Dr. Chris Martenson holds a PhD in toxicology from Duke University and is a futurist and economic researcher. Martenson says the FDA just approved a Pfizer CV19 vaccine named Comirnaty, but the public is not getting it. This is classic bait and switch because the public is still getting the same Pfizer jab they have been getting all along. It’s still experimental (Emergency Use Authorization or EUA), and it still gives Pfizer total immunity from liability. Dr. Martenson explains, “For all practical purposes, there are two identical drugs. One stays under EUA, and one has been given approval. The problem is the one given approval, and if you are in the United States, you can’t get it. There is none here. So, they approved something that doesn’t exist. This feels like legal wrangling. People say, oh, they have approved this vaccine, and they have our best interest at heart. I say if that were true, they would have released a lot more data. We did not get any new data on the filing, and they would not have given us this legal Rube Goldberg runaround, and we would not still be seeing people being injected with something still under a EUA, which absolves the manufacturer of liability. That’s the situation we are in right now. If the FDA was looking to build trust with people who were a little hesitant, I think they completely dropped the ball on that and committed a huge error.”
Dr. Martenson says he looked at the Comirnaty data and contends, “So much of this has been unfortunately conducted. We would like to see a lot more data coming out around this. In the FDA release about this approval letter that they just put forward, we can see a lot of things in there that are actually fraudulent in my opinion. They mention in there a 91.3% effectiveness rate, which was the original rate of effectiveness of data that was gathered way back on March 31, 2021. The CDC, all on its own, just 5 days before the August 23 approval of this Pfizer Comirnaty thing, the CDC said the most recent data they had said there is a 79.8% effectiveness, but the FDA is sticking with 91.3%. This is a huge disagreement between the CDC and the FDA. All I can imagine is inside the FDA, they couldn’t flat out bring themselves to approve this. I am sure there are all sorts of legal ramifications and bureaucratic ramifications and on and on and on. Again, if the intent was to make people feel less hesitant and less resistant, they needed to be completely open and completely transparent, and they didn’t. They actually used data that is old, that everybody knows is completely out of date and no longer true. . . .There is so much data that is not there. I am not sure if they just ‘lost it’ or it has not been submitted or it’s being hidden. I don’t know what the story really is, but I can tell you there is a lot of data missing.”
Martenson also talks about the Federal Reserve and how the central bankers have set the country up for a huge economic fall in the not-so-distant future. Martenson contends this fall will destroy businesses, families and cost a lot of lives. There is much more in the 40 min. interview.

The CDC has released a gigantic romp through the Covid hospitalization and death data. Some fascinating things I did not expect have emerged.
The bad news is that 8 comorbidities are highly correlated with worse outcomes and/or death. The good news is that a bunch of comorbidities seemed to not make things any worse, and might have even been slightly protective. Weird, right?
The most glaring statistic is that of all the people who died of Covid, those with 0 (zero) comorbidities represented just 0.9% of the deaths. That observation alone leads to obvious public health advisories that we should be receiving (but are not).

Former NHL star Jimmy Hayes has died, the Associated Press reported on Monday, August 23.

The Boston College alum, 31, was found in his home in the Boston suburbs on Monday. A law enforcement official said medics were called to the scene, where he was pronounced dead. No further details were released.
The Boston native began his professional ice hockey career in 2011 with the Chicago Blackhawks after helping the Boston College Eagles win the 2010 NCAA championship. “His warm personality made an immediate impact in the locker room and with our fans,” the Blackhawks said in a statement following his death. “We’re proud of the memories he made in Chicago.”
In 2015, Hayes was traded to his home team, the Boston Bruins. “The Boston Bruins are heartbroken by the passing of Dorchester native and former Bruin Jimmy Hayes,” the team tweeted on Monday. “Our thoughts are with his wife Kristen, his sons Beau and Mac, and the entire Hayes family during this very difficult time.”

Patrice Bergeron, the current captain of the Bruins, also expressed his condolences in a statement. “I’m devastated to learn of the passing of my friend Jimmy Hayes,” the Canada native, 36, said. “It was a pleasure getting to know Jimmy, and he was such a joy to be around both on and off the ice. I’ll always remember his big smile — he was so positive and full of life. I’m going to really miss that. We’ve lost a great person.”
Hayes, who last played professionally in 2019, also did stints with the Florida Panthers and the New Jersey Devils. Beginning in August 2020, he cohosted the podcast “Missin Curfew” with fellow NHL players Shane O’Brien and Scottie Upshall.
“We lost our brother today,” the “Missin Curfew” official Twitter account wrote in a statement on Monday. “Goodbye Jimmy, we will love you forever. Our thoughts, prayers and love go out to the Hayes family, his wife Kristen and his two beautiful boys, Beau and Mac. We are heartbroken and absolutely devastated today. We appreciate all the kind words.”
Hayes’ brother, Kevin Hayes, is also an ice hockey player. The 29-year-old is currently the alternate captain for the Philadelphia Flyers.

NOTE: I’ve posted this article several times. I post it again because so-called “rising COVID case numbers” are being touted as justification for masking and other restrictions, as well as a reason for taking the destructive COVID vaccine.
This article is part of my series on the COVID PCR test. These articles prove that the test is fatally flawed, gives rise to hugely inflated and false case numbers, which in turn lead to the unnecessary and brutal lockdowns.
I’m hoping readers will spread this information far and wide.
OK, here we go. Smoking gun. Jackpot.
Right from the horse’s mouth. Right from the man we’re told is the number-one COVID expert in the nation. What Fauci says is golden truth.
Well, how about THIS?
July 16, 2020, podcast, “This week in virology”: Tony Fauci makes a point of saying the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at “35 cycles or higher.” A positive result, indicating infection, cannot be accepted or believed.
Here, in techno-speak, is an excerpt from Fauci’s key quote (starting at the 4m01s mark through to the 5m45s mark (Faucu begins his first answer to the first quesiotns at the 4m20s mark and begins his second answer to the second question at the 5m26s mark)):
“…If you get [perform the test at] a cycle threshold of 35 or more…the chances of it being replication-competent [aka accurate] are miniscule…you almost never can culture virus [detect a true positive result] from a 37 threshold cycle…even 36…”
Each “cycle” of the test is a quantum leap in amplification and magnification of the test specimen taken from the patient.
Too many cycles, and the test will turn up all sorts of irrelevant material that will be wrongly interpreted as relevant.
That’s called a false positive.
What Fauci failed to say on the video is: the FDA, which authorizes the test for public use, recommends the test should be run up to 40 cycles. Not 35.
Therefore, all labs in the US that follow the FDA guideline are knowingly or unknowingly participating in fraud. Fraud on a monstrous level, because…
Millions of Americans are being told they are infected with the virus on the basis of a false positive result, and…
The total number of COVID cases in America—which is based on the test—is a gross falsity.
The lockdowns and other restraining measures are based on these fraudulent case numbers.
Let me back up and run that by you again. Fauci says the test is useless when it’s run at 35 cycles or higher. The FDA says run the test up to 40 cycles, in order to determine whether the virus is there. This is the crime in a nutshell.
“Hello, America, you’ve been tricked, lied to, conned, and taken for a devastating ride. On the basis of fake science, the country was locked down.”
If anyone in the Congress has a few brain cells operating, pull Fauci into a televised hearing and, in ten minutes, make mincemeat out of the fake science that has driven this whole foul, stench-ridden assault on the global economy and its 8 billion citizens.
All right, here are two chunks of evidence for what I’ve written above. First, we have a CDC quote on the FDA website, in a document titled: “CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel For Emergency Use Only.” See page 35. This document is marked, “Effective: 07/21/2021.” That means, even though the virus is being referred to by its older name, the document is still relevant as of July 2021. “For Emergency Use Only” refers to the fact that the FDA has certified the PCR test under a traditional category called “Emergency Use Authorization.”
FDA: “…a specimen is considered positive for 2019-nCoV [virus] if all 2019-nCoV marker (N1, N2) cycle threshold growth curves cross the threshold line within 40.00 cycles ([less than] 40.00 Ct).”
Naturally, MANY testing labs reading this guideline would conclude, “Well, to see if the virus is there in a patient, we should run the test all the way to 40 cycles. That’s the official advice.”
Then we have a New York Times article (August 29/updated September 17, 2020) headlined: “Your coronavirus test is positive. Maybe it shouldn’t be.” Here are money quotes:
“Most tests set the limit at 40 [cycles]. A few at 37.”
Set-the-limit would mean, We’re going to look all the way to 40 cycles, to see if the virus is there.
The Times: “This number of amplification cycles needed to find the virus, called the cycle threshold, is never included in the results sent to doctors and coronavirus patients.”
Boom. That’s the capper, the grand finale. Labs don’t or won’t reveal their collusion in this crime.
Get the picture?
I hope so.
If a lawyer won’t go to court with all this, or if a judge won’t pay attention and see the light, they should be stripped of their jobs and sent to the Arctic to sell snow.

I wrote and posted this piece almost a year ago, while the clinical trials of the COVID vaccine were in progress. It reveals how and why those trials were doomed to fail. They did fail. Since then, nothing has changed.
The vaccine makers DESIGNED a series of clinical trials that, even on their own terms (“the virus is real, fear the virus”) were destined to be a complete flop.
Here is the piece I wrote in September 2020, before COVID vaccines were authorized for emergency use.
PART ONE:
Peter Doshi, associate editor of the medical journal BMJ, and Eric Topol, Scripps Research professor of molecular medicine, have written a devastating NY Times opinion piece about the ongoing COVID vaccine clinical trials.
They expose the fatal flaw in the large Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Moderna trials.
September 22, 2020, the Times: “These Coronavirus Trials Don’t Answer the One Question We Need to Know”:
“If you were to approve a coronavirus vaccine, would you approve one that you only knew protected people only from the most mild form of Covid-19, or one that would prevent its serious complications?”
“The answer is obvious. You would want to protect against the worst cases.”
“But that’s not how the companies testing three of the leading coronavirus vaccine candidates, Moderna, Pfizer and AstraZeneca, whose U.S. trial is on hold, are approaching the problem.”
“According to the protocols for their studies, which they released late last week, a vaccine could meet the companies’ benchmark for success if it lowered the risk of mild Covid-19, but was never shown to reduce moderate or severe forms of the disease, or the risk of hospitalization, admissions to the intensive care unit or death.”
“To say a vaccine works should mean that most people no longer run the risk of getting seriously sick. That’s not what these trials will determine.”
This means these clinical trials are dead in the water.
They are only designed to show effectiveness in preventing “mild cases of COVID,” which nobody should care about, because mild cases (cough, fever) naturally run their course and cause no harm. THERE IS NO NEED FOR A VACCINE THAT PREVENTS MILD CASES.
The leading vaccine clinical trials are useless, irrelevant, misleading, and deceptive.
Now let’s go deeper. Read the next section from the Times piece, and then I’ll make comments.
“The Moderna and AstraZeneca studies will involve about 30,000 participants each; Pfizer’s will have 44,000. Half the participants will receive two doses of vaccines separated by three or four weeks, and the other half will receive saltwater placebo shots. The final determination of efficacy will occur after 150 to 160 participants develop Covid-19…”
Here’s how it works. The vaccine companies are looking for a total of 150 mild COVID cases to occur, combined, in the two groups— those receiving the placebo and those receiving the vaccine. How would that happen? The researchers believe “the coronavirus is spreading everywhere” and it will pounce on some of the volunteers in the clinical trial.
Let’s say that, during the trial, 100 people receiving the placebo develop mild COVID-19, and only 50 people receiving the vaccine develop mild COVID.
The vaccine companies would say, “We just proved the vaccine is 50% effective in preventing COVID, and that’s all we need to do, in order to win emergency authorization from the FDA. Release the vaccine. Inject the world.”
The outcomes for 150 people equal “let’s shoot up seven billion people.” That’s staggering.
But it gets even worse. The magic number of 150 COVID cases? How is a COVID case defined? The authors of the Times piece have the answer:
“In the Moderna and Pfizer trials, even a mild case of Covid-19 — for instance, a cough plus a positive lab test — would qualify and muddy the results. AstraZeneca is slightly more stringent but would still count mild symptoms like a cough plus fever as a case.”
But wait. The NY Times itself recently published an article stating that up to 90% of US COVID cases could very well be false positives—in other words, not cases at all. Why? Because the diagnostic PCR test, as it is performed by many labs, is too sensitive. It registers “positive for COVID” when it shouldn’t.
So, in these vaccine clinical trials, the whole process of determining that “150 people developed COVID-19” is completely unreliable, useless, absurd, and nonsensical. On the one hand, a positive PCR test is unreliable and means nothing. On the other hand, a cough and fever (“mild COVID”) are nothing to worry about, and don’t require a vaccine at all. We’re talking about 150 cases of “who cares.” That’s what the COVID vaccine is designed to prevent.
“So the magic number is 150? That’s the number that will decide the immediate fate of the planet?”
“Of course.”
“And these 150 people, who you say develop mild COVID-19…no one should care, because those symptoms cure themselves, and no vaccine is needed.”
“Correct.”
“And come to think of it, the people receiving the vaccine in the clinical trials could develop symptoms indistinguishable from mild COVID-19, as a result of the effects of the vaccine.”
“Yes, that’s right.”
“But you’re very confident in the success of the vaccine.”
“Indeed.”
“Why?”
“I have to be confident. If we’re exposed as incompetent frauds, our bottom line will take a huge hit. And we’ll wind up in prison.”
“Thank you, sir. And that’s tonight’s news. Make sure you take the vaccine, everyone. It’s vital. This is Fred J Clown, for CBS-NBC-ABC-CNN-FOX-PBS-AP-Reuters and all official news sources East, West, North, and South. PART TWO: THE DEVIOUS TRICK:
Now I’m going to go over the vital information again, but this time I’m going to show you how…
The vaccine companies can use the fatal flaw in their protocol design to…
Actually win approval of their COVID vaccine.
Stick with me. This is big.
Only 150 people are needed to make the major clinical trials of a COVID vaccine look like a success.
Out of 30,000 volunteers in a trial, researchers are waiting for 150 people to “come down with COVID-19.” MILD cases. They assume this will happen because they believe the coronavirus is everywhere, and it’ll infect their volunteers.
Of course, their definition of a mild case of COVID-19 is meaningless. Cough plus fever, and a positive PCR test. The test spits out false positives like a rigged slot machine, and the visible mild symptoms could result from flu, polluted air, or too many candy bars.
Nevertheless, the researchers are waiting for a total of 150 people to “catch a mild case of COVID.” When that number is reached, everything stops.
Now comes the big moment. How many of those 150 COVID cases occurred in the group that received the vaccine, and how many in the group that received the placebo shot of salt water?
Let’s say only 50 COVID cases occurred in the vaccine group, and 100 in the placebo group. The researchers pop champagne corks. They say, “Look, the vaccine is 50% effective at preventing COVID, and that’s all we need to win emergency authorization from the FDA.”
BUT suppose 70 cases occurred in the vaccine group and 80 in the placebo group? No good. No good at all. No way to call the vaccine effective.
Now comes the “reshaping of the data.”
HERE WE GO.
The researchers say, “Wait. Thirty of the COVID cases in the vaccine group were REALLY just adverse reactions to the vaccine. They weren’t cases of COVID. You see, the vaccine can cause symptoms that are indistinguishable from mild COVID. Cough, fever, chills. ACTUALLY, there were only 40 cases of COVID in the vaccine group. Half as many as in the placebo group. The vaccine IS 50% effective. We’re good. We’re golden. We can get emergency authorization from the FDA right now to shoot up everybody.”
Vaccine manufacturers HAVE KNOWN ALL ALONG that they could pull this trick.
Why leave things to chance?
Why risk a few hundred billion dollars of profit on a random distribution of mild COVID cases among the volunteers in their clinical trials?
The definition of a mild COVID case is EXACTLY what the vaccine manufacturers needed. It enabled them to hatch a plan, to make sure they didn’t fail.
They could pawn off a MILD case of COVID as a reaction to the vaccine. They could fake that without causing ripples. The FDA would say, “The vaccine reactions aren’t serious. All right, no problem. We’ll approve this vaccine for emergency use.”
However…If the manufacturers designed their clinical trial protocol to prevent serious cases of COVID, they would be waiting to see 150 cases of really sick people to occur. That might never happen.
If it did happen, and the manufacturers had to pull their devious switcheroo trick and blame the vaccine for some of these SERIOUS cases…
They would have to tell the FDA that their vaccine was causing life-threatening pneumonia; and the FDA, under a lot of scrutiny these days, would find it very difficult to overlook that.
FDA: “We can’t approve this vaccine. It could cause a few million cases of dire pneumonia…”
The vaccine companies didn’t make a titanic stupid mistake in their protocol design. In gearing the protocol to prevent MILD COVID cases, they did what they did on purpose. It allows them to “reshape their data” and win FDA emergency approval for their vaccine.
These companies have no intention of failing, starting over, and spending a year recruiting 30,000 new volunteers. They want success and money now. They want to win the race.
And they will win, if the truth isn’t known and shared widely.

The punchline.
Every “expert,” now, in August 2021, is instructed to say the vaccine is definitely protecting people against severe illness and hospitalization. This is their promotional message to the world.
“Yes, even if you’re vaccinated, you could become infected with the virus, you could develop COVID, and you could pass the virus to other people, BUT you must take the shot. It will protect you from becoming severely ill.”
As you can see from what I’ve written above, this is a straight-out lie.
It was always a fantastic lie, from the beginning of COVID vaccine development.

(Natural News) The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is calling on Pfizer and Moderna to recruit more children into their respective Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” trials.
Children between the ages of five and 11 are needed, the FDA insists, to determine whether a “rare” side effect involving heart inflammation is more common among young vaccinated people than it is among older vaccinated people.
The FDA wants at least 3,000 more very young children to be experimentally injected, according to The New York Times, because this will allegedly help the agency determine which ages groups are most negatively affected by Fauci Flu shots.
A spokesperson from Moderna told The Washington Post that it is “actively discussing a proposal” with the FDA to expand its trial “to enroll a larger safety database which increases the likelihood of detecting rare events.” The pharmaceutical giant has not yet indicated the size of that trial.
As for Pfizer, it also announced plans to expand its injection trials to include more innocent children. These children will be recruited from the United States, Finland, Poland and Spain, and will be sent to more than 90 different clinical trial sites around the world.
The FDA and CDC want to murder your children
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that there are now 674 confirmed cases of myocarditis and pericarditis among people aged 30 years and younger who took a Chinese Virus jab.
The vast majority of these cases, which involve inflammation of the heart and the lining that surrounds the heart, occurred in young people who received one or the other of the mRNA (messenger RNA) injections produced by Pfizer and Moderna.
The CDC claims that it and its “partners” are currently in the process of investigating these reports to see “whether there is a relationship to COVID-19 vaccination.”
Back in June, the FDA added a warning to the jabs indicating that they could cause myocarditis or pericarditis, pointing to the manufacturer fact sheets that also say the same thing, “particularly following the second dose.”
Still, the CDC insists that the risk is low and that “everyone 12 years and older” should “get vaccinated as soon as possible.”
Meanwhile, the risk of a child testing “positive” for the Fauci Flu is basically zero, and the risk of actually manifesting symptoms is even smaller. Children are safe from the plandemic, in other words – or at least they were until the government came for them, too.
First they came for the elderly and the immune-compromised, and most people did nothing because they did not fall into that category. Then they came for healthy adults, and since many of them were tired of being locked down, they complied.
Now the government wants the children, and since every other age group has been or is in the process of being injected, there is almost nobody left to take a stand for these innocent ones.
“This is pure evil,” wrote one commenter at The Epoch Times. “They don’t care about anyone’s health. They care about their agenda.”
“If you’re a parent who lets his child be a test subject for Pfizer or Moderna, knowing the child could be seriously hurt in the outcome, you’re not even human. You’re a machine,” wrote another.
Many others had similar things to say, calling this whole thing mass experimentation and child abuse. Taking advantage of innocent humans for financial gain and eugenics purposes is the epitome of evil, and the world just seems to be letting it happen.

Abstract and Figures
Background Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, has led to significant global mortality and morbidity. Until now, no treatment has proven to be effective in COVID-19. To explore whether the use of remdesivir, initially an experimental broad-spectrum antiviral, is effective in the treatment of hospitalized patients with COVID-19, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized, placebo-controlled trials investigating its use. Methods A rapid search of the MEDLINE and EMBASE medical databases was conducted for randomized controlled trials. A systematic approach was used to screen, abstract, and critically appraise the studies. Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) method was applied to rate the certainty and quality of the evidence reported per study. Results Two RCTs studies were identified (n=1,299). A fixed-effects meta-analysis revealed reductions in mortality (RR=0.69, 0.49 to 0.99), time to clinical improvement (3.95 less days, from 3.86 days less to 4.05 less days ), serious adverse events (RR=0.77, 0.63 to 0.94) and all adverse events (RR=0.87, 0.79 to 0.96). Conclusion In this rapid systematic review, we present pooled evidence from the 2 included RCT studies that reveal that remdesivir has a modest yet significant reduction in mortality and significantly improves the time to recovery, as well as significantly reduced risk in adverse events and serious adverse events. It is more than likely that as an antiviral, remdesivir is not sufficient on its own and may be suitable in combination with other antivirals or treatments such as convalescent plasma. Research is ongoing to clarify and contextual these promising findings.

YouTube Channel Restored for Big Tech, Pandemic Coverage Critic Naomi Wolf

YouTube has abruptly restored liberal skeptic Naomi Wolf’s DailyClout video channel, after an article in The Epoch Times drew attention to its sudden deletion last week.
Wolf, a co-founder of the DailyClout website, is a widely published journalist and bestselling author of books such as “The Beauty Myth: How Images of Beauty Are Used Against Women” (1990) and “The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot” (2007). She was an adviser to then-President Bill Clinton’s 1996 reelection campaign and to then-Vice President Al Gore, both Democrats.
Earlier this summer, Twitter banned Wolf, who has been critical of vaccine passports and media coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic, as The Epoch Times reported at the time. Twitter said Wolf had disseminated vaccine misinformation in violation of the microblogging website’s policies, a claim she denies.
Wolf said she was deplatformed by Twitter after sharing with 146,000 followers UNC senior researcher Dr. Ralph Baric’s resume, which shows that his work on gain-of-function research had been funded by the federal government, a fact already reported in the media.
The Epoch Times reported last week that the civic-minded, informational DailyClout channel was deleted by YouTube sometime on Aug. 24 after a video was posted that featured Wolf conducting an interview with Leslie Manookian, president and founder of Health Freedom Defense Fund Inc., a prominent critic of mandatory mask policies in schools.
Around the time the channel disappeared, YouTube sent DailyClout an email advising that a video titled “Dr Naomi Wolf and Leslie Manookian speak about her award-winning documentary ‘The Greater Good,’” had been removed for violating YouTube’s “medical misinformation policy.”
“YouTube doesn’t allow claims about COVID-19 vaccinations that contradict expert consensus from local health authorities or the World Health Organization (WHO),” stated the email.
Wolf countered that the video was not filled with contentious material. It included information already disseminated by Public Citizen, Axios, and Vanity Fair.
But in an email time-stamped Aug. 26 at 7:47 p.m. ET, YouTube advised Wolf’s website that it had made a mistake and resurrected the video channel.
“We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve recently reviewed your YouTube account, and after taking another look, we can confirm that it is not in violation of our Terms of Service. We have lifted the suspension of your account, and it is once again active and operational,” according to the email, which was obtained by The Epoch Times.
“We’d like to thank you for your patience while we reviewed this case. Our goal is to make sure content doesn’t violate our Community Guidelines so that YouTube can be a safe place for all—and sometimes we make mistakes trying to get it right. We hope you understand, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused.”
Wolf told The Epoch Times that while she was glad the channel, which she said features “nerdy, nonpartisan, straight-up public interest reporting,” was restored, she remains worried about YouTube’s future behavior.
“DailyClout is a company, but our business model is about communicating information,” Wolf said. “This can’t happen to us again. What I’m trying to say is it’s not just about me, but it’s about DailyClout, the community, and the people who count on us to keep them informed.”
When the channel was restored, more than 300,000 views were removed from the view counter and thousands of subscribers disappeared, Wolf said.
She said she was concerned that a big tech company like YouTube can silence “any small business owner, or any news outlet, or any reporter … and damage can be done to their business or their reputation at any time.”
“It’s not American to police speech in this way,” Wolf said.
The current situation with rampant social media censorship is “unsustainable if we want to survive as a democracy,” Wolf said. “I do think that proposals to regulate social media platforms as utilities makes sense conceptually.”
Wolf remains concerned that the United States is moving in the direction of the Chinese social credit system.
“I’m like day and night terrified about it, and it’s arriving at warp speed,” she said. “One reason I may be on the radar of big tech companies is because I was one of the first voices to really raise the alarm about vaccine passports.”
Wolf said The Epoch Times helped get her channel restored.
“I did just want to add, for the record, my sincere appreciation for The Epoch Times, since it is the only major site to do serious reporting on these issues in my view. Without the scrutiny of The Epoch Times, I doubt YouTube would have reversed course,” she said.
The Epoch Times reached out to YouTube, which is owned by Google, for a comment over the weekend and received a nonspecific automated email reply promising “The Google Press Team” would “get back to [us] as soon as possible.” No further reply was received by press time.

In this article, I’m cutting through a few miles of new verbiage circulating on the issue of refusing the COVID vaccine.
People have recently announced “an extraordinary discovery”: there is a legal way to reject the vaccine. “It’s still experimental,” they say, even after the FDA just fully approved it, and under federal law, a person has the right to refuse an experimental medicine.
So…take a breath, let it out, take a step back, and consider the following:
Since the moment COVID vaccines were launched, a person has been able to refuse them. Since they were first mandated, a person has been able to refuse them.
“Mandate” means: if you refuse, you pay the price.
Consequences. You’re fired from your job. You can’t enter certain restaurants. And so on.
After the August 23 FDA approval of the Pfizer shot, nothing in that regard has changed. You can refuse the shot, but you take the consequences.
Even in the Army (so far), they can’t hold you down and force the needle into your arm. They put you in a cell, they discharge you dishonorably, they court martial you; whatever.
Perhaps a lawyer can argue that the consequences of refusing the shot are egregious, too severe, are tantamount to “forcing the shot,” but that is a different issue. I would like to see that issue raised.
But let’s not confuse huge numbers of people by telling them they now have a clear path to refusing the shot. That clear path has always existed (with perhaps the exception of prisons and nursing homes and hospitals where some people were forced to take the shot illegally).
What people are dealing with is, how can I avoid the consequences of refusing the shot?
I’ve suggested strategies that entail getting employers wrapped up in answering probing detailed questions about financial and legal responsibility for vaccine injuries—
But the ultimate bottom line is the individual refusing the shot, No Matter What.
In my MANY articles about vaccines, detailing how they are dangerous, destructive, ineffective, and unnecessary, my aim has been to bring people closer to making their own stand.
That is what this is all about: No Matter What.
It’s a test of faith, conviction, courage.
Will you refuse the vaccine no matter what?
Believe me, I support all sorts of legal case filings and challenges to vaccine mandates. I don’t care how slim the chances of success are.
But in the end, every individual has to decide what he will accept and what he will reject.
No matter what the consequences are.
We are the cure. This is the war.

The nurses and staff of Houston Methodist hospital just lost their case and the hospital apparently does have the legal right to fire employees who won't get the jab and / or submit to stringent rules for frequent testing, etc. I do not know the details of this but it seems to be a legal issue of greatest importance. But as Jon Rappaport states in this article, it ultimately a personal decision, but I do think the way and timing of the decision and action is an important part in this game.

Fauci Says It’s a ‘Good Idea’ to Mandate COVID-19 Vaccines for School Children

President Joe Biden’s pandemic adviser Anthony Fauci said that mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for children attending school are a “good idea.”
“I believe that mandating vaccines for children to appear in school is a good idea. We’ve done this for decades and decades, requiring polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis. So this would not be something new requiring vaccinations for children to come to school,” Fauci said Sunday in on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
A number of research papers over the course of the pandemic have revealed that children appear to be the least likely age group affected by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus that causes COVID-19, and those papers have shown that serious illness or death is very rare among children under the age of 18.
Fauci, during a separate interview on ABC Sunday, said that he hopes the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will approve the vaccine for children under the age of 12.
“The data has been collected and we should have enough data by, I would say, the end of September, middle to end of September, early October, so that those data can then be presented to the FDA to examine for the risk-benefit ratio of safety and effectiveness,” Fauci remarked.
A study published in June MedRxiv found that in England, COVID-19 caused 25 deaths among children younger than age 18 between March 2020 and February 2021. And “long COVID” cases—or cases where COVID-19 symptoms last longer than four weeks—among children are also quite rare, according to a study published earlier this month in The Lancet Child & Adolescent Health.
“We know from other studies that many children who catch coronavirus don’t show any symptoms at all; and it will be reassuring for families to know that those children who do fall ill with COVID-19 are unlikely to suffer prolonged effects,” said senior author Emma Duncan, PhD, in a press release released by King’s College London. “However, our research confirms that a small number do have a long illness duration with COVID-19, though these children too usually recover with time,” she added.
But last week, a study published in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report found that a teacher who was not vaccinated may have started a COVID-19 outbreak at a school in Marin County, California. Some federal officials, including those with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), have recently cited that study for masking mandates in schools.
“In Northern California, we saw that the absence of optimal, multi-layer protection can result in the spread of COVID in this classroom and beyond,” said CDC Director Rochelle Walensky several days ago.
If schools mandate vaccines for children, it will likely draw pushback from parents. Protests have occurred across the United States over masking mandates for kids, including a recent demonstration in Los Angeles County.

The West Virginia Center for Threat Preparedness has confirmed to Timcast that the Department of Defense has taken over the case of a truck carrying Moderna vaccines that crashed near a waterway off Interstate-79.
The Center for Threat Preparedness was in charge of trying to recover the vaccines, but are no longer permitted to speak to the press about the incident. Instead, they referred us to the National COVID Response Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
As Timcast previously reported, air traffic was shut down while Hazmat cleaning crews spent 21 hours in the area near Morgantown. The northbound side of the interstate was also closed for all traffic.“A tractor trailer, carrying Moderna COVID-19 vaccines to be sent as aid to a foreign country, lost control on the interstate, struck a concrete barrier and went down over the embankment approximately 30 feet and rolled on its side,” Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. “The driver was trapped inside of the vehicle and had to be extricated. He was transported and treated for minor injuries at Ruby Memorial Hospital.”The statement went on to say that a hazmat team was brought in to clear “oil and anti-freeze” for 21 hours.
“The West Virginia Center for Preparedness helped recover the vaccine, but it is unknown how much was saved,” WV Metro News reported.The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office, Monongalia Hazmat Team, and Governor Jim Justice’s office all refused to answer questions from Timcast about the crash.
When contacted by Timcast and questioned about if vaccines spilled from the vehicle, the Monongalia Hazmat Team replied that “we are unable to release any information at this time.”
The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office also declined to answer questions and directed us to the three day old statement on their Facebook page.
“So I can’t even ask a single question?” Timcast asked the deputy in a phone call on Monday morning.
“They’re not fielding questions about it at this time,” the deputy replied.
The deputy confirmed that the decision not to speak to the press was made by the Sheriff’s Office internally. However, he added that anyone with questions would have to call the governor’s office.
“You can’t even tell me if any of the vaccines spilled out of the truck?” Timcast asked.
While the increasingly irritated deputy would not confirm or deny if vaccines spilled into the surrounding area, when pressed about it being a public health concern he said “that’s why we responded.”“I feel like this should be information that the public should be able to know. If vaccines leaked out, you would think that’s kind of a serious issue, right?”The deputy repeatedly stated that we would need to call the governor’s office for more information. After doing so, a spokesperson for the office of Governor Jim Justice said “here in the governor’s office we don’t know anything about that.”
“Well, that’s why we responded,” he said.
Witnesses said that there were an intense amount of cleanup crews and first responders at the scene.
“Still backed up, drove by an hour ago, looks like a small village has been set up … mobile labs, pop-up tents, lights, sat phone antennas, Fayette Co Command Center, Mon Co Command Ctr and more,” Brenda Landis-Haas of Morgantown wrote on the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
Another witness who spoke to Timcast said that press was not allowed anywhere near the scene and that there were “all kinds of clean up crews I’ve never even heard of.”
Airspace surrounding the crash was also closed according to a report from WBOY. Local residents said that people were being stopped from flying hobby drones to see what was going on.
Multiple concerned residents commented on the sheriff’s Facebook post asking if there were any toxins leaked into the area and did not receive a response.
Timcast has now reached out to the DOD and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
