Civil is Not Civilian - A Short Explanation of Corporate Feudalism

Many people make references to the "civil government" without realizing that the "civil government" is not the civilian government.

"Civil" refers to the Municipal Government --- and ultimately, to the Municipal Government of Rome, "The" City. Rome is unique in the history of the world and its "Empire of the City" has spanned the centuries in a single leap from 700 BC to the present virtually unaltered in form. It is still an all-embracing Municipal Government, and this is the form of the "Holy Roman Empire".

Voltaire once quipped that the Holy Roman Empire was "not holy, not Roman, and not an empire" --- and in part, I wholeheartedly agree; but in another sense, it very much is an empire that has used the Church as a storefront, used Rome as a base of operations, and which now encircles the globe in a python-like grasp of interlocking trust directorates and commercial corporate interests.

When our country was founded a little over two hundred years ago, commercial corporations were somewhat an oddity. Only a few industries employed commercial corporations, notably shipping and trading companies, banks, fledgling insurance companies, trade guilds (unions), and government-to-government operations.

There were no stock exchanges. No stock market. No publicly traded companies. No SEC. No DTTC. No Corporations Company of America. No massive insurance funds. No trading in bonds, except sovereign bonds between governments. The explosive growth in all these areas and the development of all these corporate institutions was fueled by the use of "commercial paper" as a money substitute.

And that, in turn, was fueled by the spread of the Municipal Government of Rome and the standardization of shipping lanes, postal services, trade policies, post roads, communications systems, expansion of the use of insurance and bottomry bonds in shipping, the advent of pension programs, the proliferation of commercial patent processes under government protection, international copyrights and trademarks also protected by governments, and what has developed into the modern Uniform Commercial Code.

In a relatively short period of time, "commerce" has exploded onto the world stage and guided by the single-minded demand for profit, has fueled a new brand of Corporate Feudalism, clearly visible in the economic polarizations that commerce has created.

Along with the explosive growth created by institutionalized gambling (insurance, commodities markets, stock exchanges, investment and brokerage houses, investment banking, bond markets, etc. are all forms of institutionalized and increasingly deregulated gambling) came another "push" to bulk up the commercial markets --- the securitization, bonding, and enfranchisement of practically everyone and everything on earth.

Commerce, by definition, is business conducted between two incorporated entities, and incorporated entities have to be sponsored and chartered by governments or enfranchised by other corporations that are sponsored by governments. All incorporated entities are "unnatural" and consist of total legal fictions, businesses created by businesses, corporations created by other corporations, and totally cut off from the realm of physical reality.

To funnel this explosive growth and keep the momentum going and to benefit themselves, the promoters of the whole realm of commerce --- the Municipal Government of Rome operated by the Roman Pontiffs -- approved the securitization, bonding, and enfranchisement of living people, and thereby reduced men to things --- commodities to be traded, corporations to be moved about and controlled and held to account like any other corporations, little bricks in the vast edifice that the Civil Municipal Government has been building.

The big problem with the Civil Government is that it is all built on lies of one kind or another, and on enslavement of Mankind by networks of bullies and thieves in nice suits--- which leads inexorably back to the evils of Robber Barons and racketeering "for the king" however "the king" may be defined, and to a brutal new kind of industrialized and computerized Feudalism in which we all serve corporations instead of corporations serving us.

And that is, in part, what we come to address as we gather ourselves together in Faith Communities and Patriot Groups and State Assemblies and wherever living men gather to contemplate the circumstance.

It is grossly unlawful to securitize living men as commodities and also unlawful to subject them to bondage, yet the perpetrators have sought to get around this by legal chicanery ---kidnapping living men from their natural estate on the land and soil of their respective countries and shanghai-ing us on paper first into the international Jurisdiction of the Sea, and next into the foreign realm of the international Jurisdiction of the Air--- and unlawfully converting our names into the names of corporations.

This is a crime known as "personage" and it has been rampantly practiced by the governments of the western world since the 1940's, right under the noses of the Popes and Prelates, the Justices and Politicians, the Generals and the Admirals responsible for protecting us.

We can only conclude that at least a very substantial part of all that comprises world government is criminal in nature, and that the institutional and legal and Public Law safeguards have failed from the Pope, who is supposed to liquidate corporations caught in unlawful activities, on down to local "law enforcement" agencies which have failed to enforce the Public Law.

Thus, again, the only strength is in public awareness and public action to put things back in order before a few madmen like George Soros create Hell on Earth instead of what is meant to be -- a Heaven on Earth.

Millions of Americans have to be awakened to the clear and present danger that our own runaway military and federal civilian subcontractors have presented to us and to the rest of the world.

Everyone needs to reclaim their own good name and estate as living people and in this country, that means to "return" from any presumption of "US Citizenship" and also placing one's political status firmly on the Public Records of these private corporations as being American State Nationals and/or American State Citizens.

All this corporate hanky-panky needs to evaporate like mist on a summer morning. Let this outrageous criminality be nullified as the fraud that it is, and let all the assets be returned free and clear -- as the actual Public Law requires.

How To Use Your Paperwork

The best paperwork in the world won't help you if you don't know how to use it, so yes, you need to think about it beyond just recording it.

Reason and Logic:
The reason you create and develop the paperwork in the first place, is to use it as superior evidence of who you are (a Lawful Person) and the capacity in which you are acting (peaceful American State civilian).

The British Territorial Army (aka United States Raj) has deemed it expedient to misidentify everyone as enemy combatants until proven otherwise.

The two sides in this ugly 150 year-old fantasy "war" are the British Territorial Government operating a Territorial State of State, like the State of Wisconsin, and the Municipal United States Government operating a Municipal State of State like the STATE OF WISCONSIN.

So the Army has their Undeclared Foreign Agents (doctors and nurses illegally conscripted under the old Federal Title 37 as "Uniformed Officers") at the hospitals identify all newborn babies as "lost on the battlefield" and then they "presume" the newborns are wards of their Territorial States of States, and then the cretins ship your data off to have you arbitrarily defined and registered as a Municipal "Enemy Combatant" so that the Army can come back in and pillage your ESTATE, etc., under the guise of you being an "Enemy" and all this absolute crap is being promoted from both sides of this farce.

So, they have "evidence" that you are both a Territorial Pauper, a Ward of the State of State, and more "evidence" that you are a Municipal Citizen, a "US CITIZEN", which makes you a "presumed" Enemy Combatant, already a criminal under their unauthorized 14th Amendment and a slave because you are a criminal.

Oh, my, haven't they all been busy making up lies and processes to defraud and rob the people they are supposed to be protecting and serving?

So now that you know what these vermin have been perpetuating against innocent people, and how they have been doing it, isn't it time to answer back?

Yes, so, they have issued a "Birth Certificate" in your NAME, and this serves as evidence for them, but it can also serve as evidence for you. It's a two-edged sword.

You are going to get a few Certified Copies of the BC and put them in a file. Along with that, you are going to obtain two affirmed and Notarized Witness Testimonies from people having first hand knowledge of who you are (friends, family, classmates, long time employers, co-workers, etc.) and where and when you were born, clearly identifying a picture of you as "the" one who was born at such and such a time and place to such parents.

This establishes who you are and connects your physical body to the name, so that your living Lawful Personhood can be established. Notice that you have a birthday, but the THING they created when they registered you as property belonging to their corporation has a birth date, which is the file date when this bogus PERSON was created. Two separate days, two separate persons.

The additional pieces of paper --- the Deed of Re-Conveyance officially removing your Trade Name from the international jurisdiction of the sea and placing it back on the Land, the revocation of all prior Powers of Attorney, the Expatriation from Territorial and Municipal Citizenship, the Certificate of Assumed Name(s) -- all serve to transport you back to Lawful Person status and put you firmly back on the land and soil of an American State and seize control of your identity and your assets.

All this recorded evidence now stands against their evidence and is superior, because yours is more recent, more credible, and more complete.

So now you've got a problem. Your neighbor is suing you for an easement. The inquisitors are harassing you over "federal" income taxes and you don't have any federal income. Your wife wants a divorce. Some goon from social services is trying to steal your kids for the sex market.

What do you do?

All of these courts--- absolutely all of them--- are nothing but For Hire entities having no official office or capacity related to American State Citizens.

As American State Citizens and Lawful Persons you are outside their jurisdiction by about a thousand miles 90% of the time--- but you have to know that and you have to bring that forward.

Considerations:
First, you can often avoid the conventional court schtick altogether. Go to court, stand up without entering the Bar, (the railing between the onlookers and the court per se) when your name is called and say, "I am visiting the Court as a Lawful Person to request arbitration." If this provokes a response from the Judge, simply shrug and say, "I have been misaddressed by the Prosecuting Attorney, your Honor, and request arbitration."

Your chances of presenting your ownership interests according to a normal course of business are much better in arbitration and if you have done your homework, your chances of getting a private arbitration service to agree with your position --- if you can explain it adequately (which is covered below) --- are also much better. But be aware that arbitration is not for criminal matters and that results are generally speaking binding and non-appealable for both parties.

The words "Lawful Person" "visiting" and "misaddressed" are all red flags for the Judge, who is most likely going to expedite your speedy exit from his courtroom.

Second line of defense, when faced with criminal charges or unavoidable confrontation in their arena:

1. The Judge is not your enemy. The Judge is the Referee. He makes his money off of judgements so he will be delighted if he can nail someone and he really doesn't care who.

2. The ones you want to torpedo and/or discourage are the Prosecuting Attorney and the District Attorney who is responsible for the Prosecuting Attorney.

3. All these guys are racketeering on our shores and really don't have a leg to stand on, so they are probably more afraid of you than you are of them.

4. You can prepare your demonstration in advance and have your evidence ready to go, so get yourself several copies of everything, keep one Master File Copy, put one additional copy of your Master File somewhere else safe, and the rest of your copies are then available for presentations.

5. You don't need to present an Authenticated Birth Certificate and you never need to record a Birth Certificate. You just need a Certified BC to present to the District Attorney. Along with that, you bring either original or recorded copies of a set of two Witness Testimonies done before a Public Notary under penalty of perjury and from without the United States affirming that you (photo embedded in the page) are to their first-hand knowledge "the" man or woman whose actual physical birth event occurred in Flat Rump, Texas, July 4, 1946-- or whatever your details are, of course.

6. These three documents establish who you are, where and when you were born, and your physical presence leaves no doubt that you are alive.

7. You set the DA or Assistant DA down and look them in the eye and you plunk that BC down on the desk and you say, "I am not presenting this for any purpose of identification." That is lawyer-speak for "I am here for payment and exemption." On top of the BC, you lay down the Witness Testimonies.

8. Then you say, "I am a Lawful Person, an American State Citizen, and I have been misaddressed by Peter K. Lipsalot, Esquire, an attorney in your Territorial State of State District. He has sent unsolicited mail misaddressed to a foreign PERSON to me." You plunk down whatever summons or other paperwork has been sent to you or delivered to your door.

9. Then you say, "I want this clearly understood. I am a Lawful Person standing on the land and soil jurisdiction of this State. I am not a resident of any State of State. I also want it understood that I have not volunteered for any Territorial or Municipal citizenship or duty and that I claim my exemption from such duty effective with my actual birthday. I have placed Notice in your Public Record and I fail to see why Peter K. Lipsalot, Esquire, is being allowed to misaddress me in this manner."

10. "Any unauthorized Municipal PERSON represented by this NAME has been returned to the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary and his Successors have been named the Fiduciaries responsible for this ACCOUNT. Now, I have not made any charges against this ACCOUNT and I have not authorized Mr. Peter K. Lipsalot, Esquire, to make any charges, either. Now, surely, this is all a Big Mistake and Misunderstanding."
Plunk down a black and white copy of your Form 56 and mailing receipts.

11. "Because as there is light in the day, I am not dead in any sense of the word. Now, I know, that you are operating under the 1934 Amendment to the Trading With the Enemy Act and I know all about the Lieber Code and I know and can prove for a fact that I am a peaceful Third Party non-combatant who is owed the Law of Peace and I refer you, Sir, to AR27-1-161 so that you can see in military terms exactly what kind of law and exemptions and reparations I am owed. And I see no evidence of any valid contract, no authority to address me, and no jurisdiction of the court related to me.

I want this whole matter cleared up and cleaned out, and I wish for my Lawful Person and all my assets to be fully exonerated and exempted -- with prejudice foreclosing any further contact or court action presuming against me and my material interests. If Peter K. Lipsalot wishes to continue his attack after you have explained that I am a Lawful Person, not a Legal Person, he can take it up with the Secretary of the Treasury. "

12. Be just as nice as the flowers in May, folks. You can afford to be. Put a business card with an "in care of" address for the return of the paperwork, and just walk out. They have a performance obligation to you six miles wide. Make them perform.

Now all this takes chutzpah, initiative, pre-planning, and practice. You can't just sit around and think that, oh, I know who I am.... and think that everyone else is just going to know who you are.

That DA's job is to fleece any and all "enemy combatants" in a non-existent 150 year-old "war" clean.
He's going to see you as an "enemy combatant" if you leave him an inch and a phooftee in the wind.

Once you really start thinking about this, you will realize that there isn't much out there proving that you even exist, much less any record of your political status and capacity--- and what there is, is wrong. That makes you a sitting duck for these racketeers.

Our own dear Generals and Admirals of the US Navy set it up this way with malice aforethought while they were playing with their toys and drawing their pay.
That factoid along with a clear view of what these renegade employees have been doing, should jerk you awake and get you up on your feet. The sooner the better.

Once you have your own records established and polished and you have your Superior Evidence nailed down, join your State Assembly.

I thought that starting with the State Jural Assemblies would be a good idea and it still is, but only if you are setting up an actual State Jural Assembly, not a "State of State" Jural Assembly nor any kind of incorporated "STATE" Jural Assembly, which doesn't get the job done and doesn't put an end to this mischief.

Been there, done that, and too many times. This time, we are going to settle this hash and if the Brits or the Popes or anyone does anything at all to impede us or harm us, they are going to be fully liable and exposed for all the world to see.

For All The Jural Assemblies - 42 The United States Raj

Many of the people reading this can remember film clips of Mahatma Gandhi and news reels being shown of the massive population-wide but largely peaceful demonstrations taking place in India in the late 1940's against the British "Raj".

The whole point was to free the Indian Subcontinent from British rule and oppression that began in the 1860's and to restore self-government to India.
How ironic.

The British did the same thing here and at the same time, the 1860's, but they could use deceit to get away with it here, because they had many Tory sycophants ready to willingly subject themselves to the Queen, and even more clueless wonders ready to do anything for a paycheck, and most of all because they could pass themselves and their flunkies off as "Americans" --its a lot harder for a Brit to pretend to be a native of Calcutta than it is to say he's from Maine.

The historical evidence of a worldwide coup in the 1860's that secretly restored a British military hegemony in America and which accomplished the same basic aims using the same basic means in Australia, Canada, India, South Africa, Scotland, Ireland, and England herself, is incontrovertible and it all stems from Benjamin Disraeli, Queen Victoria, and their completely cynical and non-disclosed contractual "enfranchisement" of the working classes in all these countries.

The end result is the equivalent military "Raj" ruling the United States has endured for over 70 years longer than the Raj in India, with most people being none the wiser.

Until now.

The British Territorial Military Government usurped upon us beginning in 1863, at the about the same time (a little after in some steps and a little earlier for others) that Disraeli and Queen Victoria were enfranchising British workers and taking over India. They basically enslaved and "hypothecated debt" against all of us to raise the capital to enslave India.

So as we were sitting there as good little British and American and Aussie and Canadian Schoolchildren being fed propaganda daily, and as the world was cheering the more or less peaceful separation of Pakistan from India and then cheering the people of India for facing down the pitiless Raj and showing them up for the brutal thugs they really were ---- little did we know, that our very own beloved "US Military" was cut from nearly the same cloth.

Perhaps the native Christian ethics and the honesty of the Heartland served to somewhat moderate the brutality of the so-called "American Military" which hasn't been "American" since the 1860's, but we made up with clueless stupidity and brute strength what we lacked in guile and sophistication.

Through two World Wars we served our British Masters to our own detriment and this is the thanks that we have received --- the complete undermining of our Government, our school system, our monetary system, our morals, and our property rights. And now we stand threatened by our own employees.
Both Obama and Trump have armed the Alphabet Soup Civilian Agencies belonging to the Holy Roman Empire Municipal Government to the teeth in preparation for the precipitation of another Civil War that the Benelux and French banking interests plan to unleash against the British-led Banksters on our soil.
Both sides are as nasty and dirty as two Nazis in a sun bed.

We are supposed to be sucked into this planned conflagration which is meant to blossom into yet another "final" World War against "Evil", but the fact is that both sides are evil and there are no winners.

Before it comes to that, let's expose the situation and decline to host any such war on our soil. It was bad enough during the similar mercenary conflict known as the Civil War. No repeats welcome nor necessary.
We will paddle our own boats, reconstruct our own Federal States of States, and provide our own services. Thank you, very much.

It is this Third Path that beckons us, to restore our country and our lawful and actual Government by peaceful means, and which also calls on the conscience of the whole world, so that these venal men who have enslaved and murdered our people, cheated and defrauded entire generations, and misrepresented America to the rest of the world, can be seen for what they are and what they do. Let the fruits be exposed and speak for themselves.

As Jural Assembly members and lawful American State Citizens, it is long overdue for us to take our employees in hand and put an end to the so-called Reconstruction, and also put an end to the self-serving lie that our Government is in any kind of "abeyance", and finally, to totally reform the United States Raj.

For the last several months we have been inundated with commercial corporations operating on our shores under deceitful, duplicitous names designed to fool people regarding their true identities, natures, and intents.

We have "The Republic of the United States of America" and "The Republic for the united States of America" and "The Republic" and "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA---(INC.) and "The United States, Inc." and you name it, we have it.

There's a virtual smorgasbord of dishonest commercial corporations offering their services and pretending to be us, but the fact remains that our actual Government operates under exactly three Proper Names styled like this:

(1) The United States

(2) The United States of America

(3) the States of America

And nothing else.

Similarly, there is a plague of other lesser franchise corporations trying to pull the same wool over our States of the Union and to impersonate them for the purpose of securing control of our assets for their benefit and abuse.

We've had "ALABAMA" and "AL" and "ALASKA" and "AK" and all sorts of variations on these themes and what it all comes down to is this --- they are fakes. Not our States. Not our People.

Whatever else they are, they are not us, and many of them have unsavory associations with the same fraud artists and organizations which have defrauded and abused us for decades, including The United States Raj.

Forewarned is forewarned. Everyone can now see what is going on and the urgency with which a restoration of our lawful Government of, for, and by the People of this country is sought. Let every good man and woman from every corner of the globe do all that they can in support, by thought, by word, by prayer, and by deed.

Both the British Hegemony and the Holy Roman Empire Atrocities have had their day. It's time for different answers and we must find them.
Nobody can do for us what we need to do for ourselves, which is simply to update and restore our own government under our own power, acting in our own proper capacity as Lawful Persons and as American State Citizens---but just as we cheered the People of India three-quarters of a century ago, the public opinion of the world must be turned against the British Interlopers and the HRE with equal force.

We have experienced first-hand their guile and mistreatment for 150 years. It's time for America and the rest of the world to be truly free and assembling our States is a first and most important requirement.

Baseball or Football?

Everyone in America knows about baseball and football. We all know that they are different games, different balls, different playing fields, different players, different scoring systems.

About all they have in common is that they are team sports.

So this whole argument over "U.S. Citizens" versus "American State Citizens" should be easy to grasp.

If you want to organize an actual American State of the Union, like Texas, or Maine, or California, you have to act as an American State Citizen. Play football.

If you want to organize some other kind of "STATE" as a franchise organization belonging to a commercial corporation, it doesn't matter what your political status is. Play baseball.

American State Citizens are the only ones with the right, authority, and responsibility to organize the actual States.

Anybody on Earth including U.S. Citizens and Foreign Nationals can organize a corporation calling itself "MICHIGAN"--- if they are a tadbit dishonest and the rest of us don't catch on.

I already showed you all the Registered Agents for these fake "state" corporations and their parent organizations registered in Nevada.
There is also the past history of commercial corporations pulling exactly this same schtick on us -- "The United States of America, Incorporated" (Scottish, 1868) and "the" United States of America, Incorporated (Delaware, 1925) and all the "States of States" listed on Dunn and Bradstreet.

So, if that is the kind of "State" you want to organize, go right on ahead and follow the lead of Destry Payne and the Michigan General Jural Assembly and continue to act as "US Citizens".

You can play baseball if you want to.
Just don't try to tell me that you're playing football instead.

I and my friends are serious about operating in the correct capacity and assembling the actual land jurisdiction States to take care of business that has been left hanging since 1865.

In choosing to do this, we are aware of the legal obstacles that have been placed in our way and we have taken appropriate action to remove those obstacles. That means doing our paperwork and educating ourselves to operate as Lawful Persons.

There will soon be a streamlined system to accomplish the paperwork, a State by State Recording Office, and a weekly teleconference for The American States Assembly. I won't be moderating, but I will come on every week and answer questions directly.

Lots of people are coming to me upset by the mud-slinging coming from various "news" sources --- like loony accusations that I, a Great-Grandma, from Big Lake, Alaska, am a CIA Operative.

I don't have to think too hard to know there's no proof of that Whopper.

It did cause me to blow coffee through my nose and gasp a little, but then, I guess if you are irresponsible enough, you can say anything about anybody.
Others are accusing me of selling a "Cabal version" of work they did.
If there are similarities between information in my articles and work done by the MGJA, it's because there is one history of Assemblies in America and the work of assembling an actual State is similar to assembling a STATE, though the end results are profoundly different.

Maybe my basic analogy should be between two other games -- chess and checkers -- that share the same game board.

You can use pretty much the same processes to build an unincorporated State (my aim) as you would use to build an incorporated commercial franchise STATE, but the results are profoundly different in terms of powers and jurisdictions.

Therein lies the rub. That's how even I was deceived into supporting what MGJA was doing for so long.
But, unavoidably, if you build an organization of US Citizens, you end up with a STATE operating in sea or air jurisdictions, and if you build using American State Citizens you end up with a land jurisdiction State.
The same parties accuse me of "profit motives". Oh, yeah, I am getting rich on this. That's why I have to beg my Readers for donations for The Living Law Firm almost every month.

If it's not an earthquake, it's three transmissions falling out of three different cars, all within the week. It really helps our bottom line that 85% of the people we help are already broke themselves from fighting tax agencies and the foreclosure mill and the rest of the British privateering operations that are dry-docked on our shores.

Anyone with a brain --- my desired audience --- will realize that if making money was my goal, a paperback for $12.95 -- which barely pays for the paper and ink to print it, wouldn't be the way to do it.

They'd also realize that I already published the material for free and left it standing on my website so that anyone too poor to buy a paperback book has constant access to the information, even if its less convenient.

If making money were the point, I'd be selling "Freedom Packages" for thousands of dollars and acting as a consultant for commercial corporations. Or just sitting back on the bleachers and enjoying my own retirement instead of spending it all on research and paperwork and correspondence, etc., etc., etc., and support for our Team.

I guess the idea that there are some people out here who are just plain old Americans -- and proud of it -- doesn't hit home with these folks.

Just use the Rule of Thumb: the Liars among us always accuse others of what they are guilty of themselves. Maybe they are CIA Agents or DOD or UN, more likely. Maybe they have little kitties stashed away for trips to Morocco? Maybe Destry cleans up real good and looks like James Bond when he is on vacation?
No doubt the real "Operatives" tell jokes about how gullible we are.

And no doubt it is up to us to know what game we are playing.

About Social Security....

Social Security is a supposed to be a pension plan program for Federal Civil Service Employees.

Let's de-construct that:
"Federal" equals "Foreign Persons" because while they are employed in the Federal Civil Service, our people work as foreign persons known as either "United States Citizens" or "Citizens of the United States".

"Civil" means "City" as in "Rome" as in "Municipal City-State Government" as in "Washington, DC Municipality" etc., so not military employees, not Territorial employees --- we are talking about "Citizens of the United States".

"Service Employees" means "inhabitants" who are "residents" merely sojourning here on our soil temporarily for the purpose of providing us and our States of the Union with specific governmental services.

Okay--- so, Social Security is supposed to be a pension program for "Foreign Persons employed by the Municipal United States Government to provide services under contract to our States of the Union". Got that?

I bet that nobody ever told you that in your lifetime.
I bet that like millions of other trusting Americans, you were told that it was a government (as in your government) mandate and that you HAD TO sign up for a "Social Security Number" before you could get a job.

They just conveniently "forgot" to tell you that that only applied if you were seeking a job as a Federal Civil Service Employee.

Now millions of American Seniors are waking up and noticing that their monthly pension payments which they earned the hard way are being further misrepresented as "benefits" and as "entitlements" --- also known as "welfare".

So what's the Situation Report?

You have been conscripted by deceit exercised under color of law into a pension program that you were (most likely, unless you actually worked for the Post Office or Federal Agency) never eligible for in the first place, you and your employers were cheated out of 10-15% of your gross earnings throughout your working life, and now the Bilkers responsible for all this are folding their tents and looking for ways to avoid paying you anything at all.

After all, "benefits" and "entitlements" are gifts, not obligations.

Millions of American Seniors are being set up to take the final fall for this whole criminal enterprise, and those who are ultimately responsible, the Pope and the Cardinals in Rome, and the members of the "Municipal Congress" in Washington, DC are busy surviving their sex scandals and ignoring the fact that their own dear Hillary sold 20% of our Uranium to the Russians.

Now that is Russian Collusion, in case anyone wants to know.

Having finally realized that you have been defrauded, if you go to the "Social Security Administration" --- another private Municipal Corporation --- and explain the situation, they will tell you that by law (their private corporation by-laws) that you are not allowed to quit their program.

Well, again, that's kinda sorta a half-truth like the lie that got you involved in their shell game in the first place. That's true if you are one of their Retirees and one of their U.S. Citizens, but if you weren't actually a Federal Civil Service Employee, and are not
"voluntarily adopting" foreign "US Citizenship" status, there is no such "law" applicable to you. You are owed either: (1) immediate settlement of your account, or (2) the full range of services and payments available at the time of your retirement and/or withdrawal from the program.

This is another reason that they want to keep everyone in the "US Citizen" box. Once you reclaim your birthright political status as either an "American State National" or an "American State Citizen" then their foreign corporation's statutory "laws" don't mean diddly squat to you. And the fraud they committed against you becomes actionable under international law, too.

Does anyone besides me feel the "Mother of All International Class Action Suits" coming on?
It's not that we would want to deprive any actual Federal Employee of a well-earned retirement and medical services, but on the other hand, we have been culled and gullied out of large sums of money that have been essentially stolen and mishandled, used as investment funds for the profit of foreign corporations and diddled away to buy votes.

We have no reason to stand on the sidelines and condone that, do we?
And we are not owed "benefits" ---we are owed the return of our money and credit, plus interest.

Yet another reason to revoke Voter Registrations and "elections" to pay the IRS, and to go after the Social Security Administration and the members of the so-called Municipal Congress delegations, and most of all, the Roman Catholic Church, which is responsible, together with the Democratic Political Party, for all these venal, self-interested lies and misrepresentations to American workers and retirees.

Yet another reason, too, to reclaim your stolen birthright political status as an American State National and to serve your actual State of the Union as an American State Citizen. They've been mistaking their "law" for our Public Law for a long time. It's time that we addressed these foreign corporations and either (1) shut them down and nationalize them as criminal organizations involved in fraud and racketeering or (2) fully label and expose exactly what they are doing and made it clear that Americans are not obligated to have Social Security Numbers and are not obligated to tax themselves and are not eligible for the Social Security Program if they are not Federal Civil Service Employees.

Get your political status sorted out and properly recorded, so that these corporations cannot mis-characterize you as a "US Citizen" any more, cancel your Voter Registrations, and then join us in cleaning up this Mess.

You are not Beggars chasing after bankrupt commercial shell corporations, you are American State Citizens who have suffered fraud and Breach of Trust at the hands of the Popes and the Queen and the Democratic Party and the Municipal United States Congress--- all of whom are 100% fully and commercially liable both for the past and for their current failure to correct.

The Philippines, MacArthur, and Our Gold - International Notice

This will be a very brief foray into a very complex subject, but it will suffice to clue you into the vastness and point sources of the corruption we wrestle with today.

As my Readers know, following the Civil War, the British Monarch pulled a little Cuckoo Bird fraud trick on us, and substituted their Territorial States of States for our own American-chartered Federal States of States.

That left the Federal Branch of our intended Federal Government incapacitated pending "Reconstruction".

Once the Territorial States of States were in place, it was easy for people to totally miss or overlook the difference between "The State of Maine" that existed before the conflict and "the" State of Maine that came into being after the conflict.

The British Monarchs settled down to quietly reign over this new kingdom built on fraud and deceit, and the American People thought that the "Reconstruction" was finished instead of left dangling and still waiting for their States to complete.

To pull this fraud off, the Scottish Government chartered a new commercial corporation called "The United States of America"---Incorporated, in 1868.

By 1898, they had run up unimaginable amounts of debt against us and against our States of the Union and were running scared and looking for ways to finish bilking us and run.

So they bought the Philippine Islands --- the actual land mass of the Islands -- with our money, and took over the Philippines, literally. This happened in 1898 and we have the proof.

They then began building bunkers and shipping our gold to the Philippines, where it remained in storage while the "government' --- that is, the Scottish commercial corporation went bankrupt in 1907.

The next interloper, "the" United States of America, Inc., sponsored by the Roman Catholic Church as a "religious non-profit" in 1925, had a Hit and Run program of its own, designed to collapse the American Stock Market, which happened in 1929 and which left us to sort out the bankruptcy of this second Usurper in 1933.

In 1934, to keep the scent off the gold in the Philippines, the "Municipal Congress" voted to create an "independent government" for the Philippines. This was done so that the Philippines "Government" could act as the Trustee over the American gold in storage there and the Creditors of the second fake USA couldn't attach it.

Enter World War II, and the Japanese took the Philippines.
They discovered the American gold stashed there and began distributing it to Hellandgone all around the Pacific and even to Nazi Germany and Switzerland.

This is what General Douglas MacArthur was on the spit for, and why he was so desperate to regain the Philippines and also why he was later murdered by the Cabal. Ditto George S. Patton, who also knew what was going on.

This is also how we wound up with Ferdinand Marcos and the Green Hilton Agreements and the Bilateral Minefields Agreements and JFK trying to clean this unholy Mess up.

And this is still part of what we have to clean up.
Not all of the gold stored in the Philippines is American, but a great deal of it is and always was. It's not "abandoned" though certain people and institutions have claimed and wished that it was.

The Scottish Government and the British Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain is liable for it being there, the Municipal United States Congress is liable for it being there, the Popes and the Holy Roman Empire are responsible for it being there, the Philippine Government is responsible for not sorting this out a long time ago, the US Military is responsible for being corrupt and expediting and covering up for all of this.
The actual American People and the States who are owed back their purloined gold, plus all the interest on it, are still here.

Just one more reason to jettison the British and Municipal "US Citizen" statuses and reclaim your "American State Citizen" status.

It's not that we are greedy. It's not that we want to hold the rest of the world feet first to any fire. We want the truth to be known and for us to be at the table and making decisions about our own assets and future.

We want our lawful government fully restored.
We want the criminal elements that have been running these out-of-control commercial corporations removed from power. And no, we are not allowing any more commercial mercenary "wars" to take place on our shores. So just re-pack your 30,000 guillotines and shut down your 800 camps and your billions upon billions of rounds of live ammo in the hands of Federal Agency Personnel (that is, Federal Subcontractors being used as Mercenaries) ----and everyone prepare instead to "decamp".

This is your International Notice, Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals, Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents, from the Lawful Government of this country, which has been at peace since 1814, that any such action promoting Civil War on our soil, precipitated by agents of the Queen or France or any Benelux country or any foreigner at all, including any United States Citizens or Citizens of the United States, will result in the perpetrators, their employers, and the respective commercial corporations responsible being held commercially liable, individually, jointly, and severally, and that we shall set the value of all losses down to the hairs on single heads.

This article was written several weeks prior to the actions that put the Colorado Nine in prison. It explains exactly what I told them and why I would not support them in the action that led to their imprisonment.

Far from being the cause of their misery, I tried to save them.

I warned them what would happen and begged them not to do what they proposed and I told them why.
And they would not listen.

So now I am doing the same thing with the Michigan General Jural Assembly and drawing a line between what they are doing and what I am doing--- for the same reasons I separated myself and my followers from the Colorado Nine.

It was Michael R. Hamilton, an insurance company shill working for UN-DOD, that set up Bruce Doucette and the others. Not me.

And besides my own words locked in the timeline on my website there are plenty of eye-witnesses to what went on in Colorado and to what I said and did, and they are outraged by these lies against me.
The Truth will out.

Anyone who doesn't understand jurisdiction and who doesn't make the effort to declare their identity and birthright political status runs the same risk as the Colorado Nine.

And that is what Destry and these other Jokers want you to do.

Stay there like defenseless sitting ducks ripe to be railroaded and arrested.

That's what these guys get paid for-- to mislead you and lie to you and set you up, to make sure that your efforts go nowhere and to make use of your efforts to their own undisclosed ends.

In this case, they are trying to set up another round of the same old fraud and set up a foreign commercial corporation merely calling itself "MICHIGAN"--- not the actual State of the Union that all of you have assumed you were working to rebuild.

The only "Sting" going on is theirs.

They are acting as employees of "Federal" commercial corporations--- "United States Citizens" and "Citizens of the United States". Their allegiance is to foreign powers-- the Queen and the Pope.

And many of them have no scruples and deserve no credibility. They think that their "job" is to enslave us and keep us in line. The fact that we are their actual employers doesn't cross their pig-like minds.

So put them to the test. It's simple enough.

Will they declare themselves to be American State Citizens? Yes or no?

If no, whatever they are doing does not involve you and your State. They are not Texans. They are not Coloradans. They are not Wisconsinites. They are "US Citizens" instead.

You can be sure that if "US Citizens" are involved and they will not leave that status once it is explained to them---It's some kind of commercial corporation scam.

They will say that all the people associated with National Assembly are in insurrection. And they can make that claim against any "US Citizen" involved in forming any kind of State because it's not legal for actual "US Citizens" to assemble.

Remember--US Citizens have never had any rights under the Constitution. That includes having no right to assemble.

Basic Nomenclature

So lets review basics and get everyone on the same page.

There are exactly (3) three names associated with our country:

1. The United States -- a Union of soil jurisdiction republican states.

2. The United States of America -- a Federation of land jurisdiction States.

3. and the States of America - a Confederation of inchoate States of States.

Please notice that the definite article "The" is part of the Proper Name of both "The United States" and "The United States of America", but is not part the name of the "States of America".

Note that these Proper Names are always in Upper and Lower Case. This is how they are officially "styled" and any other variation is not allowed when referencing our country and our states, however, also note that there have been commercial corporations infringing on these names for many years, and they have used and abused these names and applied them to commercial corporations.

Thus we have Interlopers calling themselves "The United States of America" [Incorporated] and "The United States" [Incorporated] and even things like the "US Corp" and "USA, Inc." and so on, that have little or nothing to do with our actual government. Some of these entities are governmental service providers. Some are not.

This means that when people start talking about "the US" and about "America" in loose terms, you always have to stop and ask yourself---- which entity are they talking about? Our actual Union of states or our Federation of States or some go-lightly foreign commercial corporation infringing on our Good Names?

Please note that both The United States (soil) and The United States of America (land) are populated by living people called "Natural Persons" and by "Lawful Persons" on the land. These are all unincorporated entities, too.

Your Proper Name, the one your parents gave you, which is also known as a Trade Name or Given Name, is a "Lawful Person" when you stand on the land, but is converted into a "Legal Person" when you stand on the sea.

This distinction is very important.

If you stand on the land, you are recognizable as an American State Citizen and as a Lawful Person owed all the guarantees of the Constitution, including safe passage when you venture out into the wide world of international trade and commerce.

If you stand on the sea, you can be mistaken for a "stateless" Legal Person, from one of the inchoate "States of States" mentioned above, and known as either a "United States Citizen" or a "Citizen of the United States". Such citizens have never been in receipt of any constitutionally protected rights or guarantees. These "US Citizens" and "Citizens of the United States" are not part of the "People" while in Federal Service.

The United States and The United States of America are both unincorporated organizations, called Corporate Persons. They are not incorporated, but they are not sovereign entities, either. Instead, they are Agencies for the sovereign governments of the people (Natural Persons) on the soil and the People (Lawful Persons) on the land.

The United States serves the living people and their republican soil jurisdiction states of the Union. The Texas Republic, for example, is their sovereign domestic realm. Notice the small "s" on "state" in this context. Notice that "The" is part of the Proper Name of "The Texas Republic".

Notice that "The Texas Republic" (soil) is different from "The Republic of Texas" (surface water) and that these same conventions apply to all the other state republics which operate under similarly styled Proper Names and Conventions.

The United States of America serves the Lawful Persons and their Federation of international land jurisdiction States in the same way. Texas is the State representing Texans in this jurisdiction of the law. Notice that "Texas" is just "Texas" --- no "the", "The", no "State of" --- just Texas is the name of this State of the Union.

All the member States of The United States of America Federation are also very simply named: Wisconsin, Maine, Florida, New Hampshire....

These are the States that we are presently engaged in assembling.

These States are populated by Lawful Persons known as either American State Nationals or American State Citizens, as for example, Wisconsin State Nationals or Ohio State Citizens.

American State Nationals owe no service to any government. They are Private Lawful Persons. So long as they don't cause any harm to others or their property, they are free as birds.

American State Citizens have voluntarily agreed to serve their State in some capacity or Office, this may be as simple as signing up for Jury Duty, or joining the State Militia, or it may involve an elected Office, or it may involve being hired to perform a job under the auspices of the State. They are Public Lawful Persons.
They enforce the Public Law, including the Constitutions.

In either case, Lawful Persons are members of the People and owed all the guarantees of the Federal Constitutions.

And now we come to the Third Branch of the American Government, which is organized and chartered by the People of the States: the States of America Confederation, first organized as of March 1, 1781.
Here we find "States of States" ---- not States..

"States of States" are chartered and incorporated entities created by States, thus were have "The State of Georgia" and "The State of New Hampshire", which are two of the original Confederated States, belonging to Georgia and New Hampshire, respectively.

These States of States are commercial corporations chartered by the States.

Any time you see the word "Confederate" we are talking about "States of States". In fact, all the entities involved in the Civil War were "Confederate States" ---- meaning States of States, regardless of whether they were "North" or "South".

States of States, unlike actual States, are not physically defined. They have no borders or specific location in space. They are called "inchoate" or "incomplete States" as a result.

These entities function in the airy realm of Global Commerce, which is business between two or more incorporated entities.

So the Pecking Order in the American Government goes like this:

The living people own the republican soil jurisdiction states operated as State Republics, for example, The Texas Republic and The Republic of Texas.

Their Union of republican states doing business as The United States [Unincorporated} holds the land jurisdiction States and their Federation of States, The United States of America [Unincorporated], which the living people operate as Lawful Persons.

And the member States of The United States of America charter, own, and operate the Confederation of States of States. Texas owns The State of Texas, and New Hampshire owns The State of New Hampshire, for example, as businesses engaged in global commerce.

Remember this very important fact: "commerce" is business between two or more incorporated entities.

Everything else is either domestic (in-state) trade or International Trade, which includes business between incorporated and corporate entities.

The original States of States which formed the primary part of the Federal Government --- the Federal Branch of the Federal Government --- were mothballed after the Civil War, pending "Reconstruction" that never took place.

The actual States of the Union have to be assembled in order for the Federal States of States to be reconstructed and brought out of the mothballs.

This is because only the States and People have the authority and power to charter their own States of States.

And this is necessary because without our own Federal States of States, the Federal Government cannot function as it is meant to function and foreign interests are able to commandeer our business functions.

We have been limping along using Territorial States of States and even Municipal STATES OF STATES, but what really needs to happen is for the States and People of this country to get organized and take care of their own vastly overdue business.

So that's what we are doing, and of course, all those who have benefited from our failure to do this earlier, are aghast and trying to stop us and co-opt us and do everything they can to undermine and discredit our efforts and to keep the People from reconstructing their Federal States of States.

But the stubborn facts remain:

The republican states (people) own the Federation States and the (People/Lawful Persons) own the Confederation of States of States (Legal Persons--- including all Federal Persons.).

The republican states (people) taken together are our National Government, the Federation States taken together are our International Government, and our Confederation States of States taken together are meant to operate our interests in the global realm of commerce.

Please note that only Lawful Persons can operate in the realm of Lawful Money (gold and silver) and only Legal Persons can operate in the realm of Commercial Script.

The dearth of American State Citizens consciously operating as Lawful Persons --- that is, People who are willing and able to operate in their birthright political capacity --- is causing problems not only for us, but for the whole world.

Without Lawful Persons we can't operate our Lawful States and without Lawful States we can't incorporate new "States of States" or reconstruct the old ones.

The sooner we face these facts and get our heads screwed on and our house in order, the better.

The United States = National = State Republics = the Union

The United States of America = International = States of the Union = the Federation of States

the States of America = Global = Federal States of States = the Confederation of States of States.

Thoughts About Undeclared Federal Agents:

Federal Agents have a moral and legal responsibility to disclose themselves for what they are when directly questioned. It arises from law forbidding entrapment, trespass, and other crimes.

Sometimes called a Bevins Declaration, you can put these Moles between a rock and a hard place simply by making a statement at the beginning of your actual Assembly meetings and calls to the effect:

"Anyone here still claiming any form of US Citizenship or employment with any Federal Agency is now -- for the next segment of the call (meeting, etc., ) invited to either declare your presence and business here, or directed to leave the Assembly at this time."

This allows the Assembly to have open calls and meetings where more people can be educated and assisted, but then also to close meetings and teleconferences to Federal Agents.

If Federal Agents fail to declare themselves and stay after they have been invited to leave, they have broken the law and anything they obtain as a result of acting in a clandestine fashion is tainted by fraud and inadmissible in court.

This can also help ferret out people in leadership positions who shouldn't be there.

The man actually responsible for the incarceration of the Colorado Nine was a Federal Insurance Agent named Michael R. Hamilton. At least, that is the name he used to do his dirty work.

He basically encouraged them to believe things that aren't true but which are incorrect "common knowledge".

So they believed that they were "US Citizens".
They believed that they were owed all the constitutional guarantees----while claiming to be US Citizens.

They believed that the "STATE OF COLORADO COURT" was their court and had to answer to their Grand Jury.

And none of those things are true. When I told them they were wrong and that none of these things were true, Michael R. Hamilton puffed out his chest and basically said, "Ignore her! She's just a woman!"

Michael R. Hamilton stood in the background and encouraged them to assume things they had assumed all their lives---- wrong things, as it happens---- and egged them on.

When it came time for the arrests, Michael R. Hamilton was nowhere to be found.

I wonder how much grief and loss could have been spared, if the organizers of the Colorado Assembly had simply made that little Bevins Declaration part of their ritual?

How much could have been spared if the men involved had been less "sure of what they didn't know"?

Red Alert - Which Came First?

The Michigan General Jural Assembly and Destry Payne have claimed that you can retain "US Citizenship" and be a member of a State Jural Assembly.

I called them out on it and basically said ----no, you have to be an American State Citizen to operate an American State Assembly.
Go figure, right?

To date, they haven't come up with a single shred of evidence in support of their position: no evidence that any State of the Union ever accepted Dual Citizenship.

This issue is too important both for your own safety and for the validity of all your work on an Assembly to bypass and leave to hand-waving.

If it were "no big deal" I wouldn't be objecting.

Now that their claims that I was responsible for what happened to the Colorado Nine have also been thoroughly debunked, and it has been proven that instead, I gave the Colorado Nine good advice that they ignored ---just like I am giving you now--- it's time to further consider the facts.

"US Citizens" are Federal Employees or Dependents by definition. The condition of "US Citizenship" arises from Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2 and Article 1, Section 3, Clause 3 of the Federal Constitutions. A very complete discussion of these issues appears in the United States Supreme Court Case Hooven and Allison v. Evatt.

US Citizens have no "constitutional rights or guarantees" because they are subjects defined by the Constitutions and they are adopting a political status created by the Constitutions, so logically, they are not Parties to the Constitutions, never were and cannot be.

That's why "Equal Civil Rights" exist and what the whole Civil Rights Movement was about. US Citizens have no recognizable "Natural and Unalienable Rights" and never have had.

The Municipal Congress was forced to give them privileges known as "Civil Rights" to make up for this -- but they remain only privileges, something the Master gives and the Master can take away.

We, the People, Lawful Persons living in the actual States of the Union, are Parties to the Constitutions via the participation of our States and enjoy a completely different status and stand in a completely different jurisdiction.

Once we expatriate from any Territorial or Municipal citizenship obligation-- a status that was merely "conferred" and "presumed" upon us without our knowledge or consent, we are free to operate as American State Nationals or as American State Citizens. Not until.

US Citizens can be arrested for doing what we are doing, so it is an urgent matter of concern that people be given the facts up front and be given the tools to extract themselves from US Citizenship presumptions.

I will also point out that it makes no sense whatsoever to retain any tie to such a political status as a "US Citizen" if you are not currently a Federal Employee or Dependent.

Federal Service is a condition of "voluntary servitude", as in indentured servitude. You sign a labor contract that requires you to function as a "US Citizen" for a period of years.

Once you retire or leave the US Military or Federal Civilian Service, you are no longer required to function in that capacity---and why would you, considering that it obligates you to many unpleasant duties, including paying Federal Income Tax on every penny you earn?

Loss of your private property rights?

Loss of your Constitutional guarantees?

Why would anyone in their right mind claim such a foreign and subservient political status, if they didn't have to as a condition of employment?

The vast majority of us don't have to, and for the work at hand --- actually assembling the States of the Union --- we can't. We have to come home and dig our own ditches.

We cannot remain "at sea" in Federal jurisdiction and accomplish work on the land---- and vice versa.

So if you want to stumble into the same jurisdictional trap as the Colorado Nine and quite possibly suffer the same fate, look at the logic and the facts and lead the stampede to get your paperwork done.

Retirees from Federal Services and those who have earned their Social Security Benefits and Military Retirement benefits from Federal Employment are still welcome and able to return home to the land and soil jurisdiction.

They may still have to pay federal income tax on the portion of their retirement that is based on federal income, but they are otherwise free to collect -- have their pensions and their freedom, too.
