue him. It was settled a couple of weeks ago, with Parrott having to pay us for some of our legal expenses and issuing a recorded apology.
The point of all this is to say that the mad, rad, trads are off the hook — promoting schism and attacking other Catholics who don't share their insanity.
This crowd has come to support the schismatic movement of excommunicated archbishop Marcel Lefebvre. For the record, three popes in a row — John Paul, Benedict and Francis — have officially declared the SSPX movement schismatic. But the mad, rad, trad crowd, while claiming loyalty and fidelity to the Church, gives the finger to those declarations. It has officially condemned the Novus Ordo Mass as "evil" and actually "re-ordained" priests who joined the movement after being ordained in the New Rite.
The SSPX has its own hierarchy and its own annulment courts. In short, it has established itself as its own church. But hey, they say the Latin Mass, so ignore all of that.
The entire movement within the Church — brought about in reaction to the evil of the hierarchy for the past half-century — is little else than Protestantism speaking Latin.
Sadly, well-known Catholic media sites and Catholic YouTube personalities are signing on to this agenda, directly or subtly suggesting Vatican II wasn't legitimate, Francis is a heretic and the Novus Ordo Mass isn't valid.
These outfits and personalities have found cash cows in some wealthy backers, who throw their money to promote this agenda. So they tailor their stories and talking points to those donors. Don't be taken in by them, no matter how familiar you are with them and may have even liked them in the past.
You don't get to tell three popes in a row to go jump in the lake, treat valid sacraments as though they are worthless and then re-administer them, declare yourself "Eternal Rome" and still claim to be Catholic, just because you have a pre-1965 calendar on your wall.
One thing, however, that the schismatic members did manage to import from the post-1965 era was the penchant for clerical sex abuse and their bishops covering it all up, as multiple investigations have proven. Ignoring or apologizing for sex abuse — in effect, aiding the cover-up — is now becoming commonplace with these same media outlets in the trad world.
Just like the post-1965 bishops became quite expert at lying, as well as enlisting multiple lay people to continue the lies, so too has the SSPX lied through its teeth even to this day, denying and deflecting with the best of any modernist bishop.
Praying in Latin does not make a priest or a layman "holy."
But in their unthinking, uncritical, emotional, off-the-rails response to the crisis, the mad, rad, trad crowd feels completely justified in lying, smearing, stealing and attacking anyone who dares challenge them and their tradition.
The mad, rad, trad crowd's understanding of "tradition" is not one to be emulated. Breaking away from the Church while claiming to be loyal to the Church is a non-starter. This crowd has created a cottage industry out of it. Given the current insanity coming from the hierarchy, they are able to advertise themselves as a splendid alternative, with incense and candles and Latin.
They are able to advertise themselves as a splendid alternative, with incense and candles and Latin.
Gab
Tweet
But they conveniently leave disobedience out of their messaging, as well as denying the validity of sacraments not performed by their clergy.
Their leader is excommunicated. Their current leaders cover up sex abuse on an international level. Their followers lie so intensely, they need to be sued and made to pay damages to be forced to tell the truth.
Yes, the Church is in a crisis, perhaps the greatest one in 2,000 years. But joining a schismatic movement, no matter how "traditional" it looks or claims to be, is never the answer.
The answer is to do what faithful Catholics do and have always done — stay and fight.

Ukraine poked the Russian bear on Saturday by blowing up the Kerch Bridge from Russia to Crimea.
According to Russian news agency Tass, an explosion occurred in early Saturday morning on one of Putin’s prestige projects and Europe’s longest bridge, which connects Russia and Crimea.

“An object believed to be a fuel storage tank has caught fire on the Crimean Bridge, but the viaduct’s navigable arches sustained no damage, an aide to the head of Crimea, Oleg Kryuchkov, said on Saturday,” according to the news outlet.
“According to preliminary information, a fuel storage tank is on fire… Navigable arches were not damaged. It is too early to speak about causes and consequences. Work to extinguish the blaze is underway,” Kryuchkov wrote in his Telegram channel.
Crimean Bridge, also known as Kerch Strait Bridge or Kerch Bridge, is a pair of parallel bridges, one road, one rail, spanning the Kerch Strait between the Taman Peninsula of Krasnodar Krai in Russia and the Kerch Peninsula of Crimea in Ukraine.
After annexing Crimea at the start of the Russo-Ukrainian War, Russia built the bridge. It is the longest bridge ever constructed in Russia, at 19 kilometers (12 miles), and the longest bridge in all of Europe.
Besides transportation, Russia’s motivation for building the bridge was to legitimize its territorial claims in Crimea.
Russia later blamed the blast on a fuel truck explosion.
The Ukrainian Defense Department later threatened more attacks on Russia’s infrastructure following the blast.

NBC News reported:
Russia unleashed a barrage of deadly attacks on cities across Ukraine on Monday, hitting the heart of the country’s capital as part of a wave of strikes against civilians and infrastructure not seen since the very earliest days of the war.
From Lviv in the west to Kharkiv in the northeast, missiles tore through rush hour traffic and into energy facilities, in retaliation for a blast that damaged a key bridge to the annexed Crimean Peninsula over the weekend.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced in a televised address that his military had launched a series of strikes on Ukraine’s “energy, military command and communications facilities,” telling his security council it was revenge for what he called Kyiv’s long track record of “terrorist” actions, including the bridge blast.

Globalist Banker Says ‘Ban on Cash’ Will Give Central Banks ‘Absolute Control’ Over Your Money
Planet Today
4 hr ago October 10, 2022
The General Manager of the Bank of International Settlements, known as the “Central Bank of Central Banks,” has issued a disturbing warning about the future of the financial surveillance state and its plans for a cashless society.
According to Augustin Carstens, central banks will soon have “absolute control” of everyone’s money and the “technology to enforce that.”
Share Planet Today
The video in which Carstens issues the threat has gone viral after announcements by the Biden Administration and other governments regarding the development of Central Bank Digital Currencies. Known as CBDCs for short, the currencies are federally-issued but take the form of crypto, and are being promoted as a means to usher in a cashless society.
By banning cash and using CBDCs, Carstens boasts, governments and their financial oligarchs will not only be able to track purchases globally and see exactly who’s buying what, but they’ll also be able to fulfill their longtime goal of having “absolute control” over financial transactions.
“We don’t know who’s using a $100 bill today and we don’t know who’s using a 1,000 peso bill today,” the globalist banker said, bemoaning the anonymity of cash.
“The key difference with the CBDC is the central bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability,” Carstens said.
“And also we will have the technology to enforce that,” he added.
Watch the video below: https://www.planet-today.com/2022/10...cash-will.html
National File report: Carsten’s plans to seize control of the wallets of the world resemble those touted by American figures like Joe Biden, who earlier this year signed an executive order seizing control of cryptocurrencies and laying the groundwork to turn America into a cashless society.
Under Biden’s order, the federal government of the United States will work to design a functioning, centralized cryptocurrency.
Just last month, Biden’s Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell announced that the government-led cryptocurrency ordered by Biden will “not be anonymous.”
Much like in the plans revealed by Agustin Carstens, under the Biden Administration’s federal cryptocurrency, transactions will be tracked and government agents will theoretically have knowledge of every item purchased by American citizens.

Mic drop moment at the EU:
"The war in Ukraine is quickly escalating into a wider horror. And from what I can see, practically nobody in this chamber is doing anything to prevent it. In fact, most people seem to get off on the fact that it's escalating.
The voices challenging the rush to war are attacked and silenced, smeared as traitors, cronies, Putin puppets...frankly, it's pathetic...
Opposing the horrible madness of war is not anti-European.
It's not anti-Ukrainian.
It's not pro-Russian.
It's common sense...
Unlike you, I oppose all war. And I'm not going to be scapegoated and labelled for it either."

GOP lawmakers want answers from Garland, Blinken regarding reported Chinese police station in NYC
“There should be no room for the Chinese government to exercise extraterritorial law enforcement unilaterally on U.S. soil,” the lawmakers wrote in the letter.
Republican lawmakers want answers from Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of State Antony Blinken regarding a reported Chinese police station operating in New York City.
Indiana Rep. Jim Banks, Republican Study Committee chairman, Florida Rep. Michael Waltz of Florida, Wisconsin Rep. Mike Gallagher and other lawmakers sent a letter to Garland and Blinken expressing “grave concern” about the Chinese police presence in the city.
According to the letter, the “Public Security (Police) Bureau of Fuzhou, China, announced in January 2022 that it has opened the ‘first batch’ of 30 overseas police service stations in 25 cities in 21 countries.”
The lawmakers pointed out that the U.S. branch is “hosted at the American ChangLe Association” which is an “overseas Chinese hometown organization” in New York City.
The group “shoulders the mission of uniting the villagers, fighting for their legitimate rights and interests, promoting the prosperity and stability of the overseas Chinese settlements, and acting as a bridge for the villagers to get rich through hard work.”
“There should be no room for the Chinese government to exercise extraterritorial law enforcement unilaterally on U.S. soil,” the lawmakers wrote in the letter.
Questions the lawmakers asked Garland and Blinken include whether the Biden administration invited or approved the Chinese police presence and if the State Department has approved visas for Chinese nationals to “perform law enforcement or other related government duties.”
